I love this place, I just moved here from Texas and there is a lot of places around the area that are price gauging for those in need with no insurance. The doctor was very pleasant and knowledgeable which made the visit very quick. He really tries to help u, staff is also great and extremely easy to work with and friendly. Low cost visit and u get taken care of without paying an arm and a leg. I would come back again even when I get my insurance. Quick easy and no hassle and open on weekends which is great

Would not recommend. The doctor and/or receptionist forgot to give me my ultrasound referral and therapist referral. When I asked the doctor a out it she was dismissed and had to go back and check her computer after I had to mention it twice. But if she didnt catch that mistake the receptionist should have. I dont trust either. Once they did put in the my paper work for what they missed they did not put todays date but a past date of my first visit with them. Hiding there mistake

Second time coming here. First time and this time, everyone was very nice. Jennifer P. was awesome explained everything in regards to my visit. Arianna (I hope I remembered her name right) helped me when I got there, she was pleasant. I heard ther front office staff addressing other patients and thier tone was also professional.

I highly recommend doctor, David. He is the best doctor I have ever encountered. David is extremely patient with my concerns and usually finds effective solutions to my problems. I can tell that he genuinely cares about helping his patients and always takes the time to understand my situation thoroughly, which makes the problem-solving process very efficient.This clinic has multiple locations and many doctors, but whenever I need to see a doctor, I always schedule my appointments at the location where David is available. Not only is he patient, but he also has a remarkable ability to solve problems. If you are looking for a responsible and professional doctor, I strongly recommend David.

I recently visited Dr. David due to my children feeling ill and I was incredibly impressed by the care I received. Dr. David was thorough, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel very comfortable and well-informed about my children’s health.

I called in and set an appointment. Confirmed address before I went over for schedule appointment. When arrive they couldn’t find me. They were able to still take me and was been seen.

Update: 4/26/24- used to be my favorite place until JOYCE, on the customer service phone line ruined my good experiences with the clinics. We called in to ask for appointment schedule and referral questions, he showed no patience in answering the questions, only provide few words to the questions and hung up in the middle of the call. We were left with confusions and still not able to understand what we need to do. Avoid calling during 6-8PM weekdays——-One of the best place to pick my PCP from. I can schedule appointment within short period of wait and whenever I came in, the staff are friendly, very patient to answer all of my questions. TotalCare also has multiple providers that I can easily receive care from.

The service was excellent. The PA present was thorough and kind. The front desk assistant is also very kind and helpful. The wait time was reasonable and not crowded at all on a Thursday evening. Im thankful for late hours because I work late and that staff can draw blood in office. Excellent clinic! Looking forward to next visit.

The service at this clinic is excellent, especially physician assistant Jennifer Park, she is very professional and knowledgeable. She deeply cares about her patients. No patients inside but waited over 2 hrs and still didnt see the Dr. Just walked out. Theres a more professional staff on Garvey and Peck Rd. New facility. Much better

I have been looking for an excellent primary doctor and am so glad I stumbled upon Total Care. They take care of their patients!I was able to get an appointment the week I called and everything went smoothly when I went in. I had Jennifer as my doctor and she was attentive, informative, and helpful. Jennifer was super detailed and took her time to go through everything as it was my first time there. She helped me get my blood work and any other work that needed to be done since I havent seen a doctor for a while now.I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes. Love the efficiency! This is the best office I have been to. I 100% recommend Total Care to everyone who is looking for a good healthcare center.

All the staff, the clinician and PA, were friendly and attentive. The staff are both fluent in English and Mandarin. The interior is clean and nice. I was seen shortly after check-in with the front desk staff. I would definitely go in early as they fill up soon.

This was my first experience here after Medi-Cal involuntarily switched me over to them. I think overall this place could be more efficient because it’s a clinic with several doctors, as well as an urgent care center, which I’m grateful for. Initially I didn’t like that the front desk person discouraged me from getting seen when I was the only patient. Also didn’t like the doctor’s attitude/tone initially given my concern with my health conditions. The time it took to see the doctor was great, about 5 min, thank you. The experience progressed and ended well when I held my ground and spoke up for myself. I’m grateful to the doctor for prescribing me the medicine and referrals I needed and the front desk person for scheduling me for follow up appts. They even asked Mgmt for me if they did swab tests for skin infections (they don’t unfortunately — you’d need to see a specialist for that). Thank you, look forward to continued positive experience here.

