So disappointed with this office and staff. I’ve been a patient here for almost 8 years. This year they refer me to another practice as they aren’t doing annual exams anymore but to contact them for anything specialized. I was seen by the referred practice but still wanted to see Dr. Docasar as I’m comfortable with her.I called over 3 weeks ago to speak with the doctor and get something scheduled. I was told I’d heard back within a few days but have not been contacted back. I’ve called and left multiple messages with no response. I can’t believe how unprofessional this place has become especially considering I was so loyal to their practice for so long.

Terrible service and unprofessional staff and not sure what is going on with the doctor. Called the office earlier this yr after office sent an email stating Dr. Docasar was going to merge with other practice. So staff said to schedule appt with new PA at the new office, which I did. Get to the new office and the staff there stated Docasar was not joining the team of doctors and no one from her office on Russell sent an email or called. Who does this?! This kind of behavior shows the doctor and/or staff do not care about their patients and do not adequately communicate with them. Such a shame...Not recommended. Move on to another. Something weird is going on here. Look at the other reviews and you will see there is something weird going happening here. It is a shame because the Doctor was okay when I met her. Hope they get their act together.

Please people! Read the negative reviews on this office before you put yourself through it! That was my mistake. I saw an overall good rating, so I went in. Unfortunately, I had a very similar experience to the other people who’ve had bad experiences with this doctor. She does not care about her patients, and only cares about collecting money. I hope this sorry excuse for a doctor will be stripped of her credentials .The level of disorganization that I experienced, in the two years that I dealt with her just got worse and worse. The first year, I had to come in in person after my script should have been filled to get them to finally call it in for me. The second year she told me she would get me my prescriptions, and later changed her mind, saying they wanted to do further tests. But they never called; so a couple weeks later I had to try to get a hold of them in order to get this information. I shouldn’t have to beg for prescriptions that the doctor told me she was going to give me. Don’t tell me one thing and then switch it on me without informing me, causing me to have to keep calling and dealing with the receptionist as she attempts holds back her frustration at dealing with unhappy patients. Guess what? If your boss did her job correctly, you would not be hearing from me so maybe turn your frustrations on boss lady, not the patients. How can a doctor not know how to pronounce the names of conditions that they are supposed to be treating? They can turn a man into a woman, but they can’t help a woman with woman problems? Honestly, this is the worst OB/GYN experience I have ever had in my 40 years of being on this planet. Some of the reviews that I’ve read here are absolutely heartbreaking, like the woman who said that this doctor gave her a botched hysterectomy when she was in the Navy. And she still hasn’t gotten any answers. Luckily things weren’t that bad for me, but Who knows maybe they could’ve been if I had stuck around. It was also disconcerting to hear that the staff is disrespectful towards transitioners. If you are going to be serving a demographic, then at least respect them. Anyone working in the adult industry should probably avoid this place as well, since they just can’t help their selves from being discriminatory.

I’m a trans patient. I love my doctor , Dr docasar is amazing. But one front desk lady has dead named me twice already. I had a visit today and after I corrected her I over heard her in the front dead name me AGAIN. I think her name is Angela. She has dead names me for 2 visits already. And I don’t think that’s okay especially when you specialize with TRANS PEOPLE .

I love Dr Docasar and having been going to her for years- my mom and sister too before they moved out of state. She remembers personal details, preferences and really takes the time with each patient should you have a question or need her insight. Thorough and personable doesn’t even begin to cover it! I’ve asked her countless things ranging from the right medication for me to skincare/aging. I’m an extremely shy, private person when it comes to women’s care and always have been. However, I’ve never felt more comfortable with Dr Docasar. We have great dialogue and she answers every last question I have. With NO judgement or rush. I see Dr addressing google and yelp reviews personally which is the perfect demonstration of her kindness and thoughtfulness with her practice. I also love nurses at the office. Direct to the point sometimes but I never feel like I’m unwelcome or my concerns won’t be addressed. Women’s health care is so important and for some a luxury. I hope all women have this experience so they feel comfortable and supported in prioritizing their health!

I have been seeing Dr. Docasar for a year now. She is so wonderful and helpful. Her staff is prompt in assisting my questions and answering the phone. She has been very helpful in providing me options. And making my scripts a breeze. When I am confused she goes over the material patently and makes sure I understand. I am so blessed to be her patient .

I enjoy going to Dr. Docasar. She is very professional, knowledgeable, warm & friendly. Her staff is very welcoming. Dr. Docasar attends to your needs & is a good listener. She goes above & beyond by noticing issues to be taken care of & makes great recommendations. I highly recommend Dr. Docasar & I place my all my trust in her & her decisions.

I absolutely love Dr. Docasar and her staff. I had a partial hysterectomy in 2018 from another doctor. Once I could no longer bring that practiced money I was left to deal with the issues I was having (early onset menopause, weight gain, and etc) on my own. Five years later and a big thank you to my hair dresser, I met Dr. Docasar who saved me. During those five miserable years I had to deal with the mood swings, eating disorders,and a horrible smell just to mention a few things I was dealing with bc my previous doctor didn’t care enough to help me. With early onset menopause and all the conditions that one gets going through menopause I needed a doctor who cared me and cared enough to help me.. It’s been 3 months since I’ve been seeing Dr. Docasar and my life has changed and I mean it has changed me for the better and now my family it’s walking on eggshells around me. So, thank you Dr. Docasar and you lovely staff for giving me my life back. Now, only if she wear another hat to help with all my back issues as well. Lol!

