Planned Parenthood - Fayetteville Health Center

Personally Im happy with the service the only thing I dont like is how they kinda beat around the bush about pricing an the 2 visit can be 4-6 hours talking about is something to do with laws and how some people come from far away which doesnt make sense why would they schedule an appointment if were going to be sitting here for 4-6 hours I have severe health issues an first of all I didnt even eat breakfast not only that Ive been nauseous and throwing up for the past 2 days and now got me waiting in the lobby but a whole bunch of other people when all I can hear for was a pillow and to leave which doesnt quite make sense. My personal opinion if I can give them no stars I would because I just feel like this is wasting peoples time making it harder for us to make a right decision.

Came here and was gaslit! It was sad as hell as a blackwoman being gaslit by a a black female practitioner. I came in seeking treatment for a previously diagnosed issue, but she ignored what I said and treated me for something else instead, without doing any testing. Told me to come back if her treatment didnt resolve the issue. IT DIDNT! But why the hell would I go back?! To be gaslit again? A joke.

Love this facility!! Very nice staff.. they make you feel comfortable and welcome, this is my second time here getting my IUD replaced and I always have a pleasant experience

This place is absolutely horrible came to bring someone here, have been here since 9:40am.and it’s now 3:13 pm and she has not even been in the back why have patients come here to sit for nearly 6 hours they have got to do better

Had surgical procedure it was uncomfortable and very scary but staff were excellent very attentive and caring.Nerves will take over sometimes not knowing what to expect but its such a quick process and over before you know it. Excellent doctor dont remember her name but she was amazing and very caring along with the support nurse. .

Had an appt for bc refill today at 3:10 and I’m already done with my visit at 3:37. Everyone was so kind and it was easily one of my more pleasant experiences at a medical office. Self pay wasn’t outrageously priced and def feels like a safe environment.

I had an excellent experience. I had the surgical procedure and it was pretty much painless and quick. The staff were friendly and it felt like I was chatting with people I knew my whole life. I was in good hands. You will too!

Fayetteville has a lot of ugly places but this facility is not one of them. The receptionist was absolutely amazing, very friendly, welcoming and had a great sense of humor. Then Jen took me to the back, recorded my stats,vitals and asked questions. She was also an extremely welcoming and kind person. Nothing was awkward I felt comfortable. Lastly, the medical professional who replaced and implanted my new IUD (who’s name I can’t remember 😭) was absolutely amazing and definitely passionate and professional about her craft. Everything done was smooth and efficient. After words I experienced cramps and they helped me until my mom picked me up. This wonderful facility that I’d recommend to anyone.

Just to be honest … the waiting room was ridiculously full as if they booked appointments back to back . My appointment was at 9am , didn’t go to the back until almost 12. Then to be told I would have to go to Chapel Hill because I was too far along (by a week) for my procedure . My appointment was made 3 weeks prior so they knew how far along I was which was extremely frustrating. They tell you book online but it doesn’t let you I had to physically go up there in person to make an appointment , because they NEVER answer the appointment line . If you are anywhere close to 15 weeks seeking a procedure don’t waste your time here .

Staff was very nice and accomodating, makes sure you’re comfortable. I see a lot of people complaining about the wait time, and it was a little wait for me also but I was able to avoid the extensive wait time by booking my appointment as soon as they open. Just a tip!

My experience was amazing. They made me feel great. The atmosphere was so fun and positive. They inform on how my appointment was going to go. Everything was pretty fast pace as well. The ladies who work there was sweet. The doctor, I believe it was Katy or Katelyn but she was amazing. I definitely recommend here.

The nurses were very kind and patient. The nurse that took my vitals and completed my chart was very helpful. They really helped me to relax and remain calm through the process since it was my first abortion. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others!

From the front desk who was friendly and mentioned by name, to the nurse who spoke nicely with me and really cared, ending with the doctor who went out her to explain things to me I felt extremely welcomed here.They fitted me in the schedule for my pap and birth control with no appointment.Pros: friendly, personable caring staff.Cons: long wait times and very crowded.

Planned Parenthood keeps improving for the better. they have my respect and my loyalty. the appointment was very positive. the price was less than half of the other one i went to. i am very happy with my treatment. would recommend this center to anyone who needs the help they provide without a second thought.

