I want to shout from the rooftops how grateful I am for this group. I found them by word of mouth, and a referral from my care team, and I’m so glad. Amanda and the entire team go above and beyond and truly care about you as an individual. No conveyor belt care here. From reception, to nurse, to NP, everyone is fantastic.

Amanda is great and so wonderful to talk to and really takes the time to listen to symptoms and any issues. I give her 5 stars but you have to get by the snarky Karen at the front office first. She is rude and condescending, which is not what anyone needs, especially women who are struggling with menopause.

I go to this practice and I will probably continue to go just because of Amanda. She has been my provider since I moved to the area and she is absolutely amazing and does not deserve to loose a patient because the staff in this place is horrible and unprepared.Staff does not work with you at all! You better hope everything goes smoothly otherwise you will have to hear snappy comments on the phone and a very unhelpful person.Today, one more time, I had to call for help and it was so unpleasant I almost considered leaving them and then I thought about how amazing Amanda is.I came to the lab and forgot my lab orders at home (like normal people do sometimes). I called and talked to Karen and she was more than happy to issue another copy but would not send it over to the lab. The lab employees were confused also so I put it on speaker to ask why they couldn’t fax it. Karen legit told me that they don’t fax it because they decided not to, “because the lab staff would always loose it”. Promise you guys that was Karen’s explanation to me. The lab stuff got very offended and even said that was a defamatory statement and they are not wrong. I asked Karen if in the event of a patient needing if they could fax it. She started shamming me for forgetting my lab order (she probably never forgot anything in her life) and said she would not fax it.Now, I’m not telling that was Karen’s decision but she definitely got a kick out of telling me she would not help at all. I could almost tell she was happy on the phone while I was trying to get my labs done to get back home to my toddlers so my husband can go to work.I don’t know if Karen’s behavior reflects the whole practice but if it does, unfortunately that would mean that this practice thinks they are doing you a favor when in fact you are the client and they are there to SERVE you. That’s the career they chose and the job that pay their bills and they should stop acting like people owe them something because they actually owe a better and more emphatic service. There’s nothing worse than a service provider that acts like they’re the ones doing you this huge favor 🙄🤢🤮You guys are a medical practice. You EXIST to help people.I will be looking for ways to report this on a county and/or state level so nobody needs to deal with Karen, because refusing to fax your lab orders to the laboratory is ridiculous and to be honest I’m not quite sure they’re allowed to refuse that and demand it to be picked up in person. What if I had a disability and nobody could pick it up for me? I would just be without my labs because they refuse to fax it?Just doesn’t seem legal at all!I’ll be looking further into this.

First, I will say I do appreciate Amanda, she has helped me a lot over the years. However, I am not impressed with other staff. I called because I needed to get in for an on going issue and they refused to see me unless I took a picture of a negative Covid test. I had NO Covid symptoms or any reason to believe I had Covid. I was not sick. I told them no as there was no reason to, so Karen said I can just go to urgent care. Umm.. no? I’m not sick, why would I spend more money to go to urgent care for something they wouldn’t help me with? Thankfully I got in with another provider -who agreed that was ridiculous.

I had an excellent first visit with Karen Zink. I appreciate her actually looking at me as an individual rather than just another patient. She listened, focused on what was important to me, explained her throught process and worked with me to set a plan for care. The office is professional, responsive and thorough. Thank you.

I had the best experience today with Amy. It’s been so long since I’ve left an appointment feeling relieved and optimistic and today that happened. She listened, was patient, helpful, knowledgeable beyond belief, so so caring and made me feel heard. That’s underrated nowadays. So happy to have found a safe place for womens health.

From the moment you call this practice, you feel the rushed and cold setting rather than feeling of being cared for. Not my type of setting anyways.
