I cant begin to express how grateful we are for the exceptional care we received at Nevada Fertility Center. Thanks to their expertise and support, were now expecting! From the compassionate staff to the cutting-edge treatments, everything was top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone on a similar journey!

I was a surrogate. My IF used this clinic and we got pregnancy in the first transfer. Working with NFC was a great experience. All of the staff was so friendly, kind, inviting, and informative every time I interacted with them. If they were ever tired or having a bad day, I would have never known. I mostly worked with Sage, Maribel, and the lady drawing my labs (can’t believe I forget her name) and really enjoyed working with each of them. I met Dr. Foulk twice. He was amazing also- kind, communicative, cheerful, etc. I He even remembered me on the second visit which is so unlike most doctors I know. I felt cared for, educated/informed, and like they genuinely cared rather than made me another number in their system.

Dr. Foulk is a great doctor. This team makes our journey more comfortable and explains all about this process. Its a second clinic me and my husband went to. After being scamed by Dr. Duke at the Sunset Clinic, we thought we had no chances to have a baby, but everything was successful here, and now we have a beautiful child. We will definitely be back for a second baby.

This is our second time going through IVF. We utilized a company in MO for our first and had an extremely stressful/difficult time ( took 3 transfers and 5 embryos). We moved to NV and decided to have our second and chose NFC. The whole team made this experience flawless and way less stressful. We had a successful first transfer with 1 embryo!!! There is no true way to express how grateful our family is to have such a kind and dedicated team. Highly recommend NFC to start your family!

The best Fertility Clinic! Hands down. Their service from start to finish is above and beyond. Their staff is caring and compassionate and their follow up on communication so so fast for how busy they are. We felt so confident in them every step of the way. Not to mention Dr Foulk was 2/2 on transfer for us! So grateful for all they have done for us.

Dr Foulk and Dr Levi were our doctors. They guided us through this journey of ivf after not being successful naturally. They gave us peace of mind and helped us answer so many questions such as why are we failing on having a successful pregnancy. They gave us courage to go on this path and we are glad we did. Their staff and office is always so clean and friendly and whenever we needed something, even on the weekends, we were always able to reach someone or someone was able to contact us back very promoted. Save your money && your future- find another clinic! There’s no communication, lots of stress,&& tons of mistakes that may cost you THOUSANDS extra.Cycle 1- rushed && no authorization down to the day before my start. Meds weren’t in time so it was hectic && stressed to make it work which felt like a mistake under all the wrong circumstances. Failure outcome. Office was contacting me like I was proceeding to next step when that was never the plan per my doctor, after so many confusions we needed an appointment to clarify what was happening with doctor where we decided a round 2 to attempt to get an embryo.Cycle 2- rushed without prep due to the stress, my cycle not being on time- was told to come in to find out WHY I was late. Then told I’m cleared to start meds tomorrow- I had no meds, no idea that was an option as my period never began since my 1st. The clinic said no meds no problem we can get them tomorrow. Also HGH isn’t covered so it’s OOP $800-1500 🤷🏻‍♀️After all the panic && stress I requested to skip a month to get in the right mental space && get meds to not rush. 2 weeks later we get the invoice for the emergency meds they ordered to a non covered insurance that would’ve cost us $10k OOP with no warning had we not cancelled the cycle.Cycle 3- our insurance called to say 1 med ordered wasn’t covered- after speaking to clinic we found out I didn’t even need that med it was ordered on accident- $1k accident that luckily was caught. Meds are here we are a few days in- I realize the meds are all wrong- 3 of the 4 meds were under ordered- 2 of them by nearly HALF the dose I need. The doses ordered are all wrong so I don’t have enough to get through my cycle so I’m pure stress realizing I’m about to have a messed up cycle when this is our last shot that is covered with our insurance. Stress is the big thing to avoid through this process && it’s been nothing but disappointment && stress dealing with this office. Our last chance at this may have been ruined by the lack of communication && mistakes. These mistakes could’ve cost us THOUSANDS.Save yourself. Save your future family. Save your money. Find a better clinic that can give the attention && care for your journey.

We had an amazing experience at the Nevada Fertility Center. All the staff were really communicative and quick to give us infos and if we had any questions.The nurses and Dr. Foulk were really explanatory about the IVF process, and we are happy to welcome a little one beginning of next year!A wonderful experience ! Nevada Fertility Center is the reason I am currently experiencing a healthy pregnancy. Dr. Foulk and his entire team are absolutely incredible!I mainly worked with NP Kim and RN Chelsy during our fertility journey which included one round of IUI and one round of IVF. The whole team is fantastic, but those two women specifically are beyond wonderful! They answered every question I had and basically held my hand figuratively and literally throughout the entire process.Every person that works at NFC is friendly, kind, and super helpful. I’m not sure how my husband and I got so lucky with such an amazing team, but with their help and support, we got pregnant on our first round and first transfer of IVF.We couldn’t be more grateful for NFC. They truly treat you like family!

Dr. Foulk has a very caring bedside manner and was reassuring during the difficulties of infertility. There are so many unknown outcomes when starting the process, it is immensely helpful to have a doctor with years of experience. He was thorough and took time to talk through all of our questions. Dr. Foulk and Monica are absolutely incredible. Shout out to Monica for being the most wonderful person to work with - she makes things happen and has the biggest, warmest heart! Dr. Foulk is so kind and his expertise in investigating adenomyosis with his 3D Ultrasound machine is remarkable.

