Probably one of best experiences Ive had at a doctors office for an annual. Women at the front desk were nice and happy. Doc was very thorough, good sense of humor and listened seriously to my concerns and didnt treat me like patient number 17.

Very warm staff, I came in nervous but was met with the most polite and positive people. I appreciate all the nurses and to the Doc he is very informative shows he cares and does everything to make sure you leave better than you came. Shout out Total Men’s primary Care by HEB plus they are super dope.

From start to finish it was a very smooth sailing. The front office personnel were very kind and made me feel welcome.Dr.Stokes was very thorough when doing the physical exam,and explained things very well.

Doctor was friendly and intelligent. He made sure to take the steps to diagnose my ailments and got me set up for future visits. The doctor takes time to get to know his patients and is a breath of fresh air. The nurse and the help desk were also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be making this my usual primary care doctor.

From the start, always polite and professional. They take you at the appointed time! No sitting and waiting for their over booking. Dr Stokes runs a great office. Through the process each time, an attitude of care and customer service goes beyond any doctor office Ive used. Got there about 20 minutes earlier than my appointment...was called in immediately... Friendly staff and very attentive. Dr Stokes introduced himself upon greeting and gave little history about himself made it very comfortable. After my examination explain the exterior part of my examination in detail and an appointment was made to discuss lab work within a week. This was a drive by vision of this place I went in about 3 weeks ago asking do they take Medicine and they did I made the appointment and so far Im impressed and have no regrets.

My experience at the clinic was phenomenal, from check-in to check-out. I was greeted and checked in without issues, and my initial intake was conducted with care. The doctor who attended to me was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable, ensuring that my medical needs were thoroughly addressed. I truly felt that they cared about the help they provided

From the PC Mellissa to the MA Val/ Courtlina they were very friendly and helpful upon my visit. The provider Robert was one of the best physicians Ive ever seen. He doesnt just treat you like a object but he truly interacts with you and makes you comfortable. My overall experience will keep me coming here from here on out. I met my new PCP today, Dr. Stokes. I am a female and he addressed every concern or question I had and really spent quality one on one time with me. He asked important questions and was very professional. Gr didnt rush at all. He took the time and care to get to know about me and my health. I thought only men were seen here, but they accept women too. Which is wonderful because I want Dr. Stokes to be my forever PCP. Not a single complaint, completely satisfied and happy with my initial visit. The waiting lounge is super comfortable too and has great coffee! Check in was smooth and the women working ar the counter are also just as incredible. Spectacular experience. Honestly! Thank yall so much!

Solid across the board. I didn’t have an appointment but that was not a big deal (today). They were able to see me and complete what I needed. Everyone else nice and the facility was clean.

Very professional, got me back on my meds quite quickly with a few adjustments (my previous doctor retired and I took longer than I should have to to get a new one.)I will definitely be coming back, and am very much looking forward to my follow up next month.

For starters the clinic is clean, ni e ambience. The staff are very cordial and professional. Amazing people skills. The Doctor onsite is super professional, knowledgeable and most of all very empathetic. The overall experience is beyond words. Just wonderful.

Today at my appointment I tried to show my I.D. card upon request for my date of birth instead of revealing it verbally. Instead of simply accepting it, the receptionist accused me of having an attitude when I am simply choosing to protect my personally identifiable information from the public. The female reception team is very toxic toward men that come into this clinic. To add further insult, the receptionist told me I should have checked my voicemail beforehand, even though I received a text continuing to indicate that my appointment was still valid 30 minutes later. FYI for prospective patients: They no longer accept TRICARE.

The front desk staff was amazing and very friendly, the MA was amazing and the DR was amazing. He listened and made me feel heard. He cared about my wellbeing

Husband and I were very impressed with Total Mens Primary Care in Killeen. The staff was professional and courteous. Dr Robert took the time to go over test results and explained everything very thoroughly making sure we understood everything. Office AC doesn’t work.They used to have snacks,I guess budget cuts,Dirty reception chairs.The receptionist doesn’t act like she should be working anywhere near the medical field without gloves..I used to like the office and the atmosphere but now it seems they just had to hire anybody to be able to pay them minimum wage.I will not be returning to this office for anything, I just hope I didn’t catch anything by waking in.

