Absolutely love this place and the staff. Cindy Duke is very compassionate, she actually listens to you. She is by far the best doctor I have ever met. Her entire staff is very pleasant and caring and always tries to answer all your questions. IVF is a hard process as it is and having a staff that’s there to listen and try to help is extremely important. Would recommend this clinic to anyone.

We ended up working with Dr. Duke after two years and several failed attempts at an out of state clinic. In the midst of the covid shutdown and our despair, they took us on and provided us with exceptional care. We now have two healthy babies thanks to Dr. Duke and her team. I wholeheartedly trust Dr. Duke and promise that once you meet her, you will be impressed by her knowledge, soothed by her calm & collected vibe, and reinvigorated by her confidence. When we had almost lost all hope, she helped give us what we weren’t sure we’d ever have.

The entire staff was so friendly and made it an incredibly comfortable experience. I am a long haul truck driver and needed a visit with very short notice and they were so accommodating and got me in for an exam and connected with all of the referrals I needed while I was in town. Dr. Duke and her staff are the best experience I’ve had with an OB/GYN

My husband and I were eager to begin our journey toward starting a family, but this clinic turned what should have been an exciting time into a nightmare. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be treated with absolute disregard and zero respect. The communication here is abysmal – it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone, and when you do, they’re either clueless or keep transferring you around with no answers. Despite calling multiple times just to confirm my appointment, no one could even tell my husband the date time. Worse, they lost our referral twice, even after our doctor confirmed it was sent.The front desk staff and whoever answers the phone were shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This clinic is a mess, both in how they operate and how they treat their patients. What should have been a hopeful, positive experience was a total disaster, leaving us frustrated, emotionally drained, and feeling completely disrespected. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place – its a total waste of time, money, and energy.

If I could rate this place less than 1 star, I definitely would. My experience with their customer service was one of the worst Ive encountered. From the receptionists to the nurses but the winner is the Finance department!!. The lady working there couldnt be anymore rude if she tried!.Unfortunately, I never got to meet the doctor, so I cant comment on that aspect. However, its worth noting that the front office is essentially the face of the company/institute/office. Yet, they showed no compassion, lacked friendliness, and continuously gave me the runaround, transferring me from one department to another. Every query I had was met with a dismissive check your portal response. Dealing with fertility matters is already mentally and financially taxing, and the demeanor of the office staff only added to the stress and frustration.

I dont recommend this place, very unprofessional staff.My doctor sent me there for an analysis. They never sent me the results. Ive called multiple times and they always give me an excuse of why they cant send me my lab results, or they leave me on hold and ignore me.Edit response:Your staff sent the medical records request form to the wrong phone number. I called and gave the receptionist my contact info 3 times last week, and the forms were still sent to the wrong phone number. I was left on hold for 20 minutes during one phone call. I was transferred to the wrong department and then disconnected on another phone call. It took 6 phone calls for your staff to connect me to the right person and have the forms sent to my phone number.

I have to post this Dr. Duke, if you read this, I want to say thank you for your honesty and forgive me for being selfish. She truly cares about her patients. If she gives you a treatment plan, follow it. She is very honest. She also created the best embryos she truly cares about her patients. She will even provide one on one treatment plan to help you please listen to her so you can receive the best outcome. She is incredible.

I froze my eggs last year, and I thought the clinic itself seemed a little disorganized, I felt very lost in the process and not well informed on what was going on. I expressed my concerns and it did not get too much better honestly.With that being said I’m giving five stars anyways because Dr. Duke was such a compassionate and caring doctor. I had some complications and she was so kind and made sure to check in on me throughout.Thanks Dr. Duke.

Was not impressed. First and foremost the pricing online is completely deceiving. They claim ivf starts at $8k .. I have a tubal so I told them my fertility issues and didn’t need testing. I got a quote for TWENTY SIX THOUSAND not including meds. I tried to go over pricing and no one took the time. Secondly it’s incredibly hard to get ahold of anyone. They never answer, transfer you constantly, and take days to return messages. Lastly, I wanted a fresh cycle and minimal stimulation because I don’t naturally have fertility issues and was told the clinic doesn’t do fresh cycles and tried to be convinced that frozen cycles were better. It seemed like this was just to get more money.

