The staff itself is great, but the issue is their billing system. I received a bill in the mail from next-care from a debt collector, saying I owe money. So I go in and the receptionist said the bill was incorrect, and that I owed more money than that, for a completely different visit (but couldn’t tell me what the bill was for.) She then gives me a line to call and every single time I call I stay on hold for 30 min and get no answer. So I go in again, a different receptionist is at the desk and tells me I actually don’t owe anything, and that I’ve actually been overcharged. She says that they will get someone to call me and yet I have received no call in the last week. This has happened to me and some of my family and friends. Again the staff is kind, but I still haven’t resolved this billing issue.
Accessing services was easy. Scheduled my arrival, was greeted and completed intake with ease. Was seen on time and assisted in a welcoming and professional manner. A positive experience.
I had an appointment for 11am and arrived at 1045am. I wasn’t seen by NP until 1215pm. They explained that they had a delay due to walk-ins mixed with appts scheduled. They were very nice, but could definitely use a few more staff members… although I do understand that delays sometimes happen. Barring that, once I was seen, I was in and out in less than ten mins.
We received great service through and through. Front desk was friendly, check in was easy, and the wait time was short. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and thorough. Overall, it was a great experience despite the circumstances.
I came in here because I have an ankle injury from 5 days prior that I was seen for at the emergency room. I was given an excuse out of work only for 4 days for what is believed to be a sprained ankle. (My x-ray angles were limited due to the amount of pain I was in as stated by the x-ray tech). Im seen for all of 3 minutes by Dr. Kaniz Fatema at NextCare. She doesnt even ask to see my other ankle to compare what is normal. Doesnt order new x-rays and completely blows off everything that I said about being in pain. Now, normally I handle pain very well but this has been bothering me for almost a week now, even with ibuprofen. She proceeds to tell me that she cannot excuse me for work but only put me on light duty. I asked her if this was a policy written by NextCare. She just proceeds to keep repeating that she never excuses people from work. Even if they have a bad back and what not. I honestly dont care about anybody elses chief complaint and what she recommends for THEM. Listen to why I AM here! I let the young lady in triage know up front that I am here to get an extension of exclusion from work considering I am in a job that is completely physical and I am currently in constant throbbing, burning pain and on crutches. Do they not communicate with each other? Isnt that the whole point of me letting them know why I am there for my visit? So was I seen just to collect a little bit of insurance money rather than actually listen and fix why I am there? If they could not accommodate me, then why couldnt they just say that? I let them know I had an orthopedic appointment, but it isnt until later next week. This is NOT my first terrible experience here. I came here because it was the only NextCare in the area with a provider on site. I absolutely hate this location!
Meirlene was so professional and displayed such great “bedside manners”. My wife & I appreciated how she took the time in answering any questions we had. She was so empathetic to our concerns. We recommend this Provider to anyone who needs good medical care.
Went in with basic flu like symptoms and specifically bad pain while swallowing. Doctor was a bit dismissive but nothing too crazy for a crowded urgent care. She didn’t want to give me a prescription that was given to my partner for the same symptoms/virus, fine I’m not an expert and didn’t have the energy to fight. She offered me another prescription to treat my throat pain, but never ended up sending it through to the pharmacy. So here I am struggling to swallow, not exactly a great experience, just entirely unhelpful.
I was told that I have allergies when I had pneumonia… Was charged $70 per doctor saying that and additional $256 per this amazing service (some services calculated twice!!!). HORRIBLE. There is a Patient First nearby, go there, please.
Waited 2 1/2 hours when an appointment was made. The PA or NP that came in to assess my son listened to his back/lungs with a thick sweat shirt on. I believe it should be skin or at least a t shirt. Said he sounded fine. I felt that was not right as he looked terrible and got worse on Thanksgiving. I took him to another urgent care and they said he had pneumonia and even did a X-ray to confirm. I’m frustrated that this wasn’t caught when we originally went in. The pneumonia hadn’t just started it was progressed by the time we got to the 2nd urgent care they said I came in just in time before it would have gotten worse.
My last two visits to NextCare have been severely disappointing, to the point where I will not return. Took my daughter to NextCare on S Gateway Dr in Fredericksburg two weeks ago, they had to send off a throat culture and said they would call with the results but NEVER DID. I had to call them just to be told she did in fact have strep throat, at which point everyone else in my home was sick. I then scheduled appointments for myself, my 3 year old, and my 6 month old at NextCare on White Oak Rd in Fredericksburg due to all being exposed to strep and being extremely sick (especially my 6 month old). Upon arrival I was informed our visits would be virtual since no doctor was on site, though this information was not provided when I booked the visits. I then spent TWO HOURS at the facility, after which time they informed me that my 6 month old could not be seen and had to be taken elsewhere! I also filled out paperwork multiple times for my youngest at the request of front desk staff before being told oh wait, its your other childs info we need... After wasting two hours of our time, I waited another 10 minutes for a doctor to virtually join the visit, which never happened, so I never even received the results of the strep tests conducted on myself or my 3 year old. Patient care is definitely not a priority at NextCare.
Scheduled appt online, was able to be seen within 2hrs. Staff was friendly. Bedside manner was kind and PA listened to my concerns. This location has always been my preferred choice when I am in need of a same day appt.
Told it was busy. Told it would be about an hour. Debilitating pain. Bad, persistent deep cough, with chunks of sputum coming from lungs. T1Diabetic with complications. Maladies affecting glucose.Waited over 90 minutes before coming back to wait in waiting room. After 45 minutes, and leers from abstractive receptionist, a room became available.Waited over 30 minutes. Glucose dropped to 55 and falling. Asked for help. Nurses insisting to see glucose before helping. Regarded with accusatory statements, glares, and unprofessional eye rolling. Given cookie. Waited another 30 minutes in patient room before walking out.Appalling. Truly shocking and dreadful experience.
Not awesome but better than nothing. Im truly concerned about the future of health care. Felt like I was being assisted by Starbucks employees.
Quick and efficient staff. Receptionist took time to explain how to sign in using the qr code. I was seen quickly. Nurses took time to explain steps as we went. Nurse practioner explain diagnosis fully as well as medication and over the counter supplements to use in conjunction. Courteous staff.
Called to request an appointment for hand pain. Got an appointment quickly, scheduled within a short time from my call. The front desk staff were very courteous, polite and professional. I had an X-ray and visit with a friendly, informative and attentive nurse practitioner. The Radiology tech was outstanding, helpful and kind. This was my first time coming to this facility and I would not hesitate to return if needed in the future.
These offices are a joke. You make an appointment and when you get there they cancel it and send you somewhere else later in the day, They take your money and 2 hours later still do not see you. They tell you to come back and wait 3 or 4 hours, after waiting 2.
I scheduled my appointment for 3:00 and was not seen until almost 5:00. I completely understand things get busy this time of year but then turn off the appointment Option you are not going to see patients anywhere near their appointment time. When I finally left thinking FINALLY!! my prescription was never sent to the pharmacy, so now I am on hold with them and have been for 15min now to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy in hopes I can still get it tonight.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The front desk staff was great, but the main doctor was awful. I went in for a consultation about stomach issues Id been having for two weeks, soon to be three, and she told me to just let it play out naturally. Nearly a month later, I was still dealing with the same problems, so I went to a real doctor who actually helped. If youre looking for school nurse-level care, this is the place for you. I paid $100 just to be told to do nothing—completely unreliable. Thanks to the front desk team, though.
