Cecilia Roman is the best provider I have ever had! The facility is warm and inviting, the staff is professional and friendly, and Cecilia is amazing because she cares about my health. Im never rushed; she explains why and listens. She has been my provider for over 7 years, and my care has always been exceptional!

Dr. Cecilia Roman is great. She is funny and makes everything easy to understand. She is very thorough and I really like the way she approaches issues you may have. She has a great attitude and I’m glad my wife recommended her to me.

Dr. Roman and her staff are unreal. She listens, she cares, and she wants to help to address the cause, not just the symptoms. Easily the best doctor Ive ever had... and it isnt close.

I started going here when l got on Tricare insurance. Everyone is super friendly. The doctor truly cares about her patients . I still saw her when l didn’t have any insurance. I wouldn’t go any other place. I’m now with Blue Cross Blue Shield and still am with Dr, Roman , l trust her to give me the best care she can. 4/18/2024

Anyone fussing about this practice doesnt understand how wonderful they ALL are, including NP Roman. She takes care of any medical needs I have, and I am 100% satisfied with her services. Anything I ask, she addresses and resolves. No, she does not readily give out pain medicine (narcotics), but she did send me to pain management when I first started seeing her (4-6 years ago). She manages my allergy med regime and has gone above and beyond to ensure that it is carried out with the upmost fidelity. Her employees are helpful, respectful, and super kind. I have gotten to know them all and love them like family! Jessica most ALWAYS answers the phone. She does everything she can to assist me and get me in within the week. I need later or Saturday appointments, and they ALWAYS accomodate me.I am grateful that NP Clark and her fine staff are my health care providers!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Roman, it was my 1st initial visit with her! She listened, she showed compassion and she cared to hear all about my concerns! Something my previous doctor never did!!Everyone I encountered with in her office is so kind, made me feel like it wasnt my 1st visit! We chatted as if we knew each other for years.Her assistant was so gentle when drawing my blood. She knew I was nervous, and kindly listened as I cried. She was Outstanding from the beginning she walked me back.Her receptionist is AMAZING!Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your services Dr Roman and staff!

I was able to have NP Roman as my care provider for almost 5 years and she is outstanding. She always knew who I was when I went in for my visits, always took the time to discuss my medication options, and I never left feeling like my healthcare needs werent met. I really hope that I find someone as dedicated to patient care as she is in my new area.

The mission statement states they strive to make primary care accessible to everyone, with or without medical insurance. I was assigned to them by Tricare and went there to establish myself and was immediately told they are not accepting any new patients. They informed me in a cold and uncaring manner. Instead of making some recommendations, they told me I needed to call Tricare and figure something out. I recommend they contact Tricare and inform them of their inability to provide services. Of course, they said they notified tricare numerous times. I contacted Tricare to get reassigned and was informed that this practice has NOT updated their status. I bet that practice keeps the financial stuff updated. They have signs posted about not providing services until your bill is paid. Maybe its a blessing in disguise.

I have been a patient for almost 2 years now. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Roman and her staff. They treat you like family. My kids all see her and love her as well. My senior parents now have her as their primary care physician and are so happy with the care that she provides.

Ive been a combat medic in the military and an EMT as a civilian and I have seen some evil driven doctors. But Doctor Roman Cecilia is a saint. She can be trusted. If you want a doctor who cares, there is no need to look further. Here I feel safe and comfortable in her care.

Everyone was so great! I absolutely loved the care I received here. Getting an appointment was easy, wait time was short, and the care was excellent. One of the things I loved the most was that Cecilia was able to find my veins first try! Usually I get poked 3-5 times for blood tests because I have tiny little baby veins, but not this time. One and done. It was fantastic.Cecilia is kind, helpful, and attentive to her patients needs and concerns. Takes time to talk with you about your health and answer any questions you have. She is a great doctor.

I’ve been here for 3 1/2 years now, seeing military doctors on post for the first couple of years. Now being a patient seen by Dr. Roman, I cannot sing her praises enough. Dr. Roman is kind, compassionate, professional and caring. I am truly blessed to have Dr. Roman as my primary care physician and she and her team make me feel like family.

