*Update*Just a few hours of posting my review I did in fact receive a call from a manager of the facility follow-up and an attempt to rectify the experience. I was offered to have an appointment scheduled as well. By that time Id already been checked in and nearly completed my ER visit, and unfortunately is currently a threatened miscarriage. Im already scheduled with a different OBGYN clinic once the weekend is over.At least the comapany did make a final effort, so I moved my rating from 1 star to two. Some places dont even care afterwards.*I visited this office in December 2023 for a pregnancy that only got me an ultrasound. They didnt even inform me it would be done in office now, instead of in their connecting hospital resulting in me being about 20 minutes late as I had to go through the entire registration process to find out I was in the wrong location. The pregnancy ended in a miscarriage just weeks later.I am now days away from my SECOND trimester on a new pregnancy and have been calling their office for over a month trying to get in again. I kept getting the same response that its a new pregnancy and Id have to go through the new process of speaking with her nurse, and I get transferred to a line that always goes to voicemail. I work overnights, so I can understand a missed call, but I have only received ONE returned call, being a missed call, from Melody who left a voicemail to call back. No further info, nothing. They already have all of my info, I made sure to update everything the first time I called for this pregnancy. There should be no further info needed from me. She just needs to schedule it. Why not just call and give me the date and time?So now 13 weeks and 6 days in, Im in some pretty bad, steady pain, stomach and back, feels all too familiar after 2 miscarriages, and even pink stains when I urinate... thanks, what a great group of people in this office. Already a high risk pregnancy which is supposed to be her specialty, and this is the treatment they give?Im headed to the Emergency Department, with an appointment else where after this weekend. Good luck to anyone else trying to be seen!

I like Dr. MJ but her staff is a bunch of incompetent people. They never answer or return phone calls. I finally got a callback today from someone (I don’t know who she is), she proceeded to tell me I need to get my records from my ER visit before even scheduling an appointment to see the Dr. Then asked if I have their fax number then the phone got disconnected . (NEVER ATTEMPTED TO CALL ME BACK) I immediately called right back and got an answering service. I am an established patient of hers by the way. I will be looking for a different Dr. now.

This has been the WORST experience I have had as a patient. Not only do they NOT update any charts whatsoever, they DO NOT communicate about their clients. I have been lied to about tests, how much things cost, and call backs. Not to mention I had a major medical event- was seen by them- just to have my follow up appt the next week and everyone was confused why I was there. I am very unhappy and would not recommend this office to anyone.

Im so happy to have her as my OBGYN I had a scheduled c-section and she answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience . Couldnt reccomend her enough !!!All of my appointments have went smoothly here and her nurse is great too theyre both super nice .

Moreno-Jackson is so cute, so kind! willing to answer each of your questions in the best way possible. The best doctor I have ever visited.

Dr. MJ is an EXCELLENT OB/GYN!!! From the moment I met her, I knew that I was in good hands during my pregnancy!! She is compassionate, caring, and she shows a great interest in the wellness of her patients!! She kept me and my husband well informed about what to expect and was very accessible if we had additional concerns. Dr. MJ is the best!!!

THE WORST! Unprofessional and a inconvenience MOST of the time never ever have the right information or answer the phone!

Dr. Moreno Jackson is an incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate OB/GYN. She truly cares about her patients ans is an empowering physician! I feel blessed that she delivered my first baby.

Shes the best I ever had 🙌 When she gave me my news I had endometrial cancer she was very compassionate and caring, answerd any questions I had about my condition 🥰

She is very smart and knowledgeable about things and I like that.she also tries to help you where she can