I am super glad I found this place! Initially, we went only for my husband, since we thought it was only for men, but we later found out women can go too! So I did not hesitate to choose this place as well as my husband. It was so warm, the receptionist, the nurse and the doctor are just SUPER incredible, professional, they don’t have a straight face and they don’t treat you bad, the doctor is funny and he listens to every concern you have and makes sure you’re ok. I have traumas with past doctors and was afraid to try a new one, but this was definitely the best experience and I hope people find this place and give it a try because I swear it’s worth it.

Had to wait a bit but its a doctors office with numerous patients being seen. That said they did get me seen in a reasonable time and the doctor is very thorough in his work and doesnt immediately jump to just issuing pharmaceuticals. I was very pleased with the treatment at this clinic and look forward to being seen there from now on for my medical needs.

I do not usually see male doctors, but the doctor I saw, I felt comfortable. He was really patient, kind and showed concern in my well being.

The tele-med appointmemt was very convenient for me and answered all of my questions. I really needed to get some relief and guidance to address a recent illness.

What a wonderful experience! Robert is extremely personable, and took his time in patiently explaining risks and benefits of testosterone replacement therapy, and answering all of my questions. If you are looking for a primary care doc, you cant do better than Total Mens!

My husband came in to get a pinched nerve examined. The doctor was courteous and knowledgeable. He is retired Army and is aware of veterans issues. Its close to our house and they make same day appointments. They take Tricare and our co-pay was only $37.

Highly recommend!! Right away if you’re not going to read all of this. I selected this location based on reviews. I arrived on time for my appt. The receptionist was very professional and polite. Got my checked in with no issues. Waited for about 5-10min for the nurse to bring me to the back. She was very happy and kind. Mind you this was late in the afternoon so no telling how many she had already seen and was still in a good mood. She took my vitals. Listened carefully while I explained to her my reason for being there. Dr. Robert came after was fully engaged, concerned and explained everything to me and what the appropriate next steps would be. Who and when to contact.Very positive attitude! Addressed all my concerns and more. Got me the necessary paperwork. & sent me on my way. Overall pleasant experience. Looking forward to my next visit!

Dr Stokes is kind, listens to all concerns and is informative. Even though it’s a men’s clinic he welcomes women patients for general health concerns (no gynecology because equipment needed isn’t in this office) but he’s qualified to do it. He also has weight loss programs for all. It’s a very nice office setup, complimentary waters, Gatorade n good coffee. Definitely recommend going here.

This was a very pleasant surprise for me. I had been going to the Low T Center for seven years, because Scott And White is awful. And then the Low T Center changed ownership, and then they became awful as they wouldn’t allow me to walk in and do a therapeutic phlebotomy. Without that, I would have a stroke. The physicians assistance at men’s health knows everything about testosterone, the downfalls and the good stuff . I tested his knowledge, he answered my questions correctly and then, after talking to him, I realized he knows way more than I do, so I will be using this company for now on as my life pretty much depends on it due to cancer that took out my testicles.

Just had my 1st visit and it went great. I look forward to receiving my Healthcare from a provider that has the time and expertise I need. I definitely recommend to anyone.

I recently relocated from another state and was searching for a new primary care physician in the area. My experience here has been nothing short of great since I contacted them. The facility itself is very clean and organized. The waiting area is always stocked with great snacks and beverages (Mrs. Vickie’s, protein bars, Gatorade, Red Bull, water, etc.) real quality stuff. That’s an added bonus, lol. I have already had a couple of appointments, and each time, I was seen by the personnel on time and without incident. I had several prescriptions that I needed refilled, as well as some changes in other medication that I inquired about. The attending PA at this location has been beyond helpful and has made this transition completely seamless. I needed a referral for my dermatologist, as well as one for my allergist (This Cedar in Texas is no joke!) both referrals as well as all of my prescriptions were sent to the appropriate parties before I arrived home after my appointment. Everyone from the front desk, to the medical assistants, to the physician are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving Total’s Men’s Primary Care an opportunity. I think they’re fairly new to the area, but I am so glad I tried this location. I am extremely selective and have high standards/expectations when it comes to most things but I have nothing but positive things to say about this location this far. Currently I’m using their services as my primary care physician, however, I know they have some other programs like medical weight management that I think I might give a shot in the future.

