So far it’s been a very pleasant experience compared to the hospital care I have received in the past. Supportive and actually listen to you. Employees you can tell have a deep passion for being there for you. I feel comfortable being myself and expressing my actual concerns. It is a lot more comfortable of a setting than the current hospital offices. I haven’t experienced them dismissing any of my concerns, pushing me towards any decisions that may be optional or unnecessary, it’s very comforting feeling heard from caring people.If I had to be critical, the wait times can be a bit nerve wracking, but it is understandable due to the amount of people coming in. It can be a bit confusing having to go elsewhere for labs and testing. And you have to be on top of scheduling your next appointment or else it can be difficult to get in any quick time.They have a true gem of an individual for their midwife. Shera is THE most passionate and caring professional in the field I have ever met. You can genuinely feel her commitment and heart and knowledge for expecting mothers. I don’t think I could imagine a better person for this job and I am so thankful to have her care for my second pregnancy and birth. I can’t express with words just how special she is as a midwife. I am happy to go through Bravely to have her care once again.

It was hard to find a primary care for my children (whom I choose not to vaccinate) after recently moving to the area. I read the reviews and decided to try here. I love when providers respect your choices. So far, so good. Noelle was great with my children, it’s important to me that children are acknowledged and talked to like the little people that they are. So, thanks Noelle for making this a pleasant visit for me and my children. Also to the staff, what a nice gesture to bring chairs for me and my small army :) The nurse was also very sweet and personable with us. Keep up the good work ladies. I am glad I made the switch.

When I arrived it felt so cozy and welcoming. The staff stayed in touch leading up to my appointment. Then sent videos and pictures of everything. They also continued to text and stay in touch between appointments. I feel like the experience is so personal you really do get that anywhere else. I walked in with a million fears. I left with zero. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I have been missionaries and came to Indiana with nothing and hardly any $$ to provide baby necessities for our daughter and it was very scary stepping in faith and not knowing how God was going to provide for our precious daughter! This place is a God-send. Truly this place and staff is heaven sent. They have an Amazing, caring staff and it is incredible how God has provided for our little daughter through this clinic. I am truly floored at how wonderful the staff is here. The difference between Bravely and your average clinic or hospital is night and day. You can tell they truly care, they respect your privacy, and their goal is to make you feel cared for and loved, not just rush you out the door. They really took their time to do things properly and were such a comfort during a difficult situation. They truly did laugh and cry with me, check up on me afterwards, and be there for support and answer my endless questions. Bravely will always be my top choice and I’m so grateful to them.

I went for a pre-natal introductory visit. I love the atmosphere of encouragement and love at Bravely. The building is clean and professional and the rooms have really cute and fun decor. I was excited to learn about the options for services there. Full pre-natal care and homebirth with the midwives walking alongside the whole way! I have been in other settings for pre-natal care and nothing compares. I plan to recommend it to everyone!

Noelle is so wonderful with my son! She also is supportive of my making my own decisions regarding his medications and vaccines rather than making me feel guilty for not going with the status quo.The staff in general is so lovely and kind.

I’ve loved Bravely’s mission and values for a long time and my first appointment just reinforced that! All of the staff made me feel seen and cared about. I’m really looking forward to continuing care here!

This place is absolutely amazing! All the ways they help mothers and expecting mothers is just wonderful. Everyone in the office is super sweet and down to earth. Will absolutely be using their services in the future

Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Pletcher listened very well and communicated clearly. She answered all my questions and took my concerns seriously. I greatly appreciated the opportunity to be seen by her, and am very pleased with how she is handling my concerns.

I am able to come to Braverly to shop for baby clothes and they also give out Diapers and Formula. This is such a huge blessing to my family 🙏 Everyone in this establishment was very nice.

Everyone from the check in desk, each helper, doctor, and ultrasound tech have been extremely kind, considerate, and helpful. I originally went to Dr. Pletcher for fertility help. She has been extremely helpful in our pregnancy journey. Would highly recommend

Bravely is truly a blessing of a company. They were so kind and thorough throughout my appointments. They were able to find out the issues that I had go on for a long time that no one could figure out. When I would have a question and reach out to them they were able to reach out immediately after to follow up with me. I highly recommend coming to Bravely.

Braverly has helped so much & are continuing to help with diapers,formula,clothing, & also providing information about other places in the community that help. Braverly is absolutely awesome!! Ive been to Bravely a few times now and when they informed they recently started offering prenatal care, there was zero question or hesitation about continuing to come here. The staff have all been so wonderful and attentive. It really is a warm and welcoming environment. You can tell they genuinely care about you and your baby. Typically I dread going to any doctor for anything, but I actually look forward to my appointments here :)

Personalized professional care for each patient. Definitely felt that they went above and beyond to help me in every way.