I’ve been with Nevada Fertility Center for about 3 years now. I know trying to have a baby can be very emotional, difficult and mentally draining. But, not once did the staff members give up on me. This was the only place I was comfortable at. Dr. Foulk did everything to get me where I am today. I’m grateful for everyone’s help.

This clinic has been nothing but wonderful with my care and my journey to start a family. Dr. Foulk and his team of ivf coordinators, NPs, RNs, and the rest of staff have been amazing with my care. They are easily accessible and they also accommodated my me with my work schedule.

The first time we went to this clinic, we felt warmth and welcomed. Dr. Foulk is a nice, kind, knowledgeable and amazing Doctor! He really explains everything and he takes time answering each question that we have. Our nurse coordinators, Melissa and Sage are so passionate and they love what they do to their patients, they made sure to get back to us right away when we have any concerns during the day. I also love their system! They made a calendar which makes very easy for us to follow! We are so grateful and blessed to each one of the staff because we felt the sincerity, love to their patients, they are very compassionate and kind. They made our dreams came true! Yes!! I am 9 weeks pregnant today after years of infertility. Best Christmas present ever! We made a right decision going to Nevada Fertility Center. I highly recommend this team to every couple who are struggling infertility, this is the time for you to get some help and the right people are them! My husband and I can’t wait to go back here again to visit them all with our baby and also to do our next IVF round. God bless everyone! We love you all! :)

I called today and was underwhelmed. Dr. Foulk is a great doctor but he is hiring bottom of the barrel with this clinic for sure. The lady who answer the phone is I am assuming reading from a smudged sticky note and and only can see one partial line “lab to lab” I highly doubt she even knows what it means but based on this call I can’t recommend the clinic for anything let alone something as precious as an embryo. Good luck, keep shopping around.

Starting to write this review feels like the culmination of a three-year journey through IVF – from the egg retrieval process to conception, the loss of a baby at nearly six months, and then having to begin the entire process again. Let me tell you, choosing Nevada Fertility Center has been the best decision Ive made. I wholeheartedly endorse them. Throughout my time with them, I never felt like they were solely after my money; instead, they consistently prioritized the best plan for me, even if it wasnt always what I wanted to hear. Dr. Foulk is truly amazing – his care, humor, and kindness never went unnoticed, and I never doubted that he was the right fertility doctor for me. The entire staff, from Sara who handled my billing to Kim, who conducted my weekly check-ups, and of course, my dear Raquel who drew my blood at every visit, became like family to me. Although I may have officially graduated from the clinic today, they will forever hold a place in my heart as my family. I highly recommend Nevada Fertility Clinic to anyone ready to begin their own journey.

The NFC Team - Dr. Foulk, Sage, Maribel and Allysa were fantastic to work with. A very nice team, easy to talk to and best of all the embryo transfer was a success! Communication was easy and often. Nevada Fertility Clinic is the best clinic in Vegas. Bar none. My husband and I went in with unexplained infertility! All of our stuff worked! We just couldn’t keep a pregnancy! ONE round of IVF, and I am currently 10 weeks along with our double rainbow baby! We will be going back for future kids (they are currently holding on to our frozen em-babies!)

If you are looking for a fertility clinic… look no further!! NFC is amazing! From my very first phone call everything has been wonderful and so easy. You’re always greeted with a smile, everyone is always so happy to see you (at least it feels that way). My husband and I had gone to a different clinic initially, simply based on my doctors referral… the experience there was not great. So when I first called NFC I was hesitant because of my previous experience, however I was quickly turned around because again, everyone is wonderful! We’re just getting started, and it gives me such reassurance knowing that we have such a wonderful fertility family with us on the journey. Melissa is our coordinator, she’s been great! She always gets back to me so quickly and always has a helpful answer! Thank you NFC for being with us and guiding us on this journey to having our family!

Everyone in this office makes you feel like a part of the family. They are sad with you and excited with you. Although fertility is their specialty they treat each new TTC family with respect, kindness and patience. You would never know they were explaining something for the 1000th time when you ask it. There is not another clinic like them and I am so grateful for everyone there. They stuck by me from start to finish and were proud aunts when I graduated from the clinic. I had a wonderful experience! I didn’t have to wait long to obtain appointments, when I arrived at appointments, I never waited more than 15 minutes and I was always able to get a quick response from my coordinator. This may not seem earth shattering, but that kind of care/communication is important, esp as fertility needs change daily.I’m thankful for the the warm, kind and professional staff.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the lack of communication I have recently experienced. Despite making multiple attempts to reach someone via phone and email regarding our ongoing fertility treatment, I havent received a response. This lack of communication is causing significant stress for my partner and me, especially as we navigate the emotional journey of starting a family.

Everyone was great to work with. They were easy to talk to and really made you feel.like family! The whole experience was literally stress free. After going to two other fertility clinics, Dr. Foulk being our third, we were stressed out but Dr. Foulks office made us relaxed.

