I apologize in advance if this complaint should be directed to Optum instead of to this clinic. But I came here to get COVID tested on Sunday 09/19. It is now Thursday 09/23. I have yet to receive my results. This is a public health hazard. Avoid this clinic if you are getting COVID testing. I’ve been able to get tested twice this week Tuesday and Wednesday at San Gabriel Valley Airport and have already received my results within 24 hours (PCR). If you need to get tested on a Sunday, go to Curative instead, my friend got her PCR result within 24 hours.Another complaint is that day, the nurse who took my swab was entirely rude and annoyed the entire time. She would order me to do one thing and then yell at me for doing what she told me to do. This place just ain’t it for COVID testing.

The staff were good to my daughters first cisit at the dentist but i have a question..how do i know my appointment its coming up they never gave me a next appointment paper

Please don’t come here for Covid testing on Sundays I got tested 10/10/21, I still haven’t gotten my results they didn’t even drop off the results until yesterday on Tuesday 10/12/21, and now I’m missing my last day of clinical for school and I don’t even know if I’m going to pass the class because of this, it now 10/13/21 and I still haven’t received my results And I’ve been to a bunch of different places in LA County and this is never happened before I’ve always gotten back to me within 48-72 hours, and its been over 72hrs Please don’t waste your time with this place also the nurse who did my Covid test was very rude and she would tell me to do one thing and then yell at me when I did it.

I like this Chapcare because the service is sooooo great regardless the distance from my home. However, they are closed on Sat when most people are free and able to visit.

I made an appointment at 9. They decided to take a 15min break at 9. Came back at around 9:30. Extremely unprofessional considering I have an appointment at 9.

COVID testing was fast in and out less than 5 min

On multiple occasions the front desk was extremely rude and unwilling to help resolve issues.

Love everything about this clinic.

I went to get the tuberculosis vaccine and they didnt want to treat me because my ID was wrong. What a disappointment from this clinic. Better Kaiser and other hospitals have treated me. First and last time I go here. Besides, they wanted to charge me $30 for the vaccine. and $20 for filling out the paper. What kind of clinic is this? Im not crazy to give them money. I went to Whittier to the clinic that is by the painter and they gave it to me for free.
