Front desk staff refused to pass on a message to physicians assistant Jill, hung up on me and when I called back to request to speak with someone in charge of this front desk want to be mafia, they put me on a extended hold. This low class behavior is cowardly and would never happen in person.My issue has never been the answer I recieved rather the rude and unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff over the phone, especially the two newer people. Why they think they are qualified to answer questions for a physician or physicians assistant is comical.Carol, Jill, Pam(no longer there), and the doctors are all wonderful but the quality of their support has diminished completely. I wish someone in leadership who cared would call me as I have been going there since 2017.

Took 6 Weeks to get a Appointment. Having my insurance info & online it states they accept my insurance. I drove 50 miles the day of my appointment just for them to tell me they dont take my insurance. No phone call no voice-mail. Yet they claimed they tried to call me.

I have been a patient here since the beginning of 2018. I have been treated with nothing but respect. I finally have someone who will actually listen to what I have to say about my pain, ADHD, insomnia and anxiety. I have given them absolutely no reason to not treat me with the same respect to them, as they have given me. As someone in my mid 40s and to finally have a doctor actually listen to me, has been absolutely amazing. I hope to continue to be a patient for a very long time. I am so grateful for the excellent care I receive from Dr. Turner and his staff! I have been a patient for over a decade and have had exception results from the outside the box approach that Dr. Turner uses. I have faced some very serious health issues and have ongoing health related problems I deal with daily. The supplements I take have greatly improved my quality of life! The knowledge, care and compassion shown have exceeded any experience I have encountered from any doctors Ive seen prior to Dr. Turner. I truly appreciate all the great treatment I have gotten over the many years Ive been a patient.

Dr. Turner changed my life! I have Hashimotos, an autoimmune disorder. He listened to how I was feeling and adjusted my meds until I felt good. He also addressed several other health issues. I feel great after only 3 visits! Highly recommend Dr. Turner & his friendly staff!

I have struggled with addiction for almost 15 years. I have for many years never reached out for help because I was ashamed. I called Innovative Medicine on Thursday April 7th and spoke with Brandy (who was very kind and helpful!) She was able to get me an appointment that Monday April 11th! After reading the reviews and developing my own opinion of this company, I am so excited to meet each and everyone of them and get my life back! Thank you for all you do!!

Had my first appointment and was beyond impressed! I went for Testosterone therapy. They dont rush you through your appointment, and they go over every aspect of your health to find where you need help, not just what the appointment is for (at least for your first appointment). I also love the fact that they combine pharmaceuticals along with herbal supplementation. They really listen to you. Cant wait to continue treatment with them.

If i could give this review less than one star, I would..Let me tell you how a lady named Pam ruined my world today. I am in my late thirties. Seven years ago I went through chemotherapy and radiation For cancer that forced my female parts into early menopause, causing my body to produce little to none of my own hormones. Bio identical hormones saved me. Even though i will be using them as supplements for the rest of my life, I am happy to report that they make me a normal, functioning woman. I fly to Indianapolis from Charlotte, NC to see Dr. Turner, because his supplements are a bit cheaper than i can find in Charlotte, and because I believe he actually cares about the quality of life of his patients. What i do not think he cares about is customer service. I was told today that I could find a doctor closer to me and that i was no longer a patient by Pam, the front desk lady who knows nothing about my past or why i fly 700 miles to this clinic. Pam interrupted me every time i tried to speak until i finally demanded she let me finish my thought before talking over me with her counter point. The pandemic has caused me to be unable to travel to get my yearly assessment by the doctors. I asked if I could have a few months of my hormones while i figured out safe travel arrangements. I also asked if i could skype with the PA and pay the same appointment fee. The answer was no. I am at high risk and do not feel safe traveling during this time of Covid, and the answer was no, to receive naturally derived supplements. An emphatic, unempathetic No, from the lady at the front desk who is not a doctor. You may ask why I let myself get this low in my supplements before calling for more~ every single time I have ever called this clinic for assistance, i have been treated in the most rude, ridiculously callous way imaginable and i have to work up the patience just to speak with these women.... I have been in a puddle of tears all day because in this uncertain time of a world pandemic, my one lifeline, my hormones that make my life resemble something of a normal one, were taken away by an impatient, rude, uncaring, non medical person named Pam who answers the phones for this clinic. I would never step foot back into this place even if they begged. Living with a body that produces hormones at a 30% capacity should not be accompanied by dealing with heartless front desk clerks like Pam. I pray she never feels what it is like to be sleep deprived and incredibly sad because her body doesn’t produce enough estrogen like mine does.