We loved our experience with Nevada Fertility Center. Everyone was so loving and caring. Their network of organization and communication is phenomenal. Super quick response time to my questions and worries. I am so glad I picked them to help build our family. ♡♡♡

Dr. Foulk and his staff were amazing. We went to two other fertility clinics in town before finding him, and neither come even close to comparing. Thanks to the entire amazing clinic after 3 years we finally have our little miracle baby girl. Everyone down to the receptionist are extremely friendly, attentive and just so thoughtful. They truly go above and beyond to be there during the good, the bad and the ugly with you. I can’t even count the amount of times I’ve cried happy and sad tears in their office and felt completely supported like they were going through everything with me and my husband.

I am so glad to have been able to be seen at Nevada Fertility Center for my first embryo transfer as a surrogate. The entire process went incredibly smoothly, the staff was wonderful to work with and my amazing coordinator Sage was great and always responded so quickly to answer any and all questions I had. Everything from getting my medication calendar to confirming pregnancy went so smoothly and luckily my first transfer with Dr.Foulk was a success. They made sure to keep track of all my monitoring appointments and keep both me and my Intended Parents updated on all of the results the same day- once I reached 9 weeks pregnant they graduated me to my regular OBGYN. I would definitely recommend NFC to anyone.

My husband and I are extremely grateful for the Nevada Fertility Center. The process can be daunting and overwhelming at times from a physical, but also an emotional standpoint. However, once it works, you forget about everything you did to get get there. We’re now 15 weeks pregnant and it’s still hard to believe that it’s finally happening. I truly bonded with Dr. Foulk and his whole staff over the past two years. I even cried when we graduated, which is funny because that’s the whole goal. The whole staff kind of became part of my weekly routine as funny as that sounds. Ronnie at the front desk is amazing and greets everyone warmly and makes it a point to remember peoples name. Kim and Brittany would answered all the crazy questions I would come up with and Sage, is thorough, sweet, and zippy with replies. Honestly all of my encounters were amazing but I had the most interaction with the names above. I’m extremely grateful I found them and we will be coming back for round 2. My experience with NFC has been nothing short of amazing. Communication has been a breeze, and all of the staff are kind and helpful. Special shout out to Sage, Maribel, and Dr Foulk! I highly recommend this facility.

This clinic compared to alllllll the others in town is like night and day. At NFC, you’re cared about, respected, and truly just made to feel warm by their staff during such a hard thing to go thru. Chelsy is so kind and compassionate. She’s the type of nurse to answer emails on weekends. To make so many sacrifices to make sure the patient has the best experience. I love you NFC you guys are the absolute most incredible. Thank you Dr. Foulk as well for all your hard work. He is also the type of doctor who schedules patients on Sunday’s just to make sure he can see everyone. Can’t say enough good things about everyone here. When all the other clinics in town, red rock, green Valley fertility, and fertility center of LV, lied to me, were deceitful, and just not a good time to deal with. We are so grateful that we were recommended to Nevada Fertility Center. Everyone was so kind and always made us feel valued as patients. Dr Foulk was so thorough in my work up and made sure we were always informed. Our coordinator Melissa was amazing and was always a phone call away. Dr. Peterson is a big meh. I actually only spoke to him 3 times over the course of 5 months. Once for a consultation, once for my Hysteroscopy, and once during my transfer. My last IVF doctor was very involved. She did almost all of my ultrasounds and was available if needed.Kimberly if phenomenal. She did all of my ultrasounds, but one. She is the kindest person. She is very knowledgeably, informed you of what she saw, gave clear instructions on what to do, and just genuinely seemed to care.The front desk lady was always super nice to you when you came and went. I only had to deal with the billing department when they called me about some insurance items. Overall they are on point with this.April is also excellent as she was super responsive to my message through the portal and made sure everything was clear during the whole FET process.

June 2021: I felt at home at Nevada Fertilty center. Their service seems personal and sincere. We began our fertility journey at another clinic in town, about 2-3 years ago. This other clinic rushed us through the process with little to no prep work. But my first phone conversation with a PRN at Nevada Fertilty clinic proved that they truly want to set you up for success. I’m 34 and finally pregnant! Everything seems great so far. My fertility coordinator is quick to respond and easy to contact. I would definitely recommend Nevada Fertility Center.Fast forward to February 2024:We just did a frozen Embryo transfer and it took! Were excited to add another little one. Our daughter from the fresh transfer was born in Oct 2021 and shes perfect! We cant thank Nevada Fertility Center enough for allowing my husband and I to have a family. Our now 2 and a half year old daughter is our world, we are so so blessed to have her and that was made possible by Nevada Fertility Center.