They’re very kind and caring. They make sure to answer any and all questions you have and try to make you feel the most comfortable. If they can help they will. They check in on you regularly, which is so nice. They go above and beyond in their roles of care givers!

I went here to find answers to work on my hormones and such. I got answers and a plan. Definitely recommend all women to visit. This facility has many things they work on and not just pregnancy.

What a blessing! My husband and I are missionaries moved to the area and it has been my prayer to be able to shop for my daughter.I am so grateful for all the goodies, the much needed diapers, pacifiers, an adorable handmade blanket and much needed Jammie’s and newborn outfits.I can’t believe a place like this even exists. I’m so grateful.The staff was so helpful and even educated me on what I should need for the upcoming baby. truly grateful and blessed

Bravley has helped me in so many ways. If you are scared and don’t know what to do about an unplanned pregnancy utilize all the programs and resources they provide and you will do just fine! They are loving and kind and truly care about you and your baby.

In my most recent visit, Sherah went above and beyond to listen to my concerns, validate my experience, and offer possible diagnoses and then provided treatment plans, all within a 45 minute appointment! I started seeing Dr. Pletcher for NaPro care when I made the decision to receive fertility and gynecological care at a small clinic. I have loved every experience here. It has a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. They make me not feel like a number. They serve every woman and her reproductive needs. Dr. Pletcher is such a kind and gentle soul. She will make sure all questions have been answered and offers to pray with me after my appointments. I am very grateful that I found a clinic that I can go to for fertility support. She has done more of a thorough work-up than any other fertility doctor. She sets a clear plan in place with follow-ups to reassess. I highly recommend this clinic!

I’ve spent years struggling with miscarriages with multiple doctors not able to figure out why. Dr. Pletcher found the answers as to why. The whole office is incredibly friendly & helpful!

I began seeing Dr. Pletcher through Franciscan and she worked with me for about a year an half in my journey to conceive. We tried different methods and finally found one that worked for me. Once I became pregnant, I switched to seeing Dr. Pletcher at Bravely. The staff at Bravely are all extremely kind, and they have created a very welcoming environment.

I love going here, they r super nice ppl & they help each n every single month on clothing, diapers, wipes, Ect ect 🥰❣️

Every time we go into Bravely we are met with warm smiles from all the staff and providers. Sherah has far exceed all our expectations in preparing us to bring our little girl into the world.

Everybody was super friendly and supportive. They did everything to make me feel comfortable. There was a very welcoming and comfortable environment too.

I had major post partum depression. All the other doctors in our area wanted to give me antidepressants. All my friends on antidepressants had never gotten off of them. I didnt want to be on medicine for the rest of my life. I came to Bravely looking for answers and a solution is what I got. The doctor there put me on hormones. I am free of post partum and most of all im happy. I no longer am on hormones and am still happier than ive been in my entire life. So thankful for this answer and not having to still be on medicine.

I dont know where Id be without all the help Ive gotten from the amazing people at Matrix. They have helped me with a crib, diapers, formula, clothes and so much more. The ladies are kind and very supportive. Even going as far just to send me a message and make sure that Im doing ok even when I dont have an appointment set up. Their compassion and kindness is a true blessing in my life and I am so grateful to be able to reach out to them.

Such an amazing and kind place with very gentle and helpful staff when truly in need. Truly doing God and Yeshua Jesus Christs work. ❤

I rarely share Google reviews. However, I want to personally thank each and every staff member at Matrix for encouraging me when I was beyond scared to raise another child on my own. You all went above and beyond for me and if it wasnt for Matrix, Im afraid the worst may have happened. What you all provide is RARE, and Im so glad to have met so many people who actually care about what they do. Thank you.

I couldnt get a dr to remove my iud i had simply to prevent periods for cysts i have already had my tubes tied and i just want the iud out bc the side affects i am experiencing they were sooo nice after not having any luck getting someone to take it out they instantly said yes and got me in the next day

I have used the Matrix LifeCare clothing closet for my youngest ever since she first came to live with us. She is adopted so I never used any of the Matrix pregnancy resources but the staff has always been so kind and inviting. Its a very welcoming place

December 2019 I was so nervous but everyone makes you feel at home. I got a confirmed test and they got me in the next day for an ultrasound come to find out I was 26 weeks. So filled with emotions and excited I continued to come in weekly for their classes. You earn virtual dollars to spend in the baby room its so nice and everyones so nice 🙂

I truly had a AMAZING experience there. I feel like They really care about there patients!

I love coming to matrix. They have been with me since I first found out I was pregnant and now we go for the clothing room and formula for my now 8 month old!
