I had an absolutely wonderful experience as an egg donor with Katie and Christine at GSHC. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to ensure that I felt supported and informed. They were there every step of the way, providing guidance and reassurance that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I never expected such a great experience, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such compassionate and dedicated professionals. I am beyond grateful to have worked with GSHC Surrogacy and Egg Donation. Katie and her entire team are some of the most compassionate and hands-on professionals I’ve ever encountered. Choosing a surrogacy agency is really difficult! We chose GHSC, which doesn’t mean they are Impeccable, but they did an excellent job, helping us bring such a lovely baby into our lives. Jia and the other staff were very helpful, and their responses outside of working hours made us feel that they are very responsible.

I am not one for online reviews, but I feel it is my duty to write this one to warn other IPs of our experience with GSHC. My husband and I are currently trapped in a surrogacy journey we would never have signed up to based on what I allege misrepresentation, fraud, and abuse, including but not limited to gaslighting and DARVO deny, attack, and reverse victim & offender.GSHC:* Either they did not VET our GCs medical records or misrepresented their GCs application. - Our GC lied about her medical history: OBGYN, Pregnancy, Mental health, which has resulted in an IP journey from hell.* Their incompetent accounts department incorrectly debited $22,412.59, which did not align with our contract.* Bias/surrogate-sided, regardless of right and wrong.* There is limited IP support, Jia went as far as to hire an attorney for the surrogate.* Acts as if the baby is a separate party from the IPs.* Threats, abuse, gaslighting, and DARVO deny, attack, and reverse victim & offender. from agency to the IPs.* Compliance with their $10,000 VIP program terms is as fraudulent as the manner in which it was incorrectly debited without any entitlement being met.In hindsight, we would never have signed up to GSHC if we had known how they treat their Intended Parents, who are their paying clients.

GSHC is full of such amazing people! The coordinators that I’ve spoken to and the owner herself is always so supportive and makes sure that everything I questioned was answered thoroughly. They have such an amazing support system and I’m so glad that I chose this agency for my surrogate journey! I recommend this agency 110% because of their amazing support system that they give to their surrogates.

Cassandra was my coordinator for my first egg donation who introduced me to how the process works, was well organized for the travel, appointments and always quick to respond for all my questions and arrangements. My accommodations in California was the perfect location walkable distance to the clinic, restaurants, stores, & pharmacy. A ride back to the hotel was provided after my egg retrieval since I had no one I knew able to be there for me. The nurse at the clinic explained the timing and dosage of medications and let me practice. Even when I had to stay longer than expected (3 weeks) I was allowed to work virtually at my job by my employer which made the entire process way less stressful. Thank you for all you do Cassandra and GSHC!

Highly recommend! GSHC helped us with our first baby. At the very beginning, Jia from GSHC hosted an one on one meeting to help us understand the process, timeline and costs. The team really listened and understood our needs. After we started the process, the team guided us through egg donor selection, embryo development and surrogate selection. The team checked in with the surrogate regularly to make sure she is happy and has everything she needs. We also received regular updates to make sure everything is going well. The whole process was basically on auto-pilot and that enabled us to focus more time on our life. The team has a real passion at what they do and everyone on the team is really professional and helpful. We will definitely work with GSHC again with our next baby.

I am an experienced egg donor. I have donated through three different companies, 4 times in total. This agency has been the worst egg donation experience I have EVER had.First, my coordinator Katie seemed to have no idea what she was doing 90% of the time, or what information she relayed to me previously. When it came time to book flights related to travel for the actual egg retrieval and associated appointments, I gave her my friends name and DOB to book my companions flight. In my very first call with Katie, we discussed everything relating to the egg donation process and cycle, along with the travel/companion/reimbursements/etc. Like ALL other egg donation cycles requiring travel, a companion is welcome to come to the location of the retrieval as well as their travel expenses covered. At the time of booking flights, she proceeds to tell me that a companion is not going to be covered by the intended parents, because I never let her know I would be bringing one (????). (As if it is my fault that my coordinator failed to let me know that I have to inform them at a certain time that I am bringing a companion. Because in the very first call with her, again, I remember telling her YES I AM BRINGING A COMPANION)Moving on, EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT that I went to while in California for the donation process, I left frustrated because they were telling me something new and off the wall at each appointment. One time it was that we are moving my retrieval date, the next time I was told I need to have my nail polish removed for the actual retrieval (FYI I had just gotten acrylics done before I left for California, would have been nice to know this WAY before the date of the retrieval), another time it was that I have to come back to the office after I immediately left because they forgot to give me more medications to take back to the hotel.Lastly, and most importantly, my compensation. In my legal agreement, it is stated that I am to be paid within 5 business days of the actual retrieval. Would you like to take a guess on how this went? Here comes post operation business day 5, I have to send a REMINDER TEXT, to my coordinator, that today is the last day they have to pay me before I pursue legal action due to a breech of contract. And of course, Katie comes back blaming it on the escrow team being responsible for this portion and how she already submitted payment request. LOL. I finally received compensation on business day 6 post operation.This agency is a joke. I would recommend looking into ANY other agency if you are looking into egg donation. I had a particularly great experience with Hatch :)

I am a very experienced egg donor. I have just finished my 10th donation. I have used GSHC for my past two donations and my only regret is not donating through them before! Cassandra has been my intake manager for both and she is so efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. She has been a huge help with scheduling my appointments travel etc and keeping me up to date for all the things I need to know. My last donation my fiancé was unable to accompany me so Cassandra provided me with a caregiver for my retrieval who was also a sweetheart! I have felt very appreciated and respected throughout my time with GSHC!