Came in for work related things. Absolutely loved front desk service. Both ladies were so nice and understanding. I didn’t feel rushed. I saw Sam and he was the best. I’ve never been to an office where the provider cared so much about life in general not just what hurts. He made me feel comfortable.
7 mins with Nurse Practitioner but took 48 mins to see her with 2 people in waiting area. Check in took forever since receptionist was easily distracted with anything else. Rather inefficient!
I booked an appt online the night before because my son spent the last 4 days feeling pretty bad. When we arrived the front desk staff were friendly and warm as they were with everyone thay entered. The intake nurse took my sons vitals, asked a couple of questions, performed swabs on my son and escorted us to the room where the Doctor would see us. I requested a test for Covid,Flu and Strep to rule out. The nurse obliged but she didnt tell him what to expect so poor thing gagged and said it really hurt. A little tack wouldve been apreciated but ok. The Doc came in maybe 8 minutes later and introduced himself. He was given a run down of the symptoms and informed us all were negative but that something was going around. We were prescribed some medicine and on our way. Overall, great experience.
Overall it was friendly but they did not state a diagnosis, check anything beyond a visual look from 8 ft away, nor did I see a doctor. The closest to a diagnosis was It doesnt look like an infection. They referred me to my primary of which I stated I dont have one. It was a weird visit. I dont recommend them.Other notes the person working the counter said they dont do primary care. But while I was waiting the where seeing regular patients.? It was also mostly children but nothing says pediatrician.
I feel very ill & the staff allowed me to be in the comfort of my vehicle or home ( since we live close ).The communication was exceptional, the staff was very friendly, & everything was very clean.
I set an appointment and was in and out of there in about an hour. Staff is great the nurse that did the test for Covid flu and strep throat was the most gentle nurse I’ve ever had in my life so Gentle I thought the test were not going to show a result but they did. Amber was my treating physician assistant or doctor not sure which but she was great.
The visit was very good. They got me in and out quickly. That’s why I always send my son to urgent care because they do aThey visit was very good. They got me in and out quickly. That’s why I always send my son to urgent care because they do a good job.
The healthcare professional prescribes brand name ointment for an eye infection, but in the exam room she said she was going to prescribed eye drops. When we got to the pharmacy, it was $145 for brand name eye ointment. CVS asked NextCare to send in a generic eye drops instead, but NextCare never responded and when I called NextCare they were closed. We took my son around 1:00 p.m. so now he has to sleep without his prescription. Very disappointed all around.
I went in to be seen about kidney pain on my right, the fever and a migraine. and left with no solution. I had mentioned previous head pain from my sinuses. When that was mentioned, it’s almost like that was taken and ran with. I was told to just take the steroids they will prescribe me. Nothing else was mentioned to help my headache that occurs nightly for over a week. The fever I mentioned was advised to me as not a “technical fever” as it was only 99.5 and not 100. I was told to only worry if it was 101, regardless of mentioning it accompanied a headache. I had mention that my kidney had pain which was similar to an isn’t infection I had prior. But again, once sinus issues were mentioned, that was all disregarded. I mentioned it upon my dismissal and was told “your urine looked great, but we can send it for cultures and let you know” and told me to feel better. So. Now I’m out a copay that could have been used towards my emergency room visit that I may have to take since the pain is still existing. Maybe the steroids will help, but was advised to me that it will help with the drainage in my sinuses which is why she chose to prescribe them.
All new faces, not happy about that change. Loved the previous group of ladies from the front desk to intake nurse and the NP/Doctor!The young lady that took my daughters vitals and reviewed her symptoms with me was friendly, and good with children. However, the front desk staff were cold and disinterested. They didn’t seem thrilled to be there. It’s a job that they signed up for, their front desk etiquette was so poor. The doctor/NP seemed rushed and didn’t seem knowledgeable in his assessment which was concerning. Granted my daughter was freaking out and not making it easy to be seen, but he didn’t help ease the situation either in his haste.Scheduling on the app was the best part of this appointment. The establishment was just unprofessional, very disappointing from previous experiences.
I looked up reviews before taking my daughter here, unfortunately the service I received was far from the reviews I saw. The doctor that we saw dismissed everything I said, she couldn’t find the knot on my daughters jaw, then when I showed her, she just said oh it’s a swollen lymph node without any further investigation. My daughter fell a few days ago and was complaining about arm pain, that’s why I took her. I kept asking if they could just do an x-ray for peace of mind, and she kept saying it wasn’t necessary, to just rotate Tylenol and Motrin. After asking multiple times, she finally agreed. We did the x-ray; she said she didn’t see anything and we could go home. She (the dr) told me that if I wanted to, she would have radiologist call me with the results by the end of the day. I call a few hours later, still no result. I then call later on that night, however they were closed. I called again the next morning, finally speak to the radiologist (who was incredible) just to find out my daughter has a fracture in her arm! I’m not sure how much Tylenol and Motrin would have helped a fracture! Then when I call back to complain, they say “ok, are you able to get in with an orthopedic today or tomorrow?” They emailed me the referral at 2:00pm! How am I supposed to get into an orthopedic same day, when they don’t even send/notify me of anything until the end of the work day?! I am incredibly dissatisfied with the care I received. I’m just thankful I was persistent and fought to get my daughter an x-ray (who is 5) because otherwise, the fracture would’ve gone untreated, and who knows what kind of issues she would have experienced down the road.
I was extremely impressed with service at my local NextCare. I was coming in with a problem that I had experience previously, but with Care from another urgent care. At NextCare, Sam, the nurse practitioner, What is the? listened carefully to my history and made getting the right medication easy. I appreciated the listening ear.
Professional and efficient. I loved being able to make an appointment. Easy in and easy out. I would definitely use this NextCare in the future.
The service was friendly, professional, without a long wait. Meds were available at the pharmacy by the time I arrived. Service was excellent!
Appointment was for 2:20 and I was called back at 3:00. Care was fine, and I was on my way in 30 min
Overall it was a slightly above average experience. the only negative thing is that I was asked what medication i took and i notified the nurse practitioner that i took isotretinoin therefore i would need an antibiotic that would not react/cause negative effects with my medication for my potential skin infection. nurse practitioner prescribes me doxycycline, an antibiotic that is not recommended when on isotretinoin due to the possibilities of a higher risk of developing increased brain pressure while on both medications. it’s very disappointing that after notifying the provider of my medications, a known prescription that could potentially be detrimental to my health would be prescribed. if it wasn’t for the attentiveness and medical advice from my local CVS pharmacist and my Dermatologist, i probably would’ve ended up taking these antibiotics. moving forward i would suggest for the provider to double check potential drug interactions before prescribing medications to patients.
It was great, very busy, but I no Im not the only one that was sick, the staff was great and sweet,,,I feel a lot better today,,,,THANKS. Keep
I had an appointment at 11:00 but wasn’t seen by the provider until 12:20 . What’s the point of making an appointment? Otherwise, the employees are pleasant and helpful.
It was so Easy to schedule online and there was no wait at all.I also was able to get my child seen at the same time. The doctor was very nice and professional. The girls up front are always smiling and ready to help you. I use this urgent care more than my doctors because it is easy and the quality of care is just great.
Wait was relatively brief. All personnel were cordial and professional. Treatment/scrip timely and efficient. Thanks!
The attending physician was horrible and could not tell me what was wrong but to continue taking Tylenol and add motrin after knowing i could not take Motrin I’m allergic to aspirin and I left still not knowing what was wrong after having a temperature off and 101.9 for 3 days and telling her the signs of an infection
My experience was excellent from the receptionist to the doctor she is the best. Everyone was very helpful courteous and professional.