I had been coming to Dr Haydee Docasar for several years, I missed one year because of a problem with job switching/insurance. Anyway, I was doing my monthly self exam when I noticed something different. I called to schedule an appointment, the woman who answered the phone was very kind and told me to hang up and call to schedule a mammogram. I did that and had an appointment when the day before my appointment the mammogram place called to tell me Dr Docasar had told them I was not her patient and that I would need to get a referral elsewhere. I’m still speechless that she did this. I’ve waited to write this review because it was just all so hard to believe. You do everything you’re supposed to and then this happens. I just think women should be aware of the level of care they’ll be receiving at this doctors office. She would also tell me every visit how my insanely painful periods are “probably just me getting older” this was a giant red flag I should not have ignored.

I was referred to Dr. Docasar by my GP doc. I was originally going to another hormone specialist and he retired with no notice and I was not happy with his replacement. My GP referred me to Dr. Docasar’s practice and from the very first phone call I was impressed. Her staff is very kind and caring. Then I met Dr. Docasar and she did a phenomenal job explaining how important balancing your hormones are for your general health and the reasons they need to be monitored and balanced. Her philosophy matched with mine. She was very caring and answered questions thoroughly and patiently. She didn’t rush and took her time. I love her and she has a patient for life.

Two internists told me that I didnt need gynecological exams after age 50. I believed them but developed doubts when friends older than I had yearly exams. After much online research I settled on Dr. Docasar. She is very knowledgeable & explained why I still need a yearly exam. I am 60 now. The wait was average for a popular doctor. The staff is friendly & competent. Dr. Docasar examined a cyst that has recently developed & said that it is not a problem. As a post menopausal woman, I am happy to have found Dr. Docasar. She is not an obstetrician. From what I read online, the obstetrics part of an ob/gyn practice makes for long wait times and cancellations.January 2024:Was notified that the office will be moving & that the doctor will not be performing physical exams. Unfortunately, I will be shopping for a different gynecologist!

WOW! White glove patient experience with each visit. Dr. Docasar and her staff are the absolute BEST! They are responsive and consistent with patient appointments and treatment. I owe my health to them and my internist. I feel blessed to have been a long-time patient of Dr. Docasar. I highly recommend her.

Front desk associate was helpful, polite and compassionate. I made an appointment online, received an email confirming my appointment. A few days before my appointment I got a text and email asking to confirm, which I did, but when I went in they couldnt find my information. The website is not the way to make am appointment. They use a different system for appointments, but she was very nice and walked me through the process and gave me the links through email to create an account and then she was able to book me for the following week. Slightly frustrating experience but she was very polite and caring and still assisted. I have been to places where they do not offer that kind of care and assistance. Very lovely office as well.

Dr. Docasar is a true professional in every way. She cares about her patients and is focused on making sure that they receive personalized care and recommendations based on their specific needs. She is accessible, collaborative and communicative. I am so happy to be under her care.

I have never been treated so poorly by a practice. Watch out!!! All this office wants is your money!!First, Dr Docasar is an ok doctor. She answered my questions, but first she forgot that I was in the exam room on my 2nd visit. She also said that I have to come back to a class in the evening to talk about my issue, when I had already discussed the issue with her at the visit. Talk about double billing for the same issue.But my biggest issue is with the office staff who is absolutely and utterly the rudest people that I have ever met. How do you stay employed in a field like medical that calls for customer service? I got notified almost a year later that a claim in 2022 did not go through to my insurance. The office asked me to help, so I called my insurance carrier and they said that I did not have to pay the bill and that there was no evidence that they submitted the claim on time. When I called the office back to explain this, they stated, we bill your insurance as a courtesy and it is your responsibility. Well, thats not the contract says when you are on insurance panels, so there is some shady things going on here.Anywho, fast forward to 2 weeks later when I got an e-mail that they canceled all of my upcoming appointments because of this unpaid claim (even though I was working with my insurance carrier to pay the claim).Fast forward 2 more weeks and the practice ACTUALLY DEBITED MY DEBIT CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION $100!I am beyond annoyed with this office! Dont go here unless you want to get ripped off!!!!!!

I absolutely love Dr. Docasar and her team. Their office is absolutely stunning and they regularly have client appreciation events that offer education and additional services outside of your routine visit. The team at Dr. Docasar’s office is patient, supportive, and discreet and ensure that although sometimes stressful, your visit with Dr. Docasar is safe and that you’re comfortable. Trust is so hard to find in a doctor and I’m thankful to have found Dr. Docasar.

Always a pleasure coming into the office for my appointments. Dr. Docasar and these ladies definitely take the time and effort to make the place a welcoming one. I also appreciate the respect they have for their customers time. I dont ever have to wait longer than 5 minutes from Check in nor do I ever have to wait in a patient room long. Thank you ladies. Dr Haydee Docasar has been my doctor for years and I would never go to nobody else! She is knowledgeable, always listens to my concerns and never behaves like she is in a hurry with a patient. I love having her as my doctor!

Dr Docasar and her staff are awesome. They know their patients by name when you walk in the door and are always friendly. Dr takes time to listen and address all of your concerns and doesn’t make you feel like you’re rushed in and out. She is always easy to reach by phone, message or email. She and her staff are prompt to respond and Dr truly has your best health in mind by tailoring your treatment specific to your needs.