Nevada Fertility Institute is a wonderful place to start and grow your family dynamics. Me and my daughter are newbies. I am her caregiver. I go to all her appointments. The process is time consuming that you may have and you may go through ups and downs which is expected, it is definitely worth it. Saying that, Doctor Duke is awesome, her skills on point and quite amazing to watch, with her empathy and just general kindness. Asking question which you are unsure of, she will sit down with you and answer and explain to make sure you understand and you have no doubts. She will end her conversation with you with “My Pleasure” this makes you feel worth it, like you weren’t a bother. Rare! Also saying that, her staff, and assistants and the staff in the office is just a kind with their genuine smiling faces. I had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie, Laura is great! The ultrasound Techs, i can go on and to just name a few, are professionals and just as kind. The staff ends the conversation with “My Pleasure!” I am totally happy my daughter chose NFI to start her family. I am going to be a Nana! Thanks you very much, Nevada Fertility Institute.

Hands down one of the best (if not the best) experiences Ive ever had with a healthcare facility! The staff are lovely and genuinely seem happy to be there. Nas is amazing and was able to get me a super last-minute appointment. And Chrissy, my RN, was completely approachable and helpful with questions. Plus the clinic was crystal clear about payments before I even walked in the door-- I didnt have to worry about surprise charges anywhere.I would 100% would recommend NHI to anyone, if only so they could experience how quality healthcare clinics are *supposed* to be. NFI was the most amazing clinic. I had worked with a fertility clinic before Dr. Dukes office and I can promise Dr. Dukes office was 1000% better. The staff are caring and they worked so hard to help our dream of getting pregnant come true. Were finally expecting our first baby this December. Couldnt be more grateful for Dr. Duke and her team!

I researched and had consultations with 3 other fertility locations before I came to and choose Nevada Fertility Institute. My overall choice to go with them for my egg freezing journey was meeting with Dr. Duke and her staff along with the affordability of the service. Dr. Duke was friendly and informed me of options that none of the other locations told me about and details of what my charts showed and what that meant for longterm for me.I appreciated the convenience of their office working with my schedule and the text option to the staff, if I had ANY question at whatever hour I would receive a reply and that made a world of difference.

This first rate staff shows genuine passion in their field as well compassion for the delicate fertility process. I cannot say enough about how much I adore Dr. Duke and her staff. My experience with Dr, Duke has been completely wonderful. Her bedside manner is second to none. She consistently takes the time to answer my million questions, and calm my nerves. As a person who is overly nervous in any Drs office, I feel so blessed to have found a Dr. who has been able make me feel so comfortable and understood. In addition to being extremely professional, Dr. Duke is also extremely friendly, kind, and caring. I truly feel like Dr. Dukes office has gone above and beyond all of my expectations.After my first consultation, Dr. Duke worked diligently to run labs and do tests. She was able to quickly determine a treatment plan that is specific to my needs and helped me to choose IUI. She closely monitors my labs, and makes changes to my plan when necessary. I feel so comfortable with this process knowing that she is constantly looking out for me. She carefully explains everything to me and my husband so that we always feel comfortable with what is happening. Her optimism is contagious, I feel so excited knowing that she is in my corner.In addition to Dr. Dukes endearing qualities, her staff is also fantastic. Every time I come in, Allie greets me by name, and with a smile. Her nurses, especially Kelly and Chrissy, have gone above and beyond what I have ever expected a nurse to do. I know that they are all rooting for my success, and doing everything in their power to make my dreams come true.

I always have a great appointment with Dr. Duke whether its in the office or a telemedicine appointment. Dr. Duke is always very supportive of the decisions you make. Before my first visit Dr. Duke studied my file and had a plan of action when I came to the office. She didnt have to look through my file during the visit. I appreciate a doctor who makes me feel like Im their only patient. I also like that Dr. Duke is very personable and genuine, it makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They always go out their way to make sure I receive the information I need. For example, for some reason they can not call my out of state phone number from the office phone so they would text, email and call my husbands phone to make the information needed is received. Im so glad I was referred to Dr. Duke. Thanks Dr. Duke for all you and your staff do. I could not have met a better group of doctors and nurses.

Dr Duke is very knowledgeable and takes the time to address any concerns. The downfall with this clinic is the nursing staff support post procedure and the finance manager who fails to meet appointments or even send emails.If youre planning on paying 100% in cash and dont end up with any adverse side effects then youll be happy with this office.