Scheduling on-line was easy and perfect. When we arrived, the front office person was friendly and helpful. The wait time was only a minute or two. I was taken to an exam room, very clean, vital signs were taken by a friendly and professional staff member. The doctor came in after that and she listened to my concerns and handled them perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend this facility.
I had an appointment at 2:20 pm with 2 people in waiting area and one came in behind me . Got a text saying I was next . It’s now 3:10 pm and I am still sitting here , in a room waiting to be seen . Ridiculous! Why make an appointment, if I have to wait 1 hour to be seen ! Won’t come here again and am not recommending this place !
A nice experience - I felt well cared for, and was impressed with the efficiency, from checking in, triage and the medical treatment. I definitely recommend the facility on White Oak road.
The receptionist was very nice. The wait time was pretty short... Like 1/2 hour. Not bad. The practitioner impressed me, she remembered me from 1 visit last year at the same time with the same bronchitis issue. She was fast, through, pleasant, and have me everything I need to expedite my healing.
From walking in the door to out again it was a pleasant and well accomplished appointment. Everyone was overly nice and the doctor was compassionate and patient.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND 218s urgent care
I saw a Nurse Practitioner on Saturday for a sinus infection and she would not proscribed an antibiotic! Poor bedside manner! She was not willing to listen! So, today I went to the Dumfries Clinic and the doctor prescribed an antibiotic! I will not be returning to that clinic!
Best urgent care around! Such nice people, so knowledgeable, and you can make an appointment for a specific time!🎉
I had an appointment and was sent to the back for care immediately upon arrival. Great, supportive and compassionate staff. Highly recommend this location!
I came in for a DOT physical. I made the appointment for 3:30 on Wednesday, I received a call at 1:30 on Wednesday saying they did not have anyone available to do a DOT physical and I could reschedule for Thursday at 3:00. I arrive at about 2:50 but was not seen until 3:45. I have been getting DOT physicals for years and they have been 15-20 minutes at most. This physical took 45 minutes. The staff acted disinterested, but polite. I cant speak on knowledge as this was a routine physical. The lobby and rooms I was in were very clean, that may have been the only good thing about this visit. This was my first and last time using nextcare.
I was seen within 10 minutes. The staff were wonderful. They were all very efficient and professional. I wish this office had Primary Care Doctors because I would definitely sign up!
The staff was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit for my toddler.
They were super friendly!! I drove a little out of my way because the closer locations secretary was very rude. You won’t find that here!! (Their secretary knew what she was doing and was super personable!!) The staff was super cheery and well informed. They got us in and out quickly. I will definitely come here for any urgent care needs now!!
Friendly staff, caring doctor. We have had good experiences at this urgent care!
I went in for yet another UTI, this is common for me as a survivor of sexual assault. I come to this location because they never make me feel less than or ashamed for having to come in often. I came in yesterday, advocated for my needs and they were listened to with no problem. This team is phenomenal.
Was feeling unwell this morning and decided to head in to get checked out. The online scheduling was very easy and made the check in process extremely fast. The front desk staff ( Angie and Litzy ) were very friendly and worked expediently to get my checked in before my check in time was even started. The triage MA (Nicolette) was very professional and conducted vital signs and swabs in some of the best manner I have ever seen. I was quickly roomed and then seen by Janet Thompson. As a provider myself, I can that that she was proficient, knowledgeable, personable, and an excellent provider. She was quick to diagnose and provided great feedback. I had a great experience and would recommend this urgent care to anyone!
Great service. Got good care here. In and out in about 45 minutes. The whole staff is EXCELLENT! Thank you all!
I’m didnt have the chance to be seen at this urgent care despite scheduling an appointment. Upon early arrival I was advised the wait was up to three hours and the staff was incredibly dismissive.
Service was great. From booking online and meeting the Staffs in person.
The guy who took the vital signs and was also the x-ray tech did not have very good costumer service. He did not offer a greeting and looked and acted very angry. The X-ray results were quick. The doctor the was quick, nice, and efficient.
So happy I didnt have to go to the ER they were able to do an x ray there in house. Supplied me with a boot and other then the slightly longer wait then usual (due to waiting on the radiologist to check the xrays)absolutely the best urgent care in our area. I usually make an appointment. Today I didnt in all it took 1 and a half hours / 2 hours. Any other urgent care would have been closer to 3/4 hrs. Thanks again!
Everyone was incredibly nice, So thankful. Pleasant staff
Everyone was very efficient & helpful. Was seen quickly & doc seemed very competent. Listened & communicated well. Will use again if needed.
Well, everyone was very friendly from the start. I came in to see what my ailment was and they did give me a diagnosis and eventually sent me off to go and pick up the meds they prescribed. The Doc was very nice. Just had a hard time understanding him and I was shivering the whole time inside for over 3 hours. Would I go there again? Absolutely.
Dr. Zuck was very informative, i was seen and dish charged within an hour. Very helpful & reassuring! The whole process was simple, Dr. Shannon was humble, respectful and treated my concerns with genuine compassion. Only issue was waiting for her, however there was an apparent mixup so might have just been one of those ‘sh*t happens’ scenarios. Was very pleased with my visit!Def recommend this provider!!!
This is the 2nd time I have had something and have been told I have a viral infection and there is nothing I can take. I am so aggravated because Im sure its a sinus infection and now I just wasted a $40.00 co pay and will now have to try to go somewhere else to get some relief.
I didnt get check out with . He didnt look into my eyes with the light examine my head or nothing. Just diagnosed me by what I said. I at the emgencey room now
Amazing service, customer service 5+ stars if I could. Went in as a walk in, I was greeted by 2 young woman. Hassle free, did need to give up to much information. Got me in and out in no time! I really recommend anyone, needing to be looked at for anything. This is it, they make you feel at home. Thank you staff at NextCare Urgent care. Jesus R. Top of the line patient service! and Dr. Sharon were very professional and understanding of my situation. Thank you again, and will most definitely comeback!
I was unable to see the doctor because the base cost of the visit was $340 with no insurance. That’s insane. The receptionist was very nice though.
Front desk was very gossipy, MA was rushing and distant. PA was kind and empathetic.
Very kind and compassionate staff. We’ve been here many times and they are always doing their absolute best to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. We had an appointment for a sports physical and it only took about 30 minutes total.
Never made it to the appt. The office called before I got there and said there was no doctor to see me and had to come in latter that day if I wanted
What a great experience at NextCare. I stepped on glass and was sure it was still in my foot. From the receptionists to triage to the extraction it was smooth and efficient. Nurse practitioner Taffae Cadeau was very patient and gentle in removing the sliver of glass. One tetanus shot and an antibiotic prescription later for this barefoot aficionado and I was headed home. Thank you ladies!
Wow I can’t believe I got this service from an urgent care! I made an appointment but checked into the line early and I was called in within 10 mins and was seen immediately. Ran the COVID and flu tests and got my meds sent to my pharmacy and was out in 20 mins. They are great just make sure you check in and monitor the list so you know when to head in.
This was first time visiting this Urgent Care. It was very nice. They have an app you can get to stay in touch with them and make appointments. They give you a reservation time so you can go somewhere else and you just come back at your reservation time. Checking in was easy on the app and I was taken back with 20 minutes of my appointment time. The app tells you how many people are in front of you. Since I was a new patient it took longer to enter all my history but once that was done the Dr. Was in quick and I was diagnosed and on my way. Everyone I spoke with, receptionist, nurse and doctor was very nice and friendly! I would highly recommend them!