Dr. Docasar is a wonderful doctor for me and my bioidentical hormone replacement. Staff is polite, greets me by name and you are seen in a timely fashion with no waiting. She uses an online portal for me to communicate and review my records.

Arrive on time for my appointment and was greeted by the receptionist who was easy to work with and able to update my new insurance. Dr. Docasar is always pleasant and really seems to care about my overall health and well being!! I have been going to see Dr. Docasar for over 15 years and have always been happy with the service I am provided!

Dr. Docasar is the kindest and most compassionate doctor in America. People within the LGBTQIA+ community can face unnecessary discrimination with their medical practitioners which is only harmful but this is never the case with Dr. Docasar. She sees patients and people and gives us all love and care equally. I don’t even live in Nevada yet I still see her for my medical care. She is truly the best there is!

Dr. Haydee Docasar, was my doctor many years ago when she was in the Navy and worked at Bethesda. She performed a hysterectomy on me and I almost died. I was admitted 3 times, and 5 blood transfusions, stomach issues, and bladder problems. I ended up have several diagnosis, in which I still have today. Her last words to me prior to her retiring, was you will be alright, she says just dont eat bread. I never knew why she said that to me, just dont eat bread, and Ive always wanted to just know what went wrong in the surgery room that cause her to make that statement. Its been 23 years and Im still have same medical issues, only they got worse. I know anything can happen during surgery. I just wish she would have been straight up honest with me and just told me what went wrong during my operation procedure, because she knew what went wrong in the operating room. She was with a Dr. Sullivan during this time. I just want to say, not being honest , and straight up caused caused me so many issues. This is a life long journey. I tell everybody, dont focus on how nice they treat you when you meet them, personality is one thing, but being able to apply what they learn in a surgery room is another thing. Get a second or third opinion. Ive learned that if they fail to disclose the truth, it can be a long journey trying to resolve your medical problem. Some Doctors dont want to touch a patient when another Doc mess up. Its been years, and I know if she reads this post she will remember this was one of her worse cases. I just pray she has gotten better with telling her patients everything, even if it hurts. Just remember we are all human and sometime we just mess up even as professionals. Again, just dont eat bread, can be a long journey and very frustrating. Just tell the truth!

Dr. Docasar is amazing! Everyone knows Paps are not something to look forward to but she makes you feel so comfortable that it’s over before you know it. I trust her 100%! Front staff is super friendly as well!

A great experience as a patient. They are friendly and fast. My appointments are so quick, which I really appreciate. Sometime the office staff seems a bit muddled and doesnt know what is going on but I know they have had several staffing changes and are working on it. I also find the online portal system a bit difficult to navigate and wish I could tell the difference between offers and actual personal media info without having to log in. Overall, the best and fastest gynecologist Ive had.

Ive been a patient to Dr. Docasar for well over 10 years, and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my health & well-being. She is the most caring, professional, knowledgeable & authentic health care provider out there! I trust her and her staff like they are my own family! The receptionists are very friendly and quick to get me checked in whenever I come to visit. Dr. Docasar is very professional, yet warm and friendly when speaking to me. Ive been coming to this doctor for several months with my son who is transitioning to female. (Im attending the visits in a supporting role)Entering the office, you can see its very clean, well kept, with fresh paint and nicely decorated shelves, artwork, etc. The staff greets you right away, is very friendly and helpful.Weve always had a short wait in getting back to see the doctor. The nurse takes vital signs, asks questions about any changes to medical history, allergies, medications, etc. Very friendly and even funny.Almost no time passes before Dr. Docasar comes in. She, too, is very friendly and never rushed. She asks important, delving questions. MOST importantly, she listens to questions and concerns (even from curious parents!). She is not some You have to do it my way! doctor. She listens. She asks about your current knowledge and what YOU want to achieve. She tells you what you might expect and things to look out for.Visiting with Dr. Docasar is a truly wonderful experience!Also, I should point out she recommends people transitioning meeting with counselors and/or group therapy sessions. She doesnt FORCE it upon someone, but recommends it, I suppose to hear from others about their experiences. You can set expectations and more.Truly wonderful doctor.In regards to the office and polite, friendly staff, I should point out that they currently assess a $3 charge if you use a debit/credit card. They prefer payment such as Zelle or Venmo. While these alternative payment methods are not challenging or difficult, theyre not as convenient as a card (or Apple/Google/Samsung Pay!). I think charging a $3 fee is completely unnecessary, especially on a $15 co-pay.Perhaps theyve had bad experiences with patients doing chargebacks on cards, hence the flat fee, versus a percentage like the credit card company vendors charge to the business? (normally not more than 3% for Visa/Mastercard)Since they have simple alternatives to the card, with no fee, Im not going to downgrade my rating. If the only option was cash, I definitely would, though (its 2022, people dont carry cash anymore. If that WAS a requirement, most people would have to go to an ATM, perhaps get charged a fee THERE, before every doctor visit... IF they remember)Alas, I digress. The staff is very friendly. Its a nice office. Most of all, Dr. Docasar is a pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient doctor. (pun intended )

Dr Docasar is great! I’ve been going to her for 15 years now. She’s competent and takes her time with patients. I’m a nurse and I am picky as to who my health care providers are. I feel very comfortable trusting her with my needs.