I couldnt speak more highly of Dr. Duke and her team. Dealing with fertility issues can be overwhelming, but they took such great care of me and my husband. I reflect back and am so grateful. Dr. Duke was always very knowledgable and honest, giving us all options, and never pressuring us into any decisions. I talk to a lot of friends who have had other fertility doctors, and they didnt have such a thorough, warm, and caring experience. The nurses and Dr. Duke were so responsive. I always felt like a person they cared about and not just another patient. I also had the text line whenever I had questions pop up about medications or my treatments. The wonderful nurses would make phone calls in the evening to update my directions after blood work or ultrasounds. The in-office phlebotomist is great as well! I had two failed IUIs before deciding to move forward with IVF and each process and procedure was a positive experience. Even after I graduated from NFI, I had spotting 14 weeks into my pregnancy and texted the help line. Dr. Duke responded within 15 minutes on a Sunday to calm my nerves! I am now 24 weeks along with that IVF pregnancy. I love my regular OB and was still sad to graduate from NFI. If I decide to move forward with any future fertility care, it will definitely be with Dr. Duke and her NFI team.

RESPONSE TO OWNER:Of all the details I have left in this review about YOUR business, you are going to say that this is libel? The most I will do is remove the line about the cancellation fee since I dont have anything tangible to prove that is what I was told. But, I stand by being called the day before my appointment to pay an amount above $100.00. I have the bank statements and all communications archived to back it up. There is no fabrication in my review, so it will remain. The fact you are calling me a hypothetical patient with a hypothetical case is hilarious. The fact that you disabled my hypothetical account and my hypothetical wifes account on the patient portal not realizing I just logged in on August 4th to gather additional back-up is also hilarious, yet alarming. As the owner, your mockery of a review left by a patient instead of attempting to get to the bottom of what happened to possibly offer a solution or even an apology for what your staff allegedly did will show any person doing research on your services your level of professionalism and care for your patients. A different response couldve influenced me to make positive updates to my review or even removed it altogether, but here you are sending veiled threats instead.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I dont know what my family did to deserve the treatment that we received from this place, but I would not recommend them to anyone! Not even my worst enemy. I dont know how anyone has had success with them. At least for me, they didnt answer the phone, return phone calls, or answer texts. They instructed me to text a bogus number, citing that it is the quickest way to get in touch with them, but then, I wouldnt hear back from them for weeks, if at all without me contacting them repeatedly. Nearly, the ONLY time I heard from them was when they were requesting money from me, THE DAY BEFORE my appointment. I have never seen a place wait until the day before an appointment to request, in some instances, an amount in excess of a hundred dollars to proceed. Complete money-grab. Luckily, my family is blessed, but anyone who is struggling financially wouldnt be able to do it.I attempted to do business with NFI over a 6-month period. We hardly had anything to show for it. Two video consultations, one semen analysis, one blood test, at least two prescriptions we never received, and tons of unanswered questions. I was invited to the clinic TWICE over 6 months... once for the analysis and once to draw blood. The office staff was rowdy and loud, which was a red flag for me instantly. Wholly unprofessional as if they had no work to do, and right then and there, it made sense why calls and texts arent being answered or returned. Heard from the actual doctor once, and that was through text... allegedly. I cant even confirm it was actually her. Everyone dealing with fertility processes understands that it is time sensitive except for this facility, apparently. I am left disappointed with money and time wasted that I could have given to actual professionals who wouldve helped my family get closer to our dreams.

If I could give more stars I would! Where do I even begin, Ill start by saying Dr. Duke is AMAZING! From the very beginning till our graduation she was so wonderful, attentive, thorough, professional and compassionate. Her staff is phenomenal and made us feel some comfortable and at ease. Going through this process can be an emotional experience but in dealing with Nevada Fertility Institute it was a overwhelmingly JOYOUS experience. I highly recommend Dr. Duke and cant thank her enough for making our dreams become a reality.