Felt like I had been here plenty times when it was really my first visit here.The nurse was so friendly,caring & we joked like we had known each other for a long time.Once the Dr came in I Knew right away,I was going to become a patient forever.Dr Robert took time to examine me,listened to me when i asked questions & he was very thorough,took his time going through my visit. I never felt rushed like I was just another number. The entire staff was awesome, the office & exam rooms were spotless.I highly recommend this place. My wife even wished she couldve been seen here.

Absolutely wonderful! The staff was truly friendly and professional. The young lady preforming my covid19 test today was, sincere and understanding about my need for the test. She reassured me of the accuracy and delivered my results with privacy and respected my concerns.The gentleman at the front desk checking me in was smiling, provided detailed information about both test to ensure I received the one I was needing and checked me in promptly and professional all while balancing the other patients coming in with a , “Hello and Ill be right with you!” Great experience and would come back again for the service and have already recommended the site to others who may need it in the future! I Lost my insurance and needed my blood pressure medication because it was out of control. I got seen by the doc($150) and got an ekg($50) and he wrote me a prescription for my medication that I picked up at walmart for $15. From my appointment to getting my medication at the pharmacy it was 2 hours all together. They were fast friendly caring and professional. I cant recommend enough

I’m still in awe at how amazing this place was. I was greeted by a happy and friendly staff. Courtlind, Val, and Serrena were all very kind and helpful. This is not something I have experienced at doctor’s offices. I saw other patients coming in for appointments and noticed how attentive the staff was to each patient. Dr. Robert Stokes was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He actually took the time to listen and address all my concerns. I have never had an experience like this. For the longest time I loved Total Men’s until they decided to start sending me messages about the fee I have unpaid. I was caught up on all of my payments then they messaged me that I had unpaid bills. I have called and spoken to the same people 4 different times and they cannot figure out why their system is so wrong about it all. They keep promising a higher up will call and they still will not call me back. I plan to continue reviewing them on Google every day until they resolve their mistakes.

Decided on this clinic to establish a PCP and could not have made a better choice. Dr. Stokes was awesome. He genuinely cared about our visit, never making me feel rushed or just going through the motions. He was very thorough, explaining every test and why he performed them. I did not have an appointment and they fit me in for my situation I was going through. Doctor Robert was attentive, informative and the nurses were great at listening and asking details to come to the best summary of my condition. I had such a warm welcoming from the second I entered the door. All staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The specialist I worked with was very understanding with no feelings of judgement. Said he would charge me 200 for an appointment including lab. I paid 200 then later got a 345.00 dollar bill for a second lab test that i didnt need because i had already been hospitalized. Be aware anyone who cares. Dr. Stokes sure doesnt at all. I also reported them to the better business bureau for stealing my money.

Staff was very helpful and informative. They knew exactly what was going on even with people walking in and taking over their lobby. Well trained staff had me in and out and well informed of what was going on. Highly recommend using this clinic. I went in for a covid test and left 20 minutes later no problem. Had results thirty minutes after that.

My visit was to have a COVID test before flying due to a family emergency. Due my nerves being a mite frazzled, I showed up on the wrong day. However, the young lady at the front desk changed the appointment for me and they got me right in. The young lady that administered the test was great. Very professional. 1st time being in this type of clinic after 15 years of military service. The staff greeted me as if I had already been with them for years. The provider (a vet as well) was very personable and understood my concerns. From there we established a baseline of what needs to happen for a better and healthier version of myself, for myself and my family. Not use to this type of care but it really felt nice to be heard!