NFC changed my life. Dr. Foulk and my nurse Chelsy were fantastic. Chelsy was in frequent contact. She answered all of my questions, was invested in my well being, and made me feel supported and encouraged during our fertility journey. The office staff and the team of nurses, and Drs always made my husband and I feel welcome. Everyone there is kind, patient, and excited for you. My appointment times were always on time a the office is a bright happy place. It was especially adorable when decorated for Fertility Awareness Month. I just had my last visit with Nevada Fertility center today, and I am so sad to not see these amazing people every week anymore. Literally everyone from the front desk, to nurses, to doctors are absolutely amazing! They make you feel so comfortable every step of the way. If I EVER had a question or concern, no matter what time of day or night, weekday or weekend, Chelsy always responded in a very timely manner. I have been to other fertility clinics here in Las Vegas, and in no way did they make me feel as comfortable as this clinic did. You feel like you’re going to visit your friends, versus feeling like a dollar sign. I would recommend Nevada fertility center to any and everyone seeking help with fertility issues. I never dreamed that my infertility journey would take me this far but I can definitely say without a doubt I’m so grateful for my experience with NFC! From the moment we met with Dr. Peterson we felt welcome and that the vibe was right. He made me feel confident that IVF could give us the hope we so long for and that he truly understood my PCOS and how to help. It was 2 months to the day from the time we started treatment to finding out we were pregnant. The entire staff was always so great and friendly and even in my moments of tears, they always were there to make me feel better and give guidance. I couldn’t of asked for a better group of people and more from a fertility clinic. I would send anyone I know struggling with infertility to NFC! I switched from another clinic to NFC and my experience was day and night between the 2 clinics.All of the staff at NFC are great and truly want you to know that they care. Dr. Peterson has a way of explaining things that make it easy to understand. I appreciate Dr. Peterson and all of the staff at NFC and would definitely recommend.

NFC team is amazing and attentive. I went through a lot of anxiety during my first couple of week with IVF and the team was very understanding and thoughtful throughout the procedure.

Where do I even begin?! My first appointment was a consult with Dr. Foulk in December 2019. From the moment we met him, we felt right at home. He answered all our questions and gave us his honest opinions. You could feel how much he cared about us from the beginning. You could also see how educated he is in his field. We started treatment in January with Kim. She is also amazing! She always listened, had the biggest heart, and was always so sweet. She walked me through every ultrasound and procedure. All of the medical assistants were always so sweet, friendly, and personable. Our IVF coordinator Sage and ultrasound tech Brittany were God sent! My husband and I always felt like they were our biggest fans. They always had the right words to say, they were available at any time during our journey-good or bad, they’re extremely educated in what they do, and they’re incredible. To me I felt like they were my sisters during this journey than anything else. Then you have Tina, Sara, Ronnie, and all the other girls in the front. They know you by name, they make you feel welcomed, and joked around with you like you’ve been friends forever. It took us a year and a half to get to where we are right now and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. So happy to have found Dr Foulk and his amazing team. We never once felt like a patient, they always made us feel special and like family. I’m so grateful for everything they have done and continue to do for my husband and I. Thank you Nevada Fertility Center for making our dreams come true and for taking such good care of us!

All the staff and nurses Ive crossed paths with have been so caring and compassionate. They truly care about your journey to motherhood and its evident in how they treat you. Dr. Foulk is a true professional that will only do whats best for your family, he has great bedside manner and his confidence is reassuring.I honestly dont think youll find a fertility clinic that cares more about you and helping you grow your family.

NFC is absolutely amazing! After over a year with another fertility clinic and making no forward progress, NFC came up on social media for me! We made an appointment and started with our process, we were going to try a round of IUI but the doctor had said he wasn’t going to waste our time, money, or feelings on it and recommended IVF. Our original doctor left the hospital practice over summer of 2021 and Dr. Peterson came in, I was worried about having a new doctor after we clicked so well with our last BUT our first meeting with Dr. Peterson we got a plan going! We met with him October 22, and he was able to get us in very quickly for the November IVF cycle, we started our injections on October 28th! They were amazing through the whole process, I picked up a very rare pretty serious infection after my egg retrieval and the office was there checking in and calling during my hospital stay! We took a couple of weeks off before we started the protocol for our frozen embryo transfer, and had our transfer December 10, which was successful! Sage and Dr. Peterson both called and congratulated us after hours! The entire front office staff is so supportive and excited for us! I have graduated the clinic and am so sad to not see everyone every couple of weeks!

The facility center was the second one we went to was very professional courtesy and very friendly we love the people that we dealt with thank you so much for growing our family my nurse Chelsea was very patient and help us get through it thank you so much much love ❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Peterson is nice and knowledgeable. My biggest gripe with this clinic is management. Every time weve come in, my test results have been lost, and they blamed it on the lab, before someone actually looked for it, and found it. Today marks the second time at this clinic that weve arrived 10 minutes before our appointment, and was made to wait over 40 minutes past our appointment until being called back. Other times weve had to wait +/- 15 minutes after our appointment time.

I am beyond blessed to have met the entire staff at Nevada Fertility! They were there every step of the way! I can not thank Kim Carter enough! Seeing her today for my last appt, although it was a beautiful and magical appt I am sad to leave her! She’s so caring and personable, Can’t wait to come back and sign the tree with our beautiful babies name!

