Everyone is so lovely here. Patient education is on point and doc goes over options with you. The whole process is seamless and transparent. The kindness and warmth of this office is amazing! We need more offices like TBD de-stigmatizing sexual health and wellness!

I came here to get checked up and of course something like this is super nerve wracking, but the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, totally non-judgemental and I immediately felt relieved! The testing was super quick and simple and was in and out within about 15 minutes! If you’re lookin to get checked out and wanna feel secure and safe, this is the place to go!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting TBD Health for a medical appointment, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness that instantly put me at ease.The front desk receptionist deserves special recognition for her outstanding service. Not only was she incredibly welcoming, but she also paid meticulous attention to detail. She efficiently handled the registration process, ensuring that all the necessary paperwork was completed accurately and efficiently. Her professionalism and courteous demeanor were truly remarkable, making me feel valued and cared for as a patient.The entire clinic staff displayed a genuine commitment to providing a positive experience. The atmosphere was inviting and pleasant, with comfortable waiting areas and a clean, well-organized environment. The clinics commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene was evident throughout.I was particularly impressed by the level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the clinics staff. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and ensured that I understood each step of my treatment plan. These testing can be very uncomfortable, but the staff and Candace were great! They made me feel so comfortable after explaining the process. They were so sweet and understanding. I loved how discreet it is. Thank you!

I think its not okay how they charge 150 for the everything panel buy yet its not everything 😕 Im disappointed 😔 the fact they take more money out of you to test you for more stuff. I feel as if who ever set this up was to get more money out of the people and not to worry about the individual and their health. The staff is nice but the system they have were they charge too much is not okay.

Had an amazing experience with TBD Health. Right away the staff was very helpful and informative of the services provided. Was in and out in less than 30 min. I have been to other clinics and this has been the best experience I’ve had so far! They made me feel comfortable and safe. Thank you!

TBD health has some of the most comfortable and accommodating screening services, a very welcoming staff and streamlined process for getting your results. The only thing I wish they did was take health insurance! It’s between $100-$300 for a test depending on the number of panels requested.

I enjoyed my experience while there. The RN was super friendly and kind and her coworker the other RN even came out and said hi to me and they walked me out after my appointment. The experience didnt make me nervous; I was very comfortable.

Rinalyn and Megan Kenyatta were very welcoming from the moment I walked in, needles and testing can be scary but they are awesome at what they do and I had no issues at all. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, thank you ! Will be coming here often.

Jojo and Megan were kind enough to let me in after I attempted to come in through the alley entrance. The place looks great and is clean. The service was very non-judgmental and kind. Will be coming back for testing!

I called and immediately got in, they were beyond kind and got me checked in and taken to the back in just a few mins, from the start they listened to me and made me feel at ease and kept going over things with me every time I had a question or even a repeated question, highly recommend this clinic.

Was nervous and scared too come in but staff was very friendly and kind and was made to feel comfortable the whole time while also being very informative.