Fertility is one of the most intimate and emotional things I have gone through. I could not imagine going through it with any other practice than Nevada Fertility Institute.From the moment I booked an appointment, so our final appointment, we felt like we were in the company of family. Appointments were easy to make and schedule, and the knowledge of Dr. Duke and her staff is unmatched.Ultimately, we chose to pursue IVF to grow our family. Spending multiple days a week at the clinic, you want to be somewhere you feel safe and comfortable; this is the place. Despite having a lot of clients, they always remembered my name, who I was, and random facts that made me feel like I was visiting friends.Each time I would speak to my nurse at night, I was given the time I needed to feel comfortable, ask questions, and calm any nerves I might have had. At times, the staff went above and beyond my physical medical needs, and ensured my emotional health needs were meant as well.Going through all this during the COVID pandemic as well created its own unique set of challenges. Their office was always extremely diligent about following research based protocols, and holding all patients and staff to them. I never felt exposed, or anything when going to the clinic multiple times a week.I highly recommend Nevada Fertility Clinic to anyone seeking any of the many services they offer.

Dr. Duke and her staff are informative, prompt and friendly. We would recommend her to anyone seeking help and answers in the difficult and trying journey of infertility. To add this, we’ve been patients now for about 2.5 months. When you call the on call number Dr. Duke or a staff member reply in a timely manner and the conversation does not feel rushed. She said to call her back too if I had any questions and this was after hours. Dr. Duke is beyond kind and patient and exactly what a fertility Doctor should be. I’m so glad that she was recommended to us and how helpful and encouraging she has been throughout the first 10 weeks of our pregnancy! I wish she delivered!!!

Dr Duke is AMAZING! I had very little chances to make a baby, and she truly did everything she could to make it work. She threw everything at it and it worked! Currently 18 weeks pregnant and already so grateful. Also, Kelly & Christine on the nursing team are truly amazing. They were just as excited as I was that it worked.

Dr Duke is an extremely kind person. She takes her time with each patient. There is not a long wait to get in as she runs on time. She explains things very well and takes her time answering your questions. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel safe and like I am in good hands. I highly recommend her!!

Dr. Duke and staff are amazing!! Facility is clean and staff is very friendly and competent. Dr. Duke is very thorough and explains everything in great detail. Every appointment has met and exceeded my expectations. I’ve been so stressed out with my fertility struggle and Dr. Duke has been the light at the end of the tunnel for me. :) I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Dr.Duke and her staff are the best. They really listen to your needs as a family and take the time to customize the best journey for you. All options and precautions are presented and explained for you to make the best decisions and really helps you decided what to do to help put your minds at ease. I thought Id write a review for Dr. Duke. Ill preface my review and say that everyone has a right to their own opinions and if you did not have a good experience, its unfortunate but Im sure you will find the right doctor you while you go through this journey. Please believe, I know it is hard and frustrating. For me, Im giving Dr. Duke/Nevada Fertility Institute a 5 star rating because I truly feel that they are amazing. Dr. Duke!! She is an all-star in my book. She is nice, comforting, and has a wonderful bedside manner. I just feel like she cares. When I see her, I feel like she is family. She removed my fibroid last year and did such an amazing job. Now, my husband and I are currently doing our first IUI treatment with her. Her staff is wonderful as well especially Allie! Oh my goodness, that girl, is just such a blessing. She smiles, greets you, knows your name...etc. I just adore her. Stephanie is great and so are the other MAs (the ones who draw your blood). I obviously havent met her whole staff but maybe because I started with them last year, I feel very comfortable there. My current nurse to assist with the IUI journey is Diana and she is the sweetest!! The reason Im posting this is because I want them to continue to get patients and continue grow so that they can be the best and even more affordable compared to other fertility centers. Yes, I believe in Dr. Duke that much and her team that much! That is just facts. Also, side note, when I first started, their financial person, who was the absolute sweetest, Shalistar was a part of their team. Then, Nicole took her place and this was just last spring sometime. You have one person (I believe) who is handling the billing and Im sure there is more to her job but Id give her a break. After my first appt to start IUI and looking at the packages, I emailed her. She didnt respond right away and so I sent a follow-up email and ccd Allie on it just in case. Nicole responded right away and stated that she did not get my first email and she was sweet in her response to me. Also, another kudos for Allie, I call her and ask to speak to my nurse or Nicole and she always check to see if they are available to speak with me and guess what...POSITIVE...they always are and never seem bothered that Im calling. Whatever the outcome of this first IUI cycle, we are so blessed to have Dr. Duke and her team. Dr. Duke doesnt have a team of doctors. She doesnt have different people seeing you all the time. She actually cares and wants to make all of our journeys as comfortable as possible. She has amazing nurses, MAs, and admin staff and her facility is fantastic.*Update August 2020- So my first IUI cycle failed in July 2019 and we had to take a step back to decide what we were going to do. July 2020 we finally decided to go through with IVF. We set an appointment with Dr. Duke. Okay, we are biased maybe but we have been with Dr. Duke since 2017. In Las Vegas, to us, we are HUGE fans of Dr. Duke! I wont be treated by anyone else. Though I have been with her for 3 years, staff has changed slightly, but her services, in our opinion have only gotten better. I receive all of her blogs and updates...And HELLO, new manager...TINA!!!! Absolutely amazing. If you had or have problems...Okay, welp...Dr. Duke actually hears you. She cares. Trust us! Welcome TINA!! New NFI manager. She is AMAZING!!! Communication, at least for us has been absolutely wonderful. And...Allie and Stephanie are still there! YAY! We will trust no one else but NFI! Really! Dr. Duke is an absolute QUEEN! The greatest thing about Dr. Duke, she will treat you like family. Not just money in her pocket. She will be honest and caring. She is not an arrogant doctor. She is humble when she speaks to you and she cares about your questions. WE LOVE Dr. Duke!! After 3 years and periods of time not seeing her, she remembers who we are and she asked how my husband with Type I diabetes was doing. She is busy but she cares about her patients. She has developed a loving and welcoming practice. Cheers to NFI!