My husband and I first found Nevada Fertility Center in 2019. We went through 2 unsuccessful IUIs, but after Kimberly reached out to check on me early 2020, we decided to move forward with IVF. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. All of them were so friendly and I really felt like they cared about me as an individual.Chelsy, my IVF Coordinator, was always quick to reply to my emails when I had questions about my medication, even if it was after hours, and was always so encouraging and sweet. Shes very knowledgeable and eased any nervousness I had. She will always be aunt Chelsy to us!I really owe a lot to Kimberly, the NP, who decided to check back in and see if our last IUI was successful (I opted to not go in for the beta test to confirm). She is probably the most gentle person Ive ever worked with doing ultrasounds and paps. Shes the best!Dr. Foulk was very optimistic in our consults and has a very gentle demeaner. He explained our situation better than any of our previous doctors. I definitely recommend him for anyones fertility journey.Dr. Gililland ended up doing our embryo transfer and wow, what a great man. He made me feel very comfortable during the procedure and told me everything he was going to do before he did it. Nothing was a surprise or hurt. I felt like we already knew each other even though this was the first time I had ever met him. I was also surprised, but very appreciative that he asked if he could offer a simple prayer for us and our embryo after he did the transfer. The previous months and especially that day I was very emotional, so this really touched my heart that he would do that.These are just some of the people I worked with, but overall everyone that I met seemed to love what they do and I never had a bad experience with anyone.We did our embryo transfer in January and are happy to say it was successful and were due in October with our miracle baby! If youre looking for a a fertility family, this is your place! I am forever indebted to them for blessing my life!

Very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I went through a few clinics before finding this one and I am so glad I did. They were all so friendly and made me feel so comfortable there. Plus the costs was low in comparison to a lot of clinics around here. They just want to help you get your baby.

We loved our experience with Nevada Fertility Center! They were very knowledgeable and super sweet! We were a team in our fertility journey! They helped us become parents last year and we will be forever grateful! Highly recommend this office if you want a clinic that will be on your side along your fertility journey.

Recently, my wife and I were in town and needed to use this clinic for a 10 day post transfer blood draw to be sent to our home clinic that day per orders. They were friendly and happy to get us in the next day which impressed us initially. We arrived for appointment and had little wait. Later that day, we received an email from our home clinic stating the results hadn’t been sent. My wife immediately contacted NFC and was told they were just being faxed at that moment. An hour or so later we got another call from our clinic saying they don’t have results, so we called and our clinic called and was told the nurse was unavailable and would return the call later. We even verified the fax number they were sending records to. NFC never returned the call from us or our clinic. It’s now been 3 days and of course nobody works on a Saturday, we have to go into an urgent care to draw blood again so our clinic can tell us if we need to continue or change the medication. Very poor service from a highly rated clinic.

I switched from a different fertility clinic after they said I basically had no chance to get pregnant without doing IVF. It was very expensive.I came to NFC for a second opinion, and Im so over the moon happy I did! Reviewing my test results and doing a free pelvic exam, they said there was nothing wrong with doing a IUI CYCLE.... YOU GUYS, IT WORKED THE VERY FIRST TIME!!!Everyone here from the drs to nurses to lab techs, are all down right amazing! They all want you to succeed without ripping you off.NP Kim is a godsend

I would recommend this place 10000 times if I could. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Never once did they make me felt like I shouldn’t be here. Always answered my questions within a readable time if I needed to call and ask something. We did 2 iui and even though we didn’t conceive I would still recommend them because it was on us not them. I do feel like because of their information that they gave us about our condition is the reason that we are expecting today natural.

After failed IUI and IVF cycles at 3 previous clinics, I switched fertility clinics after meeting Dr Foulk at a seminar.Before even beginning fertility treatments Dr. Foulk began treating the underlying condition for my infertility, which no clinic had ever done before. Additionally, he offered a list of suggested supplements that would aid in preparing my body for IVF.Days prior to beginning my IVF cycle with them I had to have some large cysts removed and I was very nervous about it. When Dr. Gilliland came into the room he had a very calming effect. He was so sweet and talked me through the whole process explaining the best and worst case scenarios we may come across. He was professional and kind but not so serious that it was intimidating or uncomfortable. I knew right away I was in the most capable hands. Once the procedure started he was super gentle and explained everything as it was happening. He kept it light and fun and I was so grateful. After it was done and he left the room, nurse Roshanda told me she had been my nurse at a previous clinic and that she remembered me and was happy to see me again. I felt like she wanted me to know that I was amongst friends and all would be ok.When it came time for my IVF cycle I was so impressed. It was easy to reach my coordinator and ultrasound tech when I was nervous and needed reassurance or just had a question. They were always helpful and patient and kind.After 7 years of failed fertility treatments with other fertility clinics, Nevada Fertility Center made my wishes come true. I FINALLY got my Big Fat Positive and am expecting my first baby in June 2021.Every person Ive encountered at this clinic has been amazing. Chelsy, Brittany, Kim, Chalet, literally everyone is fabulous. I know we made the right decision when we switched clinics last year.