Nice clean clinic. The receptionist’s are all friendly, and I came at a good time with no wait. I was seen quickly and prescribed meds and the doctor was nice and informative as well. Will likely come here again.

It was a wonderful experience for us to be able to talk to the doctor over the phone who went over the blood test result and suggests the necessary steps of what we needed to do and what not. The doctor also sends the next blood test slip to follow up and for other things that we did not test for. Its good to know the doctor stays on top of her list to keep us informed and keep us updated. This is what all patients needed from their doctors!!

I have found the best Doctor Mei Feng. She cares about her patients. She is completely honest and will tell you what you need to hear and do to make your life better and improve your Health. I feel like I have finally found the rightDoctor and that my life and Health are improved because of her.

Amazing amazing amazing! Just went right now for a sports physical and walked right out with everything I needed! Not only did the nurse upfront in the office assisted my mom in the physical examination forms but she blood tested me did everything she needed to do and was super nice about it! So quick and easy. Love this place! So clean and fresh the air smells like a paradise. And such cute designs and paintings I love this place so much. Definitely coming back.

I had concerns about a pain I was feeling and I received a telephone appointment (my choice) the very next day I was extremely pleased with the care and service provided. The Dr. took her time to listen to my concerns I did not feel rushed and she provided guidance and her knowledge shined through. I highly recommend Total Care.

I made an appointment for my Pap smear exam two weeks ago, and the doctor on the day was May Feng. Throughout the week of my doctors appointments, I experienced discomfort for 2 out of 7 days while eating or drinking. I felt discomfort in my stomach when food entered it, which should not have happened. In the days following, I also experienced shortness of breath and palpitations. While Im not sure if it was related to post-Covid symptoms, I am concerned about these symptoms.During my visit to the doctors office, I expressed my concerns and the discomfort I was feeling to Dr. Feng. Instead of suggesting possible causes or considering stress/anxiety as a factor, she immediately dismissed my feelings, stating that it was all in my imagination and that food is supposed to enter my stomach. I was taken aback by her response and felt that she didnt consider my perspective or the possibility of an underlying issue.Despite my continued expression of concern, Dr. Feng insisted that it was all anxiety-related without any testing or evidence to support her conclusion. It was only when I requested it that she agreed to send me for testing. I found her approach to be unprofessional and arrogant, drawing hasty conclusions without proper evaluation.During the examination, I felt uncomfortable as Dr. Feng didnt follow the usual procedure of leaving the room for me to undress. Instead, she turned her back to me, and I awkwardly undressed while feeling uneasy. To add to the unprofessional experience, she abruptly opened the door and left the room while I was still halfway dressing.This was, by far, the most unprofessional doctors visit I have ever had, and I am extremely disappointed with the service received at this clinic. I am seriously considering switching to a different primary care physician.

The doctors I seen there are very professional, super kind, and very informative. The compassion and welcoming feeling from not just the doctors but the office staff was just what I needed when I was feeling sick to my stomach. Thank you all for being nice people. God bless.

I was looking online for a nearby urgent care. Was so pleased about my whole experience here. I was in and out with my prescription sent electronically to the pharmacy all within less than 45min. Its very clean and staff was pleasant. Thank you for this great experience. (I went in for a sinus infection)

I HATE leaving low ratings on any business but I believe for healthcare its important to do so cause so many people look at these reviews when making their decision. So here is my review.Came here twice, first time was a younger male doctor who seem very knowledgeable and diagnosed me pretty quickly. Although I was slightly disappointed considering it was my first time here and I was looking for a new family doctor. He didnt ask about my medical history or spend any time other than then pinpointing the problem at hand. I left satisfied but overall was expecting more considering there was no one else but me in the clinic. I would give it 3.5 stars.The second time I came, I was met with an older male doctor. I had a lump near my perineum area. He proceed to look at it and then he squeeze the lump asking me if there was any discomfort. I told him no and he proceed to squeeze even harder for about what seemed to be a min. Then he told me well if it doesnt hurt then you shouldnt worry about it. Im not sure what kind of diagnosis that is but okay... After that, he admitted that he has no clue what it is and just told me if it doesnt hurt then I shouldnt worry about it. Only after I pressed him if I should get it X-ray/ultrasound he gave me a referral. Left extremely dissatisfied as I had paid for a doctor that had no clue what it was. Kind wish I could charge people that come to me looking for answers and I just tell them I dont know. Overall 0 stars if possible.