2 weeks waiting for a referral to be entered to my insurance. Very poor time-line. Prescribes anti inflammatory meds, I am already on them and dont need any more. No pain relief and now I get to wait even longer to be seen and have my problem fixed. Acts like she cares at first and after that, you become a number in her books. Poor, poor quality of healthcare

I’ve been going to Dr. Roman for 2 years now, I absolutely love her and her staff. She takes her time with you, sits with you and listens to all of your health concerns etc…just wouldn’t go anywhere else she’s the best of the best!

After not going to the doctor for about 13 years, I finally made an appointment at Roman Family Practice. Not only did Mrs Roman make me feel extremely comfortable, she was kind, understanding and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Her office is clean and her staff is wonderful.She really cares about her patients and that speaks volumes.If you have been searching for a family practice, I highly recommend Roman Family Practice.

I’m posting under my husbands account but I wanted to leave a review to say that Dr. Roman is literally the best doctor I’ve ever had. She listens to everything I discuss with her and tries to figure out what is best for my health. Having high blood pressure, a lot of doctors don’t listen, especially when it comes to people of color. Dr. Roman though, is thoughtful and caring, completely opposite of all the doctors I’ve seen before. I would not hesitate to come here for all your health needs. Words cannot express how I feel about Cecilia Roman, she is one truly caring nurse practitioner you dont see that now in the health profession, she takes her time to get to know you and your health problems on a one to one basis, where you dont have to wait long or feel rushed she works for you to get you better and listens to what you have to say. The clinic is a clean and has a pleasant atmosphere and her staff is equally friendly and helpful. Thank you Cecilia for making me feel better for the first time in two years.

Mrs. Roman is incredibly kind and easy to talk to. She takes the time to listen and truly understand a patients needs and you can tell that she cares for all of her patients. Her deep passion for her profession is evident, and it’s amazing that she will listen to all of your issues instead of focusing on just one like most other doctors. The office staff works really well with you, and everyone in the office greets you with smiles. This clinic is one of the best family practices (if not the best) in Killeen! Would 100% recommend to anyone of all ages.

I really appreciate Dr. Roman and her staff. What the VA refused to help me with, Dr. Roman and her team of nurses took me in and helped me handle my medical problem and gave me more reassurance than any doctor I’ve seen. I can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend!

The establishment is very clean and organized. I had to make a walk-in appointment and called ahead of time to ensure they would accept new patients. The staff on the phone told me there were other appointments but assured me that I would be seen promptly. I arrived and by the time I was done with my paperwork I was called back. Everyone was very kind and understanding that I was in a lot of pain. Roman attended to me and listened to everything I had to say. She explained to me what was happening and how we were going to treat it. I left satisfied. The next day I was still in a lot of pain and I went back and, again, I was quickly attended to. That was yesterday and today I’m feeling so much better. I will be going to Roman going forward with any medical issues I may have.

This doctor office is the worst. I was referred here by someone but I regret it. The doctor does nothing a doctor should. I was given a referral I stated that I rather chose my own location. I asked so many times for the referral to be sent over since a month ago. Instead they gave me a fake referral that I could not use. I confronted them about. Then she stated oh i was never paid for your last visit. How is that when my insurance is active or is it that you are being vindictive because I dont want to go to the place you want to send me. She goes I am not sending in your referral dont come back. Honestly I wasnt after coming out of my pocket. Honestly I dont know why she has 4.7 stars I question her knowledge and lack of eye contact.

My family and I moved to Texas this summer thanks to the military. We are assigned a primary care provider and usually dont have much of a say. Dr. Romans office was given to me and in my 35 years of life, I couldnt be happier with my doctor! The whole office staff is amazing and considerate. I never have to wait long for an appt and for the first time in my life, I feel like Im being heard by my doctor. I want to live here forever just so Dr. Roman can always be my doctor! Ive never had to wait long once I arrive and I never feel rushed through an appt. Im so thankful for this doctors office and would highly recommend it to anyone!!