I wish I could rate 5 stars, but there is a lot of improvement to be made with wait times for appointments. I’m not particularly upset, but I don’t like my time being wasted, especially when I schedule and walk-ins are getting treated before me, in addition to a two hour delay. Please be better about informing patients that there is a large delay or refer them to reschedule so they aren’t waiting a very long time.I say these things because I like coming here and didn’t expect this to happen.
All good thanks to the attentive staff and professional service. Good work!
Easy to book appointment. Arrived 15 min eart, got to see NP at scheduled time. Much easier and cost affective than the ER. Also better hours to make an appointment.
I drove a family member to an appointment there. Walk-ins were taken before patients with appointments. After waiting over two hours with no updates she had to walk into the back and ask what was going on. She was finally seen and told there wasn’t anything they could do anyway. When we left there was a family of four that was still waiting for their appointment over and hour and a half past their scheduled time. No one had said a word to them about the wait either.
Great Customer Service at this clinic. Front Desk...THE BEST. Doctor and Assistant..very nice and professional. Came in on Sunday. Great day to do it!
Today is New Years Day. There was a long wait because of the amount of people as other places are closed. The streamlined check-in is quick and easy over the phone. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I’ve been out an hour and my back pain is greatly reduced. Thankful the NextCare was open on NYD. Recommended! 👍🏻
Overcharged for the shortest exam I have ever gotten. They asked me how much I weighed instead of getting me to stand on a scale. Tried to tell me I had 2 different issues when I only had one. Spent 1 hour waiting with a scheduled appointment to have a 5 minute exam. Told them I did not have insurance so they got me to prepay ($75) which is fine, I did no problem. Then billed me a month later another $110.... for WHAT??? You didnt even deserve the $75 for the 5 minute exam you want to charge another $110. Will NEVER be back. Do NOT recommend.
Staff was cordial and professional. The paperwork was easy to complete. We were seen by physician in a very short time. Overall process was efficient.
Ive visited this facility a hand full of times between my 2 children, myself & my husband. Theyve always had a same day appointment available & I could make the appointments online. You can fill out all of the paperwork before you get there so when you arrive all you do is check in & youre good. Ive never waited long to see the Dr & Ive always felt like I was being heard.❤️ Plus theyve quickly sent prescriptions to the pharmacy for me - I didnt have to wait until the end of the day for meds, like some Drs. Offices. Its a great place - when youre not feeling so great!
Was a quick in and out. I made an appointment the night before. I kind of like that they have you wait in the car. Feel little better about no hacking people sitting in same area while wait to be called back to a room.
I had a very good experience from start to finish. Every person I associated with were knowledgeable, kind and respectful. The rooms were clean and organized as well.
Will send your account to collections claiming that you owe them money when you had already paid the balance in full. Then wont answer phone calls when you try to call them to fix the problem.
It’s always nice, simple and easy anytime I go there, the people there are very nice and work very quick, I was in and out, thank you to the workers there who work hard everyday
I walked-in and received care within an hour. Both the doctor and physicians asst. were skilled, polite and caring. Recommended.
Even though I was not feeling well. I had a great experience. The staff was great. Jenn was wonderful. She gave me information about the medication she prescribed so I can make an informed decision. She also made me feel calm. I left feeling like things were going to be okay. Just follow the doctors order.Thank you !
Great customer service, listened to my concerns, got the help I needed. The app was useful, waiting time wasnt anything like sitting in am ER for hours on end. Definitely useful services.
We had a great experience here. After reading a few reviews I was expecting the worst but it was the opposite. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly, the doctor was super friendly. We had a bit of a wait but that is to be expected.
Been here a few times and just like any of these places you will wait a little while. What sets this one apart is the staff is amazing. The receptionist was bombarded with questions from so many people but she was polite and helpful to everyone. The male nurse there was awesome and polite as well, he made everything quick and easy. The doctors are knowledgeable and help you in any way you can. I’d recommend this place to everyone.
I was very pleased with the care I received at this location. I am post kidney transplant and needed help due to a severe sinus infection. They were happy to oblige and were very understanding of my situation.
I was very pleased with my daughter’s visit. Clinic was clean, staff was very nice and friendly. The wait time was very short, in and out within 30 minutes. The doctor was very knowledgeable, gave good advice and recommendations, very welcoming and detailed in her exam and treatment. I’ll definitely go there again!
The staff was amazing! Everyone was patient and kind to my scared and nervous 5 year old who had a laceration on his head from a recess accident. Kudos to you all for a great experience!
In and out (with an appointment) in 1.5hrs. The doctor actually listened, wrote me the RX I needed, and front of the house was very nice.
Nurse Harmony was amazing So kind and made me feel so comfortable 10 stars for her (out of 5)!!
Excellent health care with wonderful staff, kind doctor, and appropriate medical intervention for my sciatica pain.
I’ve never been to this location before The ladies here were all wonderful, quick, great listeners. Explained things well & made sure I was taken care of! Thanks
All staff were friendly and very approachable. The facility was clean, attractive and professional. Wait time was short. This was my first Urgent Care experience. I was more than a bit fuzzy on how this piece of the puzzle fits in total health care. So, I appreciated the NP’s direct clarification of her boundaries in my on-going health care. She provided excellent guidance on actions to take if my infection doesn’t respond to meds as expected and I felt in confident with the treatment plan. The only disappointment—the order for my meds took hours to be sent to the pharmacy. This was hours of increased pain for me!
Only thing I would change was the attitude or lack of customer service from the person that triaged me. Not rude but wouldnt look at me...acted as if he didnt care I was there and no personality..... the Dr or NP was AMAZING!!!! and the front office ladies were EXTREMELY AMAZING!!!!!!!!
Appointments dont mean anything at this location. I booked an appointment for 11, arrived at 10:40 as requested, and was told there was an hour wait due to walk-ins. What was the point of making am appointment? People with appointments are usually have some sort of time constraints. I didnt get to even leave the office until almost 1:00. Thankfully my sitter was understanding and was able to continue to watch my children while I waited to have my appointment. The front desk, and people working at the office seemed decent, but why take walk-ins over appointments, especially when youre asking people with appointments to show up 15 prior?
Cheryl Stoddard N.P. always provides exceptional individualized care and listens to her patients. She then takes time to inform my family or myself regarding our various medical options to achieve the safest most effective course.Thank you.
The receptionist was excellent. Nurse Kristin was professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable and caring- so awesome!!! Nurse Practitioner James was professional, thorough with the exam and took time to answer all our questions and make us feel welcomed and taken care of. He was excellent in diagnosing and also ordered essential tests. We will be back next time! Hope we get the same people. We received Great care.
Came in due to a irritated eye and a sore throat staff was nice and polite they took my concerns seriously and got me in and out in a timely manner my meds were ready for me the next day to pick up at my local pharmacy 10/10
Online there is a function where you can set up a walk-in appointment ahead of time. I’ve never used it before at any urgent care, but being that I work from home I thought this would be convenient so I could go in during my lunch break and not have to take off work. So it was pretty infuriating when I walked in at the time I was told to arrive by only to be told there was a 2.5 hour wait. I didn’t expect to be taken right back like at a salon, but not that I’d have to wait almost 3 hours either, which completely defeated the purpose. So be aware of that. Once I got the call I could come back, I was in and out quickly.
