Thanks to my PrimeSurro family I was able to survive through Covid .The process was nice and smooth everyone is nice and friendly. This company took very good care of me during my pregnancy. They checked on me frequently and answered my questions quickly. My experience with prime surro, blew my last surgery agency out of the water! I never waited longer than 2 weeks for a reimbursement and hardly ever needed to be reimbursed. My coordinator always stayed in contact with me for visits to have them paid on the spot. if there were issues they almost never involved me and took care of them so I could focus on my health and the baby. Everyone was pleasant and no one made me feel out of place or unhappy.

I have been on this beautiful journey with PrimeSurro for about a year now. I’m 3 months along with a Surro baby! The entire staff from day one has been genuinely kind. Well its my first time I didnt think this process would be so fast. At first I hesitated but with so many people or team members reaching out I feel at ease . Ive already done the medical clearance it was smooth they paid for everything flight hotel food. Ive signed the contract which takes about 2 weeks so this new year is going to be nothing but greatness. Im going to bless a beautiful family with a beautiful bundle of joy .. Worst experience with prime surro. I was supposed to be a first time surrogate and they were extremely pushy and inconsiderate about me leaving the state for appts. Each time I had a call with the nurse that was working with them she would tell me to make them make my appts and etc because that’s what they get paid to do but they never did. I constantly had to do that myself. They expect you to not work or anything before you even do the embryo transplant. I felt almost bullied into almost leaving the state to do a medical screening that I can do here and would have had they been more professional and actually just caring about a human being. When I voiced to them how I felt uncomfortable about this and how it was a little unprofessional that they took up so much of my time then had the intended parents drop out last minute they just stopped responding to me. I would never recommend them to surrogates or people trying to conceive. I don’t know if I ever will try this again through a company anyways. So very un empathetic and so very unprofessional

My experience in the beginning, throughout was a great experience but now I would not even go back to them. I have been trying to get really high/expensive medical bills paid. Sent multiple emails, calling, sending messages in any way possible. Going on 2 years now since I have delivered, no one will respond to any messages I send. My credit has taken a major hit and it is absolutely frustrating.

I am a first time surrogate with them. If I could give 10, I would. So to show them how much I appreciate them, I will give a detailed review.As for screening, the process was really smooth. Maybe it took like a month or two and they found a match for me. Formosa was really nice. Shes the first person I talked to. Also, Stephanie and Crystal. Then Eko! They will assign someone to be your case manager. And I am quite a researcher. I searched like more or less 10 surrogate agencies to see which one paid the highest base compensation. And surely, it was them. Im not sure if im allowed to say the price, but you can do your research, I guarantee it. Most agencies pay 30-45k base pay for first time surrogates. Theirs is definitely higher. Its so easy to talk to their team. I call or chat, then they would reply within a day. Thrice they went with me on my ultrasounds. And the first time we met, they treated me and my husband out for lunch. Even at the middle of the night, you can leave a message to your case manager and she will reply even if I know its past her work hours. Everything is reimbursed if you needed to pay cash on a check up or you send the bill, they pay it for you. I had no problems with them when it comes to money. My compensation and monthly allowance is always on time. Sometimes advanced if the 1st falls on a weekend. And to my surprise just today, I received a 50 dollar gift card from them just to say thank you. I am already planning to do surrogacy with them again, probably in 2021. The experience of surrogacy has been relatively easy. The process of actually getting this company to keep track of paperwork, billing, insurance and the ever-revolving flow of employees has been a FULL YEAR of frustration. Due to their negligence, my credit has been damaged and I have had to retain lawyer. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I was a first time surrogate with them. I went through the medical and psychological screening before I saw so many red flags. It took weeks to be reimbursed for my travels, there was a sign on bonus that I waited 3 months to receive. Anytime I asked questions or needed more information it took a week of me messaging my coordinator to get an answer and sometimes never got one. Worst first experience and now I dont know if Ill ever be one with this experience.

I would give this surrogacy company -0 they don’t pay for your medical bills and your left to pay the balance. They don’t answer there phones. Horrible!!! Don’t go with this company they are scammers