This office is efficient, and I was in and out of there quickly. Dr. Docasar is also efficient but not very personable. When I first started going there, she was more conversant but this recent visit I dont feel like she was interested in me. I will continue to see her.

Im so very pleased that I was able to find a fantastic OB GYN.As a new patient it can be ďifficult to find that perfect place. But I believe that I have done just that, from the very first phone call all the way to the actual office visit. I felt like I made correct choice. I recommend Dr. Docasar and staff hands-down. You will not be disappointed.

My experience with Dr. Docasar was nothing short of fabulous!! I had my first IUD put in and she made me feel comfortable and explained what I should expect from beginning to end and after procedure. I would highly recommend her for this and all the services she has to offer. She takes her time and truly cares about us women and making us feel confidently beautiful and it shows in her work!!

I usually dont like going to the gyno...especially because Ive had some really horrible experiences where I felt like no one was listening to me or trying to help. Dr. Docasar and her staff made sure to ask me questions and listen to me & make recommendations. She was also very understanding of my situation & overall very empathetic.

She is very understanding and most importantly she listens to the patient! As a transgender I’m trying to grow my hips and bottom with limited results by buying medication from overseas. Last time home my girlfriend told me “Peter you may not see it but I can tell your bottom IS starting to get fatter!” Not sure who is more ecstatic me or her!I HIGHLY recommend Doctor Docasar!-She sent me to a testing facility that cost WAY less than my previous test. She watches our backsides!

Haydee Docasar is awesome. I have been seeing her for the past few years and I appreciate the knowledge she has and the quick responses in regards to questions. Their office uses a health portal where I am able to send messages to the doctor instead of having to call the office. I know they are busy and I can rely on a message back directly from the doctor.

Dr. Docasar has been my GYN for years and after going into menopause she became my bio-identical hormone doctor. With her help I have lost quite a bit of weight, gotten a handle on my health as a whole and got a great education on nutrition. If she was in primary care, I would never go to another doctor. Her staff is really sweet and kind, which is a preference for me. The only issue I had very early on when she was with another doctor was the wait time. Once I voiced my concern, as I am really busy, the problem was rectified. Now, I can say, I never have that problem and going to the office is something I look forward to. My relationship with Dr. Docasar is what going to a doctor is all about. We are a team keeping me healthy, happy and whole.

Dr Docasar’s entire practice is focused on nothing less than excellent customer service. They are all personally involved and truly interested in the patient’s well-being. Blessed to have her as a trusted professional.

I was looking for a Gynecologist and came across Haydee and I’m so happy that I did. I got all the information before I arrived for my appointment and what I was going to have to pay towards my insurance copay. The two girls on the reception desk are so friendly. Haydee was excellent! My experience was excellent! The whole appointment was fast and well organized. I needed some prescriptions and these were sent straightaway. Would 100% recommend Haydee and her office! Thank you!

So glad I found Dr Docasar!!! I moved from Florida 7 years ago and needed a Gyn that could help me balance my hormones! I went to the seminar prior to my first appointment which I found really helpful.It gave me a good understanding of the types of treatments available, which seem to me to be very up to date with whats possible today. The office staff were very knowledgable and helpful Id like to give a shout out to Angela who is terrific!! At my first appointment, Dr Docasar really listened to my concerns and got me started on a hormone therapy that day! I was 65 and and I had a bladder sling done 5 years ago. Dr Docasar gave me some information about the THERMIVA procedure to help with the elasticity problems that come with age. I was a little nervous but I am glad I decided on it!!! Dr Docasar and Angela were super, they put a facial mask on me while I had the procedure which did not hurt one bit. It feels warm but thats really all. It seemed to tighten everything up, which is great. Now when I sneeze no little pee problem, so that was better. I now have more moisture naturally . Thanks for everything, Connie

I would never recommend Haydee Docasar. I have no idea why she has so many positive reviews.I went in for 2 reasons1) my annual exam and 2) to address my ongoing 20 year endometriosis concerns.Although i appeared to be the only patient there at the time of my appointment, I was left sitting in the room waiting for a while. No apology upon her entering the room. She proceeded to do my “exam” which took no more than 30 seconds. She did not even check for breast lumps.I brought up my new findings on the pain I have suffered with for years- and that it may possibly be endometriosis. She said and I quote: “Oh every woman has some amount of endometriosis”. Then she proceeded to tell the front desk receptionist to give me a sample of LoLoestrin they have behind the counter aka birth control. I had taken several different birth control pills prior to her recommending that. She did not inquire about my medical background or experience. I was 30 years old at the time and she treated me as if I was uneducated or inexperienced and that birth control was the only answer. What if I wanted to conceive, but the endometriosis was affecting my ability to conceive? How does Birth control help that? 🙄For a female doctor, this is absolutely shameful. She does not advocate for women’s health and education.My entire appointment was less that 4 minutes.I recommend finding an OB GYN with FACOG behind their name and if you have endometriosis concerns, go to a gynecological surgeon as they seem to actually have studied and have a grasp on endometriosis. I have now learned after many years that most OB GYNs have NO CLUE about endometriosis. They have to specialize in endometriosis! If an OB GYN just throws birth control at you as the only solution, that is an indicator that they don’t specialize in endometriosis care.

My visits to Dr. Docasar’s office are always pleasant. The front desk staff and doctor’s assistant are kind, friendly & professional. Dr. Docasar is genuinely concerned about my health & well being. I’m always amazed in all of the new products & procedures to keep me healthy, strong and looking my best.

