I am instantly in love with this clinic! My daughter hasn’t been feeling well since last night and I googled one near me because where we normally go was closed and they are ALL professional, friendly and caring. This location is super clean and very welcoming. I will be coming here for my family and myself from now on!

Typically and unfortunately, urgent care clinics often get viewed with low ratings and ones I have visited may have deserved such; however, the staff and service I experienced at Midwest Express earned the uncharacteristic high rating of other clinics. From the front desk to the doctor, all were kind, courteous, and pleasant; qualities most welcomed when already feeling bad! Thank you and please, keep up the good work.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently visited Midwest Express Clinic in Griffith with my brother for a blood panel, and I couldnt have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.Jasmine Ronald, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the paperwork and ensuring all our insurance details were in order. Her efficiency and friendly demeanor set the tone for the rest of the visit.Nurse Lorena Alanis was excellent when it came to drawing blood. I usually get nervous, but she made the process quick and painless, finding the right spot with ease.Nurse Practitioner Jasmine Young went above and beyond in explaining the different tests we were having done. She even added a couple more tests to our blood panel, which was a big help in making sure we were fully up to date with our health. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and communicated everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her warm and friendly aura made the whole experience so much more comfortable.Overall, the team at Midwest Express Clinic provided exceptional care, and I highly recommend them for anyone needing medical services. This was by far one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had!

I cant say enough good about the staff and care I received at this location. They listened were very thorough and compassionate. They properly diagnosed me and referred me to the er for further care. They may have saved my life that day. Thank you.

The doctor in the office was very informative and shown compassion towards the reason I went in for. While the whole staff was very friendly the nurse practitioner Darniese was also patient and helpful with details on the things we can do to help with my case. Overall I am very pleased with the services and will travel back to get any care I need.

Very clean environment! The staff were amazing Greeting, timely, professional, and informative everything 10/10. I love the ladies in this office. After the visit they even gave my baby a goody bag. Thank you so much caring just as much as I did!

Id suggest this place based off my experiences. The whole staff is very pleasant and seem knowledgeable. My wife on the other hand is not the biggest fan of this clinic, as she feels theyve ignored some symptoms she had, only for her to come back for the same symptoms then they prescribed medicine.On the other hand theyve treated our children with care as well.Kind of a mixed review I know, but overall I feel they deserve 5 stars.

My first time at an urgent care, chose Midwest Express in Griffith and my experience was great. The girls were friendly. They all had smiles on their faces. My total time there was about an hour and they were busy. In my opinion that is about average. I recommend this clinic to all. I had no complaints. Great job Griffith team. Keep smiling and singing. Very clean. Staff pleasant and compassionate. Watched the girls at the front desk pay extra special attention to two little kids. Nurse Practitioner really took the time to listen to me and explained my diagnosis and what I could expect for recovery. They dont just rush you in then push you out the door. They make sure a follow up appointment is scheduled. I felt care for and about.

The staff is amazing. You want a breath of fresh air, feel good about yourself from the positive vibes pouring from this office and need an excellent nurse practitioner? I have been a patient here for a few times this past month. I have been very unlucky with my health, but anyways.. yesterday after being in excruciating pain for 8 hours at work, I decided it would be best to go to the Midwest clinic on 45th street. I went up to the front desk clutching my throat being barely able to speak, the front desk worker came closer to hear me instead of making me ( already brought to tears for even whispering) speak louder. I explained to her that I was in so much pain that I could not swallow. The place was packed full of kids and their parents trying to get in physicals for the next school year. The workers at the front desk would come and check on me who was at this point crying hysterically and in excruciating pain. They were being so sweet, not to mention they gave me some rail cats tickets for free, which was super cool. One of the workers told me that she could see how much pain I was in and would try and get me pushed further up in the queue. After about 15-30 minutes of waiting I was brought in immediately got all of these tests done. The lady from the front desk was the one who took me back and ran these tests on me and she was explaining what it could be and made me feel better about my whole situation. The workers there were truly amazing, if I could chose between going to a normal healthcare physician and this clinic, I’d chose the clinic all day everyday. Thank you so much for being the best and most helpful people ever yesterday, I wish I got their names.