The staff here was some of the kindest people I have ever met.I have never entered a medical office and felt so comfortable being there. The nurse was kind and patient with me. My doctor was knowledgeable about the IUC and answered every question I had for her before I even got to ask it. The front desk staff was also very pleasant to talk to and they made sure I understood everything I was singing up for and paying for in full detail. Everyone here treated me like I was a person and not just another patient walking through the door. Ill continue to go here.

Feeling a little overwhelmed . The process is already a hard one but to get here and be waiting for so long because it seems that they are overbooked is ridiculous ! There’s so many patients in the waiting room yet it seems like no names are being called. I’m just over it at this point . Update: appt was at 1010… it’s 1:47, still haven’t been seen by doctor .

I had what seemed like a million things going on but very happy to have come here, it led me to a specialist to make sure I’m extra ok. It’s really like a women’s center honestly. The people here really are nice people and I love Mrs. Christina!!! She made my visits so comfortable. She’s so amazing!! She just . . . I love her.

I can’t say enough about the quality of care provided, from the first phone call to walking out the door. Everyone involved was extremely professional, thorough, and so kind. The waiting room is clean, bright, and welcoming. I’m so thankful for Planned Parenthood, especially the Fayetteville team.

Honestly this place is great. The receptionist has wonderful people skills and the nurse practitioner here is amazing. They know what they are doing, and very knowledgeable. The staff here are so great! And its a warm comfortable environment.I went here for my pap exam and NP Elizabeth is so kind

The only issue I have is the call center that will schedule 6-8 patients at the same time which is the cause for the really long wait time plus theres only one doctor I believe. The call center doesnt realize how long certain procedures will take or staffing so they just schedule everyone for the same time slot. My appt was at 9:30 & 5-6 other ppl had the same appy time. Just know your probably gonna be there between 4-6 on busy days. In clinic procedure was very uncomfortable just giving a heads up. If you have a high pain tolerance then you should be fine but unfortunately I do not so it was painful. The procedure is only about 10 mins. Staff was really friendly and nice, you dont feel any judgements.

Drove two hours for an appointment, if you want to use insurance you MUST call 24hrs prior. Nobody told me even though it said insurance was covered you MUST call for them to actually use it. Even though I put my information in. They dont run it unless you call.

They were very nice! And I mean EvErYbOdY!! They were informative when I had questions! The ONLY THING is you have to wait a few, few hours 😅. I would definitely give them 5 stars except for the wait.

My friends appt was at 11:40am. It’s 4:30pm and she still has yet to be seen!! I know it’s covid and they are being extra cautious but that makes it a little worse because we couldn’t even wait inside. We’ve been in the car waiting for them to call her for HOURS!

Been here since 11:00 am & its now 3:00pm they need to just close down because the wait time is ridiculous just for taking a pill !! & if they dont have enough funding to fund more than one doctor ...why are they open? They need to plan how to run a business instead of planning parenthoods ! Never again will I come here not for myself or anybody else !

Literally the worst experience front staff was nice the manager or whatever she was was rude and acted like she didn’t know her stuff I honestly was glad I didn’t have to do a procedure here don’t recommend

Best abortion I ever had and only so far. Loved messed with the stupid fake Christians outside.Hopfullt will neelver have to again but if I do. Id go thru them.

Would never answer the phone for me to even schedule a abortion appointment. I called 6 times an was put on hold for 30mins each time.

Planned parenthood does so much for women. I get my annual check ups here and receive information on maintaining reproductive health. Thank you!

Terrible. My appointment was at 12 and I’ve been sitting for two hours. This clinic obviously overbook themselves

I went there today from the time I walked in and from the time I walked out everybody there were so nice and helpful. Keep up the good work!!!

They do a lot more than abortions. They provide cheap or free birth control to women who are low-income, therefore lowering the number of abortions performed. Thanks Planned Parenthood!!

Took 6 hours just to be seen for fifteen minutes. First and last time I’ll come here. They suck.

TERRIBLE this place doesnt answer the phone at all called 8 times throughout last week left voicemail nd number for callback nd nothing each time.

I would like to give this place a 0. The lack of qualified doctors, which you find out about after they told you that they will help you 100%. You definitely can’t call them doctors!!! I paid for two blood tests and still havent received the results. To which they said “we don’t know how it happened.” And of course the money was not returned to me. And when I started to find out why this happened at the reception, instead of offering me to do the test for free or return the money, they counted this time of clarification as an appointment and asked me to pay.Just a bunch of clowns!!!!