I love this place my first time taking my daughter there. The staff was amazing absolutely kind respectful and professional office was clean the Dr came in seen her even double checked her ears she had a bad ear infection one side was worse than the other. They opened at 8am I was seen and out by 8:15-8:20 I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

First time here. Surprised to see such a classy and clean clinic in this neighborhood. As a walk-in, I was so ready for at least one hour wait, as this is normally how long I’ve been made to wait in other clinics without appointments. But today, it only took them 15mins finishing my paperwork and get me seen a doctor. I’m so happy to have found this clinic, and I have already recommended it to many of my family and friends.

The Asian female in the reception desk in blue uniform is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL, to say the least.

Wasting time and money. Came for USCIS physical exam, we have all immunization and blood test record ready. It tools more than 3 hours for the front desk guy to read all the record and we have to wait at the clinic the whole afternoon and the real physical exam is just 10 mins. The front desk guy is working so slowly and has to check ALL records with his supervisor who is NOT working at the clinic at that time thats why he took FOREVER!!! Even on the date the document is ready for pick up, it also took the same guy more than half hour to give me the document. HES DOING EVERYTHING SO SLOWThen they charge us extra $100 to provide the form in 5 days. If we dont pay extra $100 they spend 10 days to fill out the form. And remember to check the NAME on your form again before they seal the document because they missing part of my name on the form.*What is worst, the front desk guy YELLED and said no information is missing when he we-write the document!! NEVER COME HERE FOR USCIS PHYSICAL EXAM IF YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE*

This clinic is one of the best and most responsive Ive ever seen. They have a lot of staff who can speak Chinese. This helps a lot of people who dont speak English very well. I would like to thank Sara Gao, a physicians assistant at 4784 Peck Rd El Monte for her dedication to her work and her love and patience with her patients. In the process of my shoulder pain this year, she always tried to help me to cure it. I was touched that she encouraged me every time I saw her and kept my confidence. Thank you Sara Gao for your support during this time of illness. I hope your clinic can help more people, better and better in all aspects, I hope everyone has health and happiness!

Don’t come here if you’re not their race , they won’t even acknowledge you! They’ll just stare and speak in their language probably upset your even there. On July 4th I was able to walk in, fill out paper work, speak with a nurse practitioner over the phone and get an antibiotic prescription in under 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly and I feel like I got extremely lucky. Thanks

The Attention is Exelente, the Place is good, My Doctor is Professional, Im Feeling good and protected My DO Jennifer Park.

They are very happy and friendly and give all atention we need it.

They are not following safe covid testing practices ... testing multiple people at once without proper precautions. Not changing gloves between people and holding several open testing vials in one hand while testing several different people can cause cross contamination resulting in incorrect results. Also the testing was not wearing the proper PPE.

Well, I didn’t take too long. That was the key because I was in pain , When I do like about, it is the cleanliness

I was looking around for a place to do a sports physical and found TotalCare. We walked in with no appointment and they took care of us and the sports physical was not too much either.

Don’t make this place your primary care as if you ever need to go to the urgent care they will refuse to see you.

I ran in foolishly because I was in serious pain due to a small wound getting infected.I really felt taken advantage of and robbed of 60$. I felt one girl at the front tried to tell me not to come in but her coworker was quickly trying to charge me. The vibes here were insincere and money sucking.

I went with my child coughing and having a fever and my son was crying and they told me we cant help her because we dont speak Spanish. There is no one who can speak Spanish orita when there are signs in Spanish that speak Spanish. You would have cliques that have gone if there is no one who can. Spanish there is a line where they speak and they give you a translator oh this one that returns me with my one year old 7 month old baby
