Everyone who works in this office is so kind and helpful. The appointment receptionist Natalie is so helpful. I have a hard schedule to arrange appointments for my daughter and I and she works with me to make appointments work for us. Dawn herself is the first medical professional to listen to the concerns that I had about my daughter and my health! I cannot recommend Down and her team enough!!!

From the first day to 2yrs. later I have been ecstatic about what Dawn & Crystal have offered to get me back into good health.Dawn & Crystal’s promise from day one was to get me healthy & feeling great.I thought menopause was going to take me down. I was so miserable in my own skin.I have been on hormone therapy for a year & a half and weight loss treatment for a little over year.I’m down 64 pounds, I feel great and everyone says I look great and I am healthier than I have been in 10 years.I could not have made these changes in my life without them both. I am forever grateful for their expertise, knowledge and treatment that they both provided to me.

Dawn and her staff are amazingly professional and friendly. They helped guide my husband and myself with our health journey into becoming healthier and happier in the last 4 years. We recommend anyone to start your journey with them as well. I FEEL better and look better at 43 then I did at 33!

The NP did not listen to my concerns on my first appointment. Decided to give her another chance. Been here since before 10am. Have yet to be seen. Its after 11. The reason is they overlooked me and took patients who got here after me, before me. If you are thinking about trying this office, you really should treconsider.

Im so sorry to write this review, but I feel overwhelmingly compelled. Talk to your primary care provider before going here or go to an Endocrinologist instead. Ive had so many negative health consequences from the care I received here, not to mention the thousands I spent fixing the issues created. Nothing personal against the staff, who are lovely btw. Hopefully my story is a one-off, but better safe than sorry (like me).Update to response: Thanks for responding. I wouldnt write this review if A. I hadnt been there for multiple visits and B. I hadnt had such a negative experience, but sorry if youre unable to believe me about that. I am not interested in communicating with you about my health, but I wish you all the best.

I have tried multiple times over the course of months to get in touch with someone to schedule an appointment with no response back from them. Ive tried calling, emailing, scheduling an appointment on the website with ZERO success. Its very unprofessional. At the very least if they arent taking new patients....a call back to say so would be nice.UPDATE to my initial review.I updated and gave them 2 stars. I initially gave them a one star because of my above review. Today 2/12 they called me, shockingly. I was unable to make an appointment at the time for reasons on my behalf. But I received their phone number from the lady who called and advised I will call them back once I am able to set an appointment time and will update my review again if I am able to successfully speak to someone and set an appointment. Love seeing Dawn for a complete and comprehensive health check. Dawn has built a great team and you can tell they are passionate about helping others.

Dawn is awesome! If I call with questions, I get a very prompt response from her. Whether you contact their office through the portal or through a phone call you always get a response! She has helped me feel better than I have in years!

Dawn and her staff are amazing!! She reads and interprets your bloodwork with a fine tooth comb. She gives you personalized treatments and explains everything in detail. She puts you in control if you ever have a concern from your primary physician. I have felt better than I have ever felt in my life!

I started with Dawn just over six months ago. I was in a bad way…. Now I’m 85 lbs lighter and feeling like a young person. I still have a ways to go, but Dawn and her team are awesome! Thank you!

I started going to see Mrs. Dawn a little over a year ago and she is amazing. Everyone is friendly at the office. I recently moved 45 miles from Lake Charles, but I drive to her office and refuse to goo ok anywhere else.

From my very first visit Crystal Tarou made me feel like part of the family. She was patient, easy to talk to, went over my labs with me line by line, and listened to every concern I had to the point of me crying because it felt so good to be heard by a doctor. I am looking forwards to amazing results and generally feeling better, which I’m already seeing.

Professional, nice, and welcoming staff. Nice clean office. Very timely. Never had to wait more than a few minutes. Always a pleasant visit. Haven’t felt this good in many years. Dawn is amazing!

One of the few providers in the area that actually make me feel comfortable when dealing with her, feels like she has myBest interest at heart, amazing facility, isn’t bought out by the pharm industry. She genuinely wants to see you at your “optimal” health.

Dawn is great. She has changed my life. At 56 I feel better than I have in years thanks to her.

Best decision I’ve made, trusting Dawn and her team. Swapping over and using them as my primary physician. Never felt better!!

So far ,after just 3 months, I am very pleased with Dawn Hinton NPR and the entire staff at Revitalized Health. I’ve got my health going back into the right direction.

After doing labs prior to my first apt with her office and doing all my paperwork online ahead of said appointment (after numerous spam emails to do it ahead of my appointment to save them time) All to attempt to reschedule my appointment due to getting married and updating my insurance ect caused a gap in my coverage, only to be called back and told they wouldnt be able to reschedule me until 7 months later.

I cannot recommend Dawn Hinton enough to those wanting to feel good after menopause!

Dawn always listens to my concerns and provides feedback and possible solutions. Staff is friendly and I love the new, bigger place!