Darniese the Manager was outstanding. Absolutely loved her personality and made the experience so much better! She is the one you want taking care of you! The provider Kristen was very sweet and made me feel good.

Darniese has a phenomenal personality. I watched her interactions with others it was so pleasant. Turned around and treated me just as great. It shows shes a great person overall.

Needed a physical for my job, called ahead and they let me know it was a walk in and they could do it no problem. Got in the next day, filled out a few forms and they had me in the back quick as could be. Everyone there was super helpful and got my paperwork for the physical sorted out with no issues.

The staff was so caring and helpful very nice and efficient. It was quick and we were serviced well, The office manager even greeted us. We visited for a sports physical .

Went here for an ear infection. Check in was fast and efficient. Front desk girl was kind and sweet. Overall my experience there was great and Staff were all so wonderful. Highly recommend!

Everyone is always so friendly. My little feels comfortable coming to this location mainly because he likes the staff. They are wonderful with children. They are also very professional and thorough. Wait time is usually pretty good. I like scheduling on the website. Overall, I’m grateful for this location. Definitely recommend.

Staff was polite and attentive. Wait was longer due to high traffic, but not excessive. I needed an x-ray and had to travel to Munster to get that, but it was all same day with prompt followup from the staff.

I took my son to urgent care about 45 min before they closed on a Friday. Most places would act annoyed, NOT HERE , they were friendly, treated my son very very well. The nurse that triage my son went above and beyond to build a small talk relationship with him and gave him snacks, our nurse practioner explained everything, checked him over prescribed meds for his symptoms. Fast , friendly service from all we encountered.

I had to visit this location multiple times regarding my illness they treated me for an ear infection Friday and then I returned Monday they found out I had COVID, but they were wonderful and plan on going here from now on to be my family doctor location moving forward. They had a great staff and people who care about you….

Daughter came in for a blood test for low platelets, which is life-threatening use the wrong size needle which Is an adult. Darnese needed the receptionist to hold her skin taught and used a needle gage for an adult that was confirmed to be the wrong size. She proceeded to put the order to Quest under the adult female patient that was there before and charged her insurance and called them for results. The test was time sensitive to test for a low platelets, meaning internal bleeding and was told if an emergency I would be called immediately. I came in three days later to receive my daughters results and told the orders were not in later finding out that they were put under the patient prior, and then proceeded to give me the results but ripping off the other patient’s name . Huge Hippa violation and put my child at risk. If her platelet were in fact low something as small as a fall could caused internal bleeding. Be aware.

Stopped in one morning suffering a bad UTI. From the receptionist, nurse assistant and Dr.my Visit was wonderful. I went home with the much needed remedy. My UTI is finally clearing up. The bloody discharge is no more. They were very compassionate, concerned and thorough with setting up a visit for imaging offsite.Overall an easy access facility for medical care without waiting weeks for appointments.

Went to the Highland/Griffith location. Was greeted with a warm welcome, she was professional and informative. Taken in with no wait. Nurse was pleasant and did a great job giving me my injection (no blood😊). I would recommend this location.

The entire staff was friendly and efficient from front desk to, MA to the Dr! Our visit was quick, easy and actually enjoyable with the conversation between the visit.

To anyone hoping to seek relief for severe anxiety. Dont go here. They CANNOT prescribe you anything effective. Incorrect information on the phone and made someone I care about go through a very very stressful situation for absolutely no reason.

Been going to this clinic for awhile now and I can say nothing but good things about this business everytime i have visited I have always been respected and treated with the utmost respect when checking in they acknowledge you and let you know they know you are there i mean they dont just know youre there and dont say nothing and i Iove that nothing but respect here the young lady who checked me in at the front desk this morning 4/27/24 sorry I dont remember her name but she always keep it professional at all times keep up the fantastic work it definitely looks good on you and also to the doctors God bless you as well

Was in and out within a half hour, got the help i needed and on about my day, everyone was very friendly as well. It was very clean and organized.