All the staff were kind and considerate. I made an on line appt and although I qas apprehensive, I have to admit it was easier than trying to fill out the info in the waiting area. I would make Lauren Sharp my primary doctor in a heart beat. She was wonderful, explained what was going on, fully checked for congestion in my lungs, and fully explained the medication and prescribed. Hoping I can see her again.
My only complaint is the wait time. I was just a walk-in visit, so I understand that those with appointments get priority over me. I also understand that everyone-especially health centers-are short staffed and over booked so things are pretty backed up and hard for the staff. It was a 4 hour wait though, so if I were on a tight schedule that would be pretty frustrating to deal with. There were others with appointments that had also ended up waiting for about 4 hours, so it didn’t seem to do much good booking an appointment over walking in like I did. The staff here was very kind and professional; I felt well treated the whole time. They apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience. They didn’t let the stress of backed up appointments drain the quality care they gave. Clean environment.
Great experience. Scheduling checkin and staff…all awesome. Will definitely go back.
I went to a NextCare on her about 21 October. I had been coughing for about a week and a half did not feel well. I had been to them before but this time was different. They took my temperature. Checked my vitals and everything was OK. When I got seen the person who saw me ask me how I was feeling and I told her I been coughing for a couple weeks and I really needed some thing to help with the constant cough. I also was concerned because I had recently had open heart surgery and I want to make sure that the cough is not affecting my heart . She said it could be RSV or Covid. She went to get an RSV test and I thought a Covid test. She came back with nothing. Checked my lungs. She said they were clear and sent me off to buy Mucinex. One week later I was in the hospital with double pneumonia. There’s no way my lungs were clear. I will never visit this Next Care again. I’d rather spend the money and go to the ER on the weekends and be treated by professionals
I’m rarely motivated to take the time to post a negative review, but this Location —and the company overall deserves it.I took my son in for an arm x-ray. Waited 2.5 hours (would have been courteous to be told the wait would be that long, but they didn’t bother—note that because patients aren’t allowed to wait in the waiting room, you can’t really tell how long that line in front of you actually is).I was told only after these 2.5 hours that we couldn’t actually see the x-ray because “that would be illegal” (even though I viewed two previous x-rays in the prior month at hospitals immediately after they were taken…apparently Congress has made a law especially for Next Care at this location which makes it illegal to show a patient the x-Ray the patient is paying for). They said they could mail it to our primary care physician (not an option for us since that doc was on vacation for 2 weeks). The Nurse did opine that my boy’s arm looked broken in several places on the hospital’s x-ray (she was wrong) but refused to agree to show us the x-Ray we waited 2.5 hours to take. So, we gave up, never took the x-Ray, and walked out. (Next day tried again and walked out with a CD, and dug out a laptop with a CD drive from years ago that was able to read the image). We did receive a report (after having to call to ask for it) with the technician’s opinion that no break was seen—but this report was dated before the x-ray was taken. I emailed and asked for an explanation of how that could possibly be—and received no reply. 🤷♂️So, a few week later we got a bill for $125 and $125, for two office visits! Yep, they charged us for that first office visit in which no x-Ray was taken. Maybe they are charging for the argument with the staff? No clue. I’ve now made 3 calls to their business office to get the first office visit false charge taken off. Asked for the Supervisor etc etc, no one calls back.Management at each level seems to be to blame as this organization is uniformly poorly run. Very sad. I’d give negative stars if I could.
The staff was very helpful and caring. Got in and out very quickly.
This was the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care facility. My appointment was at 9:30 and I was done by 9:44. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It seemed a little dirty in the room for me, personally, but the care was great and friendly. We did wait a while, but were there for a non emergency appt so I know other things needed to take priority. Easy, quick(appt) and cheap sports physicals!
I have gone to this location several times and have never had an issue. Check-in is straight forward and they have a good throughput relative to the size of the location. The online appointments are easy enough to book. Only downside is because this is a popular location and relatively small it books up quick.Wow, so the day after posting the above positive review.... they called and canceled my sons and wifes appointment. They did not even attempt to coordinate with the other facilities to fit them in and the customer service call center is a joke... we cant stop walk ins at other facilities because one of our other facilities is overbook, seriously then what is a common call center for. I guess appointments dont mean anything anymore.
I’ve been to this NextCare Urgent Care multiple times and have always had a great experience. The staff is very caring and great at making my children feel at ease.
Faster then a lot of urgent care facilities. The nurse was exceptional. But it’s hard to tell how many people are in front of you as they are in their cars. Even with an appointment you’ll have to wait. It’s very hard to get ahold of the office. You have to go through a 3rd party. Usually have to hang on phone until someone picks up. They may or may not call back. Not well organized to say the least.
Easy to get an appointment even on a holiday. The staff was very kind and efficient. And even went the extra mile to make sure to find a pharmacy that was still open bececause of the holiday so I could start my medicine today rather than have to wait until tomorrow.
Cristen is the nurse who took me back and she’s THE sweetest woman I’ve ever met. And her voice is so soft and gentle I could hear her talk all day. & Brooke was the physician who saw me, she had me in and out in less than 20Minutes. Next care is the best but THIS one is hands down my go to.
UPDATE: Brought my autistic child in to be seen for concerns related to sickness. While making appointments are supposed to be taken in for care in its order, that did not occur. While attempting to reason with the receptionist, I placed emphasis on our childs disability she reacted counter to providing care in a non discriminated way. Rather we waited much longer to then be called in 3 hrs later and be told they were out of the RSV tests. WHAT, UNACCEPTABLE! NEED ADA TRAINING ASAPWonderful experience.., Office staff were helpful with my initial check in and check out.My 1st visit I was seen by an amazing PCA, who was very friendly and professional while rendering care.Today I went in to have sutures removed and the attending Physician was amazing as well. He was gentle when removing my sutures and didnt rush me out the door.Overall I recommend this location and shall utilize their services again, should I be in need!
Was in and out very quickly, but I only went in to request a refill on a RX. Front desk, tech and Dr. were very nice and understanding.
I usually dont leave a review, but today, I made an appointment on to see a doctor here at 1:20 pm, when I showed up at 1:10, I was told they were running late. I was finally able to see the doctor at 3:20.Everyone including the doctor, nurse and office staff was nice and efficient, but what is the point of making an appointment if I have to wait in the car for 2 hours?I was chatting with a staff as I left, the person said that it is like this lately and there is nothing they can do about it as long as the management let people make appointments every 10 minutes plus walk in patients.I am hoping that enough people will complain that someone at the corporate level would take notice and make changes that they can see patients more or less on time. For people looking for an urgent care, Id say just make an appointment first thing in the morning, or show up as a walk in when they open. Its not worth your time in the afternoon.
Everyone was very friendly, courteous and polite and expedited my care quickly. I was there very early in the morning and received exceptional care. I would definitely go back there again. (I didn’t make an appointment but it would be a Good idea to make an appointment if you have the time). Thank you NextCare!
I had to go in to get COVID testing because someone I had been in contact with tested positive. Everything went beautifully from the online check in system to the curbside service. The nurse was so nice and I asked her to please be gentle with the swab. She was! It was unpleasant but bearable. The doctor came out a minute later, asked a few questions and told me Id get a call in 30-45 min. Sure enough, 30 min later received the good news I tested negative. I was asked to schedule an appointment for the testing. Overall everyone I spoke to was very nice! it was a great experience!!
Office is really dingy. Needs a cleaning in rooms. Triage tech was great and friendly.