DR Docasar is very pleasant and compassionate to work with. Her support for the transgender community is crucial on getting the right care. I am so happy I found her.

Best Gyno in town! Been going to Dr. Docasar for 10+ years. Her office is always super clean, she has the best reception staff and nurses. Dr. Docasar is always very polite and professional. If your in need of a great Gynecologists look no further than Dr. Docasar.

I have been seeing Dr Docasar for several years. She is always on time for the appointments. And, she is just so knowledgeable about a multitude of female problems. Dr Docasar is very patient when she explains things. I really appreciate her and I recommend her to all my friends.

The office assistant Angela is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and INCOMPETENT. She does not know ANYTHING about billing. She makes TONS of mistakes. Her condescending tone is unbearable, and unnecessary especially considering she is wrong 99% of the time. Dr. Docasar is a fairly good doctor HOWEVER she charges for EVERYTHING. She peddles pills out of her office at astronomical prices. Docasars office reminds me of a nail shop. $5 for this $5 for that. Haydee Docasar seems as though shes more concerned with making a dollar than being a good, caring doctor. In my experience AND my daughters she can not say shes gone beyond her realm as a doctor. She should be more selective with choosing her staff and ensure she hires QUALIFIED, efficient people.

I have been a patient of Dr. Docasar for over 2 years and she is very warm and friendly. I never feel rushed and if something else comes up during the visit, Dr Docasar takes the time to address the issue. In addition, her staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great staff! Love the office space! And Dr. Docasar is so personable, gentle & gives her time! Also - I was in & out of there within 15 minutes while still feeling like I had a thorough exam.

This review is for trans people looking to get HRT services.TL;DR Trans people: you can get your hormones here, but just know you’re in for a headache that doesn’t get better with time.I went here for 3.5 years. They finally figured out how to use my preferred name and pronouns after several months. The doc did not listen to me, and she won’t listen to you. I asked for subcutaneous injections, she said okay, then when I got my prescription it turned out she assigned me intramuscular. When I tried to change it she said we couldn’t do subQ because, and I quote, “I don’t know what size needle that takes.” She had me on a very low dose to the point where menstruation was a very real threat if I was late on just one shot. The entire time I went here they’d tell me I needed to do xyz, I’d do that, and then suddenly that wasn’t right and I needed to do vwxyz. Oh and don’t go here if you’re just starting FTM HRT because she won’t teach you how to do your injection. When I asked her how to do intramuscular she said “ask your pharmacist” as if that’s helpful. I had to learn on YouTube.I guess the pros are that they do in-house bloodwork (but not all the time?) and that the doctor is personable.

Good luck getting in. I have been rescheduled 3 times. It’s been 2 months and they wanted me to go 3 months. Im sure the doctor is great but it would be nice if they can just be honest and say they can’t see patients. I could have tried to get in somewhere else instead of waiting over 2 months only to be rescheduled

As a new patient, there are the typical forms to fill out before your first appointment. It’s made very easy with the online portal. The office staff are kind, and patient. Dr. Docasar is very personable and efficient. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Docasar.

One and Done. Although my visit for a routine screening was pleasant enough, Dr. Docasar did scoff at my resistance to hormonal birth control. Approximately three months post-visit the nightmare began; I was sent a bill from her office, and have been engaged in regular conversations with the front desk personnel (Angela, I believe, is the once I speak most frequently with.) Her office insists that they were never paid; however, I have had lengthy conversations with my insurance provider, including providing check numbers, dates, and dates the check was cashed to no avail. Now, Im enjoying the collections fiasco, as her office never notified me of the situation until well after the ninety-day window, and refuses to have a conversation with the insurance company herself. I have even spoken with the collections agent, and provided her with the information, but continue to be harassed by her office.

Im transgender, female to male (FTM), and I went there 1/19 to start hormone replacement therapy (HRT). The office was extremely respectful of my preferred name and gender identity, and the appointment was quick and easy with no unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to get started on anything. Left the office with a referral to a lab for blood work and another appointment scheduled with them for beginning of Feb to go over the results from the lab. As a transgender male I never expected to feel so welcome and accepted in an office that was based around womens health, if anything I expected the experience to feel quite dysphoric. I was pleasantly surprised!

Dr. Docasar and her staff was amazing!! Very professional and efficient. I filled out all of the paperwork online prior to coming to my appointment. I got there at 2pm (my appointment time) and were done by 2:45. Definitely recommend👌😃

My wife uses Dr Docasar for her hormone treatment, and is totally happy with her, so when I thought I might have Low T I start seeing Dr Docasar for my hormone program. Dr Docasar is absolutely amazing, I was a little apprehensive at first about discussing testosterone treatment with a women doctor, but Dr Docasar is so professional and easy to talk to, my concerns quickly disappeared. Within days of taking my first injection my sense of well being, and sex drive, had greatly improved. For the gentleman who read this, if you feel lethargic and that your sex drive is not what it was 10 years ago, you need to have your testosterone level checked and a professional to help you. And I highly recommend that you go see Dr Docasar!!! Dani and Diamond at the front desk are always so nice and polite, that it makes the visits enjoyable. Angelia is always so knowledgable, professional, and excellent at drawing blood labs, that it painless. Dr Docasars new office on Sahara is really nice, and for me really convenient. Listen guys, find an expert like Dr Docasar and get your T levels checked. She will help manage and keep a close eye on your T levels which will improve your quality of life.

