Midwest Express Clinic

First experience here and everyone was super friendly. The front desk staff got me checked in super quick. There wasnt a wait since I was there during a slow time. Nurse Asoegwu explained my test results and treatment completely. She also made sure I had a follow up visit set up to make sure things were getting better. There was an issue with the computer system so staff reached out to multiple local pharmacies by phone to ensure Id be able to get my prescription and start it same day. Coming here saved me a trip to the emergency room and another day of pain and bad symptoms.

I had to go to the doctor immediately for a problem I was having so I decided to go to this clinic The staff was very nice and friendly and they helped me step-by-step on what I needed to do with my problem and I really enjoyed my experience. The nurse practitioner made me feel very welcome and advise me what to do with my situation. I felt really comfortable talking to her and the other staff members I would definitely return. to this clinic with my healthcare needs,

I have been going here for about a month now, to get a vitamin b lipo shot. Once a week. The clinic is always clean and the staff is very friendly. They are so good at there job I dont even feel it when I get the shot.

Ive brought my sister here a few different times and it has been a life saver. Everyone here is so nice and so professional, so kind and patient. I am so thankful for all that they have done to take care of my sister.

Although I got there at 5:55 and they closed at 6, from point of entry to leaving the Ladies was very polite and professional. The Doctor was so nice and very in tune with me about my injury. If I ever need to see and after care doctor I would definitely go back here first.

The Nurse Practitioner Adora was very helpful she was pleasant made sure I was knowledgeable about what tests were being administered and gave me referrals to have further tests done that I had concerns about. Yes I will recommend this clinic as I recommended my brother whom is a diabetic can’t wait to get him seen by Adoara! It was fast service and all the staff was nice😊!

Love this new office! Personnel are remarkably friendly and knowledgeable. Give excellent care, time and patience with me every time I’m there. I highly recommend them! I use them for my primary doctor as I can always get in without waiting more than a few minutes and without having to make appts months in advance like many family doctors.

Great place , took my son to get a sports physical yesterday and the team was amazing !! Very fast pace . Great customer service.. honestly it’s better than a lot of doctors offices I’ve been to lately!! Thank you again

I really love this place even though I only been there once. I was seen after sitting down for barely 6 minutes. Everyone there was nice and they actually listened to everything that was said about how I was feeling.I will definitely be coming back!!

Kasia did her thang. Awesome staff as well. She took her time to explain things to me when I wasnt even explained. Adaora is also another awesome Dr. She explains everything to make sure you understand the treatment. She listens to you so both parties are clear on whats going on. Awesome staff. I received prompt care at the Midwest Express Clinic inside of the Walgreens at Ridge Road and Colfax St. The staff was polite and professional.The location is convenient being from Gary.

Everyome there was very friendly and very welcoming. Adora is fantastic along with Kasia. Both took the time out to answer all of my questions, and gave great advice. Their personalities are amazing, just as well as the rest of the staff.

Cece and Alyssa are wonderful, made the whole process so easy! Cece is a great nurse, very personable and friendly, such a sweetheart!!

I give 5 stars to Adaora and the rest of the team for helping me out when I couldnt get to my PCP and didnt want to use emergency services. Theres always good music and television in the office to keep you distracted and I wish every provider was like Adaora. Thanks team for helping out when I didnt feel right.

Doctor on duty on 7/27/2024 was very attentive to my complaints and needs to react quickly to my results and concerns. I would recommend as well would go back to that establishment again if or when I need to go on a weekend visit.

Doctors were very nice and quick. Made sure that they were doing their job at the best of their abilities before continuing to the next step.

The MA Billie did a really good preparing me for the nurse practioner .The Nurse Practioner Faith was very professional and very polite. The young lady at the front desk was very kind as well . You have a good trio staff there at the new Walgreens/MWE .

The best clinic out here , I did a walk-in and didn’t have a long wait before getting seen. The Dr. is so sweet and knows what she’s doing.

I’ve been to other locations before but I really liked this one. It was my first time there & the people were friendly and attentive I was out within an hour.