I’m new to the area and had been feeling ill, to the point where my wife convinced me to get tested for COVID-19. I was able to get a walk in test without a referral or an appointment and was relieved to find the staff to be friendly and interactive. My sign in was efficient and I was taken back into a room quickly. The procedure was quick. I would definitely recommend this place. With this being the first I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a review for, I believe it speaks to a positive experience.

I came in for a physical today and also to establish a primary care doctor and this place is great! Scheduling an appointment online was quick and easy. They offer a lot of services. My husband and I were able to get an appointment for Covid testing straight away with Total Mens, when everywhere else had a 2 day wait. Even being a female, I was welcomed. The staff was so friendly and professional. We were called back with very little wait. The doctor answered all of our questions and never once did we feel rushed. I would definitely recommend Total Mens to my friends and family!

I was totally impressed with the staff at Total Mens Primary Care. I needed a Covid test done all the regular spots were booking out until next week or. The line was six hours just to get tested. I remembered driving by and saw a sign for themI booked my appointment on line literally Wednesday and was seen today. I got in and out within 10 minutes.The process of checking in on line filling everything out. Was simple and EASY. Trust me I love easy..I would totally recommend them if you want quick in an out. Or you can go other places. Im just saying for me. It was an amazing clean experience.Now this is my personal opinion. I had such a great experience here. I waited 10 mins to take my Covid test and the facility was clean, spacious and had free snacks & drinks! The good kind too! I had the most wonderful Black lady from the front desk administer my test and she was kind, courteous and professional. I tested negative with the rapid test and couldnt have been more overjoyed at the results. This is a great place to go to if youre in the Killeen area. They are the best here!

My husband and I were seen here and it was nothing short of amazing. We were able to get an appointment the same day and despite us arriving late, they had no problem with seeing us anyway. EVERYONE in the office was beyond friendly and I really appreciated the doctor coming to the lobby to chat with his patients. Service was fast, friendly and I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Good Day Primary Care,I needed a test done and as I entered your facility, I was greeted and was assisted immediately. Staff talked me through the entire process. There was a mistake and I mentioned it to the front desk and literally three seconds it was fixed. Staff was professional and showed great patient care for my entire walk-in. I highly recommend this facility and I will call to inquire about some posters I saw in the waiting area.

Went to get a Covid test simply for international travel. It was my first time having one done and was not thrilled about being there. However, they put me at ease and the process was easy and not uncomfortable at all. I was in and out and results came to my email very quickly.

I was very grateful for the service I received today. With my worries about being tested for COVID-19. They were quick and efficient. Also putting my mind at ease with the questions I had if I should be positive. Luckily for me it was a negative. But all the staff was wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend!!

Welcoming & friendly staff. Very professional on the medical aspect of the visit but st the same time very personable. The office and waiting room is very inviting and comfortable with a lovely atmosphere with nice lighting, TV entertainment and a nice selection of refreshments always on hand. On the medical side they are accurate, proactive in the process of getting you the best treatment available. The location is very accessible for anyone in the Fort Hood / Killeen area. Went in for a covid test. The lobby area was clean, and had a good feel to it. The receptionist was friendly. Check in was simple, they utilized qr codes and was able to do everything through my phone. There were snacks and refreshments available too, not that I had time to enjoy them, I was seen within minutes of completing the sign in. The nurse that administered my test was also friendly. Great customer service from Courtlind and Val. Lobby was clean and full of refreshments. The wait was short and Serrena was very thorough with checking my vitals along with getting as much information as possible to present to the doctor. Dr. Robert Stokes was incredibly knowledgeable and being vet like myself made it much easier to discuss with him regarding my concerns. Definitely will be back and considering this to be my primary health care location and physician.

I scheduled online which was really easy, the inside looked brand new, didnt have to wait long before called into the back, was in and out in an hour. Overall, the staff were great, Mr Stokes was willing to take the time to explain everything, and got to schedule a follow-up before leaving.

