Genics Labs Molecular and Genetic Testing

Need to train a better staff. The phlebotomist said he has to redraw more blood from my parents because it’s not enough blood. to do the test. Are you kidding ? I have not encountered a lab like this. I will not recommend to use this lab.

Facility is extremely clean and sanitary. All staff is great, welcoming, and very friendly. The phlebotomist, Albert, is an expert at what he does. The blood test was very smooth, painless, and efficient. 10/10.

The service was exceptional! Best Place in Vegas to get a PCR test for travelers. All the staff were really welcoming and very informative. The prices are very affordable!! I Booked for the rapid test received my results within 45 min. They’re very prompt and the location is very clean. Definitely a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great service! Called in last minute to be able to fly and got scheduled in immediately. After only 1 hour I got my test results and made it to my flight! Employees were extremely helpful and accommodating. Love a business that truly has an interest in the patients needs!

Upset. , we were told we will receive two email, one with a password to open de results in a second email. We got the first one timely but still waiting for the second one more than 24 hours after we paid $220 for one hour results. Our trip to another country is departing tomorrow. Four emails I have sent, no answer so far.

I had a really great experience, all the staff were really friendly and welcoming; service was great. Went to get tested for Covid and the place is really clean. I’ll definitely be coming back!
