Idaho Fertility Center

We started working with the clinic after a year of trying by ourselves! I knew something was wrong because my ovulation strips were light and I had some weird blood test results. We met with them, and thankfully, they were able to find the cause of our infertility during that first appointment! I had PCOS and my partner has low testosterone and sperm count. For about a year and a half we addressed some other problems I had! I needed to do a hysterosalpingogram and my tubes were closed. We then needed to do a hysteroscopy because I had a bunch of polyps in my uterus. We did 5 rounds of clomid, 1 IUI, and 2 IVF rounds. The last round of IVF worked for us! Infertility is hard, but I am thankful for all the doctors that worked with us and listened to our concerns. In the end, even though things were hard, I trusted that they were making the best decisions for me based on their education and experiences. When I did get pregnant, they did everything in their power to lower my chances of miscarriage. Around 6 weeks I had a hematoma burst, but they were able to see me right away. They were always able to address concerns and were very emphatic throughout the whole journey. Thanks so much for helping us get our baby boy down to Earth! Everyone here is so genuine and helpful! We went in after three years of struggling to get pregnant and they were able to help us be able to bring our little miracle baby! I’m forever grateful to Leslie, Dr. Conway, Stephanie and all of the other staff! Would 10/10 recommend tbem!

I don’t think I have enough space to express my love to the Idaho Fertility Center! Without them I wouldn’t have been given the gift of becoming a mom to my beautiful one year old and one on the way! I am incredibly grateful to the Idaho Fertility Center/Utah fertility center and Dr. Conway for helping me achieve my dream of becoming a parent. After trying to conceive for three years without success and with no apparent issues for either me or my partner, we turned to Idaho Fertility Center for help.Dr. Conway is exceptionally kind, understanding, and supportive. She took the time to explain every step of the IVF process, addressing all our concerns and making us feel comfortable and hopeful.The entire staff at Idaho Fertility Center was outstanding. They were professional, compassionate, and always ready to assist us in any way possible. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I am now happily pregnant. Choosing Idaho fertility center was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I highly recommend them to anyone facing fertility challenges.

I want to share how much I am so grateful with experience that me and my husband had. The whole clinic staff was amazing. Dr Conway was amazing. We had our first baby girl with our first transfer we couldn’t be more happier. My coordinator Leslie was on top of everything with my insurance and the whole process. I went to the clinic with a lot of fears and got out with our little miracle within 1 year of treatment.

After years of failing to conceive and IVF failures. It was only until I went to Idaho Fertility Center that we were able to welcome our daughter. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Venus was amazing with the process, she was really helpful with the schedule and made it easy to understand. Dr Parker was kind and excellent with the procedure. Living out of town, I’m glad they made it easy to do most of the testing at the facility of my choice. Thank you IFC for the new addition to our family.

Idaho fertility center is amazing! The staff are all great and know you by name! I dont want to leave when I graduate to a OBGYN this place is so friendly and nice to have appointments at. We have also loved having Venus as our IFV coordinator, she is always so happy to see us and willing to answer any questions!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Conway and all the wonderful staff who work there. They are so friendly, supportive and like family. Through the wins, the losses, each step getting a little closer to getting our miracle they kept with us. We love them and enjoy each day since being blessed with our son. These people are truly the best.

It’s hard to know if I would have rated Utah Fertility Clinic any lower than five stars, had I not had a successful first IVF cycle, however, we ultimately had a good experience. Our location (WY) made doctors appointments, ultrasounds, blood draws, etc., very difficult, but UFC worked with us when we ran into scheduling problems or unexpected snow storms. We enjoyed working with Dr. Parker and are sad to see him go; we would have loved to have had him for our next transfer! Thank you, Utah Fertility for helping us have our beautiful baby girl. We are very lucky to have had the ability and choice for IVF, and hope families will continue to, as well.

We have been going to this fertility center for more than a year and we love it. All the staffs are so nice, caring and thoughful. The process of having baby is hard, but they make it as much as comfortable for us. We appreciate them with all my heart.

We learned of Utah/Idaho Fertility Center from the NP in my OB/Gyn’s office here in Boise. We did our IVF with Utah Fertility in 2019 and just completed our third FET in July 2024. Each experience and encounter with Dr. Conway, nurses and staff at both the Pleasant Grove and Idaho Falls locations have been exceptional. We are so glad we were directed to UFC/IFC for reproductive assistance!