Ive been seeing Dr. Docasar for 7 years. I love that her office is GYN only (OB services for 1st trimester only) because I dont have to worry about appointments running late for OB emergencies. I did have to leave her office for about a year with the birth of my 2nd child, but returned as soon as my post-OB care was concluded. Her newest office is even better than her last- I only waited about 5 minutes for my last appointment! Her staff has also been very helpful in assisting with my insurance questions.

Haydee Docasar has been my doctor for over 12 years. All I have to say is...I have never in my life felt so taken care of. If your thinking about seeing her I promise you wont make a mistake.

Worst obgyn I ever had. Will never recommend to anyone. Reasons are as follows:1. She was very rushed during the appointment. I was still asking a question, but she already stood up and started walking towards the door. I didn’t get to ask any further question because she quickly walked out after giving me a quick response to the first question.She was so impatient I felt like I was bothering her, and I waited for about an hour for this visit!2. It appears she prescribed the wrong medication because the instructions she told me during the appointment are completely different from those on the prescription I picked up from the pharmacy!Less dosage per day and less number of days!3. Two tests were performed without my knowledge. She didn’t mention anything about those 2 tests but I received a bill for them.

The staff and Doctor have always been so professional and truly caring. I know I’ll always get the best care when I have appointments at this office. 5 stars all the time! Thank you for being yourselves and making the patient experience a great one.

I have been going to Dr. DOCASAR for years and always have been treated with respect & dignity from the front desk staff to Dr. DOCASAR. Dr. DOCASAR has always taken a special interest in my needs & provides professional service. Dr.DOCASAR saved my life by noticing a mole on my leg & telling me to get it checked out which I did. It turned out to be Malignant Melanoma. I had surgery & have been cancer free for 3 years. Dr. DOCASAR has gained my trust & I’m forever grateful!

I never leave bad reviews, because I believe that anyone can have bad day and no one deserves to be judged by just one mistake. Unfortunately, I have to leave this bad review due to the office staff incompetence and rudeness. Angela was not only unhelpful, she was rude and tried to threaten me. I have 2 insurances and because she didnt submit the claim on time my insurance requested to send them paperwork. In fact she waited almost a year and then she had guts to call me and in unpleasant tone tell me that my account will go into collections and they dont even have to contact my insurance companies. She demanded that I personally pay over $1,000 immediately. As soon as I hung up with her I called my insurance company where I was explained nicely that the doctors office cannot collect money from me directly, since it was their fault that they didnt submit claim on time. All they needed is just call insurance company and provide them additional paperwork to get paid. I call Angela back and was told that she cannot talk. I relayed the message and hung up. I have never received an apology. I do not recommend this office due to incompetent staff.

Dr. Docasar and staff are truly the best I have seen in Las Vegas. What I truly value is the level of knowledge that Dr. Docasar has with hormone levels and a WOMANS body. I have seen male OBGYN doctors and feel that they are out of touch with what it is that we women go through.

Ive been going to Haydee Docasar, MD, for quite a while now and am quite happy with the way she treats and interacts with me. Since Covid-19 she instituted policies regarding when to have virtual and in-office visits. I really like those times when I dont have to cross town for our visit.

Dr. is nice and staff is polite, however...I have had nothing but problems with billing/payment. Paperwork was submitted incorrectly, which led to me not receiving bills which leads to things leading to collections!!! Then I receive bills with interest charges when I have already paid the remaining balance, have the receipt to prove it. Poor communication between office and billing and their whole system.Also, office staff stated they would send my medical records over to another dr. office, when I arrived at that office no records where there. That office secretary called Docasars office asking again for the records, they stated they would send them over in five minutes... time passes and still no records. At the end of my appointment (45 mins later) still no records. They did not complete there job.Overall opinion....Stay away!

I had my annual doctors checkup at this office, and then a follow up visit to get the lab results. the office is wonderful, the nurse was sweet, the doctor did her routine questions and checks. My problem was afterwards with the billing - there was confusion about my fully covered annual visits to PCPs, verses with specialists. I called the billing to inquire about this, but the billing lady was the WORST and RUDE-IST I have ever talked with. AETNA will now be reprocessing the claim, and will require them to refund part of what I paid anyway to keep the rude lady quiet. They have lost a good potential patient for a stupid $20. Nadeya.