My husband and I found this clinic a couple of years ago after attending a seminar. We are so happy that we did because the clinic and staff made our IVF journey simple and as stress-free as IVF can be. My husband and I tried to conceive for almost 10 years with multiple IUIs. We went to a seminar at the end of last year where Dr. Foulk announced that the office would be offering a clinical trial for IVF and I finally felt that we had a chance to start our family that we could afford. So I called in February and got accepted into the trial. Long story short... we ended up with lots of eggs and embryos, did 2 transfers and ended up pregnant with our miracle baby boy that we had just 3 weeks ago.The staff at the office was absolutely amazing! Dr. Foulk made us feel so unbelievably hopeful and comfortable during our whole journey. He made us feel like it wasnt just about money and his business but it meant a lot to him that we were successful in our journey.Chelsy and Brittany were incredible because they were so helpful and supportive answering our questions and being patient when I was anxious about any part of the process.This office gave us a new glimmer of hope when we thought our journey was coming to an end. After nearly 5 years of struggling and failing to conceive under the care of other doctors at multiple practices, my husband and I had decided that there was nothing different we could try and what we had been doing was clearly not going to work so we needed to accept that it was time to stop treatment.At this same time, Dr Foulk took over the helm of Nevada Fertility Center and so we had our post-cycle consult with him. Dr. Foulk told us about what he felt had been done incorrectly with us, another test that made sense for me that other doctors never mentioned, and so forth. We were scared to open our hearts (and wallets) up again for more disappointment. But his compassionate, thorough, and no-pressure approach along with a considerate way he offered to handle the potential cycle as to minimize cost for us made us come to the conclusion that we would be foolish to not see this through.Foulk’s bedside manner is incredible, he instantly puts you at ease (which is way easier said than done for any fertility patient, especially one who had already been through the ringer and was clinging to their very last hope). Not only did the test he suggested show that we had in fact been getting our transfers done on the wrong timing which would certainly result in no pregnancy, but when we originally planned to transfer but cancelled it due to my lining not being thick enough, he actually found a new issue to diagnose me with that no one else found in so many years.Armed with all of this information, we moved to transfer and we got pregnant! To say that we are pleased with Dr Foulk and would recommend him in a heartbeat is a gross understatement! And it’s not just because we had success but everything about how he handled things. After having everything from our diagnoses and treatments all the way down to billing issues and medication questions botched so many times ant other clinics, the absolute professionalism and organization with which the doctor and the practice handled everything was such a needed peace of mind. The nurses are super friendly and supportive as well and all of that makes such a difference.Dr Foulk and the team at Nevada Fertility Center have our respect, gratitude, and admiration for life. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! (And I live 6-7 hours away!!)

SIRIM is actually the third fertility clinic we have been to here in Las Vegas. The first clinic felt like a used car dealership, pushing all of the expensive treatment options without even knowing our financial and physical situation.The second clinic was filled with a fabulous nursing staff and administrative office but when we finally met with the doctor (for all of 5 minutes), it was downhill after that.We attended the SIRIM fertility seminar this past February (a brilliant idea that no other clinic offers to my knowledge) and it was beyond insightful and left us with warm and fuzzy feelings of optimism. We scheduled our first appointment and met with Dr. Johnson personally on the very first visit. He sat with us for over an hour discussing our options, we sent him my previous fertility testing results at a later date which Dr. Johnson personally called me to go over.The level of care shown in such a sort amount of time is truly remarkable. Dr. Johnson and their team has made us feel so comfortable, cared for and generally important as their patient, I am beyond impressed.Our first IUI is coming up so I will update this review after our full experience has occurred but so far so AM

When I first went to NFC I was scared with a recent infertility diagnosis and not sure if I was ever going to be able to get pregnant. The very first moment I went there I felt comfortable. I knew they cared and that they wanted the same thing we did. A family. They always said when you get pregnant not if. They always made it seem a possibility and kept my spirits high. I was thankfully able to conceive with my first IUI but only due to their constant diligence and expertise. They gave us a gift that there’s no way to ever thank them for. I have a beautiful son that is here because of them. I honestly have no words other than Thank you.

Today I officially “graduated” from SIRM. I’m so sad to go because I love everyone here. They did such an amazing job, we got pregnant on our first IUI! I couldn’t believe it. I had given up hope because I had a horrible experience with another local fertility clinic so I came here skeptical. In fact I kept putting off my appointment because I figured they would just try and force us to do IVF which we couldn’t afford to do at this time. Dr. Faulk was so honest and even told us that he wouldn’t even jump to that yet given my conditions. Joy did my IUI and was my saving grace whenever I felt like I was scared or nervous. Brittany was truly heaven sent. Not only did she share her journey with me she was so positive and excited and reassuring at every single appointment. I was so happy to sign the tree today. Looking forward to returning in September with our rainbow baby. Thank you to all! I know I failed to mention so many people, but everyone truly was amazing!

Where do I start. This facility and the entire staff are absolutely AMAZING! There are too many to name but from the receptionist to the back office and everyone in between. They are so caring and friendly they have become family during this time. They always treated me like I was the only patient so attentive, patient and kind. I am so sad to leave. Brittany is the best ultrasound tech in the world, gentle and so sweet. Dr Foulk, Dr Foulk, Dr Foulk my heart screams from the depths of my soul to outer space with gratitude. This doctor is more than just his title he is one of the kindess spirits I have ever met on earth. TRUE ANGEL!!! Ladies and Gentlemen if you are looking for the best you came to the rite place look no further I promise you will not be dissappointed.

After being diagnosed with Cancer, my oncologist required that I bank sperm before starting chemotherapy, so that I can have children in the future, in the event that the treatment rendered me infertile.SIRM took a huge amount of stress of my shoulders by doing a collection, and storing for a year for free!After a year, they have low cost options for storing the specimen until they are needed.Every time I’ve gone in the office has been incredibly clean, the staff professional, and knowledgeable.I’ve yet to meet the doctor, as I haven’t had a reason to speak with him, but I did speak with one of the doctors briefly who answered the few quick questions I had about how counts work.Hopefully My partner and I won’t have to go through treatments to start a family, but thus far I feel assured that SIRM would be a great option to include in our family planning. They really do seem to care about their patients.