We used fertility insurance through my husbands work to pay for IUI/IVF, but Ill add that the out-of-pocket prices at IFC are pretty low compared to other places Ive seen. We worked with a friendly and attentive medical team that made us feel safe and heard! IVF gave us our precious daughter, and I cant thank them enough for that. Hoping to continue to work with them with our other frozen embryos!

Im giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 only because they were able to diagnose my husbands sperm more than other OBGYN places we had gone to before. But they were always looking to get more money out of us. We had to be super diligent to make sure we didnt get double billed. DO NOT do IVF through them, go to CNY fertility. Idaho Fertility Center is way overpriced and doesnt view you as much as a human and more as a way to get more money.

My Husband and I have been wanting our Child together for 7 years, Idaho Falls Fertility has made our dream my Reality. Im more then grateful to know we will be having our child,I give my thanks to Venus, Karson, Sage, Jason Parker, Stephanie and Staff at Idaho Fertility Center. We can not thank-you enough

Had my first visit at IFC and received more answers today than I have in the last four and half years combined from multiple doctors and hospitals. Stephanie was amazing. Very compassionate while always stopping along the way to make sure I understood what was being discussed and had a chance to ask questions. The lady (I didn’t get her name) who did my blood work was very gentle and understanding with my personal medical anxiety. I’m so grateful to have such a great team at my side while going through these personal and difficult medical challenges.

I’m so grateful for all the staff and their knowledge at IFC. Without them we wouldn’t have any of our amazing 4 children in front of us. They have amazing attitudes and help you through the hardest of times. Highly recommend for all your fertility needs!

Truly SO SO thankful for Karson and her compassion and bedside manners. She is about the only person keeping me there holding onto a glimpse of hope. Dr. Conway is so very sweet as well. The front office manager and some nursing staff, especially Sage, offer minimal empathy and zero compassion during such a difficult road of infertility. If it werent for our already designated plan of 3 IUIs before we reevaluate, I would not be coming back for my third this week due to some of the staff. I truly feel like another number at this clinic.

We Have been coming here for three years and they are, hands down the best care. Dr Conway is simply amazing. She’s fun and spunky and always wants the very best for her patients. The team here in Idaho falls have been such a huge blessing to us. I would recommend them over and over again. Stephanie/Leslie/Alex always treated us so kindly which lead us to become close to them. We were always treated with love and compassion no matter if we went Utah fertility or stayed here in Idaho falls. Thank you. Thank you for our little miracle and thank you for your expertise

We changed clinics for our second go around with the IVF process and I’m very grateful I did! I was reluctant to leave my coordinating nurse from before but I love the team here and am incredibly grateful for all they did to help get my second miracle baby here earthside! Lesly, Stephanie and dr Conway are amazing! This is such a difficult world to be apart of but they do all they can to ease as much of the burden as possible. It’s also absolutely wonderful to be able to be treated closer to home when I previously had to travel and stay out of state. Thank you so much Idaho fertility center! We are so lucky to have you!

We had infertility for 3 years. Decided to do IVF with this facility and we got a beautiful boy in January! We wouldnt have him without their great services and support! We are so grateful to finally have a family of our own. Worth every penny and stress emotionally and physically throughout the process.

Is there not a 10 star or 5 diamond rating on this. Where do I started after more than 7 years going to different obgyn and paying and getting told we would never be parents or trying several things I was recommended to this amazing staff we were able to have an amazing child. The process wasn’t easy I’ll tell you that nothing is ever easy but the staff didn’t ever make me feel like the 100 calls or messages were annoying they were always there emotional and physically for my family and I love you guys ❤️❤️

100% recommend IFC to everyone. Me and my husband tried to have a baby for 9 years with 4 losses. We finally saved enough to do IVF and had our miracle baby girl. The empathy the staff and Drs have for their patients is amazing. We wouldnt have our girl if it wasnt for them.

IFC is the reason we have our two sweet boys! The staff there made the whole experience much more bearable and comfortable. Dr. Conway, Stephanie, and Lesley have been there for us since the start of our journey to grow our family. We love IFC!

These people are SO genuine, personal, and flexible. I feel like they truly care and are compassionate during this rough stage in our life right now. It’s very helpful when they are flexible with my schedule. They went out of their way to squeeze in one cycle for me last minute and were more than happy to do it. Very friendly staff, nurses, and doctors. It’s nice to have extra support, especially in a situation that can be private to some.

There is no where better to go for fertility issues! Dr. Conway, Stephanie and Lesley are the best team out there. We visited other offices and the fit was never quite right. Now after our first IVF transfer being successful, a thank you will never be enough!