Very professional team in Killeen! The service was quick! So, I received the rapid COVID-19 test and it took less than 15 minutes! I wasn’t a fan of having the swab in my nose but they were very patient with me! I definitely gave them a good laugh afterwards! I definitely recommend this wonderful team! I really needed a new primary car doctor. The big box medical group in town was not for me. Got tired of appointments being canceled and a doctor that made you feel like a number and not a patient. So I gave Total Men’s a try and I love it. Dr Stokes is great and explains every little detail and let’s you be apart of your medical decisions and together come up with a plan that works for you. The front end staff are friendly. This place is by far more than just a doctors office. I am so glad I came to total men’s I’m a long term patient for sure.

Many times I’ve called or shown up with difficult requests and not once has the staff ever been impatient. It was really great, the environment was clean and chill. The wait time was also pretty good with a good check in system. No complaints from me! They also do small neurologic tests that have helped others get diagnosed early on for brain tumors which was cool and fun!

My wife and I drove all the way from Liberty Hill for a COVID-19 test, because we weren’t able to get an appointment anywhere else for a rapid test, and were flying out to PA the next day for Thanksgiving, and PA had just made it necessary to have a negative test result 72 hours prior to arrival, or quarantine for 14 days. They were very friendly, professional and quick! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

1st time visiting Total Mens Primary Care, I set the appointment online and field out the forms via text as they set a reminder of my appointment. My appointment was set for 8am and when I arrived I was in and out less then 15mins. The staff was very pleasant and nice. I would recommend they provided fast and friendly service.

Im glad I found this clinic. Staff and doctors were incredibly friendly, and helpful. Felt completely safe and comfortable about speaking with the doctor about my concerns, problems and worries and he addressed them all without any problems.

Went in for a covid test. Went online to schedule appointment before I got there. At appointment time, I had to fill out a little paperwork electronically. Make sure you have a photo of insurance card (front/back) and license.The place was really clean and the staff was friendly.The actual test took minutes and got the results text to me in under 30.

I went here for a COVID swab. Online check in was a snap! Literally took 5 minutes. It was all done online, so when I got there, all I had to give was name and DOB, and I was checked in! They had refreshments for people waiting, which was nice. Speaking of waiting, I wasnt there for more than 5 minutes from check-in to check-out! The lady who took care of me was friendly while still professional, and worked fast, yet thorough! Great combination. Will definitely go back for any other services I need that they provide!

My daughter and I went for a rapid COVID test today. We felt a little out of place because we were, as far as I could see, the only female patients. I mean.... the name of the facility says it all, but it was still a little humorous to us. The front desk staff was amazing. Was kind and incredibly efficient with all of the walk-ins and appointments that he had to juggle. We were a walk-in and were seen much quicker than I ever expected. The nurse that did our tests was equally as great as the person that was the face of their business today. (Just as a side note - please treat all healthcare workers with the respect they deserve.... they are tired and exposing themselves everyday to make sure the rest of us stay okay.)

Great personable and professional care. I scheduled a same day rapid Covid test visit. You was checked in on time without a wait. They have refreshments that were welcomed by my children as they hadn’t eaten since school pick up. Dr. Stokes was phenomenal! Although I was only there for Covid test he answered EVERY question I had. He was not rushing out of the room. Answered each question patiently and thoroughly. I live in Georgetown so this was a long drive (for me) but their staff and my negative test were certainly worth it!

Quick and easy visit, I was able to do all the first time paperwork right over my phone, no fill these papers out and sign heres. COVID-19 test was less that 20 minutes for total visit. Staff is great be around.....and look at. (Hey ladies 😁) All in all great visit and if need be Ill be back.

The location is in a good place. The atmosphere is calming and aesthically appealing. The receptionist and nurses are very bubbly and outgoing. The doctors are exceptional at their work. First visit to a doctor, outside of ER, in about 7 years and they made me want to come back, often. Great place and highly recommend.

My primary recommend Total Mens for my Covid test. The staff was friendly and the whole process took about 10 minutes. Most testing facilities had a line or would make you schedule the test a day ahead of time, so Im thankful they got me in so quickly.