On several occasions I have gone to 3 physicians cause I virtually have free access. Dr. Turner is the only 1 that repeatedly finds a solution to my problems. He is converted all of my health parameters to green when most of them were beyond the limits in the blood test. He is unorthodox (thank goodness) and routinely thinks outside the box. He, in my opinion, is marvelous physician. He has provided the same great services for my wife. Professor Emeritus Randy Black

I have been a patient at Innovative Medicine for many years. In the last two months, I decided to see Carol for weight loss management. Carol is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Before trying any weight loss drugs, the policy is to try with just diet alone for a few weeks. Carol noticed on the first visit that I had a severe magnesium deficiency. So I used magnesium and followed her diet instructions. I started losing weight immediately! I have lost over ten pounds and have gained muscle strength too. I am now in control of my weight for the first time in my life with food that I cook myself! Here is the real kicker-I had chronic kidney stones. At the last Lithotripsy four months ago, my doctor informed me that there was another little one in there, but he couldnt get it at that time. He said that I would be back this year to get it out. I actually went in for an x-ray a couple of weeks ago to check on the stone. It is gone! So go to Innovative Medicine to lose weight and to cure kidney stones. I will be a faithful patient for the rest of my long, healthy life!

I was addicted to herion and meth and lost everything including my 2 year old. I went to dr. Turner and then went to sycamore springs for 15 days THEN went back to Dr. Turners office and it will be a whole YEAR September 15th!!! I STILL go there to this day. It may cost a little bit to start with but TRUST me its worth every dime!!! I am so deeply greatful for everything they have done for me and treating me like I am important and the push to do better. So Im happy to say I have a great job and my baby back and cases are closed and I also have a relationship with Jesus (which wasnt in their plan book for me. Lol. It was on my own!). I will always tell anybody and everybody who is struggling in addiction THIS is the place to go to change ur life if ur really ready for the step!!!

I will share my story with everyone!! I was a patient is Dr kreider he leftBut he was the best. I took 12 miligrams of suboxone a day. So when he left he was replaced by Dr calapadipo. She cut me down in three months to 4ml a day. It traumatized me. So I left and shortly after that I found out she died but anyway. I found this place. I shared them my story about my perfect record. 3 na classes a week. Iop. Continuing care and no relapses. But saidto them I knewit was coming because 4ml a day was not enough. It was made clear that they wouuttake care of . 2 years later...they gave me three different depressions....anxiety medicine. Testosterone. I did everything they asked but the cravings still persisted and everyday was shiny. I just wanted my life back. My happiness and sanity. Is be happy with 10 or 12ml a day...but after two years of doing it their way they lied to me. Not a single increase. Except one offer but only if I go to a nother counselor as well.WITCH THEYSAID THEY WOULD NEVER DO... Well been there done that...all I need is the cravings to stop. And the offer was 6ml a day. With extra class....i dont have time plus they want me to try more anti depressant but Ive gained spool much weight from them. Im totally unsatisfied. I only want help with addiction and with cravings. Its sad because I know of people who get more than me and relapse and walk out with EVEN MORE!and yea one has the same counselor as me. But its nothing personal..i like all the people in there. But Im not getting my moneys worth....

Been a Patient for Years and never had an issue. Everyone that works there is super friendly. The Doc Turner and his team of other Doctors are great and spend time listening. They think outside the box.

I’ve just been referred to your team by my family physician and waiting on a call back from one of your staff members, as she left me a voicemail, and I calling her back but not able to reach her, left her one. I’ve been extremely nervous and even scared to be treated for the health issue I have but now after reading these reviews and even the response, that nervous energy has turned into an excited energy. This place is wonderful. The staff really cares and explains everything to you and are very kind. The counselor is truly there to help you. Its definitely a lifesaver for me. So thankful I came there. This isnt a place where they just throw a prescription at you and you leave. They are there to help you and be with you every step of the way.

My experiences with Innovative Medicine are positive. The staff is helpful and compassionate and my overall health is much better than before I sought help from Dr. Turner. Because much of his approach is natural, prevention is how my health is maintained.

I have never been. Am interested. I have blue cross blue sheild. Do you cover this insurance? I have chronic back pain & am looking for a more natural approach at this specific health condition. I’m proscribed muscle relaxers, & would like to get away from this. I am looking for a physician that can point me in the direction of herbal remedies, exercises, etc.

Its really refreshing, and sometimes enlightening, to spend time with healthcare providers who have a good balance---both traditional medicine and alternative methods. I drive 2 hrs to access their services. Highly recommend.
