The Vice Practice

This place is amazing!! I can not express how wonderful the staff, doctor/NP and just everyone is. Not only are they great individuals but they are amazing at their jobs and love their job. You can tell this is a lifestyle for them and not just a job. Their level of care is just phenomenal. It is very hard to express over a review how lucky and happy I am to have found this practice and how much they have exceeded my expectations in just the first visit. I will be back for more appointments and looking forward to getting the care I feel like everyone in this life deserves. I am from AZ so I drive a little over an hour and a half to the practice and back home (3 hours on the road) just to get this level of care and attention. I would 1000/10 recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

A very clean, welcoming and detailed primary care. Walked in and was greeted by the staff immediately and was helped out in an efficient manner. While waiting to be seen by a doctor, Gary comes around, welcomes you and offers water as you wait. So kind. Doctor was so informative during and after check up. Gave great care advice. As I wait, Gary comes around again to check on our experience, making sure questions were answered. They offer many treatments for men and for women.

The Doctor and staff here has been the very best with assisting me with my health and my transition. They are very knowledgeable and always care about the wellness of their patients. I truly would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a physician that gives the best healthcare.

I have never felt so comfortable going to a doctors office. The staff was amazing from the moment I walked in. It almost felt unreal. And to top it off, the Dr Ramos, was so kind, friendly and made you feel heard. It almost felt too good to be true but I’m happy that I am now a patient at this office. Do not hesitate to have this office as your new PCP.

I have never felt so comfortable coming into a new practice, from the moment I walked in the front desk staff was amazing and welcoming. Miss Tamika was so nice and understanding as I was getting checked in and getting vitals checked. Annie was especially nice in getting me all checked in. Dr. Viceral was so thorough and listened to all of my questions and concerns and never once made me feel rushed. I’m excited to continue with this practice and with Dr. Viceral. Dr. Ramos is amazing. As someone who is LGBT she made me feel extremely comfortable, her knowledge and her attitude are superb. Her thoroughness was beyond anything I could ask for, she listened and gave the perfect feedback. I will definitely be returning.

This place is AMAZING!!! I am a 45 year old woman who has had 46 surgeries and have gone through many primary Drs because I could never find one that would listen to me. They would look at my history and age and make their decisions based on those two things and not my experiences. Dr. Visceral was very different! She, not only explained everything in depth she also took the time to listen and base her treatment decisions on the full picture that I gave her!! I can’t say enough about how different her approach has been. For the first time in many years I have hope of getting the right tests and referrals and finally getting answers about my health problems. Finally, I’ve found a primary care physician that I not only trust but feel safe with. Highly, highly recommend this clinic!

Just got done with my partners first appointment with Dr. Visceral and am very pleased. She was very thorough and made sure we understood and had everything we needed for our next appointment. Great bedside manner.

I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I had the worst experience here. First of all, I was charged a co-pay with my insurance because they decided not to verify my insurance . My insurance agent contacted them and tried to get it taken care of and we sat on the phone with them for 35 minutes on hold and no one came back. My agent actually got it taken care of after a week and stated that they should be reimbursing me the money. After waiting for two weeks on the reimbursement check to come , I inquired about it and I was told I had to wait an additional 30 days for them to mail it out. Then I was given a referral to have imaging done on my foot and the referral ended up being for the wrong foot. Mind you the NP examined my foot in the office. When I called about it they informed me that in order to get the referral corrected they would charge me an additional fee for another visit.(This is after they incorrectly charge me the first time) And that it was my fault that the NP wrote the referral for the wrong foot. They informed me that they recorded my doctors visit in the office and I told them the wrong foot although the doctor examined the visually swollen foot. I would give this facility zero stars. I actually work in a healthcare environment and the treatment I was given by this facility was not sufficient whatsoever.

My first visit with Dr. Viceral and I must say that she made me feel at ease and heard. Very friendly and attentive to your concerns and needs. Grateful that I was able to meet and will definitely be making her my new primary care doctor.

Dr. Cristina Viceral and her team are wonderful! Finding an LGBTQ-focused primary care physician in Las Vegas can be challenging, but The Vice Practice team has always been welcoming and attentive. The front desk staff is friendly and communicative. Dr. Viceral is responsive, knowledgeable and reliable. Highly recommend The Vice Practice as a PCP for anyone looking in Las Vegas.