Love working with Dr Foulk and his team. Their third party coordinator Crystal R is amazing!!! Very responsive , pro active, empathic and such an outgoing personality. My clients love her :)

After 2 failed IVF attempts with another local fertility clinic I had given up hope. While scrolling through my Facebook account, Dr. Sher came up so I decided to click on the link. He had some interesting information on his YouTube channel so I figured it cant hurt to check out what hes got to say about my case. I booked an appointment and sat down with him for about an hour discussing what my experience was with the 2 failed attempts, the medications and protocols of the other doctor, and finally his very detailed recommendations. Not only did he provide me with his Skype info to reach out to him anytime, but the vibe in the entire office seemed very positive overall. I decided that I would move forward and give it one last go. Since Dr. Sher is no longer practicing locally, he consulted and transferred my file to Dr. Foulk who works in the same office. I met with Dr. Foulk who was very warm and welcoming, and didnt make me feel like I was just another patient. Not only did he go over the recommendations with me again, but he was (as some may say) brutally honest. He boldly told me that if it didnt work this time given my attempts and circumstances that I may want to consider other options. Some may have been insulted but I was grateful! To me that meant that he truly cared and is not just in it for the money, but listened to my wishes and gave me realistic hope. He also provided me with a couple alternative companies to purchase the medications from which saved me a few thousand dollars which I was also very grateful for. Fast forward, I went through the process, did the egg retrieval and sat on pins and needles waiting for the result. I got 1 viable egg!! More than Id ever had so we proceeded to implantation. Im happy to say I am not 18 weeks pregnant with my first child and so so so very grateful. Words can never express how welcoming the entire staff was, especially Kim Ealy, LPN, who even stayed with me during the transfer; a very nerve racking time. Not to mention was there to assist me even during off hours. I definitely recommend SIRM Fertility and am looking forward to adding a pic of my baby girl to their wall, May 2020.

This place goes above and beyond exellence. All the staff is not just very professional but also loving and caring.Making an appointment with Dr. Sher was one of the best desicions I’ve ever made. Since the very first consultation I felt I finally found the right doctor. He was never once in a rush and always listen and answer all my questions at any given time of the day. That’s hard to find these days in the medical field. Not only he is extremely knowledgeable but you can tell he really cares and he will do all in his power for you to be able achieve your dream. Hands down, one of the BEST human beings I’ve come across in my life and will miss seeing him every other week. Thank you, Dr. Sher!❤️ Last but not least, nurse Kimberly was incredibly AMAZING and stood by my through all my “ups & downs” in ways that I’ll never be able to thank her enough. Amazing person with a really big heart. Would not have been able to go through this without her.

I have not been to NFC yet, but I am honestly so excited just based on the way their front of office communicates. Blown away with their customer service and it makes me excited to work with them.

I just want to say that after years of going through IVF Dr Sher and his team are wonderful. I actually live in Florida and could only do the Immune testing with the Vegas clinic. I was able to pay for a full consultation. because I had had many failed IVFs at a different clinic. Not only were they understanding and kind they truly understand issues with the immune system that other doctors overlook. I m currently pregnant on my 4th IVF because I followed their advice regarding my husband and mines immune issues. We have been to many IVF clinics in Florida and we can say that they have not always been very attentive. We were not able to fully go to the Vegas clinic and they were more attentive then clinics in our city. I would recommend anyone who can go to Dr. Sher who has had failed IVF. The coordinators go above and beyond. I m in the medical field and understand that every office gets busy but they have always have taken time for me even though we live in Florida. I would highly recommend them and I never write reviews , this is my first.

Such a wonderful office! Everyone was so courteous and friendly. I never had to wait in the office more than a few minutes. Dr. Severino was so friendly and always knew exactly who I was and what our situation was, so I never felt like I was just a nameless patient. We got pregnant on our first round of IUI! Cant say enough good things about this office.

I gave them 1 star just because i cant give Zero!!!Dont know from where to start. The staff - The worst Ive ever met!!A manager named Amanda, who I have no idea how they give her to run a fertility institute. Diana who made mistakes in my blood tests. (Didnt even bother to put my name on the tube) and more things that there is no place to write, I was treated by Dr. Severino, who see only Money!!! He treat me with IUI while he had the documents that my Tubes were Closed (at that time). How dare a doctor take so much money, time, hope, while he knows for sure that wont succeed when the Tubes are closed ???!!! Further, when I called to complain and even sent a complaint to Dr. Sher. He gave me Dr. Pollocks email incorrectly, which came back. And when I sent an email to the office manager, Amanda, she did not bother to answer, and even from a conversation with the office staff, she instructed them not to receive me to any doctor in the office when I call.At Fertility Institute, the staff has to be compassionate, compassionate , with a desire to help a woman bring children into the world, and not just see the money. NEVER approach this place !!!

