I highly recommend Jess Williams at the Dothan location. She truly cares about her patients and takes time to listen to their concerns. She was instrumental in helping bring my nephew into this world. Our family is forever grateful for her. Do not hesitate to schedule with her if you are seeking fertility treatment. Her dedication to helping patients achieve their dreams of parenthood is undeniably commendable.

After 8 years of infertility, multiple surgeries, PCOS, endo, and a miscarriage we made an appointment with New Life in Dothan. Everyone at the office was so welcoming and great to work with! Our entire experience here was amazing, from our regular office in Dothan, to the Pensacola office for our procedures and embryo transfers. We were always kept up to date on our results and communication was always timely.We ended up with them for around 2 years and our miracle baby via IVF just turned 6 months old. I cant thank them enough for their part in this journey ❤️We are thinking about trying for a second baby in the near future and are planning to use them again. I highly recommend if you are struggling with infertility!

I have been waiting awhile to write this review. Although the office staff is very friendly, if you want better service and more attention to detail you should go elsewhere. We chose Newlife due to ease of getting testing done in town instead of going up North. I have been to three different OBGYNs and none of them had ever heard of Newlife and recommended clinics up north, that should have been a clue. After completing two IUIs with them I got a second opinion from my OB and explained to her what they had been doing and she said they were completely doing things wrong. They also put me on birth control for 2 to 5 days at a time to manipulate my cycle to fit their needs since they do not have a full staff. By the third IUI, I went in the day before for for an ultrasound and the NP didnt even review my chart and thought we were doing timed intercourse, so the attention to detail is not there. We decided not to even show up to the IUI the next day and were refunded. Not to mention we met with Dr. Ripps once and scolded my husband for being on Testosterone Replacement Therapy and and tried scaring him. My husband is working with a urologist in town that is keeping his fertility intact so if the urologist isnt worried, Dr. Ripps shouldnt be scolding him. We just went in for a second opinion up north, ACRM, and during the first ultrasound they found a polyp that could be hindering implantation. There is no way I could grow polyp between my last US with Newlife in May to now in August.... so they missed it. They also provided all of my husbands paperwork in the portal but minimal of mine, which sketches me out. I sent a message asking where my records were and no one got back to me and that was 2 weeks ago. They also told me what my AMH was and that it was lower for my age but there is no record of the blood work anywhere. Go to ACRM, they are fully staffed and so knowledgeable. They never scolded my husband for being on TRT and I am already scheduled to have surgery to remove the polyp and move on to IVF with them.UPDATE as of Aug 26- my new fertility clinic came back with AMH of 2.28 when Newlife verbally told me it was 1 something. Sounds so sketchy to verbally tell me that and never show me it like my current doctor does. I also dont think its possible to fluctuate.

The BEST team ever. They are supportive, kind and informative. We been with them a little under a year and we already get to meet our bundle of joy February 2025 after two years of struggling. We are so grateful that we chose them and would definitely recommend them over and over. Thank you!

I wouldn’t have my baby without this team! They are absolutely fantastic. They truly listen and answer every question you have even if you forgot the answer to one youve already asked. Definitely going back if we decide to transfer our embryos we have left

If you enjoy fear mongering, half truths, misinformation, being pushed into Ivf and people not doing even the bare minimum when it comes to your medical records, insurance changes/coverage, prescriptions and so forth then this is the place for you. It would be really cool if you would finally send my complete medical record as requested at least 6 times. Please do yourself a favor (especially the military community) and just go somewhere else.

Hope looks different to everyone. I put my hope in the Lord, and the the Lord led me to NewLIFE.My fertility journey started November of 2019. It took us almost 3 years to get pregnant with our daughter. And as I’m writing this I’m holding my beautiful 4 month old miracle.We tried EVERYTHING. You name it, we did it. 4 IUI’s at various clinics, 1 egg retrieval, and 3 embryo transfers later we FINALLY got a positive pregnancy test. It was my first and only positive test. It was a moment I thought I would never get to experience.I am so thankful for NewLIFE and all the staff. During our time with New life, we visited several of their locations and each and every staff member was wonderful. Now, I do believe in honesty so I will say that no office is without flaw, NewLIFE included. Yes it does get frustrating when no one answers the phone. They will call you back, you need only be patient. And yes sometimes we felt like we should have seen Dr Ripps a little more often than just when we went in for our embryo transfers. All that aside, they truly are a great team with a great staff and a wealth of knowledge to help people get pregnant. Because that is the goal right? We can’t thank everyone at NewLIFE enough. With your help and Gods mercy, our family is complete.Mark 11:24Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 3 years. We finally took a step to try NewLife because some of our family had great success with them.Overall, the staff are nice! We never had a problem with the way we were treated. Our first consultation appointment was good. Although, I do feel like the price ($120 I believe is what it cost us) for a simple consultation was a little high but we didn’t think much of it because it’s one step closer to a family.After the consultation, we waiting and waited for our next steps. I called and called and never reached anyone.Later my OBGYN requested a semen analysis from my husband and they were the only ones in the area who could do it. So that was turned in and cost us close to $100 (which we didn’t know until after my husband arrived to turn it in)It took a littler over a month to receive his results from it and the ONLY reason we heard it is because my obgyn had to call to get them since NewLife never called us.In the end, my husband and I felt very very very betrayed because we have already dished a little over $200 to get told little to nothing. Granted, $200 is much better than thousands of dollars, but it’s still hard earned money coming out of our pockets.I give 2 stars, simply for my reasons stated above. Infertility isn’t cheap, We understand that. The main issue we have is the fact we can never reach anyone when we call or leave voicemails! It’s a huge slap to the face when we’re so dedicated and willing to pay (and have paid) what we have to for us to futher our journey but we can’t if we’re the only ones trying.Everyone has different stories throughout every experience. Like I said, I have family who has had AMAZING success with NewLife.This, unfortunately, was just our experience.

The team here at Dothan NewLife Fertility is great! They were there to answers any questions or concerns I had. They were kind and worked as a unit. Nurse Jessica was amazing in caring for me throughout my treatment there. I wouldnt trade her for the world!!! Thank you so much Jessica, Lindsay, Sarah, & Hannah, & Blaire for being there to assist me with any needs I had. Your kindness and care will not go unnoticed. I can’t say enough about Newlife! Between God and Newlife, I am a mother of a beautiful little girl who is my world, and have one on the way. For so many years I thought being a mother was just a dream of mine but bc God showed me the way and Newlife provided the amazing services, my dreams have become a reality. When asked what is my biggest accomplishment, I always say becoming a mother because it truly is what I am most proud of and what I find to be the most rewarding! Taking the first step is sometimes the hardest but the end result is so rewarding! The team at Newlife become a little family to you and are always willing to answer question and help keep your mind at ease throughout the process. Thank you Newlife for all that you have done to make my family whole!

Cannot recommend. Very unorganized. We were trying to freeze some sperm before a surgery and they told us we have to get the sperm analysis done first. They told us the wrong drop off time for the sperm so there was a risk of the result being inaccurate. Then on top of that they never contacted us with the results and when we finally reached them, they said they can’t even freeze the sperm for us so now we have to go to a different provider and do it all over again. All in all a waste of $95 and more importantly a waste of time.

Staff is nice but I felt Dr. Ripps was outright cold and it seems to be just about the money for him save some time, heartache, and money and travel to Birmingham for fertility care.

I had the best experience with New Life Fertility! The staff is amazing! I cant wait for my next embryo transfer.