Took my wife in last night. She had the flu and covid. I went back got checked b out I was neg for both. We did self isolate starting Thursday or Friday. Seems to have paid off.
Staff were all caring. I wasn’t feeling well and they made me feel comfortable. The doctor was incredible, she listened attentively
No appointment available so I checked in and went home (10 min away). They called me when it was almost time so I could drive back. The staff was very nice to work with.
Easy to schedule an appointment and wait time was minimal. Very efficient, thorough care provided by the nurse practitioner. I would definitely use NextcCare again if needed.
Very annoyed. On my first visit, they tried to charge me for an x-ray I never even had.On my most recent visit, they told me it was too busy and that I should go to another location because it wasnt as busy based on the computer. The moment I got to the other location, the wait was literally just as long, and it took half an hour just to drive across town to get to the different location. What even.
Took my daughter there to the White Oak location on 12 April a little after 5 PM. She had been throwing up all day long and had flu like symptoms. They tested her for the flu. She came back negative but the provider said she was going to treat it as the stomach flu anyway, she was supposed to call her in dissolvable nauseous medication. The medication never got called in last night. I’ve called a total of six times today to find out where the medication was. Since the white oak location was closed. It took two other people at the call center to help me get a provider to call it in since the doctor didn’t even note it in her medical chart. She remained sick all day long today throwing up not able to keep much down I get a phone call at almost 830 at night to let me know the medication is ready, since it’s after business hours the medication had to go to a pharmacy that is out of my net work. It’s also a huge inconvenience to have the medication 24 hours later and I have to get her up out of the bed on a school night to go get the medication , she was supposed to return to school tomorrow on 14 April. I hope she’s able to do so since we’re not getting medication until the night before she starts school totally incompetent and not very empathetic. It’s been a huge inconvenience because her vomiting was so bad I had to leave work again. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a horrible experience at this location let alone I’m a single mother that’s totally exhausted from being up with a sick child all night long. I get doctors are human, but when it comes to children, we really should be a little bit more careful.
They were knowledgeable and service was great
Worst customer service ever. Tried to make an appointment for both my daughter and IHad no luck. Waited on hold on 3 different occasions over 30 mins with no answer. Now after an hour and a half after our scheduled appointment the woman at the front didnt know why we were told to come up to the office. So now here we wait.
Walked in 30 minutes before closing and my 7 month, 4 y/o and I were treated so kindly! Able to get a strep test to rule out any bacterial infection for my infant. Thank you NextCare!
Worst urgent care. What is the point of the Solv system you have in place if you don’t honor the time. Checked in at 11:20am for an appointment at 11:30am. Person after me who checked in was seen BEFORE me. Waited 2 hours and not even seen. We had to leave. Receptionist was short with me even though she could tell we were waiting there a while. Not coming back or recommending. Don’t understand the positive reviews.
This location is really hit and miss. Depending on who is at the front desk check in and appointments go smoothly or you wait for hours even with an appointment. I took one kid one day without an appointment and waited an hour. The next day I took my other son with an appointment and waited 2.5 hours before I complained and was told she had him in the system wrong. Ashley P. at the front desk is clueless. I watched her walk in circles and misplace patients paperwork twice while I was there. She was polite but it was a train wreck! Appointment was at 2pm we left after 5!!!
I really wanted to put a no star. They’re not helpful at all i mean I was there for treatment and i was in pain they couldn’t even provide a prescription and the prescription that they provided was no where in the United States. And they said sorry there is nothing else they can do so they mean go die with pain. So ridiculous!
My exam was good, but it took over halfan hour to see the nurse practitionner.
This urgent care is convenient most times. But the past two times I’ve walked in they’ve told me I have to come in the next day. What’s the point of and “urgent care” if you won’t take walk ins? I’ll be going somewhere else from now on. And I’ll be sure to not recommend them to anyone I know. Do better!
The staff here is really great. Very courteous, professional and they move at a very steady pace. There isn’t a lot of waiting.
AP was very nice and helpful . Would use her again. But the front office staff needs help and some training on how to treat patients. They’re very rude to everyone that came in . It doesn’t take much to smile and tell patients to have a better day .
I waited over an hour despite having an appointment while walk ins were taken ahead of me, the person who took me back forgot to come and take my blood pressure and ended up taking it after I was seen by the doctor (who moved me to a different room for this other person to apparently come find. When he did find me, he looked at me and told me that he thought I had left) who came in and casually told me to remind her why I was there because “I just saw like, 4 other patients.”The examination lasted less then five minute and ended with her telling me that it was just allergies and that she would give me a nasal spray (which ended up being $150 not covered by insurance which I DO have. I bought what in that spray from target twenty minutes later for $30 in the form of two separate sprays) those sprays haven’t helped and my throat and chest seem to be getting worse even though I was told my lungs sounded good and that my throat was raw, but just from allergies. My throat wasn’t sore at the time.As far as I’m concerned I got no service. That was a waste of my time and probably my money. I should have just for to the patient first in Central Park like I always do
My visit to Nextcare Urgent Care far exceeded my expectations. I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. She then proceeded to ask me the necessary medical questions to better assist me. I was seen by a provider, in less than an hour. Which I thought was great. For being a walk-in patient. My provider listened to my concerns intently and was friendly. I felt reassured and cared for at Nextcare. Id recommend that you consider, going to Nextcare for your Urgent Care needs!
The staff and doctor are absolute professionals. They assisted me and addressed all my issues. Although it took sometime to be seen, that is expected during this time of the year. 0 complaints and all praise to the staff. Thank you!
I have not been exposed in the past to a more efficient, professional & caring staff in any past visit for emergency care. The doctor I have seen several times for a recurring issue has recognized me & knows why I am there before we even chat. The ability to book an apt time on line & sit home & wait for the call to proceed to the facility is awesome. Prescriptions called in usually before you leave the building, paperwork printed with diagnosis, follow up, etc., is quick to be put in your hands & get you on your way. Such a comfort to have such a great facility so very close by -
Pre-booked an appointment, arrived & checked in early, and still waited more than a hour past our appointment time to be seen. Was sent an explanation for the delay that you could not exit without clicking I understand yet none of the people waiting with us fit the explanation. 🙄
Preregistered online and when I arrived I was called back even before my copay was processed. Staff was friendly yet professional. After vitals were taken, I was directed to an exam room where I waited for the doctor. The Doctor came in after only about 5 minutes. I loved her! She really put me at ease. Other than being sick 🤧 and not feeling well, I had a very positive experience 🙍♀️
The overall experience was good. The Doctor and Nurse Tonya were fantastic!! The receptionist was pretty unprofessional and I felt like she was the priority as well as her gossip with other co-workers rather than the patients. I felt like she was in no rush to get me registered so I could get called back in a timely fashion. Very long wait for only having 1 other person there, but the Doctor and Nurse Tonya made it worth it.
We have been to this location 3 times in the past month. Two of the experiences were wonderful but this past one on Sunday, 5/15 was extremely unpleasant. We checked in 15 minutes prior to our appointment time and were asked to wait in the car. This appointment was for my daughter. There were 4 people in the large waiting room. Although I thought it odd, we complied. About 45 minutes in, I went and checked for an update (30 minutes after the appt time). The waiting room was empty, and there were only 3 cars with people in them in the parking lot. The receptionist quoted 15-20 min. Went back to the car until we had been there for over and hour and 20 minutes. Went back in and asked to speak to a supervisor. The receptionist, who has poor customer service, said they didnt have one today on site. I asked to speak to someone because I had been sitting in my car for over an hour. To this she responded fairly rudely, that there was another woman who had been sitting in her car for an hour and 45 minutes and had not been called. I told her to cancel the appointment, in not a very mature fashion Ill admit, and walked out. The woman sitting in her car was elderly. This location could easily have communicated the anticipated wait times and given us both an choice to make an alternative decision but didnt and was provided inaccurate expected times. The rudeness was also very offputting. Please do better, this was completely unacceptable in the medical field.
