I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lazarou. I truly wish he could be my doctor for everything. He makes you feel like you matter and he listens really. I wish more doctors were as kind as he is. He of course is also very professional and a wonderful surgeon that I highly recommend.

Dr Lazarou is in a word, fabulous. I was distressed after having continued bladder issues made worse by unsuccessful prior surgery, and from my first visit to Dr Lazarou I knew I had found the best doctor to help me. He diagnosed my bladder problem (cystocele, or low bladder) on colposcopy and offered options, one of which was bladder repair surgery, and afterward he carefully described my condition as interstitial cystitis (or IC) and what I could do about it such as pelvic exercises and changed diet. Thank you from my heart to Dr Lazarou for giving me back my health. Highly recommend him for all his fabulous qualities including listening with complete attention, professionalism and helpfulness. He is absolutely the top choice for a uro-gynecologist on Long Island and believe me there is none better, I speak from experience

My mom became a patient of Dr Lazarous almost 2 years ago. Since then she has needed 2 surgeries. As a nurse, my approval of healthcare professionals can involve a bit of scrutiny and definitely a ton of nit picking if you will. I have to say, Dr Lazarau has been amazing. My mom is in the best hands in terms of expertise and none of his professional excellence has been traded for the most kind, compassionate, and respectful bedside manner. I am SO relieved to have had my mom land under the care of Dr Lazarau and his medical/nursing team. This review could never do justice in expressing my gratitude. Dr. Lazarou performed surgery on me with other surgeries. He explained everything pre and post op and I have been seen my him several times post op. no problems whatsoever! I feel like I never had the surgery! Thank you!