I came here about a month ago. I seen the dr the first time and had a good visit. Very nice guy. I came back a week later and seen a woman. She was also very nice… the staff was nice too and wasn’t a long wait.. here is where my one star come into play. I received my EOB and it had a break down of the dr visits. I was beyond shocked when I seen test on there I did not ask for, pregnancy test? urine samples? I initially did give a urine sample but the provider told one of the nurses they wouldn’t need to do a test because we decided to test for something different. I’m not even sure why they listed a pregnancy test after I told the provider I haven’t been active for over two years… the one test that we did agree on, I still haven’t received and results back. Every time I call they put me on hold and never come back. One person told me they would give me a call back in 5-10 mins.. that was two weeks ago. Smh.. btw they also make u pay entirely up front or put a card on file just in case your copay is more… I thought this would be an office I could see reg if needed but after the bogus charges I will be filing a dispute with my health plan and I’ll never go back.. and before anyone say you can’t find my name in the system this is just a reg social media name.. for anyone whose looking find somewhere else.

Shout out to Alyssa for going above and beyond and breaking patient confidentiality and write her name with hearts and personal number on the back of the BUSINESS CARD! Very unprofessional it’s an employment not a place to meet the public people to be a potential spouse to a MARRIED MAN.

Staff was nice and very informative when questions were asked all around they were attentive and super cool.

The staff and doctors are so amazing and they listen to their patients and keep in touch with the patient! I go their for my kids and myself and they are just amazing!

I went there for an ear cleaning. I’ve never been in a more friendly place! Everyone there was so nice, and they got me in and out within a hour!

The staff here a very nice and the attending doctor was nice and knew her stuff! The wait wasnt to long either.

Doc and staff were great with my daughter. They went above and beyond trying to figure out what was wrong with her! P.S. please get the office some really apple juice instead of organic. Only a suggestion because my daughter came in with low blood sugar and other issues and needed more sugar to get it up to a decent number!

I’ve been to midwest express a handful of times over the years and at two of their locations and have had great experiences at both. The staff is always so friendly, the doctors are super friendly and comforting, theyre always great with my daughter when we go. Will continue to go there for when we need to. Couldn’t recommended it more.

5 stars all across the board. In and out WAY faster than expected. No hassles, no excessive waiting no problems. Very smoothly ran office from start to finish. Everyone was professional and attentive.

I recently returned to this MEC because the office is always pleasant from registration to the intake and exam rooms! The staff is genuinely friendly and courteous! I always brag on this site and invite my friends to visit for all their medical concerns!I recently visited this site again but the experience was different! I felt rushed at the front desk! Since having been treated at this site before and uploaded my identification, I felt pressured to present the hard copies any way! My scripts were not sent electronically as stated and then sent to the wrong pharmacy much farther away! I did not receive my meds for another nearly 90 minutes! The overall intake and exam was thorough! I will however, return to this site because the location is convenient!May 21, 2023I was very happy to have returned to this site! I had a very good experience! As always the staff was friendly and thorough; and the music satisfied my era! 🙂👍🏾🤟🏾 I will continue to come to this site for its exemplary convenience, customer service, and satisfaction!

I went here on February 15, 2024 for testing, they never sent out my labs and someone to whom I talked to on the phone from midwest express stated I would not have to pay for my testing since they messed up on their end. Mind you. I would have had NO PROBLEMS paying for these labs if they had actually sent them out the first time. When I brought this up to the nurse practitioner she was rude and dismissive like I DID SOMETHING WRONG. Yikes, I have been mismanaged in proper care because of THEIR facility and THEIR lack of proper procedures and she acted as if I asked for a kidney.