To say that Cassandra went above and beyond in her work as an agent, wouldn’t even suffice how much work and dedication she puts in her work. I enjoyed talking to Cassie, she was always extremely comfortable and made sure I was aware of my rights and procedures. Cassie always made sure that my requests are met, and booked flights ensuring that I have good travel time and time to rest without feeling rushed. Cassie was so easy to work with, and she had wonderful communication. She was even able to help me resolve some issues that other workers ignored. I always felt valued and respected by Cassie.

Jia possesses exceptional expertise in fertility and provided us with an extensive introduction to fertility that lasted nearly an hour when we initially reached out. Throughout our fertility journey, Ray was incredibly supportive, assisting us in finding clinics and doctors that were well-suited to our specific needs and offering guidance every step of the way. Ive already started recommending them to my friends!

We were couple with embryos and looking for surrogates. Before GSHC, my wife and I discussed our surrogacy requirements with a number of prominent surrogacy agencies. Not only they are very expensive, they also told us to wait up to 12 months before they can identify a proper surrogate.We found GSHC totally by chance, however, we received immediate and extremely warm response from GSHC. GSHC learned our situation, and quickly identified a surrogate candidate for us, we had a very successful online interview with the surrogate family and our surrogacy journey started immediately.GSHC agencys fee structure is very fair and transparent, we save quite a lot of money by working with them. Besides, the surrogate they identified for us was remarkable, she is healthy, nice, responsible, and easy to work with, We have been able to build an excellent relationship with our surrogate family through the entire surrogacy process, with GSHCs magnificent coordination.Finally two month ago, our surrogate delivered a very beautiful baby to us, and now we are living on a super happy life. We wont be able to do this without GSHCs expertise, experience, and patience. Especially, we would like to thank Jia, Mark, Rocio and Lindsay for their very kind assistance along this journey.We would highly recommend GSHC agency to any couples who are anxiously waiting for adequate surrogates.

GSHC is an amazing agency to work with! All of their staff is super kind, always willing to answer any questions you might have. When I first applied to become a surrogate Dulce was the one that walked me through the process, shortly after Rebecca took over my application and now my amazing manager Akira is the one helping me out with my surrogacy journey. 💖 I plan on continuing to work with them for a second journey!

As a first time surrogate, I felt absolutely taken care of and all my needs were met with GSHC! Ashley was my contact there and she was always responsive and kept me up to date on everything! This agency is the best and Im happy to say that I was able to be a surrogate with them. I had Ashley as my worker and shes awesome! She always answers all my questions fast and always answers her phone when I need her. The other ladies in the office that Ive come in contact with have also been supportive and helpful. I can honestly say they care about you and your mental health through it all.

I am very proud to say that I am part of the GSHC.As a coordinator I can experience the achievement and happiness of each family once baby is born... I am a surrogate my self and when I started looking for an agency for my first journey I realized that many agencies did not take the time to listen and understand future surrogates. I am a two time surrogate with GSHC. Being a surrogate for the first time through a pandemic. GSHC was always there to provide support and guidance at all hours of the day. I feel extremely valued and heard during all my interactions and I feel like they always put my needs first.

I’ve been working with GS Healthcare for a little while now as a surrogate and the experience I’ve had is overwhelming. They’re kind, they’re helpful and they’re always available. Do not donate here they are unprofessional and a scam. I had noticed upon signing up they had altered my photos to look like a completely different person. They apologized and said it was a mistake . I was also contacted saying I was matched just for them to ghosts me . I sent follow up text after with no response. I had also taken out my implant to donate with them and can not get another one all for these games . If your donating eggs I’d suggest going els where

I am glad my wife decided to move forward with this agency. They care about their surrogates. Every time my wife had a question or concern, they were there for her, no matter the time or day. They see their surrogates as a hope for someone else’s blessing. Highly recommended!

GSHC, Jia and Yadira found us the best Surrogate we could even ask for. Not only they took care of us from making sure that our Surrogate was healthy and a genuine person to the sorting out all the expenses. They made sure that they gave their full attention in our special experience. At first we planned to go without an agency but after deciding to go with GSHC we now know that this process requires a lot of work and experience. That is what Jia and her team provided us, so during the whole process we were actually able to enjoy every moment and experience our miracle 100%. Rather than scrounging around on how deal with legal, medical, etc. They held our hands every step of the way. Never dodged our calls even though we may have asked more than your average couple. This agency (along with many others in the industry) exploits and takes complete advantage of surrogates! I know because I was a two time surrogate with this agency. First off all of their 5 star reviewers are from people on their pay roll and fake! 2nd, they see you as a commodity, not a person and will not advocate for you and what’s right/fair whatsoever! You are completely unprotected legally, financially and health wise when choosing to use this agency despite them trying to convince you otherwise. I was pregnant for two months but only paid for one and then ghosted. The parents (IPS) the agency has are also the same way and will only view you as a commodity they pay to receive a baby. They do not and will not support or care for you emotionally, physically etc. DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE doing surrogacy (pregnancy and childbirth) for this company or the parents! Do it independently!!

This is the worst company they tell you one thing and then another very unprofessional. Yardi Ponce only wanted medical records just for my youngest baby now if I dont speak about my other children you cant make someone do so now all because I didnt 5 babies and miscarriages when I was very young I did t qualify now this lady didnt have my permission to get all of my medical records just for only one its called discrimination this is by so far the worst

This agency is incredible! Mark Schroeder handled our case with such reliability, compassion, and emotional intelligence. He handled every hiccup with equanimity and humor and was honestly the perfect person to guide us through this tumultuous process. I cant imagine a better group of professionals to put your financial, mental, and emotional trust in.

I have been apart of the surrogacy community for quite sometime now, I have spoke with and researched many agencies and none have compared to GS healthcare, they are always available no matter what time or day, and go above and beyond to make you feel like family vs a number in their surrogate pool, & I am so excited to start my 3rd surrogacy journey with them!
