If I could give less stars, I would. Not to the clinic itself. But to the Nurse practitioner there, Mize. I went in the day after a miscarriage to make sure I didn’t need to do anything else. Knowing full well that I had one. She tried to basically gaslight me into believing that it was just my regular period and refused to look at pictures or anything I had to say about it. With already being upset, I left even more upset with no help at all.

It makes me sad to give them 1 star. I delivered my last 2 babies here with doctor taheri. I called the other day with a question about insurance and the lady I spoke to was incredibly rude and REFUSED to listen to what I had to say. I saw Dr. Taheri and shes a blessing but those office staff are awful and all they care about is money.

I love East Lakeland OBGYN!! I have been a patient here for 29 1/2 years! I started of with Dr. McMillian and now I’ve been with Dr. Meck for almost 22 years! Dr. Meck is an amazing doctor! She’s delivered all 4 of my children and I see her once or twice every year! She has always prioritized my health and any concerns I’ve had! I am self pay now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! For those who have negative comments, I can’t agree with them. I just know everyone has their own experience and opinions!

Awful experience! Dr Turner is a sweetheart but her nurse Mary D is a horrible human being. She was very rude with a nasty attitude. She used my medical condition to leverage an argument with myself (the patient). How unprofessional!! I hope Dr. Turner’s nurse, Mary D has the day she deserves. I have canceled all future appointments with East Lakeland OBGYN.

RED FLAGS!!!!! You cant change doctors once youve started seeing one. I tried and was ghosted. Receptionists lied and never returned my calls. I had to find another clinic which was a blessing anyway!

I highly recommend East Lakeland OBGYN to expectant mothers and those of us who are past that point in our lives. It was the best experience of 3 births at 3 different locations. Dr. Meck is amazing. She listens to your concerns, and does everything in her power to help you. I also want to recognize the financial department, or the “money people” as I call them. I had a procedure last year, and I spoke with a lady who informed me not only of the expense I would incur through their office, but every other outside sources that would charge me as well. There were no surprises when it came to bills. Fast forward to this year where I had a procedure done at a different facility, and I’ve been hit with 3 different “surprise” bills that nobody ever discussed with me ahead of time. It made me extremely grateful for the woman who walked me through this part at East Lakeland OBGYN.

I’ve recently delivered my baby girl in June and i just want to say Dr. Meck is the best from my prenatal appointments down to me delivering my baby and it’s not only her, but the nurses that took care of me while i was there they were absolutely the best.

If you come here you better plan to be here all day long. They are in no hurry to see you and send you on your way. My girlfriend and I have been here for 2 hours apt at 2:30 didn’t get seen until 3:30. And lord forbid you put your foot on the table in the waiting area bc your back is hurting so bad from waiting on them for so long.

My wife and I have been here multiple times and it seems like we are waiting at least 1/2 hour-45 minutes every time. We all have places to be and their office just leaves us for a while. We could have gone to the er faster then here. The doctor we saw is not very encouraging and I always get a weird vibe from her

Dr. Missy McMinn is an absolute God send. She fixed a problem that three doctors over the course of nearly a year missed/ overlooked with me. She is absolutely wonderful.

This is a really great office if you have no gynecological issues. They get you in and out quick. I strongly discourage you from this office if you deal with pelvic pain. They gave me the wrong treatment for endometriosis (an ablation- which just treats the symptoms, not the roots). A few years later, I had to find an excision specialist to treat the endometriosis. I was still seeing my regular provider here hoping my doctor would learn from my experience. After my excision, my endo specialist recommended Pelvic Floor Therapy to learn to relax the muscles after the pain I was in. My provider here strongly discouraged PFT because she said it tightened muscles. After ignoring her, I went anyway and turns out PFT helps relax muscles and my pelvic pain is now non-existent. Side note- the PFT knew the doctor and had even done a presentation for the office about the benefits of PFT. She obviously was not listening that day. The last complaint is during digital annual exams, she never mentioned me jumping off the table. The endo specialist immediately noticed the pain and mentioned this was not normal. Once again, this is a great place for annual exams with no issues, but please, do yourself a favor and find a specialist for pelvic pain.

I could not have asked for a better doctor. I had a complicated pregnancy and Dr. Meck went above and beyond. She helped a horrible experience much more bearable. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I have been treated on numerous occasions by FNP, Sharon Brown and always received outstanding service from her as well.

I am very pleased with the concern and compassion shown by both nurses and doctors at this establishment. But I have to say the business office manager (at least thats what she calls herself) is very rude and unprofessional. I question her respect for herself because she does not have any for others. She states shes professional but I do believe it is a HIPPA violation to discuss patient information with your door open and others can hear because you were loud, rude, disgruntled, oppositional and figured the young lady you were talking to has no rights. But she does have rights, she is still a person, things should be explained in a professional manner without the business manager trying to belittle her in front of her peers. I feel sorry for the business manager because conducting business is not what she is good at and maybe they should consider giving her a position where she does not have to work with others, and that would probably be at her own home, dealing with no one but herself.

Insurance policy at this clinic is terrible. If you are part of the percent of Americans that have a deductible plan, find a different clinic. Will make you pay 100% upfront, no matter if your insurance adjusts price. To make it even worse, the cost is definitely higher here than other clinics.

Absolutely love this practice! The doctors are so nice and they take great care of you. Plus, you can book an appointment online and also get your prescriptions refilled. Highly recommend!

I hate to see the negative reviews on here. I see Dr. N. Hardeman and this will be my second delivery with her. Dr. Hardeman and her staff has always been nothing but kind. I highly recommend her she has great bed side manners. Clean professional facility.

Everyone was really nice. Really liked Dr Turner. I didn’t even have time to fill my paperwork out before they called my name. Very fast in and out.

This is a wonderful clinic - they treat patients in a kind and caring manner. I’ve been going for 8 years and never had the slightest problem with being treated poorly.

I found this clinic a few years ago during a web search, I have loved it from my very first visit! I recommend them every chance I get.

Do yourself a favor and find yourself a different clinic to go to. Poor communication and more worried about the money than the patients.

This clinic is horrible. Jerry Lloyd is very rude and racist. She is inconsiderate and does not care about the people. This is an office manager who will lose business for this clinic.

Was told that they accept Medicaid. Just to be told I need to find another OBGYN . Even though it’s posted on there website that they do

Dr. Johnson was great when she worked there. She has now since relocated.

I have been coming here for years...Dr.Mcminn is the best