Cool Comfortable Organized Fast And Smooth. The Lady at the Front Desk showed great energy and was very welcoming. I was looking for a place to treat HPV (genital warts) and Doctor Robert educated me. Then went over all the different types of treatments he could preform.

Scheduling an appointment was easy online. Once I arrived, checking in using a QR code was a smooth process. All staff I met were kind,, professional, and courteous. My appointment was at 2:30pm and I was called back at 2:28pm. I was seen, got what I needed, and was out in 15m. It was awesome and I highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with getting my covid test at Total Mens Primary Care. It was easy making my appointment and by filling out my registration forms ahead of time, I was taken back as soon as I showed up. The person doing the nasal swab was very pleasant, courteous and quick.

This place is Amazing, one of the best Primary care experiences I’ve ever had. The staff members were super courteous…No long waiting for the provider who spent time with me making sure he understood my issues and worked with me to develop a plan! I enjoyed being encouraged to participate in my care…I cannot give 6 stars but I wish I could!!!

Sceduled a covid test and was able to get in the next day. Very efficient, friendly and clean. Loved the text reminder. I even was done before my scheduled time.Received my results in less than hour and was able to forward my results. (Which was negative 🤗)I would recommend Total Men’s Clinic for both men and women.

The staff was great! I was looking for a closer place to get my testosterone shots that was as good as my old clinic and they nailed it. Doc Robert was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with confidence. I now have a new and closer clinic.

Came here for a Covid-19 rapid test. I was able to do paperwork online beforehand, I only waited a few minutes after being checked in, and was called back to a room. The technician was so good at explaining the process and how to make it as painless as possible, which she did. I was on a 15 minute phone call in their parking lot afterwards and a message came in with a link to my results. Great experience.

Many times you are talked to as a patient and not listened to but not at this place. The service was fast, the appointment process was conveniently done online, and the doctor listened to my concerns rathering than just rattling off bullet points. Doing cardio one night at the gym I saw the commercial for Total Mens Primary Care and decided to do some research. The next day I called and hung up the phone with an appointment the following week. This place is amazing the receptionist well the guy covering the counter was funny (dad joke funny) people can use that with today’s world, especially walking in to a clinic. Lastly the nurse who helped me I do not remember her name I’m never good at that. But she helped a painful visit be amazing. She even helped me prank my boss which is what we needed at work with the stress we have faced. This place is amazing, the appointment set up was an easy process, I hate computers but it was helpful. If you need a place to go who except walk-ins and help you sign up online in their clinic instead of turning ppl away! It felt like home and very inviting! Thank you guys

Went in for the covid test. Was treated great when I first walked in. Robert called me back to do the test, he could tell I was nervous. He eased my nerves and made me laugh. Although the test is really uncomfortable my experience was not. Hopefully i wont have to be tested again, but if I do i would totally go here again. Highly highly recommend!

Dr. Robert provided the best medical experience Ive ever had, answered all my questions & concerns. Everything was simple. Id recommend treatment here to my closest friends.(1 star) After having monthly tele-medicine appointments for medication refills. This month, even after scheduling more than 3 days before hand, my appointment was cancelled 2 hours before it was supposed to start. I will now have to wait until January 5th rather than December 30th for my medication. Within this time period I will be experiencing withdrawal effects given the medications effects. This type of occurrence should be unacceptable when it comes to health.(4 star) After speaking to Dr. Robert on the phone. He apologized for the previous appointment cancellation & effects that followed. He also took steps to prevent the problem from arrising in the future. An extremely professional provider I will continue to see.(1 star)Here is conclusive, necessary # of stars for this clinic, in my experience. Interactions with staff and even P.A Robert Stokes is pleasant and well intentioned. Yet, After experiencing multiple instances of lack of follow through. Repeated instances of shouldering responsibility on the new system, I wont be coming to this office for treatment any longer.After my 6 month follow up accompanied by drug testing, I payed all fees necessary only to get my calls ignored regarding why my prescription isnt being filled on time. ADHD medication is time sensitive and isnt compatible with this level of unreliability. Hope this helps someones decision process.