Dr Duke & her staff are amazing & I highly recommend NFI to anyone that is struggling to conceive. So many of my friends & acquaintances are now mommies/soon to be mommies because of her! Dr Duke helped us conceive our son naturally & I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. My OB referred us to her & told us if we did without a doubt we would be pregnant within 5 months & he was right!

Dr. Duke is compassionate, rational, and honest. She has a lot of patience when doing visits and answers all questions without rushing us. She is a brilliant physician with a lot of medical training. Through the whole process, from HSG and IUI, she gave us a lot of hope. Her staff does well with texting us back fairly quick to answer all of our questions during all the treatments and procedures. Christine is an awesome nurse practitioner and performed our IUI, with success on the third attempt! Thank you NFI for getting us to this point and we are thankful for you guiding us through this exciting stage of our lives.

I am very grateful for Dr. Duke for her expertise and skills! Especially during a pandemic! She has been amazing! The phlebotomist and ultrasound tech were awesome! Love that you can text NFI now too!!!My only issue was with billing situations and getting a hold of nursing staff. There isn’t someone that really guides you through this process which can be hard depending on your situation.I would definitely go back to NFI in the future if needed. I’m currently 23 weeks pregnant! Thank you Dr. Duke!!!!

I had a great experience at this office the nursing staff , Front Desk and Dr. Duke were amazing . All my questions were answered and I am really happy that we were able to get answers to what was cause our infertility and finally being able to get pregnant . The staff and the Doctor truly care for you.

Im glad i figured out how this place runs before my insurance stopped picking up the tab. At first things started okay except trying to be pressured into every possible test that insurance doesnt cover because its a luxury and not a necessity lol. But then it quickly went south. I did a few tests and 2 procedures to remove polyps. The next step was take all this medication and call us on your first day of your next cycle and we will schedule the IUI. Called them, they tell me they have no time for me and to try again the following month. No thanks, hard pass. If you dont have time for patients then dont take on new patients. Luckily everything was covered by insurance up until the IUI. We are military so we also felt out of place anyway. In the waiting room i was the only one without designer bags and way too much plastic surgery so that should have told me something. Just felt very all about the money there and there was always way too many people in the waiting room. In any case if you want to be treated like a person and not a paycheck id go else where. This wasnt my first clinic but it was my first one here in NV and after that exchange of not having time for us we moved on to a place that actually seems to care.

Amazing and friendly staff. Everyone makes me feel comfortable and guilds me through the process so I dont get lost. Kelly is the best nurse 😍 She absolutely hilarious and emotionally supportive. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else to complete my family.

