Morelia Medical Clinic

I start taking my baby to Morelia clinic the first time he needed to see a pediatrician and it was the best decision. The nurses in the front desk are nice and help you with anything in case you need help. One of them help me since day one her name is Alondra and the other nurse same thing help me with my papers I forgot her name but she’s always in the front she has short curly hair with glasses.

Great staff the nurse Delia is amazing im really satisfied with my doctor! I highly recommend this clinic

The Medical Assistant that took care of me was very kind and humble, answering my questions. The front office was also very attentive and nice giving me a welcoming experience for a first time comer. Very clean office 👍🏽

I honestly love this clinic ! It’s very clean and they’re very attentive with the people coming in! Very friendly staff. Great OB doctor Angelica goes all the way for her clients. Anything I’ve requested that’s important for me she’s done her best to make it happen. Also, Yanira, OB assistant is the best! I’ve known her for years now from my last pregnancy to my new pregnancy. Yanira and Angelica have been there with me threw my pregnancy process. I highly recommend you guys come here. You won’t regret it . 😊♥️

I’ve been coming to this clinic for 18 years, I’ve seen all the changes they have done over the years. I have gotten familiar with the Dr’s I love that they know they are consulting when I have an appointment. Norma is alway so nice and helpful along with the front desk girls always do the best to squeeze me in the same day if I am sick (of course, if possible), my health has gone down a lot. I’m working on getting healthy again. Thank you Morelia Clinic for all that you do for your patience. ❤️

My daughter had to go through several lab test and ultrasounds. Alejandra, she is just amazing I tell you. The customer service experienced, attention to detail and her knowledge help us get the best results we can possibly ask for. As a mother that’s everything you want when your daughter is under care. Any questions or concerns without hesitation she is always there. Her dedication and professionalism is phenomenal. Thank you Alejandra!

I have been to this clinic a few times and my experiences have always been great . Everyone is always so nice and have a smile. Although the clinic may be small, the environment is so welcoming which makes me feel so comfortable. If you ever get Irma as a nurse just know that you will be in great hands.

I dont have any type of Medical insurance but yet all staff was extremely nice from the front desk making you feel welcoming , assistants are extremely nice ; always explaining everything there doing to you and explaining options as well as the doctor. They gave me options that best fit my situation and treated me extremely polite. The lady that took my blood out was fantastic. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone. The wait was very minimal as well. Perfect service I would say. Never been as happy at a clinic.

Came here to get my physical and vaccine history up to date for school and the staff was incredibly helpful and willing to go the extra mile to assist with any questions I had. This is one of the better clinics located in the area. The staff is equally friendly and professional. Setting up an appointment is easy and simple to do and ensures that you get seen and attended in a timely manner. Doctors are kind and compassionate and really try to connect with you to ensure you have the highest quality of care. Let’s not forget the two girls at the front desk who went out of their way to contact my professor to double check my requirements. All in all I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Im actually really sad that the health team here has gone down since Jennifer the PA-C left. Its impossible to get an apt to see your physician for important things like CT reviews or even ER visits. Having to repeat yourself over and over again with information and the front desk not doing their do-diligence of updating the information is a bit ridiculous. When asking for a manager all Im told is there will be a message sent and again a ball is dropped when you call back and all the info given the previous time wasnt saved. At this point looking for a new pcp is what Im going to have to do to be able to get consistent and thorough patient care unfortunately

I have visited this place many times and every time I am greeted with a smile by their lovely staff. The ladies in the front office are always on top of things making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. The doctors make sure they answered all your questions and make you feel comfortable. Overall, great place!

I have been to Morelia twice. Overall my experience there was very positive. The first time I walked in because I needed a physical form to be filled out for work. They were busy but still took me in. The girl in the front was very good. The second time they took me in more quickly. The nurses and doctors are attentive and have good bed side manner.

My doctor told me that I could bring in my new born to get weighted due to not gaining weight within his 4th week. The receptionist, Jennifer and Catherine refused to allow me to weight my new born. The wait is always long. I just don’t understand why they refused to help for something so simple.Veronica called me back to apologize for her staff and lack of customer service. Ends up the doctor gave me wrong information but the staff refused to get an understanding of my situation. I do not recommend this place.

The staff doesnt know how to do their job right. The seem lazy, I would call and call to find out if my authorizations were approved and sometimes they wouldnt even submit them and it had been more than 3 weeks. The doctors were alrightThe person in charge of authorizations Alejandra sounds rude af over the phone shes the worse. Because of this person I decided to switch doctors otherwise I wouldve stayed.

My experience with Morelia Medical Clinic has been outstanding. It is quite easy to call and schedule an appointment the waiting time is never too long. Doctor Calorine Mucho has been one of my favorite doctors. Jen and Myra at the front desk are always courteous and kind towards me as the nurses too everyone is super friendly.

Jennifer at the front desk definitely went above and beyond her job for me! I came in since I had received a few authorizations, but had no idea how to go about them. Not only did she thoroughly explain the process, but she made my appts for me. Truly appreciate her help!

I took my father in because he was not feeling well. The nurse assistant saw him gave him a prescription and sent him home to rest. My father was having a heart attack and she sent him home to rest. Luckily we took him to a nearby hospital where he received the care and attention that he did NOT get at Morelia. We have been part of the El Monte community since 1984 and know a lot of people in this town, we would hate to learn that someone else was treated poorly. We hope no one else has a bad experience like we did.

The front receptionist Jennifer and Alejandra are very friendly! Exceptional service! The girls in the back are very good as well, I highly recommend this clinic..

This place charges $70 for a rapid covid test that you can get down the street for free by the county. Mind you we are in 2022. This place should be embarrassed.

I walked in to the clinic 3/19/19 at like around 4pm the clinic was full they weren’t taking any more walk ins at the front desk Jeniffer asked me what was my reason for visiting the clinic and I told her that I was having chest pressure and I starred to freak out I didn’t know what was wrong with me I just didn’t feel like myself very anxious started to cry out of breath dizziness Jeniffer was really kind and quickly took me to a room and offered water and helped me calm down she spoke to the health care provider Caroline and she agreed to see me I’m just very grateful that they took the time to deal with me try to understand stand what was going on and were patient because I seriously don’t know in what state of mind I would be if they didn’t help me thank you girls

One of the front staff is rude . She has blonde like hair with highlights. And one of the doctors there has a big ego.

I went in with a bad situation..out of control..the Staff and Doctors cared for me... Even though I had no insurance ...I paid cash...all very nice and sympathetic with my situation....I will be back!!

Very bad service just arriving 5 minutes late and they no longer welcome us. But if we arrive at the appointment time, we still have to wait an hour for them to call us and another hour later. I do not recommend this clinic.

Excellent attention from the doctors, but the receptionists, always very bad-faced, not friendly at all, I think they dont like their jobs.