Registration is 1st impressions. The face of whats to come. Which was amazing, registration, medical staff and Doctor were very attentive to our needs. Registration to actual time to see medical provider was short. That was amazing. Im very happy my grandchildren took me there. Dont change anything, thank you for painless visit.

Adora is a great provider! She’s a huge patient advocate and truly listens! The experience she has helped me get to the bottom of my problems! She’s incredible! The practice or office manager is also an amazing care provider! She’s always promptly taken care of any issues! The other NPs have always taken care of me well but Adora stands out to me for going out of her way to get to the bottom of a patients problem!

The two young ladies that helped me at the front desk were so welcoming. Then when i went to get my vitals checked inside the other young lady was so nice even when she drew my blood. And when i belive the nurse practitioner came in she was so supportive of the situation I was going through while I was there. All the ladies are amazing there very kind and courteous

FASTEST URGENT CARE IVE EVER BEEN TO! diagnosed my issue and sent me on my way with all my medications to make me better! The woman with the red hair who is the doctor, was the absolute best i’ve ever had!

I came in for a cold that I just could not kick, and my experience could not have been better. First, the location was clean and organized. Second , the staff were professional but still kind and warm. Finally, the woman who worked with me, Kristen, was empathetic, sweet, and knew what she was doing. Staff is very professional. I was seen within minutes of checking in. I been to clinics where I have waited an hour to be seen.

Quick professional, clean listen to what was wrong with me and handled my issue.

Doctor, medical assistant, & front desk worker were all so nice and friendly. Not too long of a wait time and seen by the doctor quickly once we were brought back. Brought my 3 year old in and they were wonderful with her.

If negative stars was possible we would be leaving some. Worst care I have ever received. I went in to be assessed for a possible corneal abrasion, and my sister is an NP, and said that you had all the things I needed to be fully assessed and treated. The provider didnt even fully assess my cornea, and did not use any dye or numbing drops to assess my eye which is why I was sent there in the first place. I was given a shot of Toradol and sent out the door without fully being treated or assessed. Im very disappointed in this care and will not be sending any of my family members here in the future. And now Im going to be stuck with a bill when I couldve taken over-the-counter ibuprofen for the exact same treatment. Also had to go to eye Dr for proper treatment. Then get the bill and was on vacation for 2 weeks when bill arrived. My insurance needed a form filled out before they would pay on claim. I called into midwest express billing and they said that they will not wait to bill me until after insurance has paid their portion of the claim. Because midwest express forces you to leave a card on file they charged me for the entire visit. With my insurance in network the amount they pay will be far less than what midwest express charged me. So now I wait for insurance to process the claim and then pay what their agreed upon amount is and I will have to call and get reimbursed from midwest express. Basically it doesnt matter what location you go to they are a terrible company to work with and I will continue to share my horror story to anyone who will listen. So I did fill out a review and received a phone call to where all they said was we will do better.

Great experience here always. This time specifically, the medical assistant at the front was going above and beyond. I really appreciated that. The doctor was also great. Amazing group of women. Thank you for being kind in someone’s time of need.

Go immediate attention everybody was pleasant and cooperative. They sent me to the emergency room after they stopped all my Bleeding. You have a great group of people.

Sharon is such a gem and has given me both peace and guidance with each visit. I went in there with my autistic daughter she had strep throat they treated her and us with disrespect and couldnt diagnose her said she had an ear ache and said all the test were negative when they didnt cotton swab the back of her throat.Didnt get note for school and the wrong antibiotic. All of them need to fired.

Took my daughter and our experience was fast, professional and caring. The workers were friendly and the receptionist was very welcoming, communicative and seemed to love her job. I will return to this particular location in the future.

Absolutely love it here! We’ve been twice. The staff was so helpful and very kind! Great with kids! I took my son for his school physical and my 7 year old daughter on another occasion. She was scared and they made her feel so comfortable and were very patient with her. The woman at the front desk (I forgot her name) was also very welcoming and sweet! I Highly recommend!