I saw 4 fertility doctors before choosing Dr. Duke. The entire staff of NFI is kind and compassionate. I actually get excited to get my blood drawn because I know it means I will be greeted with a friendly face. The entire processes of handling my fertility issues is been incredibly emotional and difficult but getting treatment that I believe in, that I am comfortable with and from a doctor who I trust has made it so much easier.NFI is also VERY VERY LGBTQIA friendly and Dr. Duke made my queer family feel very comfortable. It’s not easy to find someone like Dr. Duke and I can’t recommend her enough

Tried to make an appointment last month only to get a voice mail that theyll get back to you the next day the latest. Never got a cqll so I left ANOTHER voice mail and got no call back for days. Then the office in Chicago or NYC called back and I said I needed Nevada and they told me theyll get them to call me. The Nevada office called the next day but by this time since it was such a bad experience already I made an appointment with Nevada Fertility Center instead and got communication and appointments set up right away. Its really a shame. I really wanted a female doctor but the lack of responsiveness and urgency really pushed me away from this clinic.

After being referred to the Nevada Fertility Institute, I must say initially I was disappointed, due my required window fell right on the 2020 holiday vacations and New Year’s transition. This entire process was a new experience for me, and needless to say I didn’t know there was a window. (ladies know your window). Let’s fast forward 5 months, and here we are Feb. 2021...the wait was well worth it! The office space is absolutely beautiful, the process was seamless walking in and out of the doors, Dr. Duke along with staff greeted me with smizing eyes, they were all very patient, and showed care and concern for me. I’ve lived in Las Vegas for 26 years, and I wish our paths would have crossed sooner. Thank you, for the shared knowledge and empowering me on my Journey of life!

Dr. Duke is a kind and caring doctor. Today didn’t go as planned and she was so caring and supportive. She took her time to make sure I was okay and explaining on what needs to be done to where I felt cared for and safe.

I wish Dr. Duke would hire an entirely new staff, with the exception of the phlebotomist. The staff (nurses) do NOT communicate nor research notes for patients. Her office manager Nicole is rude and unprofessional. She was speaking to my husband and I about the procedures (IUI and IVF). I explained that the Doctor wanted to do IUI. She said our insurance covers IVF, so why not just jump to that (Dr. Duke knows my medical history, NOT the office manager NIcole....) I asked her to dumb-down the following things she was trying to explain to me because I was new to the whole infertility journey and was getting lost every other word. She seemed annoyed at that (it was after 4pm, they were about to close.) She ended her explanations with or, if all else fails, because how old are you? I answered (late 30s) she laughed, looked at my husband and said oh, yeah, so you dont have the ovaries of a twenty year old anymore, you could go the donor egg route too. and laughed, and looked back at me.Try to get a nurse to return your call is impossible. Ive waited a week for a callback on many occasions, and have had to follow up with calling and calling until I can get someone on the phone to answer a question. Ive been called and given information that I had already discussed with the doctor, a week later by the nurse on duty. They do NOT communicate.I was warned by my acupuncture specialist NOT to go to this clinic. Not because of Dr. Duke, but because of her unprofessional and uncaring staff. I was never prescribed a thing by the office, and even told to get OTC supplements to aid with egg quality. Thankfully, my acupuncture specialist provided me with what I needed. I ended up conceiving naturally, and really really hope to see Dr. Duke get rid of Nicole and the rest of the nursing staff.

Ive never had a bad experience when dealing with Nevada Fertility Institute or with Dr. Duke and her team! They have always been super helpful and incredibly nice. Whenever I have questions, they will make sure that I get answers and I highly recommend this facility and team to anyone that is struggling to conceive. Id give more stars if I could!

The 3 stars are deducted to how we felt before vs how we felt this time. Dr. Cindy Duke is awesome and that is why we chose to go to her even though she doesnt support our insurance but it got us thinking this time. This review is strongly for their system and the way they approach their patients.1) They called me in the morning to change my appointment time which was later during the day from 4 pm to 2:15. I had told them my husband had a meeting at 3.2) They had a change of address which wasnt notified by either email confirmation or via text message. It took me 30 minutes to get to a place which was 7 min from my house because I had saved the older address under my contacts and hey, not everyone starts their car with imaps. My husband actually texted me the address. I would recommend them to send some sort of a confirmation, please.3) That being said, I was 13 minutes late while my husband was on time and paid for the appointment in advance. The receptionist actually took a new patient after I came reason being- They are new. We have to take them which emphasized You are an older patient, you can wait. As my husband actually paid- the reason we had to wait for a freakin hour. Of course he missed his 3 o clock meeting and our turn came after an hour. The priorities for this clinic is new patients first which kind of hurt in many ways. Thats when I knew it was my last time coming here.