For several years my husband and I did not take any proactive measures to prevent pregnancy. Nothing. Then for 4 years we actively tried. Nothing. It was so scary to ask for help but the staff there was so so friendly and assuring. Conway was just amazing. After an ultrasound we determined that my uterus had polyps on it so an egg could not attach. Conway suggested surgery to remove them. We did and 3 months later were expecting our first child. Our son is now 6 months old. It has been such an amazing experience that the fertility center helped us to have. We are forever grateful to Conway and her team. Highly recommended.

We didn’t feel very well cared for here. The staff is very nice, but from our experience it seems their system is meant to keep you coming back and spending money out of pocket that isn’t covered by insurance. We had a goal of finding out if we could become pregnant or not on our own and that question was never answered. We also never told them that we wanted to move forward with any actual fertility procedures and they just started us on that path without talking to us first. We ended up spending 3 months going there and we are pretty much back where we started. My advice would be to make sure you fully understand all the ins and outs of each procedure they plan on doing in addition to the cost (including what they will bill to insurance and what you will have to pay out of pocket).

I had a great experience at IFC. We had great, close communication with our team, I felt very cared for and the team (Dr. Conway, Leslie, Stephanie) was invested in our success. I live in very rural area and getting to IFC required long drives, the clinic was great at clustering my appointments when able to make treatment accessible to me. I would recommend IFC and UFC to anyone struggling with infertility.

Infertility is rough, but the kindness and optimism from the staff and doctors at the Idaho Fertility Center reignited hope for us! We ended up doing IUI and we’re so very blessed with twin boys! The technology and experience here is such a blessing to the eastern Idaho community!

The care they have given me has been amazing. If youre struggling through infertility I highly recommend them. ♡ fertility treatments are not a guaranteed positive outcome. Coming here brings me hope and their empathy has made it all the better. The staff will listen to you and be there for you. ♡

My husband and I searched and searched for a fertility clinic where we felt comfortable. From the moment we had our first appointment we felt right at home. Dr. Conway is an angel to us, and we are so grateful for her!

Dr Conway has helped us get our two babies here after both male and female factors of infertility. But Lesley & Stephanie are on top of things, organized and always willing to help or answer questions.

They have been so kind to me and have helped me along my journey. Although I haven’t succeeded yet, they have been understanding and patient with me, even if it meant I needed a break. Thank you Idaho fertility clinic!!

I was referred to Idaho Fertility Center by my GYN. I was contacted that I could get a consult scheduled and they would call me. I never received a phone call and in fact I contacted several times to see if there was a reason I hadn’t been contacted. None of them got a response. Very unprofessional.

Loved working with Dr. Conway, Lesley, and Stephanie! They helped us get our little guy here and we are so grateful. Such a nice facility and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I have called and left emails several times for this fertility center. I was so excited to hear back from them, however, NOBODY ever once called me back or emailed me back. It sure seems like nobody is ever there considering Ive called at least five or six times during their normal office hours (and nobody ever picks up.) How the heck are you supposed to get an appointment at a place like this? Geez. I will never try here again.

I worked with other fertility clinics and had very frustrating and unprofessional experiences. When I switched to this clinic it was the exact opposite. They were professional, kind, and went above and beyond to help me. I cant thank them enough for all they have done and am so grateful I switched to their clinic.

Dr Conway and her team were the absolute best! They were very Thorough kind and understanding! Our little miracle baby is almost three months old and couldn’t be more thankful for her and her team

Best clinic and customer service

The staff here is amazing and very caring, and they were able to help us have our baby. The reason I am giving this clinic a 1 star is because we have had a constant battle with billing. They have double billed us for several services, including a surgery that costed $2,500. They send so many paper invoices through the mail with the same billed services it is hard to keep track what you have and haven’t paid. On top of that, the billing department refuses to talk to patients, so you have to constantly go through a middle man, which is usually the very sweet front desk person. Though, the front desk girl that helped us was very helpful and tried her best, there were still questions she couldn’t answer and would have been much easier if the billing department simply contacted us. We then asked if we were completely paid off, and clarified that after we pay this last bill there were no more outstanding balances or anything else pending with insurance. We were told there was no more after we paid our last bill. Then, months after we were told we have completely paid off our bills, we got mailed yet another statement that claimed we owed them more money for blood work from TWO YEARS AGO. I am so grateful we were able to have our child through this clinic, however, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone after the billing nightmare we have had.