I usually do not like to write a review but now I definitely write it because I was so satified to meet Dr. Roman. We are the military family and we just moved in Texas a month ago. I have to find my PCM and I searched, found her. I just needed a referral to visit obgyn, but she had so much information of women wellness and my current symptom (stomach pain). I was so surprised that she knew Korean people had so much stomach pain. Unfortunately, it is a holiday week and the office closed for the holiday. I still have mild pain and I really want to contact and ask because I am so afraid if I have severe disease. But I have to wait until next Monday. However, I will definitely come back and glad to meet her!

She’s the best, she listens to me and goes above and beyond in my care, things that never were analyzed further she made sure she did, as a nurse myself she’s everything I aspire to be some day! And her staff is super sweet and they make me feel welcomed in her office.

My 56 years of walking this rock and 38 years in this Army cannot recommend a better, more thorough and understanding, more medically conversant in family medicine, nor a more genuinely concerned medical care provider than Mrs. Roman, FNP.FNPs and PAs have saved my body parts and resolved my medical issues far more than MDs for this level of care...and Mrs. Roman is the best of the very best.Carefully crafted and well-oriented questions were followed up by clear and understandable explanations to my answers. My questions to her were replete with recommendations that weighed benefit to risk, long term outlook, and cost to me; never have I had such considerate care, anywhere.The office, office staff, and office environment were welcoming, orderly, and clean.I am unwilling to assign any merit to the adverse review left earlier nor do I believe his account, as I was recommended to come here by deeply trusted teammates who enjoy the high quality family medical care that I today received.Please, take everything of my aforementioned literally; they come no better than Mrs. Roman and her expertly run staff...and I so very grateful to have her here.

Cecilia treated me once, years ago, at a different practice, and she left a great impression on me; warm, caring, helpful, kind, and with a tremendously effective bedside manner. I am happy to see she has opened her own practice, and have no doubt whatsoever that she continues to treat patients in exactly the same way.

I was very please with my visit and treatment. The staff were very friendly and helpful and attentive to your needs. Dr Roman was very nice and professional and explained everything in detail and in a way that I could understand even better she speaks Spanish.

Was made to wait 40 minutes before I was seen. When told I needed medication management for anxiety and panic, and explained my situation she said she only can give a few pills (did NOT offer to test my blood or to see me repeatedly to ensure I was compliant), did not offer to keep seeing me for the issue, tried to foist me off on the psychiatrists (who I had already tried calling) and THEN she said, and I quote:I dont give pills for that (anxiety/panic), thats not what I do, I dont believe in that. When I got up to leave, Ms. Roman said to me (Im serious) So its my way or the highway with you?That visit was the worst medical experience of my entire life, no exaggeration, and this is coming from someone who has been in psychiatric hospitals. So rude, it was humiliating to experience and unprofessional from her. I hope no one goes to her with anxiety issues.I will be filing a complaint with the Board, it was THAT embarrassing to be treated that way by her.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I felt so at home and comfortable there. They are extremely friendly and kind, have amazing staff, and politely answered any questions that I had. I would highly, highly recommend this facility to anyone looking not just for health care but to be treated as a person. If you need a new doctor this is the place to go. I will definitely return.

Showed up to my 1st appointment 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. An hour and 15 minutes later I still hadnt been seen. No explanation that they were running late in anything. This isnt the only clinic in town and my time is important. I left without seeing anyone and will be looking for a new doctor... again!

Very professional establishment. The business hours are such a convenience being open until 8. The cash prices offered are incredible and very competitive. Definitely will be returning. Thank you for such wonderful customer service and treating me like a person and not a patient.

You are not only listened to but HEARD and your true concern are addressed with results! I had lingering issues for years...and had near given up, but by Providence, I was assigned Cecilia and am so very grateful for her team! I plan to remain with them as long as possible!

I honestly dont know how the doctor is, because my appointment was at 1130. I sat in the waiting room for an hour. Actually over an hour because youre asked to be 15 to 20 mins early. You are then asked to sign a paper that says they will charge you for no show no calls, and will cancel your appointment if you are late. So if you expect me to be on time I expect you to be on time.

Everyone is so nice and patient. The doctor listens and tries her very best to figure out solutions. She’s attentive, knowledge and cares about her patients.