Darniese is the sweetest person you’ll come across. Always so down to earth and caring. Very thorough and really listens to your concerns. The NP, Adaora, is also one of the sweetest people. Can’t ever say enough good. They’re always in high spirits and you can tell by their interactions with the other patients that they love what they do and want to help their community. They talk to you professionally, but also like your family. You’ll want to go to see the doctors after coming here.

Although my experience was pleasant, the girl in front entered my information incorrectly. Misspelled both my first name and last name and my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy although I entered the actual address. I had to go to the next town over instead of the one near my home. Now Im afraid she copied my insurance information incorrectly as well and I will be charged more than a co pay.

Darniese & Chanetta always take outstanding care of me. They truly do treat you with such care, as if you’re family. Thank you so much ladies for all you do!! I’d highly recommend this location!!

Dr Adora and Midwest clinic - Honest, fair, kind, considerate, friendly! Finally found a doctor who listens like a friend and is genuinely vested in my health. Same day ultrasounds with a call made to me with the results that very same day as well, from the doctor! Next day, she had me come back to get me referred out for the biopsy that was needed. Simply amazing!I have went through several docs and clinics over the last 3 years… finally, don’t feel like a number or like I am dealing with the “god” complex type doctor and staff. Oh, great music that uplifts you while your their.

The lady at the first Desk was amazing!! I have not seen someone so nice in high spirits in a very long time.. not only was she very welcoming she had good music on old school cartoons and talking with all of us in the waiting room I mean good conversations we need more people like her in the world! Ive been here twice now on a Saturday, once for me and once for my almost four-year-old daughter. Both times, the wait hasnt been long and the staff has been really helpful and kind, especially to my kid. Thanks for helping us get better fast!

Another amazing experience and this is the only place I plan to go from now on when me or any of my family is sick. They got me right in (hardly any wait time). The staff is nothing but courteous and helpful in anyway they can. The doctor took her time to answer any questions I had, gave a thorough exam, and talked about any type of treatment and a plan of attack. I have been to so many other doctors offices, where I feel like the doctor is rushed to get to the next patient and I don’t feel that at all here. Such a professional and kind place to go!

Ive been to this clinic twice now for sick kiddos. Both times the receptionist was so welcoming and totally sweet to my kiddos! The Dr was the best, had her both times and my littles loved her! We were in and out both times rather quickly. Dr definitely knows what shes doing and both my kiddos are feeling better because of her! This is now our go to clinic for medical needs

Very friendly staff. I love they have an option to check in online & save time. My visit was pretty short well. Great communication from everyone too. Ill be back in the future. I used insurance but seems reasonable price for anyone who has to pay out of pocket for a visit.

My family member Ari has referred me to come to this clinic then to go to a ER visit. They were shorthanded, but still fast very kind and actually listen to their patient. I am going back for a following appointment and we’ll see how things go.