The whole staff is very kind and professional. I got the help I needed and felt confident about the care I received. The only reason for not giving the 5th star is that, even though one can pre-book appointments online, it still takes about an hour from that appointment to actually get care.Other than that, I’m quite pleased with this facility.
Always super easy to make an appointment, the front desk was streamlined with their easy check in process, The nurses and medical assistants in triage are always easy to talk to and very helpful, and the Doctors, NP and PAs are always very informative, helpful, easy going and a great listeners. We love White Oak NextCare - we will be back!
Great location, great staff. Short wait time. Tested for COVID and flu. Seen by provider quickly with speedy test results.
There for a DOT physical. Made online appt. Greeted by a smiling face in reception. Very helpful. Proceeded through process with a wonderful nurse and the Doc was awesome. Reassuring, kind, insightful.
At 6:30 on a Friday night, the staff was the best I’ve ever encountered at the White Oak office! Friendly and speedy and genuinely seemed to care; what a wonderful experience! And I was in and out in 30 minutes!!
My visit went very smoothly, and everyone there was very professional!
I just moved to the Virginia area and have had to go in for ear infections and a ongoing cough. The staff is always very polite and get you checked in quickly. The nurses and doctors have been very helpful each time I have been in. Thank you all from me for making going in to see a doctor as pleasant as it can be. Also, I have NEVER had more than a 30 minute wait and I have been there 4 times in the last 5 months.
Amazing place, if I ever have another accident I will come here! I really hurt my back, and I did a walk-in appointment. I was seen almost immediately, very little waiting. They were all very kind about working around my pain, gave me lots of tips of places to go to buy supplies (heating pad). Most importantly to me, the receptionist was extremely kind!!! I was a littleshaky and dropped my keys and my phone, and I couldn’t physically bend down without pain. She saw how pained I was and helped me out by picking up my keys/phone for me. A little gesture, but in that moment meant the absolute world to me!
Very professional staff from start to finish. Everyone was cheerful and the PA was very thorough and professional. Felt very comfortable with their assessment and diagnosis and treatment plan. Those looking for after hours medical care that doesn’t require an emergency room visit, I plan to keep them in the Rolodex for any future issues.
Love the online apppintmwnt and check in. You typically don’t spend a lot of time in the waiting room. They still need to figure out a way to resolve the wait time in the patient room. 45 minute wait for 3 minutes of face time with the Doctor is not the best ratio. Your prescription is quickly and efficiently sent to the pharmacy of your choice and it is typically waiting for you when you get there. They almost have it perfected.
The staff was very polite and helpful. Im new to the area and the staff made me feel comfortable.
Fast and courteous! Didn’t feel like going to doctors and having to sit in the waiting room. However this Next Care was moving fast. I was able to see a doctor and get a prescription fast, plus they were very kind and courteous. I will recommend Next Care to all my friends! Thank you for taking such good care of me!
I grew up down the road and used to come here as a kid for sports physicals and basic needs. Well I needed some blood work and testing done, and I just finished visiting my parents, so I figured Id stop by out of convenience. Upon check in, I notified the lady at the desk to ensure these private test results and bill not be sent to my parents place on file. Twice I mentioned it, out of fear of what would later happen. They ensured me they updated to my new home address. When I was finished, I went to the desk to verify for a THIRD time that the bill would not be sent to my parents and instead to my own address. Not only did they send it to my parents, they even addressed to their names! So of course they opened it and saw the VERY PRIVATE blood tests that I have undergone. Unfortunately I am not a millionaire, so getting a lawyer would be a waste of resources I dont have, but this was a massive HIPPA violation that I cant do anything about. I havent lived at that address in over 10 years.I then called the corporate office to express my frustrations and they acknowledged that this wont happen again, and that my address on file has been updated. Mind you, I have yet to receive a bill in my mail. Im sure you could guess what happened. Yes, they sent the same bill to my parents, not once, but TWO more times! The amount of private information in these bills was embarrassing. NextCare is completely reckless. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the doc was nice. The administration is poor and they even told me I wouldnt be billed at all on my way out because it was all covered.
They were friendly fast. I was tested for COVID and the FLU both test came back negative. I was told that I had a virus everything was clear with no congestion nose, ears chest. I had a very bad soar throat and was told he saw a little sinus drip. I called back to get a doctors note for work and was told they dong give them and to download their app for my visit. Only thing it said that I tested negative for COVID an FLU and I had a cough. No mention that I had a sever soar throat and was prescribed cough medication. Nothing! I feel they could do better with patient records documenting the entire reason for visit and give patients a not pertaining to their illness.
This was the first time I had been to any walk in clinic. The people there are very kind , caring, and professional. I checked in online so my wait was minimal (Ive had much longer waits at most doctors offices). My prescriptions were faxed in to my pharmacy immediately. A really good experience and I am so fortunate to have this clinic so close to my home!
Got a test done here today and was very impressed with the efficiency and care of staff. All four encounters with four different staff were professional and friendly. Paola, Christy, and the triage nurse were all excellent (sorry didn’t get her name.) Dr. Zuck was amazing. She was a true fountain of information and was incredibly thorough. They did great - and I am grateful.
The employees at this location (White Oak Road in Fredericksburg, VA) were amazing! I had an appt for 8am, I checked in at 8:01 & received a text stating the system had checked me in. About 20 minutes later I went online to check the waitlist & it showed I hadn’t checked in. I called the 800 number & the gentleman was kind & told me I was not checked in. He checked me in at 8:22 even though I had been waiting. I waited a little longer then decided to go in. The lady at the reception was the kindest person I’ve encountered in a long time. I was stressed because the system glitched my check in & she was so understanding to help me & listen. She got me right in. Besides the system glitching my check-in, it was a great experience & will be back!
My wait was minimal and the visit was efficient. The office is clean and the staff is friendly and well organized.
Showed up an hour before closing and was still seen an hour after posted time of closing. Receptionist, nurse and doctor were all super nice, and I received a test to confirm infection and a prescription was sent to pharmacy. Very Thankful for care.
My experience went well. Crystal. Tonya and the Physician Assistant were very pleasant and professional. The best thing was not having to wait, less expensive than the ER.and the Doctor did a thorough exam explaining the condition I was in.
I went to Next Care because I was not feeling well but didn’t want to go to hospital as I felt it wasn’t an emergency & I knew if I was that bad they would send me. Thankfully I didn’t have to go. The entire staff today was so kind and considerate I knew I made the right decision. Amin Karkain PA-C, is the nicest person I had the pleasure to have treating me. He was thorough and explained everything about what was going on and went over the treatment plan and medicines thoroughly. Thank you to all for working through this difficult time and treating people with dignity!
It was pretty busy when I got there, probably normal for a Friday evening. The wait was fairly long but there were a lot of people ahead of me, many of whom may have been much sicker.I was very happy with the care I received, and the friendly but professional attitude of the staff. The Dr. was very helpful.
