Laguna Urgent Care

The team at Laguna Urgent Care are truly amazing. My family and I recently moved to Laguna Beach from Scottsdale AZ, where all the Urgent Cares are some major corporations that have a lack of legitimacy and rarely have a doctor on site.We have had visit Laguna Urgent Care 3 times so far, once for my 8 yr old son, once for my wife, and then myself.The entire staff is so polite, you are seen by the nurses and actual Doctors quickly. All very knowledgeable and truly take the time to help. Thank you team Laguna Urgent Care - I’m sure we will see you again just hopefully not too soon :)

This place is phenomenal. They are kind, helpful, and know what they are doing. I went in with a dog bite thinking the dog didnt cost me an arm and a leg, but this place certainly would. To my astonishment after cleaning, x-rays, examination, and meds the total was under a few hundred! Great people, great location, do not hesitate!

I was really happy with the care I received at Laguna Urgent Care. Dr. Nissanka and the other doctors are very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience. They also have great bedside manner. The clinic is the nicest and cleanest I have seen in an urgent care. I was seen for a really bad cough that I had been experiencing for over 2 weeks - I was glad they were able to do a chest x-ray on site. The front desk and other medical staff were kind, caring and quick to get me seen. I am not from the area, but would definitely go back to seek care.

Wonderful addition to Laguna Beach. Medical staff is very competent and caring. Office is very clean and you may call and ask for an appointment time so you wont have to wait in a crowded waiting room. Ive lived in Laguna Beach 54 years and highly recommend this urgent care.

Despite the usual anxieties that come with seeking medical help, my experience here was truly top-notch.The efficiency of their service was remarkable. I was pleasantly surprised by the minimal waiting time, which was significantly shorter than at other places. But it was not just the speed, it was the quality of the service that truly impressed me.The doctor I saw was not only competent but also exceptionally empathetic. They took the time to listen to my concerns, demonstrated a deep understanding of my condition, and prescribed an effective treatment plan. It was clear they possessed a great balance of expertise and compassion, making me feel at ease and well cared for.Additionally, the front staff were incredibly helpful, enhancing my overall experience with their professional and attentive attitude.This urgent care clinic is clearly dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care, and I would recommend their services to anyone in need without hesitation. Not only the best urgent care, I have been to, but also the BEST Doctor!! He genuinely cares about his patients and diagnosing them properly! All of the tests I needed, he could do in the office with little wait time- so, I didnt have to wait days for results!!The office is very clean, feels homey and his staff is warm and welcoming!Also, there was no wait time to see the doctor!!Highly recommended!!!!!

Dr. Nissanka was knowledgeable, approachable and went above and beyond for our poor son who came down with pneumonia on vacation. Not only was the staff attentive, and kind, but having the expertise of an actual doctor who clearly has a wide breadth of skill and knowledge was invaluable to us. Thanks to your entire team.

I don’t visit the doctor very often but I’ve seen my share of doctors working in the medical field and taking my mother to tons doctor visits and I can honestly say that Dr. Nissanka deeply care about his patients and his profound skill in properly diagnosis is a true blessing. This was a wonderful urgent care. Lynn was wonderful as she checked me in, did my vitals and was very friendly. The doctor was great and spent a lot of time with me. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He has a great bed side manner and was a good listener. I would highly recommend Laguna Urgent Care.

My 85 year old mother in law received a few skin tears on her lower leg. We were here on vacation. They were large and several. Stopped in here for her care. Wow! Very impressive skilled caregivers. Beyond expectations. I am a nurse with 30 years of experience. I recommend this facility!

We brought our son into Laguna Urgent Care after he experienced a low grade fever for several days. He has a history of ear infections so this wasn’t our first rodeo at an urgent care, but it was by far the most pleasant experience for the entire family. The facilities were extremely clean and comfortable, and the doctor was able to see us within 10 minutes upon our arrival.The doctor really took his time listening to our concerns and thoroughly examining our son before making his diagnosis. However, the icing on the cake was how good he was with our son. The doctor was able to perform all his examinations successfully without our son screaming, crying, and kicking (which is his default state in the past). We will definitely return for any future urgent care needs!

After a frustrating, over-priced and quite frankly very unprofessional experience at CDM urgent care earlier this month, I needed to see a health care provider to properly assess what was actually going on with my health concern. I was recommended to Laguna urgent care and what a blessing that turned out to be. I am a visitor here from Canada who is staying for 2 months. I was first introduced to the clinic through Sheila on the phone. She was friendly, smart and helpful. She invited me to come to the office and told me that she would give the doctor the details so I wouldnt have to repeat everything again. I could literally write an essay on this lovely doctor. Patient, smart, kind caring.. Everything a doctor should be. I dont need to go into all the details but this wonderful man went so far above and beyond. Thank you so much.

I’ve been to many Urgent Cares in the past and this one is by far the best. Pristine facility, short wait time, and I was seen by an experienced MD and not a Physician Assistant and was extremely happy with my plan of care. I’m a medical provider myself and I highly recommend this facility for anyone’s Urgent Care or MD needs!

I had muscle spasms from pulling a hamstring, and I walked in without appointment to ask how to protect against inactivity during a LAX to Singapore direct flight. Doctor Nissanka was professional. friendly, a good listener, and efficient. I was very impressed. In and out in 15 minutes and on my way with a prescription. What a great experience.

They saw me right away! the earliest opening urgent care office in Laguna Beach got them my business. all staff were very personable and the doctor called me the following day to check in.