From my first time meeting and greeting the staff here, its been ideal. Office staff is kind and will continously check in on you if waiting in a room for more than 5-10 mins providing an update. Never had this at other doctor offices!Now, Ive been on a mission to interview a new PCP for myself and family, and I believe we have found a WINNER!Lizet Ramos has by far displayed exemplary bedside manners and is completely thorough with wanting to obtain full panels on her own accord without me having to request it myself from actually reading the paperwork that everyone fills out at the time of checking in at the appointment.Ive always had to request full blood panels, advocating for myself (advocate for yourself, people!) and Lizet hit that mark right away, which I am grateful for!Ill provide updates as we go along, if needed. :)

Dr. Viceral is amazing! She was thorough and was able to answer any questions that I had. She also made me feel comfortable which is very important to me! Way to go

Overall great and welcoming place. The main doctor here was super nice and sweet, she did a great job at informing me and my friend about transgender hormone therapy and sexual health. I recommend and look forward to coming back here for my next appointment.

Ive been seeing Dr. Visceral for the last several months and have had a wonderful experience. She is always so attentive and really cares about her patience. Lizer is another provider in this office and she is just as attentive and kind. I would recommend this practice and these providers to anyone in the LGBTQIA+ community that finds it difficult to be open about their health. You will be treated with dignity and respect by everyone from the front desk staff to the provider and everyone in between.

Both Dr Cristina Viceral and Lizet Ramos FNP are both so friendly and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and supportive ready to help! I am glad we selected your office as our primary care team .

Great, professional service with a family atmosphere. Christina and her staff were prompt and were able to answer all the questions I had. Their intake process was smooth, with no paper involved. Definitely going to be my primary physician going forward!

Came to Vice with problems on my hormones, Dr. Cristina Viceral was extremely knowledgeable and explained my labs to me with a plan to balance out my levels. She took the time to answer my questions and discuss how everything worked. I’m so happy I found this clinic since moving out here and will be returning to continue working on my health and getting back to “normal” :)

Similar to the reviews before me.. My INITIAL visit was wonderful! Unfortunately, my follow-ups with Dr. Viceral kept getting cancelled/rescheduled. I was accused of cancelling an appointment (After they already rescheduled the same appointment twice 🤯) I also had no other option but to see a new provider.

Was a new patient here and able to get a quick appointment for my concerns with Dr. Viceral, was greeted from lovely staff from each position. Had questions and concerns answered thoroughly by Dr. Viceral, will be looking forwards to continuing to come here regarding my health.

I was looking for a new pcp. And found the vice practice. I had app with dr. Romas happens to be a friend of mine. My experience was excellent and I also felt very comfortable. Would definitely recommend the vice practice and dr. Romas to everyone I know. Entire office staff has marvelous customer service

I enjoyed my first visit at The Vice Practice. I found Dr V and staff to be very thorough and polite. She seemed very well informed and comfortable about LGBTQIA+ topics, and I felt like I was treated with respect and dignity.

Lizet is one of the friendliest, most thorough, and knowledgeable providers I’ve met. She listened to all my concerns and showed empathy. I experienced insurance issues with my last PCP so Lizet and the office staff were very understanding in working with me to make sure the same issues don’t arise again which I really appreciated.

I was referred to the Vice Practice by a friend of mine earlier this year and have received services the couple times I’ve come to Las Vegas since. Overall the Vice Practice had a welcoming environment and it was easy to schedule an appointment. When I went in for services, Dr. Viceral was kind and professional, and though I came in for a specific service, she did check to see if my general health okay. Overall great experience and I’d definitely go back to receive services when I am in town if needed.

The Vice practice is a new up and coming clinic that is ran under a nurse practitioner and amazing staff. The doctor provides great service and goes beyond to ensure that all of your medical needs are met. She is reasonable and patient with ALL of her patients that come in! I highly recommend coming to her for your primary care needs and emergent care as well.

Exellent service, excellent rapport, doctors and nurses were extremely personable, made me feel immensely comfortable, and answered questions I didn’t even know I had. Blood work was done right during my first physical appointment, saw me right away, appointment was thorough but did not drag any longer than absolutely necessary, and if you’re looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly service provider, they are knowledgeable and sensitive to backgrounds of all kinds. 10/10, 5 stars, 100%, A+, already booked my next appointment and I’m happy about it. Never again do I have to be nervous, anxious, or uncomfortable with a new doctor’s office, or any other doctor’s office for that matter, because these guys are the last word in convenient, contemporary, comfortable, sterile, and discreet medicine and healthcare.

I’m so glad that Cristina was able to reopen her practice. I moved here from out of state and couldn’t have asked for a better primary care provider. Cristina and her medical assistants Annie & Liz are very caring, friendly, & compassionate. They take their time to know their patients and the clinic is very patient centered. I halted me finding another doctor for 4 months because I knew I still wanted them to be my primary care! I would have held on longer but I got that phone about them reopening in a new location an jumped on the first appointment I could get with them , as far as my LGBTQ treatment this is the place to be! Best place I’ve been to. I always have anxiety coming to the doctor but they make me feel so comfortable. Anytime I am here, they never fail to make me smile and a part of their crew. I don’t feel like a patient which is important for me. They always listen to my concerns and don’t have me waiting a long time!