I want to share with you not my feelings about the experience but just the facts so you can make your own judgement.Appointment setting: You are reminded of appointments. They run near on time, nothing out of the ordinary for a doctors office.Patient care: There is no doctor on site. Dr. Faulk, who is the only Medical Doctor on site lives in Utah. He comes in certain weeks to do IVF and other procedures. He is knowledgeable with good bedside manner. If you need to see your doctor weekly or are used to seeing your fertility doctor weekly, as I was when I lived in Texas, then this will be a change for you. Your weekly visits are done by his assistants, either an MA or an NP (if you are lucky). The NP is lovely with great bedside manner. I had her very few times when I did not want to see the MA because the MAs ultrasounds were painful for me. If you want to reach your doctor, you must go through the nurses. Again, if you are used to having a doctor you can call directly or see weekly this will not be what you experience here.Front/Office staff: They are organized and kind.Pros: Nice office. Nice front office staff.Cons: You pay a lot of money to a clinic that does not have a medical doctor on site. They have a part time doctor who practices in Utah. If I had to do it again, I would go to a site where I can have a doctor follow me because, after all, I paid over 28K out of pocket for IVF and I think that deserves an on site doctor that I can see weekly.

I actually only went to this clinic for a consult over three years ago with Dr. Sher and then about six months ago I went for an ultrasound with Dr. Foulk, who recently started seeing patients at this office too as well as his offices in Reno and Utah. My husband and I consulted with all the major offices in the Vegas area and even tried a round of IVF unsuccessfully with a doctor in the area before doing even better research and deciding to go with Dr. Foulk. We have been blessed with beautiful children through IVF and have complete confidence that Dr. Foulk is better at being more precise and meticulous than other doctors we visited. He also doesn’t just recommend IVF automatically. If you were ever turned off by this clinic before give it another try.

Patient Beware.We went to a SIRM Fertility Seminar last year to start our fertility journey. We are young by fertility standards, I was 30, my husband 36. We had a consultation appointment shortly after the seminar with then SIRM doctor, Dr. Severino. We talked about the IVF and IUI options. We asked his professional opinion on which would be best for us. His response was “if you want more chance of success, IVF is what you want to do”. We trusted that he was recommending IVF because that’s what we NEEDED, he is the doctor who looked over our medical history, and who we thought at the time had our best interests at heart. That is why you trust a doctor isn’t it? We trusted him, took his advice on IVF, made the financial commitment, roughly $14,000 and started treatment as soon as we could. We did the egg transfer, and he said how perfect it went, we would be having twins (his exact words) with how perfect the transfer went.It didn’t work. We did not get pregnant.We decided for emotional reasons (this process is the most emotional process we have ever gone through) that taking a few months off would be best for us. We took a few months off, and when we were ready to try again, we called and found out that our doctor had unexpectedly retired. We didn’t feel as comfortable with Dr. Sher, nothing against him, we just didn’t feel he was the best fit for us. We decided to seek a different opinion for the second time around. WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID!!! What an unexpected blessing it has been having another doctor, NOT with SIRM take a look at our chart.(Here is why we will NEVER recommend SIRM to ANYONE… We will also be filing a complaint with the Medical Board, and getting a lawyer. )The new doctor looked over our chart, said there is no way she would even recommend IVF before trying IUI given our age, our health, and our medical chart. The new office told us that IUI was COVERED by our insurance for up to 6 rounds. COVERED.. 6 TIMES! Why didn’t SIRM tell us that? Now I do partially blame myself for that, I should have called to ask our insurance-But as first time fertility patients, we made the mistake of trusting the SIRM doctors, and the office manager. We didn’t know IUI could be covered by insurance. You would think an experienced doctor’s office would let you in on that. It was one of the worst mistakes we have ever made. And it is sad that “trusting a fertility doctor” is on the list of worst mistakes we have ever made in our lives.Our new doctor also did a- no more than 15 minute- ultrasound of my cervix, that SIRM did NOT do, it discovered that my cervix was almost COMPLETELY BLOCKED by 2 polyps. Our new doctor, and my OBGYN said that is a likely the reason the IVF didn’t work the first time. As for why SIRM didn’t do that ultrasound, we do not know, and hopefully our complaint to the medical board will clear that up for future patients.We have reached out to SIRM about these concerns. They don’t care. The response is “Every doctor has a different way of diagnosing and treating a patient, and those polyps could have grown after your treatment with SIRM. But if you want to meet with another doctor at our practice, we will set you up with a complementary appointment” Oh boy THANK YOU!!! A complementary appointment?! How did we get so lucky?!Please DO NOT go to SIRM, and if you must, at least get a second opinion. They flat out took advantage of us, and will do nothing (but offer an appointment with another doctor at their practice) to make it right. They are in it for nothing more than the money. They DO NOT CARE. Infertility is already such a financial and emotional roller coaster, please do not let them take advantage of you as well.

Where do I begin. SIRM was a 2nd opinion that I am glad I got. I came to see them after attending one of their seminars, and finding the information very informative, friendly, and able to understand. It was about seeing what options are available for me, not just the price tag. I have referred many friends here and will continue to speak top level service for them. This team is irreplaceable and treats you like one of their own. Thank you for that, and thank you for all the attention and care.

We were so blessed by Nevada fertility for growing our family! 3 healthy embryos! We have our baby girl and plan on number 2 very soon! Words are not enough to express the gratitude we have for our miracle babies!
