I recently found Ingenes about 2months ago, and Everyone is Great! I am halfway through my process on IVF, with my NP.Magdalena Bright, and she has not been anything less than attentive, comforting & communication is great! For finances Dixie is the best at helping with choosing packages and at explaining everything, so far everything is going great! I will keep posting my updates♥️🤗

We just want to say thank you to the team at Ingenes Orange County. They helped us make our dream a reality of becoming moms. Since day one we felt very welcomed and appreciated being a LGBTQ+couple. Everyone was always very helpful and communicative with every step in our journey to motherhood. We were blessed to welcome our beautiful daughter this year and it wouldn’t be possible without the help of Ingenes. Anyone who ask or looking for fertility help or wanting to start a family, we always recommended Ingenes. ❤️-The Otero Family.

I really happy with Ingenes Orange County. From the very start they have walked me through the process and cleared up any doubts I had. Dr. Beth has been very supportive and understanding, that means a lot while trying to achieve my dream. I also wanted to thank Dixie for her help with the financial aspects of this process. The nurses are also very helpful and welcoming. Overall Ingenes has been great. Thank you.

Dear Ingenes Orange County staff,Words cannot express how grateful I am to you all for the loving care you provided to me during my journey with infertility and IVF. Everyone was so kind to me Elizabeth Minicucci — I will recommend anyone to her, I don’t know what we would have done without her help, she is a blessing, my family and I will always have you in our hearts!! Her amazing team– Suemy at the front desk always had a smile :) — Celina was so supportive when doing the ultrasounds, and always answered all my questions, and still keeps in touch with me. You all are doing a great service to the women in this community as they struggle with trying to have a child. I can’t wait to have my miracle baby in my arms, and finally have my family completed, thanks to you guys. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for everything. I will not forget all the kindness you showed me.

Today for my birthday I wanted to go back to the place where our dreams of becoming a family came true. Ingenes Fertility Clinic in Irvine, helped create our gorgeous miracle. Through Love, Prayer and a lil science, I am finally a mommy to a lil boy named Jesse.I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful experience with IVF treatments than at Ingenes.I would highly recommend to all those seeking to become parents.

I was a client of Ingenes for 2 years, doing a total of 4 rounds of IVF/ICSI. At first it seemed like Ingenes was the miracle we were looking for. Fast forward to now, I wish we had gone elsewhere. We started at the San Diego branch which was 10 minutes from our house. While at this location my doctor was changed 3 times. This is very frustrating considering Im talking about trying to get pregnant, how long weve done treatment, afar weve had done etc.. with each doctor, wanting to have the best care, as well as having to be seen in the most intimate areas of my body by 1 female doctor, then 1 male doctor, then switched to another male doctor. My first doctor was a female which I was comfortable with. Then the next 2 doctors were male because there wasnt a female doctor available, so I didnt have a choice. The phlebotomy department would try to take my blood and fail, fishing around and trying to find my vein twice each time before sending me to Labcorp where I would then have to wait for 2-3 hours each time just to get my blood drawn. Fast forward a few months, we were notified that the San Diego branch was closing and I would have to go to the Irvine building which was an hour and a half to two hour drive each way. I was assigned a new person to my case, a nurse practitioner. It was either the third male doctor I worked with in San Diego or a female nurse practitioner. I only had the choice of 1 male doctor or 1 fenale NP. She found a mistake that the genetics lab missed, the director missed, as well as the infertility doctor missed! It was that one of our embryos was infected with a genetic disease. So we were told by the previous doctor, the front desk staff, and the director that we had 2 embryos after 4 rounds, so now we only have 1 embryo. Thankfully we didnt transfer that embryo. It took over 6 months for this mistake to be found. At the time of the transfer we were told by the team in Mexico that we have 2 embryos. I am in a gown drinking water ready to transfer this embryo and then to be told, no you have 2?!? So after my husband called the irvine team and communication between mexico and irvine we are now told, no its just the 1 embryo. I asked to get a copy of my file, everything that we have done with Ingenes, as we were never given pictures of anything, never given paperwork so we could get an outside opinion if the embryos were really infected with this genetic disease. Asking for months (I asked 6 times total) about paperwork submitted if we had a match for a egg donor as well as my patient records. We were never given anything from the Irvine team. So frustrating considering this is information about myself and my husband. At this time we felt that Ingenes was very pushy and often just trying to get our money ($24,000 and then $7,000 each retreival (×3) for genetic testing and this is not including the meds $5,000 each round ×4)) at the expense of us wanting a baby. Dont get me wrong, we were fortunate to have been able to do ivf but wish we went elsewhere and received better care and possibly better results considering we went 2 years, 4 rounds of ivf/icsi, each round we had 12-18 eggs collected and yet no baby. This is incredibly frustrating for us and not to mention unprofessional by Ingenes.

Do not waste your time or money with this company. The protocols for the IVF process was pure negligence. The communication and support was awful from the doctors. Put it this way, it was so bad I decided not to do my last IVF cycle that I paid for with them!

I could not be any happier than I am at Ingenes Orange County! The level of genuine care and support I have received so far is like none I have ever gotten to experience before! I dont feel like just a number here. I feel genuinely seen, heard, and cared for/about! Throughout this entire process, even starting at the online consultation, Dr. Espino and Natalie and the other staff have been amazingly patient, thorough, exceptionally kind, and over the top wonderful to work with!Brianna Resteivo

Worse fertility experience:I had an inicial appointment the medical assistant Natalie was great but when I spoke with Dr Espino she was very disrespectful and insensitive not wiling to hear what her patients feel or want after all fertility Dr’s should know what a roller coaster the infertility journey is. We where discussing my struggle with fertility and she mentioned egg donors and I said that’s not an option for me and she plain out told me I needed to look for a different institute and finished my appointment, she plain out hung up on me, very unprofessional I would say.Susie Palma

In 2023 we begin our In Vitro treatment with Ingenes in Orange County. It was the best decision we could make. All the staff is very friendly and they take good care of you. They explain the entire process in detail and are always there for you, available. Our beautiful baby girl was born in March of this year (2024) and we are infinitely grateful to the Ingenes team.

I am actually at the Irvine clinic in 2022 with Dr. Espino, I found out about a very despotic person who I thought did know what Asia did and then I found out that he had left the clinic and called and no one answered my calls. We got a package of 4 cycles but now I think it was a mistake, I went to that clinic for two cycles, the first one didnt go well, the second one also didnt go well and since then they havent called me to tell me anything, its frustrating, no. I dont know anything about whats going to happen, Im thinking about not continuing with the 3rd cycle and getting my money back because if I and my partner get insurance if I dont get pregnant and what I think is that they have a lot of patients and well I dont care. They pay the attention that one needs