ADAORA ASOEGWU at MEC in Griffith refused to evaluate me and then assaulted me because I asked a nurse if they could turn the music down.On Friday November 3rd, I visited this location for a severe ear infection, and flu-like symptoms including a migraine.After waiting in the exam room for almost an hour, I finally stepped out and asked if they could either turn it down or see me now so I could leave. They said okay, but never adjusted the volume.About 10 minutes later, Nurse Practitioner Adaora Asoegwu came in, and the FIRST thing she said was So I heard you had a complaint. At this point Im obviously in a lot of pain and physical distress.I told her yes (if you even call a small request a complaint), that I have a horrible migraine and that the music is way too loud for a clinic. She tells me that PER THEIR POLICY the music has to be at that volume.I respond that I also work in healthcare and have never heard of such a policy, and then I also ask if we can just move forward with the visit.She then calls me a liar, and tells me I dont work in healthcare and she knows this because of the way Im speaking to her.She wanted to argue some more about the music and how I dont work in healthcare, refused to let me speak, and was literally yelling at me at this point. Im almost begging her to either evaluate me, or let me leave. Shes blocking the door. Between my frustration and the pain I was in I started tearing up and crying a bit, to which she MOCKS me and calls me a crybaby. Then she starts saying I dont have to see you, I can refuse service and THROWS my lab results at me.FINALLY a nurse walks in and asks whats going on (because you could hear the NP yelling at me throughout the clinic). I was finally able to get through the door and leave, where they followed me out to the lobby and threatened to call the police for the disturbance THEY were causing.After gaining my composure, I went to the Munster location, told them what had happened and asked to be seen. They werent able to see me without paying out of pocket, because that NP billed my insurance for a visit.*****So to sum it up:I asked a nurse to turn down the blaring music. The provider took offense and yelled at me for 10 minutes, called me a liar and a crybaby, threw a sheet of paper at me, refused to see me but then wouldnt let me leave, threatened to call the police as I was finally on my way out, and then BILLED MY INSURANCE, effectively screwing me out of a chance at treatment for a horrible ear infection and what feels like strep throat.Ive been to this location plenty of times before with no issues, and this was my first time seeing this provider.I just wish I could have recorded this traumatic experience. This woman should not be a provider. Im filing a police report.

I have been here several times for various reasons and every time they have been utterly delightful. Just wonderful interact with in every way. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Had a scheduled follow up visit for my daughter on 6-5-23 for 11:00 am. Upon arrival the place was packed. Asked the person up front if we were going to be seen at or around our scheduled time. Was told no because we came in after the people already there and that even though they were walk ins we would be seen in the order we arrived even though we made the follow up appointment a week ago. What is the point of making an appointment when it is not going to be honored. Appointments should come before the walk ins. Its a shame because we were told to make the follow up appointment from the staff there. Never had this problem before.

The best urgent care Ive ever been to. The staff is very friendly and the whole process is ALWAYS great from start to finish. Not a long wait time and they actually talk to you and examine you to make sure you are completely ok. Love it! Adora is my favorite. Shes very thorough and kind! :)

They ALL are professional, well groomed and personable. You can tell everyone here genuinely likes their job and in healthcare, thats a tough ask as a patient sometimes. Midwest Express Clinic is always a good choice but the Griffith location...the best choice AND always our first!

The best Doctors Office in all of town. The music made me feel like a kid again and the Doctor wasnt just trying to medicate me. She was interested in getting results as well as pin pointing the issue. Second to none.

The entire experience was pleasant. The nurse practitioner was amazing, very through & while i was there I had another issue arise & she handled the situation professionally, and further testing incurred. From the minute I was greeted, to the care i was given the staff were very kind. I would highly recommend this clinic site.

I went to MidwestExpress and they were very nice and I felt taken care of. Unfortunately I am receiving bills that should have been properly sent to my insurance. I called and spoke to a manager,Kristen who said it happens all the time and she will take care of it. I just received a collections letter in.the mail today.I am so upset. I have insurance and very good credit. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have been to several urgent care clinics in the area. I recently visited the Griffith,IN location. Let me just say the atmosphere is amazing. I worked with Dr.Christina &Dr.Adora (my apologies if spelled incorrectly) they both made me feel extremely comfortable during my visit most of all I was explained the procedure every step until the end of my visit. If you are looking for immediate help & comfortable setting please visit this location !!!! Great Job Dr’s & Medical Assistants

My daughter came in with an embedded earring clip, it was pretty bad. The nurse practitioner did an excellent job, caring for my daughter. I truly appreciate her on so many levels, the outcome could have been different in the passion for her work wasnt visible.

I went to the office on Calumet Avenue and was told I had over an hour wait. When I say thats ok Ill go to Griffith, I was told theyre just as busy, you might as well wait. I took the drive anyway and as usual, was very pleased with my service. Got there to only 2 people in front of me and my choice of seats. Unlike Calumet. Avenue which is way to small for the amount of patients and its in a very bad location. Griffith has plenty of parking. Perfect location. Very attentive and caring staff and I was in and out in 30 minutes top. My number one choice location for care.