I highly recommend Dr. Docasar to any woman looking for a great gynecologist. I am a middle aged woman and struggled with hormonal changes that affected my energy, sleep, focus and moods. She worked with me to find the right solution and really helped me get my life back. My primary care physician recommended that I attend an information session at Dr. Docasar’s office to gather information on bio-identical hormone replacement as a possible solution to mood swings, brain fog, hair loss, and heavy painful periods. The offices are in the same complex so I walked over to Dr. Docasar’s office to inquire. The receptionist advised me that I could sign up for the next group informational session scheduled for 12/16, collected my information, provided me paper work to complete and return day of session, and advised me that there would be a fee of $84.57 for the session. I signed up, returned to session 12/12, and paid the fee. There were approximately 5-7 other attendees and Dr. Docasar provided a PowerPoint presentation on bio-identical hormone options including what steps to take next if we were interested in pursuing as an option which included either becoming a patient at her office or another. The session lasted 40-45 mins. Those of us who were interested were advised to leave intake paper work, make appointment 1-2 weeks later (include PAP, if needed), and complete lab work. They advised us to schedule blood work at the office prior to first visit so that results could be reviewed during our first visit which I did.My next appointment was 12/22 and it was the first painful PAP I’ve experienced and when I advised her, she stated “that happens”… She advised me I had to schedule another appointment to review blood work and we would create a plan of action during the next visit. During the next visit on 12/28, she rushed through my blood work results and recommended bio-identical hormone cream. I reminded her that I was currently taking birth control and asked if I would need to stop taking them before starting hormones. I also reminded her that in the past my periods were worse when I was off the pill (all of this was documented on my intake plus I shared with MA), and she recommended an IUD. I advised her that I wasn’t interested in an IUD and inquired about other options. She sighed and suggested I read up on the IUD and schedule another appointment.I’m appealing the 12/16 charge which was billed as a New Patient Comprehensive Sick OV. First of all, I was advised when signing up by the receptionist that the fee was $84.57 which I agreed to and paid. Secondly, how is a group education session on par with a New Patient Comprehensive visit Sick OV? I had NO 1:1 time with the doctor and a PowerPoint presentation was shared. It was clearly an educational not clinical visit.For all visits, I’m lucky if I spent 15 mins face time with Dr. Docasar yet now have bills totaling $527.39 above what was paid by Anthem. In addition, because she tried to push an IUD which didn’t seem like a great option, failed to fully review my results, and frankly seemed incompetent, I decided to seek a 2nd option and have since been receiving much higher quality of care however ended up costing me even more out of pocket fees. In addition during each visit to Dr. Docasar’s office, office staff attempted to sell me everything from Medifast to Proactive.. The whole experience seemed unprofessional and frustrating to manage. The only reason I hung in as long as I did was because I was desperately seeking assistance to manage my health issues and she was referred to me by my PCP.On 2/23/2016, I contacted the physician’s office to inquire and was advised that if I didn’t think the code used was correct, I should call my insurance company to find out what code to use, and then contact their billing service. I contacted Anthem and was advised that codes are not given out and the physician’s billing office should know how to bill. The representative from Anthem stated that she would file a complaint on my behalf and that I could file an appeal. I also attempted to contact the billing service provided by the receptionist, left 2 messages, and have received no response.

Had a UTI that was developing from mild discomfort to tsunami of misery very quickly Monday night. I emailed the office and first thing Tuesday morning they called with an appointment time in a couple of hours. Gave a sample, the Rx was waiting at my pharmacy within an hour. Relief was on the way. Just so thankful that my doctor and her staff realized the urgency and helped right away.

I have had so many problems with this gyno, its ridiculous. If you cant make it to an appointment for emergency reasons, you get charged $50. If you dont show up to an appointment that you didnt even know existed and got absolutely no phone calls verifying the appointment, same thing and get charged $50. They have absolutely no understanding of an individuals situation. Definitely would not recommend this office to anyone. Will not be returning.

Worst experience ever! Clearly all this lady cares about is money. Shoving Botox and other products she sells in your face as the first thing you see as a new patient. Staff did not seem to know what they were doing and could not clearly answer any of my questions. Doctor was rude and rushed me through my appointment. Advised me I HAD to have a referral for my services even though Im PPO and called my insurance carrier in advance to verify that I did not. BlueCross BlueShield verified that IUD removal is covered 100% under the affordable care act. She then with attitude, offered to do the service anyway at my cost. When I tried to discuss my family history of breast cancer she said maybe I should have a mammogram but that it would likely not be covered because of my age. And ended the conversation and was trying to walk out of the room. This office is a crock and isnt even equipped to care for patients through an entire pregnancy... If you want a REAL OBGYN I suggest you look elsewhere..

Quick, easy, painless!! Not many women can say that they love their annual exam, but Dr. Docasar takes the ugh out of it!! Thorough but also, in/out, no nonsense!! Highly recommend!

It was great! I was very anxious and nervous considering it was my first time, but after the appointment I was great that the horror stories I heard prior to my visit did not occur. The doctor was very gentle and made my experience very comforting.

She is a sweet lady but that is about it. I waited an hour in her lobby in uncomfortable chairs. Nobody knows whats going on in there. I called and couldnt get a person on the phone to ask a question. They prefer you email and wait. I was billed for something I didnt see her for. If you would like to not be able to speak with anyone and waste your day sitting in a lobby then this is the right doctor for you.

They didnt take my insurance but I paid for it anyway ($200) because I want to check my hormones. Doctor and staff were kind and never rushed me. They got me in and out and I already did my blood work at quest and ready to see the results. Thank you. :)