They worked quickly and made my 3 year old feel comfortable and safe. Everyone was very helpful and informative about everything. I don’t normally leave reviews but the service we received was worth leaving five stars.
I felt genuinely cared for. Listened to everything I had to say and didnt down play my symptoms. Fast results with a personal call from my provider. Ive been here a few times for me and my children. Each time I feel heard and genuinely cared for.
The waiting area is spacious and very clean, the receptionist is very caring and professional, also very knowledgeable. The nurses and the nurse practioner are great, very caring and profesional. I was impressed with the level of service, I would give the 10 stars.
My husband and I found out we had been exposed to someone that tested positive for Covid. The office on 330 White Oak Rd. was the only office to actually answer the phone, and they were very helpful & understanding. They answered all our questions. When we arrived, they again answered the phone promptly, took down all our information. The Nurse that administered the test was very sweet & sympathetic. Although they were very busy and we did have to wait they were absolutely professional & caring. We would not hesitate to come back to them for any other medical needs.
There were no appointments left so we had to walk-in at 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Not only did they get us back quickly, the entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional! This location is our go-to for just about everything from illness, injuries, rashes and infections. Thank you for the great care!
Very clean facility with a professional staff! I arrived a little after 9am on a Sunday and there was about an hour wait. I checked in, went to the grocery store for a few items and before I knew it, I received a text saying it was time for my appointment. The receptionist was very friendly. The triage nurse was fast and polite. Dr. Breen was very professional and paid close attention to our concerns regarding out 2 year old daughters illness. We will definitely return - but hopefully we wont need to ;)
Personnel were friendly and yet very professional. Candice was very efficient and a good listener. Stephanie was very professional and asked pertinent questions and also friendly as well. Mukul was very thorough and seemed concerned about my health. Very personable and easy to talk to . Overall we were very impressed with our visit. It was specifically appreciated to have a provider that did not rush us out of the door .Thank you all!Jack and Jackie Bianco
The entire staff was extremely attentive. Wow #1.We were seen as soon as we walked through the door. Wow #2. The doctor and nurses spent a good 10 minutes showing my daughter how to properly use her crutches up and down the hallway. Giving plenty of advice and encouragement. I was truly impressed and grateful for such great care. Wow #3 Although my daughter was in pain they provided the ultimate source of healing which was comfort and laughter. Thank you NextCare on White Oak Road in Fredericksburg, VA.
I took my sick 4 yo and waited three hours to be seen. Then over an hour after that to be seen by the doctor. This was mid day with three other people in the waiting room. The portal told me I was next the whole three hours. If you’re going to take that long then you need to inform people. Absolutely ridiculous.
Chrissy and James were amazing to us!!! My child got a pencil lead stuck in ear. It was embedded deep so they had to flush it out. Everyone was SO kind and SO professional. James reassured her and was so kind. Chrissy was awesome from the moment she answered the phone when I called ahead of time, to taking vitals to doing the flushing procedure. They were amazing there. I was scared since it wasnt a pediatric urgent care but they were so awesome with my child. If I ever have the need, I will come back! Thank you Chrissy and James!!
They are fast, kind and have the right tools and knowledge to get the job done quickly and effectively. They have helped my kids on multiple occasions with various injuries and always made them feel safe and unafraid.
I stood in line for an hour only to get into the waiting room and them tell me that they were not taking anyone without an appointment and that they were not equipped to handle the demand they were experiencing that day. I called ahead and spoke with someone at their call center that said they were able to accommodate walkups and had plenty of tests available.
Came in the other day as a walk in for a physical for my son and was told we had to have an appt after being told we can walk in. Then made an appt and came in today for a 10am appt and it is now 1130 and still have not been seen. I advised that I have an appt of my own and the provider said give me a few minutes. The point of an appt is to be seen at that time and especially after being turned away as a walk in a few days ago.
My last experience with this office was AWESOME. We had a over all great visit. My daughter was extremely sick and because it was a Sunday afternoon and we were unable to take her to be seen by her regular pediatrician because they arent open on the weekends we took her to the closest NEXTCARE instead. I was extremity pleased with the complete outcome of this visit. The entire staff was wonderful and very helpful from the exact moment we walked in. We will definitely continue to keep going back to this location for all of our families urgent care needs.
Appointment or no appointment it takes an hour to get called back to triage and another to see a doc. Just found out that there are only 2 providers during the week and 1 on the weekends. The care you receive, in my opinion, is better than our primary physician’s office which why I gave 3 stars. Just expect to wait a while.
Medical examiner, placed incorrect dates on the DOT certificate. Now I have to come back to get this fix.Slow down, and make sure documentation is correct.
Was able to book an appointment for my daughter and was seen right away, also the provider Brooke was very informative, front desk and nurses was amazing as well!
Receptionist was very friendly and courteous. The other staff where courteous and patient. Did not have to wait longer than expected. Everything takes time nowadays.
Went here yesterday at 7pm. The receptionist told me it will be a 2 hour wait.. Well I live 2 min up the street so I asked her to call me. Well she did I went and waitee another hour and a half. We still wasnt seen because the Dr. Was having fun conversation with her staff. So we left. One of my worse experiences.
My daughter and I went in this morning because we are both extremely sick. The website said 6 parents ahead of us. Great, right. Get there ad the line is out the door. No worries everywhere is busy. Get to the desk and the receptionist says (rudely) you were here last week. Umm, no I have never been here. So she says they are doing appointments and the next available is 5:40 and 5:50. Ok cool. We made the appointment. This was about 10:30am. We came back for our appointments and she is like we have to reschedule. I knew ths was going to happen. She then tries to set us appointments for the 30th. What? We are sick and you have waisted our time. The receptionist was so smug and just like oh well. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
Waited 3 hrs for an appt. Why did I even bother with an appointment if you’re seeing walk-ins first. The dr refused to give my daughter medicine just recommended allergy medicine over the counter and she is still sick and worse. Worst experience I have ever had and will not ever come back here. Also I was seen here and MY RX was sent under my maiden name not my married name which I updated when I made the appointment. Obviously they’re overworked and understaffed.
I went to this facility to get some tests done. I was in and out very quickly and had no trouble at all. They gave me the test I went in for, explained the next steps to me and what to expect as well as how to access the test results sooner. Very respectful and very professional, they try to be as inoffensive and uninvasive as possible. 10/10, would highly recommend.
Respectful, kind, courteous, and prompt staff. Best experience I have had at an Urgent Care ever. Even with high volume and low staff, they still made this an easy and hassle-free experience.
I made an appointment online. The wait was not bad and the staff was very attentive. Physicians care was short and to the point with satisfactory results.
The Nurse was very friendly and made a good impression with her concern and professionalism! The Doctor was prompt, thorough and her bedside manner was gracious and diagnosis wasStraightforward but seasoned with Compassion!
Im an essential employee at a dental office. Felt like I had a summer cold. Coughing, sore throat and congestion for over 4 days. Had a lack of taste. I went to this facility, was seen right away and greeted promptly. The entire staff was attentive and friendly. The nurse who administered my nasal swab for COVID testing was as gentle as possible. Received my results a half hour later! And NEGATIVE, woo hoo!I highly recommend this team!
Staff was very polite and efficient. I was seeing at my appointment time and was in and out.
Understanding resources are low, the wait was 2+ hours on a Thursday afternoon. The NP couldn’t discard the needles she used in me as the bio-hazard bin was full; so that needed to be addressed while I was in the room. I was given another person’s discharge papers when I left.