Dr. Cindy Duke & staff are all top notch#1. Helped me with knowing I had hyperthyroidism & successfully retrieved my eggs fm my ovaries to freeze them I felt safe & supported all the way. To me Dr. Duke is Dr. Miracles because thats exactly what she is. Shes good. A woman can freeze her eggs forever. I really appreciate the attentiveness of everyone especially the receptionist to the phlebotomist to the RN Kelly, Brittany, Michelle & staff.

Everyone in the office is amazing. Stormee has been such a big help. And honestly from the front to the back everyone is willing to answer any questions and offer help and support. We just had our first IUI and we really hope it sticks. Ive been with two other fertility doctors but none of them went above and beyond like Nevada Ferltily.

Huge lack of communication and their billing department will reach out almost a year later advising outstanding balances that they wont explain regarding what for and that the conversation is rhetorical at this point, just advising how to proceed with payment. they take no accountability and blame the patient for their offices lack of

Dr.Duke is amazing she answered all of our questions during our 1 year journey through ivf, she went step by step and recommended procedures and tests that at the end made our ivf cycle successful. She never let us get discouraged and was very positive the whole time, my nurse Kelly was amazing and very attentive and just one email or phone call away, I will forever be grateful with Dr. Duke and Kelly that we our now expecting our twins... Thank you for all you did for Nick and I . I wish I could give them 10stars. Ally was awesome and Maricka took her time with my thin veins .

Clinical team is very helpful and the clinic is clean.Assumptions about sexual orientation seem to be made based the materials made available in sample collection rooms.

My husband and I first met with fertility specialists in 2015 in Colorado; during that time, every step we took was in the backwards direction. We continued to receive bad news and nothing was working for us so we had stopped trying. When we first met with Dr. Cindy Duke at Nevada Fertility Institute (NFI), we had very little confidence in my ability to get pregnant and stay pregnant. As a matter of fact, I had recently spoken with my GYN about an early hysterectomy so I could finally put the fertility matters behind me, but she referred us to NFI instead for further evaluation before she would consider the hysterectomy for me.At our first meeting with NFI we filled out paperwork, health history, wrote down our goals of being parents, had some blood drawn and then met directly with Dr. Duke to discuss our options available through her clinic. Personally, we knew that using an egg donor would be best for us because of our failed attempts with my eggs in the past. Once we made that decision, it was a brisk talk through the necessary testing which would identify for her any lingering issues within my body. My husband and I left the meeting with somewhat of a renewed hope in our hearts and minds, again thinking that we actually had a chance at being parents.After just a few weeks of private discussion in our house and within our family, we all decided to move forward as soon as possible (Im mid-30s and we all know there are extra risks as an older mom-to-be.) The egg donor process moved quickly and efficiently; we were able to discuss a small set of parameters and come to a decision within about a week. Once the egg was received in the office, my husband provided his sample, and it was just a matter of a few days when we received the call with our embryo count. I couldnt believe it! We successfully had embryos to work with and a healthy body cleared for transfer.One of the best things to know about Dr. Duke and NFI is that they dont really leave anything up to chance. The science is down to an art form and once we were on the medication schedule and lined up for the trial round, it was up to us to simply stick to the routine. Follow the directions, take the injections, show up for the blood work & ultrasounds. Honestly, compared to our last experience in Colorado, this felt seamless. We knew we had the entire team helping us through every single aspect of the IVF process; we felt supported and encouraged.It is now December 2020 and we are 18 weeks pregnant. Our first attempt at frozen embryo transfer resulted in one successful pregnancy, with no complications. We remained in the care of Dr. Duke and NFI until Week 12, graduated and then sent on our way to grow this baby under normal OB supervision and circumstances. As a woman whos been receiving Abnormal test results for nearly two decades, I feel like our time at NFI was like being under a canopy of Magic. I feel like hearing the words Normal and Pregnancy in the same sentence are all I need to continue to be happy. It is only with the care and attention that we received from Dr. Duke and the entire team at NFI that our dreams to be parents were made into reality, and we look forward to seeing the whole team again when its time for us to transfer our second embryo.

I cant recommend this place. They were quick to answer and charge me for the initial tests and now 3 weeks later they wont give me the results without me scheduling and paying the following appointment. Whats the point of scheduling and paying for a follow up appointment if my tests arent conclusive.They dont answer phone calls, the doctors are unreachable. I hate that I have to leave a negative review to a business in hopes of getting their attention.