Dr Docosar should not have her license as we have had the worst experience with her we could ever imagine, my GF and I went to see her and she immediately performed procedures and didnt do the correct blood test all while it was an emergency and she was miscarrying. She gave us the complete run around and later (1week) apologized for not doing her job correctly . She was so rude and had the poorest bedside manners also. When I was in the waiting room with my gfs grandma she didnt introduce herself and gave me a form for radiology and said call here and make your GF an appointment for an ultrasound and walked away. She doesnt even know that you cant see anything with an ultrasound at 6 weeks pregnant. That was a complete waste of a day and money. She right away assumed we were getting an abortion from the start and was pushing the In house procedure so she can make that easy $. It was a complete waste of time and money. Then we found out she didnt even do the right blood test to read the hcg levels. So after every visit we are getting charged while she bills the insurance just for her benefit and not even helping her patients . We later learned from other obgyns that she is known in the Las Vegas valley for one of the worst doctors in Las Vegas and they also said I dont know how that lady has her license. She clearly does not know what shes doing and is mainly in business to sell Botox, and other beauty procedures . How do you have that in the same office as obgyn? How do you waste a pregnant miscarrying patients time and money and dont even help the situation and dont even know what to do with recommending an ultrasound and not doing the correct blood test from the first moment you were told we thought she was miscarrying? That shouldve been the first thing she did to confirm. Then she never followed up and we also found out that they dont take our insurance when at first they said they did. They do this to everybody and when you sign the initial waiver it states you have to pay for her visits no matter what but it said they accepted her insurance . Shes clearly only in the business for the $. This doctor is your worst nightmare please dont go there everyone says the same thing about here shes not there for the patient only to bill you and your insurance . Shes a scam and she should go to jail. These are human lives you affected and your bedside manners are shameful and terrible. I hope somebody closes her business soon because we certainly are trying. I expriance with this business is completely scam.I made an appoinemt thru zocdoc, and one of staff called me. I already provided my insurance info along with insurance card photo that my name on it.Plus My DOB and SSN.Next thing lasdy asked was my husbands SSN.I am not comfortable providing that information and nobody asked my husbands SSN EVER.The doctor I worked with back in Virginia told me they can bill to insurance company with my husbands DOB.Lady said that in order to get an appointment, they need my husbands SSN.That is not right.I end up went to see another doctor for my annual exam.So upset about they way they do business and rude to customer.

Ive only had one visit to this doctor for a checkup in February. Further testing was going to be needed. I scheduled a colposcopy for the following month but unfortunately my move to VA had been sooner than expected. I tried calling on two occasions to cancel was on hold for over 10 mins and 12 mins the 2nd time so I hung up. However, I failed to send an email and ended up with a $190 charge which I paid because I was unable to get ahold of them and could have sent an email.I was having difficulty getting the birth control approved and requird a prior auth. When I called to see if I could get one I was told she doesnt do them. And that because I had moved I was no longer her patient. (Funny how I faced the same dilemma after leaving VA and my previous doc was more than happy to help.)Fast forward to late August Im back and still need this procedure done and because I had familiarity with Docasar and no big qualms I decided to make an appt. It took me 3 different attempts on my part and 8 days of waiting to get this procedure scheduled, which as of today I learned I was scheduled for the 20th not the 22nd which I had written down. I specifically told her when we were scheduling I may have a problem paying for the procedure and was told to just have it scheduled and that I would receive a call 2 days prior to my appt. in case I needed to cancel/rescheduleNo call was received I call today to reconfirm my own appt and inform them I have not received a call. I was informed my procedure was 2 days ago and that they tried calling the 16th but were unable to leave a message for some reason I immediately checked my voicemail box and it wasnt full and there were no new msg. I looked for the office # on my records online which didnt appear either. I made an immense effort to have this scheduled and never received a call, voicemail OR email to reconfirm this appointment.***Update***Reached out to the office to try and correct the issue and asked for documentation that an attempt to call or email was made as I would have removed this review and not been so angry about the $100 no show fee. It was not provided & According to them its a courtesy to reach out prior to an appt and its my responsibility to keep my appts. I agree except pretty sure at my job its my responsibility that my clients are all on the same page as the business and I am sure to call leave a message and email them so I can back it up.. but you know what do I know? I dont work in the healthcare field where being on the same page is even more critical but its clear theyre not budging.The doctor was kind enough to give you a courtesy refill on your medication okay back to my original issue I needed a prior auth. I addressed that how many times and when I asked for one I was told she doesnt do them I said if that had been outlined in their policy packet just like all the BILLING is I would have sought out a different doctor. No response to that remark was given. Ive never been to a doctor where they flat out refused something like that. Maybe Ive just been blessed I had doctors who genuinely cared. That should have been my red flag. Also I was informed their confirmation system is all electronic. Guess things changed cause last time I was called and emailed by an actual person.Bottom Line: They dont care I expressed financial hardship or offered to show my phone records as proof nothing on my side was received. I was told my fee was waived previously which I appreciated but again I paid $194 last time and regardless, I still do not feel at fault for this situation and should not owe $100 But I appreciate the lesson! Read the reviews before choosing a doc. I wish I did. She clearly cares more about getting $100 then a negative review so I rest my case. I will pay the $100 just to be done with this establishment even though I cannot afford it, BUT I will be sure to post this on other review sites since it may not matter to her office but maybe itll matter to potential patients.

After two attempts to schedule with this office, they cancelled again and were very rude about self pay. I would not recommend this office for any women health needs. As you will just be put off for months on end.

I’ve been seeing her for over 7 years. She’s always quick and on time. She’s helped me with personal issues and is always very helpful with whatever I’m going through. Highly recommend!

Dr. Docosar is a great doctor and helped me with abnormal bleeding and other issues I was having which other doctors could not.My only issue is that I wont be able to see her any more because her office moved to the other side of town which would not allow me to continue with her.

If you get care from this doctor, be sure to get the results of your screenings. No news is not always good news.

BTW theres only one doc in the office b/c she is not certified as an OB-GYN, so PAs and NPs cant practice under her license. Thats why they have such long wait times and rush through appts.
