Quest Diagnostics Fall River - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

I usually don’t do a review unless I can do a 5 star, but in an attempt to save other busy people the trouble here we go…They come up on the GPS as a Quest. Upon arrival at the building their signage says Suite 2200. No. You have to bother other offices to ask where they are because they are not where the lobby directory lists them. Note signage on 2nd floor also says Suite 2200. Go to 3rd floor as directed by nice woman in Urology office. On the 3rd floor there no signage for them at all. You have to bother another office and ask. They kindly tell you it is in Dr. Andre’s office - no signage. Go to Dr. Andre’s office. They bruskly ask what Dr. ordered it and bruskly say “you have to go to 101 Devol..” (not happy) all of this took so long that when I arrived at 101 they are about to take their lunch break. It’s not their fault that the other lab in Fall River is so unbelievably disorganized so one cannot be frustrated. At the previous “Quest” one of the other doctor’s offices staff told me they moved from Suite 2200 about 3 years ago, but still haven’t changed the signage. This must be quite annoying for their building neighbors as they spend their days directing people to “Quest” in addition to taking care of their patients. They should not be listed online as a Quest Lab if they only take, I have no idea who they take. It must be like a kid’s club that you have to know the secret password. Save yourself trouble and go directly to 101. They are professional, kind, efficient AND they have correct signage.

Went there yesterday afternoon, after Quest on President Ave told me they couldnt do my testing because they dont do that test after 3:00 pm, even though they are opened till 4. Spoke with Trisha Adams and she was just a delight to interact with. Her location on Middle St closes at 4:30 and she went above and beyond trying to help me resolve my problem. She actually helped us till 4:45, 15 minutes after there closing time. Her personality and professionalism was a breath of fresh air.

Theres a note on the door and the website says they will be back from lunch at 1:30. Thought I arrived just in time for them to be back (1:35) however theres an additional note on the door saying they will be back at 1:40. Misleading and terrible communication.

Working hours different then actual one. It was posted lunch break 12:30-1:30 pm but it is 1:51 pm now , did not open yet, my time is valuable too.