I came to Dr. Duke for a consult regarding the freezing of my eggs due to a breast cancer diagnosis. Not only did we start the process of egg freezing the day of my consult but, everyone was incredibly helpful with getting everything started as quickly and inexpensively as possible for me. I would recommend Dr. Duke and the Nevada Fertility Institute to anyone seeking help in creating a family.

I came in two weeks ago having the best intentions thinking that I would receive the best care. I was told to take these antibiotics in accordance with the plan after each HSG test that the doctor prescribed to me and I was ready to follow through but they never sent the prescriptions. From my understanding , these antibiotics need to be taken on time within the window that was told me. I believe this is unprofessional because not only will I have to wait even longer to begin this already frustrating process but I have lost the trust that I had initially that this office will help me . I hope that this isnt the case for other women who have the same hopes and dreams that I do.

Dr. Duke was prompt and with the best bedside manner of any doctor I have had. She is so personable but also truly cares for her patients.

Everyone was very friendly, but the billing administration was a nightmare. I went through several rounds of the pre-paid egg freeze package and lots of testing was incorrectly billed back to me and it took months of back-and-forth for them to sort things out - and in the meantime, one bill got sent to creditors and I have to deal with that separately.

I have tried to set up an appointment, and for the third month in a row they are ignoring my calls. I leave messages, I call back, I do what I can and nothing. They say call back within an hour if we dont call you, but all that happens is you hit the same machine. Impossible to reach!Finally got them to reach out, the appointment wasnt available due to the holiday. (Totally understandable) Since next month is christmas and I didnt want to deal with hours or days of wondering if they would call me back, and since there minght be no one in office for days on end next month, I asked a seemingly innocent, simple question: what dates are you closed for Christmas. They wish washed around saying they couldnt guarantee appointments (which was not my question) and that different prodecures are scheduled on different days. (Also not my question.) When I asked again what dates the office was physically open, I was blind transferres without warning to someone apologizing for not having availability in November. I explained that was fine and I heard that, and waited in silence for a moment as we both realized she had no clue why she was on the phone with me. I asked again, and she pushed into ranting about how things schedule differently, and kept talking over me, then without warning AND midsentence, handed me to ANOTHER person. This person was also rude and kept talking over me, and attempted to put me on hold only knowing HALF my question, I specifically told her to stop and listen so she knew what question she was answering. After she stopped, I repeated the question and she goes... oh... well, that would be 21st to at least the end of the year... uhhhh the come back after the 9th. I literally was passed between 3 people over about 15-20 minutes for about 10 seconds worth of information because between the three of them, they have the listening skills of a brick wall... 🙄

Excellent and thorough call with my nurse practitioner. Very impressed that she was able to answer all of my questions quickly and professionally. Feeling great continuing with Nevada Fertility Institute.

Dr. Duke’s knowledge is outstanding! She is amazingly brilliant! My experience with Dr. Duke and all her staff has been and is absolutely wonderful.

I came to this clinic as a surrogate, I was new to everything when it came to IVF but the clinic and Dr. Duke made everything clear and a pleasant experience. I would recommend her and her team to anyone seeking infertility help.

The office staff is slow. Dr Dole does not follow immunology. Has people sitting around wearing masks. This facility and doctor are not up to date.

Same thing. Everyone is very polite. But they deceive you. They tell that a precedure is of no cost then send you a bill. Theyll tell you something cost 100 and it cost 500. Theyre is the business of making money off the desperation of the unfortunate souls who have trouble reproducing. They help some people but watch your wallet.

The worst medical service I have ever recieved has been here at Nevada Fertility Institute. They have such horrible communication and they outsourse almost every service. My wife and I are so dissapointed with this place.

I truly enjoyed speaking with Dr. Duke. It relieved a lot of my anxiety. Dr. Duke was very knowledgeable about everything.

They have very bad attention! And they never answer calls even if you are patient. My husband and I had several fertility tests done, and once we paid for all the tests (which are not cheap) they postponed our doctors appointment 4 times, they didnt even have the courtesy to let us know that they had been cancelled. Once we got the results I asked for them in print and I never got them either, until I went in person to request my studies again. It seems that the only thing they are interested in is charging and inducing you to pay for the in vitro fertilization treatment. If you have the opportunity to attend another fertility institute please do not make the same mistake as us and go with someone else.