I love that you dont have to have an appointment. There is never too long of a wait. The staff are always so friendly and compassionate.

I have been in a couple of these type of Clinics. But this one has been the Best! The Receptionist is very Nice and welcoming. The Nurse and the RN are also very pleasant. They don’t rush through the consultation. And A visit to this clinic never takes more than 30 min.

The wait time was maybe 5 minutes, the staff was absolutely get, the service was great.

The whole staff was really nice and helpful. And as promised to the front desk its Calvin Klein Eternity Aqua lol. You guys are awesome

Very good place to go. The receptionist helped me with my new medicare coverage. I always go there because how nice they are, you dont wait long and its very clean. They also offer other services like B12 shots etc.

This is the second time in a month that I used this location. The reason I went back here is because of my experience with the doctor/nurse practitioner Adaora. She is wonderful. She takes her time to listen and makes sure you have no questions when you leave. Don’t lose her she’s a gem!

I went in for my daughter to get a physical and I had my newborn with me. All the staff was extremely helpful and got us in and out within 40 minutes! Definitely would go back to this clinic. Clean and professional!

5 STAR. For a place that you dont need an appt, every single staff provides comfort. I liked them. And I dont do more than a specialist every 28 days. Put yr message with yr name on your networks message or email. They do get counted. That helps when clinics are negotiating service coverage & eventually do realize they really save themselves more money by joining networks that includes, MID WEST LOCATIONS. They are faster than an ER, the most polite staff which I appreciate & I loved that there was everything right there- blood, urine, x-ray of a new injury & suspected chest infection I was trying to ignore since I still smoke 2 -3 packs a wk & they didnt say a word as soon as I told them in a comfortable setting which makes my life easier & less time wasted if had I gone to the ER would have so the charge me more in hours to find out only the one thing you went for & have to have a 2nd charge to see about my chest. So when all tests come back in a few days & nothing is wrong, they tell yr results on phone. 1 appointment, one deductable if all tests were ok all without not a word about smoking, no time was wasted telling what smoking does. Btw, completely ready to help yr heath. Great with an adorable toddler I saw. BUT PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT MIDWEST CLINICS TO BE YOUR NEXT FIX PLEASE. These people are excellent & CONVIENENT & really easy to get along with. Dont blow somewhere that polite. its not a pill mill & respects that we just need a quick complete body anti inflammatory shot, a script for the chest I was blowing off & she sent it to my CVS. Us 55 & olders need the most physically thorough, complete, fast, local excellent service. Last of the legal clinics systems left. Leave them out of your day if you are just seeking meds. After 8 yrs of subs at another different system, this is the best 5 STAR to help without narcotics, during remissions that are closer to my home..

I always go to the Munster one, but it’s always just so busy and the wait time is hard with 2 impatient kiddos. So nothing personal against staff there. But recently i decided to try this one since it’s closer and also HS good reviews. We’ve been battling sickness for 3 months now, so in the last month or so since we started coming to this one, we’ve already been 4-5 times!! And Everytime is never too long of a wait! I enjoy the staff also, and so do the boys since they’re always getting the stickers and candy!! This is definitely going to be the one I come to now for good!!

Nice local clinic for quick needs of colds, cough, ear aches, etc. They also have special periodically for B12 shots...great for keeping energy up while taking care of Ill kids. Staff is very courteous. We also like the feature of online registration.

Amazing! Im always so nervous at the doctors, especially when its not a routine checkup. Ashley immediately made me feel calm and like I was just talking with a friend. The doctor was just as kind! I was in and out in 30 minutes!

