SynergenX Hoffman Estates Testosterone & Weight Loss

Yesterday I had my first appointment and I was impressed.The staff is genuinely friendly and professional. They answer all of my questions with patience and kindness.The facility is really nice and very clean.I got a chuckle at the munchies in the lobby -pretty unhealthy for a place that offers weight loss service lol!!

Having been a client of this clinic and under the care of Lavinia Covaciu, I can confidently state that this establishment epitomizes excellence in all its operations. From the initial moment of stepping through the door, I was met with a blend of warmth and professionalism, laying the groundwork for an outstanding healthcare journey. Over the past year, Ive experienced significant improvements in my health and well-being. Today, I can affirm that I am in better health than when I initially sought assistance and I feel truly amazing.

My hubby is a patient who loves them… so much he recommended I try them when I kept complaining that my weight was going up as my age followed.Lavinia and her staff are fantastic. They make time to welcome new patients and answer all questions. I highly recommend the Hoffman estates location! I am glad to have her on my team of doctors.

Switched here from low T Center and am overall happy. Big improvements from where I came from. The Dr. at the clinic is great. Would recommend.

Staff is great. Lavinia is awesome, very knowledgeable in mens health. Would reccomend any man that have low sex drive, low energy and brain fog to get theyre blood checked out. I was 30 when i first decided to get my blood work checked out. I was below 315 when i first started now for almost a year im hitting past 820s. Its been nothing but great for me.

I gotta say, the Hoffman Estates office is top-notch! The staff is seriously the best - theyre always friendly and super helpful. Ive been going there since September and let me tell you, my T levels are through the roof thanks to their expertise. And the InBody machine is a total game-changer. I use it every week to monitor my weight loss and muscle gains. Cant thank these guys enough for helping me get my energy back. You guys rock!

SynergenX Is Fantastic. Need to lose weight? Im down 35 lbs and weigh what I did when I was 19. Great atmosphere, Better People. Couldnt possibly be more impressed. I highly recommend them.

I can not recommend this place enough. I feel great everytime I leave and not just because of the treatment I receive but from the staff. The are so friendly and helpful. Never had a single bad experience here. Love them.

Ive visited SynerGenX on three separate four separate occasions. My first visit to SynerGenX was at the Burr Ridge location back in July, the second time I went to the Hoffman Estates location in mid-August. My testosterone levels were just below the normal range but not sufficiently low enough to be suitable for treatment so on my second appointment they performed another more in depth analysis of my blood markers and were able to determine my eligibility, I should note that as part of this secondary evaluation I was connected to this medical device which wasnt functioning correctly and as such whatever metrics they were attempting to gather couldnt be collected however I did receive my lab results which did qualify me for treatment. I did decline as I wanted to consult a sports physician to discuss these findings first before undergoing a potentially irreversible alteration of my hormonal profile.A couple weeks later I received a call from the provider inquiring about whether or not I had spoken with a physician about my results which I hadnt at the time since I was still in the process of seeking one out first. Needless to say, I did speak with one and I am exploring an alternative option outside of hormone replacement. Nearly a month later, I received an automated text message from SynerGenX on 10/21 at 12:04 PM about a grand opening event where theyd offer free testosterone tests, host a raffle drawing and free breakfast. So I figured, why not, Ill go have my levels checked again.When I arrived at the clinic I mentioned that I received this text message and that I was here to have my testosterone levels checked once more, they were already familiar with who I was and even stated that I was already entitled to undergo TRT which I was aware of. I had my serum testosterone examined once more and when the provider arrived in the room, her and I understood that there wasnt much to explore from my previous visitations. Although she did inform me that I apparently did not pay for the office visit during my follow up, despite the fact that I do recall paying the $60 for the lab tests on 8/29 which I verified the transaction for. What wasnt explicitly disclosed to me was that for the follow up after your second appointment, there is an additional fee of $30 when you go to the clinic to review the biomarkers of the more thorough blood work that is conducted if the initial results are inconclusive.My advice would be this, if you contact this clinic be sure to request for any and all the services they charge for. Not a single person from the Hoffman Estates SynerGenX communicated to me directly after the follow up to my second appointment that there would be a fee associated with a follow up. If Im a prospective patient interested in testosterone replacement therapy or weight loss and I go to a new clinic to have some blood samples taken to ascertain my suitability as a candidate for HRT or weight loss and then find out theres a hidden cost to retrieve the paper work for the analysis that to me looks like a highly questionable if not outright unscrupulous business practice and I would be hesitant to working with them in the future.

Everybody is super friendly and helpful. I’m just starting to see some good results. Lavinia is fantastic!

Absolutely love all the staff at the Hoffman Estates clinic! Everybody has been super helpful with getting my levels back to normal and helping me get back to being myself again. I’ve lost a bunch of weight and gotten my body to a much better status of BMI/Muscle Mass, plus the treatment’s are simple and easy, with efficient and successful results! Highly recommend stopping by and getting an exam!

Dr Lavinia is well infrom with her job and titles any questions you have sje will give you answers for she has amazing 👏 staff as well well infrom with there job title as well they have kind friendly and nice manners would recommend if you are looking testosterone levels up or to lose weight 🙌🙏
