Fast and easy registration. No long wait time. Friendly and professional staff. Adoura was very helpful, went over and beyond to assist and took extra time to listen. Very impressed with the professionalism and genuine patient interest. She even took time to follow up after the appointment to ensure the additional services needed were accessed. Highly recommend and will return in the future.

Cece and Jamila (NP) were absolutely amazing. I had waited at the other clinic for nearly a half hour before driving across town here. I was in such a hurry, so they helped get me through all the steps as quickly as possible for what I needed. Their speed and quality and compassion was incredibly important to me today of all days! My family & I came here for our daughter cough. The whole space was pleasant. The staff was so bright & fun. Very professional. Everyone was very knowledgeable. The provider was phenomenal! She actually listened to my baby, she showed passion. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. I work in a clinic myself & I wish it was like this one!!!! Thank you Midwest 💗

The wait was not long at all. Dr. Thomas was very informative as to what the plan of action would be with my daughters care. He actually remember her medical conditions from a previous visit. The front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Excellent experience. Prompt and polite service at the front desk. Both the nurse and the doctor were polite and answered every question. Would revisit, or recommend this location to anyone.

I was so impressed with the level of care I got here. The staff was incredibly professional and efficient, and they made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I felt completely confident with them. Not terrible wait times but when it gets busy you have to understand they will take their time with each patient to get them the proper and correct care.

Was there early on a Saturday with limited staff and they did an excellent job. Fast, Kind and Helpful. Would definitely drive 20+ minutes again if need be. Office was surprisingly nice regardless of being inside of a walgreens.

So grateful for the care I received this evening. Everyone was kind, from the women that helped me at the front desk to the care provider. Urgent cares are usually a waste of time and money but this is one that I will swear by any time I’m feeling under the weather or need medical attention. Thank you so much for the excellent care and kindness! ❤️

Alyssa and Faith were absolutely amazing. So patient with my daughter who had a bunch of metal splinters in her feet. They were very thorough and made sure to get every bit of splinters they saw, they were not mean or harsh with my daughter. They were very comforting and loving. Faith took extra time to talk to me and Help explain some things. wonderful care I couldn’t think them enough.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The location was clean, staff was nice, check-in was fast & easy and the person who helped me, Alyssa (sorry if I misspelled her name!) was really caring and on top of things with me. I loved my experience at this location .. definitely the way I want to be treated when I’m not feeling my best… because of that, I will definitely be coming back. 💕10/10 recommend.✅

There’s so much comparing I’d love to do with community hospital because some how this place is a million times better as a CLINIC, but it’s to much to type… you guys have help me and my baby when community hospital failed to on multiple occasions and i cannot thank you enough… god bless you all.

Hope this finds you and everyone well.yesterday on dec 19th i went into walgreens looking for eye drops snd they told me to go to your express clinic next door at 1225 ridge road ,Griffith. I was greeted by Chanette at the desk. Very informative and personable. Then I had seen Brianne the nurse practitioner. She was very Profesional, and personable . Top notch! They both done an outstanding job and are a credit to Midwest express clinic! These ladies should be commended for a job well done ! Thank you andbi will tell folks about them . First experience here and everyone was super friendly. The front desk staff got me checked in super quick. There wasnt a wait since I was there during a slow time. Nurse Asoegwu explained my test results and treatment completely. She also made sure I had a follow up visit set up to make sure things were getting better. There was an issue with the computer system so staff reached out to multiple local pharmacies by phone to ensure Id be able to get my prescription and start it same day. Coming here saved me a trip to the emergency room and another day of pain and bad symptoms.

The staff is extremely nice and not a long wait to be seen. The nurse practitioner is very kind. Would definitely recommend going to this urgent care!

I have been going here for about a month now, to get a vitamin b lipo shot. Once a week. The clinic is always clean and the staff is very friendly. They are so good at there job I dont even feel it when I get the shot.

Although I got there at 5:55 and they closed at 6, from point of entry to leaving the Ladies was very polite and professional. The Doctor was so nice and very in tune with me about my injury. If I ever need to see and after care doctor I would definitely go back here first.

I have a friend who works here and she is the sweetest person that I know! We attend the same college and we’re also in a few classes together! She is also very hardworking and gets everything done!

Came here cause my 1yr old due to common cold and I was treated with respect the moment I walked in and it was very personal all around the ladies where so kind I would recommend to every one best believe they are way faster than the hospital and dr office now I know why it’s called “urgent care”

I had to go to the doctor immediately for a problem I was having so I decided to go to this clinic The staff was very nice and friendly and they helped me step-by-step on what I needed to do with my problem and I really enjoyed my experience. The nurse practitioner made me feel very welcome and advise me what to do with my situation. The Nurse Practitioner Adora was very helpful she was pleasant made sure I was knowledgeable about what tests were being administered and gave me referrals to have further tests done that I had concerns about. Yes I will recommend this clinic as I recommended my brother whom is a diabetic can’t wait to get him seen by Adoara! It was fast service and all the staff was nice😊!

Love this new office! Personnel are remarkably friendly and knowledgeable. Give excellent care, time and patience with me every time I’m there. I highly recommend them! I use them for my primary doctor as I can always get in without waiting more than a few minutes and without having to make appts months in advance like many family doctors.

Doctor on duty on 7/27/2024 was very attentive to my complaints and needs to react quickly to my results and concerns. I would recommend as well would go back to that establishment again if or when I need to go on a weekend visit.
