ID Care - Infectious Diseases Specialty Practice

Great experience with ID Care. I used ID Care for consultations for myself and family for some health concerns. They were very flexible when it came to scheduling an appointment and worked around our schedules. The team was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

My mother in law goes here and they do a great job with her. They keep her comfortable and at ease during the entire visit everyone is very kind and answer any questions she has. I would recommend

These people make follow ups after your meds need refilled then screw you around and withhold life saving medication once would be a mistake but its been multiple times avoid this place if you want to have steady medication

This place is very unprofessional if youre Hispanic you dont get treat fairly in there I suggest you go somewhere else

If you need a medical exam for immigration do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They messed up my form 3 times! I had to come up 3 times to get it fixed and the third time they tried and tell me I had to come back another day to get it fixed. They even retire to argue with me even though they had copies of the form showing their mistakes!

Had a great experience with this company. I was hiking one day and got in contact with some poison ivy and was able to get treated.

Absolutely the best! Traveling across the world can expose you to some pretty crazy diseases, ID Care are knowledgeable and professional when it comes to various diseases. I would highly recommend.

We had amazing experience. Short waiting time. Staff was very friendly. Dr Savaliya went above patient doctor relation. His staff always call back promptly for messages I left on phone. I would recommend this place for any kind of Infection specialist treatment

The ladies at the front desks except Joanna needs customer service training.I called and left a voice message Friday for records to be transferred. By Wednesday I didnt receive a return call, so I had to physically go to the office.

They over book, leaving people in the waiting room for up to 3-4 hours waiting. As well have having no air conditioning with a high compacity of patients.