We were there this morning because of my daughter needing a Covid test, but she was negative and left with helpful meds in hand. I forgot the lady’s name, but she’s the Mexican/German/Irish lady (iykyk). She got not just us but everyone that walked through that door into a room immediately and gave us the best experience ever. She was the only one bouncing around literally everywhere, but she definitely enjoys what she does and only wants to help as much as she can. My moms exhusband picked us up and asked if I’d recommend this place and I didn’t hesitate to say yes. She makes things happen and doesn’t accept telling people no when she thinks she can find a solution, but she truly cares about kids and their comfort level throughout the process. My mom is going there too for Covid tests from now on and we’ll never think twice about going somewhere else. THEY DO NOT REQUIRE APPOINTMENTS TO GET TESTED. The tests are those 15 minute ones, so you may be in the room for a bit but she gets you in and out faster than any other urgent care we’ve been to with a large amount of staff. This lady proves that one person really can do almost all of it on her own and deserves a nurse of the year award— seriously. If I could get her name I’ll definitely nominate her in a heartbeat.

Everytime weve gone in there we have received excellent care and had wonderful treatment from the reception desk to the nurses to the Nurse Practioner, they have all been great!

On what started out to be a stressful day because my son was extremely sick and I was visiting Indiana coming from Toronto, I came to Midwest Express Clinic thinking it would be a long and hard process. It was the opposite of that. Ashley the receptionist was so kind and comforting. She told me to reach out if I needed anything and that was so needed that day. The doctor I saw and nurse who did the tests on my son were also so understanding and accommodating given that my son was not cooperating. I will definitely return when I am back if I need medical attention. Thank you to all the staff! 🫶🏽

The staff and Doctor was very nice and helped with the aid of my daughter. It was later when I was waiting for my daughter prescription to be filled at the pharmacy and it was told to me by the pharmacy that it was never called in. The next day I called Midwest Express Clinic to ask why and have it called in , I was told the message would be sent to the doctor and I would get a call. I Never received a call and I STILL didnt get a prescription filled. I had to go to another clinic in order to get her a prescription and they did it promptly especially being she was in so much discomfort for the holiday. Im so disappointed.

I woke up very sick early in the morning before my Doctors office was open. Midwest express was opened so I was able to do a walk-in visit. They were very polite, fast, efficient, and accommodating! They had a very clean environment! Made the fact that I came back COVID positive a little less scary. The provider I seen was so sweet! I am a medical Assistant and work in the Healthcare field and was more than impressed! Would recommend to everyone!

Be extremely certain what you are going for they can help with. My symptoms should have been able to be diagnosed with their office but they saw me for 1 minute and sent me to the er. I feel robbed for nothing and the er visit wasn’t needed according to the doctor in the emergency room.

Everyone from the front desk to the clinical staff were fantastic with my 93 yr old daddy. We were in and out in an hour. Thank you everyone for making him feel so comfortable and not making him wait for hours

Re: my visit to the Griffith location on NOVEMBER 17th, 2022.My nurse practitioner was great, every NP there is great. Always knowledgeable, ur in and out quickly.RECEPTIONIST: great, friendly and organized, very helpful.MEDICAL ASSISTANT: rude, bored, your MA staff is either great, or terrible. I was there around 4:10. My MA had on blue scrubs, she wasnt pleasant at all. The person who put me in the room was also not nice. She basically said alright, well, have a seat and left. People skills need work!!!

Been here 2x in less than a month they get you in and out quickly (under 45 minutes both times) the staff was attentive, friendly, polite and overall seemed like good people to be around which is nice especially when youre not feeling your best!

I love Midwest express clinic. They have helped us so many times when our Dr was busy or if we were extremely sick. They go through Quest Diagnostics so I can even get my blood tested here and covered by my insurance! I no longer have to drive all the way to Lansing for that. They do X-rays, urine tests and even have IV’s. This place is a godsend and so glad they opened one even closer to me.The staff at this location were so nice! Thank you so much for helping me this most recent time especially. I was SO sick.

I’ve been to Midwest Express in: Munster, Griffith, Dyer, and Scherville and the staff is always friendly and helpful and gives an overall feeling that they enjoy doing their job and helping people. The clinic itself is very capable and whatever issues I went in there for a helped resolve expeditiously.
