Dr. Erickson, Dr. Nelson and the entire Rosemark team at the Pancheri office are incredibly kind, compassionate and thorough. Their attentiveness, reassurance and follow-up care make going to the OBGYN not so intimidating. I feel listened to and valued as a patient and highly recommend them.

Got to meet the doctor, schedule my surgery for Monday the 26th of December. Only to have his daughter, Tesha, call 4:50pm on Friday before Christmas to cancel it because they didnt get the insurance done on thier end. She is beyond rude!! She should not work customer service ever. When i asked who her supervisor was only to find out it was Dr. Erickson also her father. I told her that explains why shes so rude, her response proved everything. She said NOand hung up on me. If this doctor, who was very nice, wants to keep buisness he needs to rethink having her there. Very disappointed.
