DR. Saad has always been so kind to me. I drive an hour and twenty minutes every month to see him or the other Healthcare providers. The women here are all very kind and gentle with their words. I could not recommend this Drs office enough especially because I have dealt with horrible Healthcare workers and doctor before.

I have been a patient for almost 7 years. Over the years I’ve never had any issues with any doctors or staff. Everyone is professional and caring. They are very helpful when it comes to actually figuring out different medical issues they never have pushed it off and ignored any concerns I’ve had. The staff is quick to take care of any paperwork that may be needed as well. If you’re looking for a good Internal Medicine Doctor or Substance Abuse Treatment this is a great place to get either or both types of medical care.

Really wonderful rotations with healthcare providers who care allot about their patients. They try to give you as much exposure as possible to different primary care clinical scenarios with allot of emphasis on prevention.

I had a wonderful time at his clinic in Dearborn.Dr Saad has been an amazing attending and his team of NPs and nurses make everything work so smoothly and I had a amazing learning opportunity.

This place still charged me for almost TWO months for an almost $400 bill that my insurance took care of. SAADs employees messed up my insurance twice, had to call my insurance and beaumont to get the billing taken care of, and SAADs front of staff was no help at all on this issue. Absolute incompetent billing department (who is also never there) and front of staff who dont know what theyre doing. Dont go here. Would give 0 stars if I could. What a nightmare.

Sitting more than 1,000 miles away and doing a rotation with Dr. Saad and the other providers was by far one of the best rotations Ive done. They were incredibly open to feedback and always willing to teach whenever I asked. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a meaningful and enriching experience.The only thing I felt a bit envious about was not being there physically to perform the required physical examinations and spend more time with the team and other senior interns to learn even more. Despite that, Dr. Saad and Dr. Mic made sure to give me his valuable time, even through calls, to discuss cases and answer questions.This rotation not only expanded my clinical knowledge but also made me feel supported and valued, even from a distance. Im deeply grateful for this experience and for the opportunity to learn from such dedicated professionals.

This rotation provided an ample insight of US Healthcare system. I learned every day and had plenty of hands-on experience. Everyone is so friendly. I would definitely choose this rotation, withour hesitation. 10/10

I recently completed a Tele-rotation at Patient First medical Clinic with Dr. Saad. It was an amazing learning experience. I was exposed to a variety of different cases and even though I was behind a computer it was as if I was in the room. I was able to connect with EMR with ease and if I did have any technical difficulties, the support staff were very helpful in fixing an issues that arose.It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this rotation to all my fellow interns wanting an glimpse into the US healthcare system

I had acquired an immense amount of knowledge and hands-on clinical experience during my tenure with him. I recently had the opportunity to participate in an online shadowing program with Dr. Saad through the clinic. This experience was incredibly enriching for me as an aspiring medical professional. Not only did I have access to online medical records, but I also had the chance to engage directly with patients, take notes, and learn in real-time. Being able to interact and record observations on online platforms offered a unique and practical insight into the medical field. Dr. Saad and the clinic staff were exceptionally supportive, making this an invaluable learning experience. I highly recommend this program to anyone interested in gaining a deeper understanding of medical practices.

Super professional & friendly. The ladies that I check in and out with are so sweet. I’ve never had an issue with appointments or walk ins. And most importantly no waiting for hours like the other places, I’ve been left in the room before at another facility ( I won’t mention names) they literally forgot I was there. Hour waiting in the Lobby then completely forgotten about in the exam room. At Dr. Saad’s office from check in to walking out with prescription 45 minutes. You can’t get that anywhere else!

I completed a hands-on clinical rotation with Dr.Saad and his team during the month of September 2023. The communication with the team was fantastic since day one! The positive impact the members of the clinic have on the community is extremely obvious. Not only does the team dedicate a lot of time to their patients, but they also focus on the educational aspect for the rotating students. Youre able to develop lasting clinical skills such as preparing SOAP notes, performing physical exams, and effectively presenting patients to preceptors, among many others. It has been an absolute pleasure to rotate under the supervision of Dr.Saad and I highly recommend this clinic to others seeking a hands-on rotation!

Dr Saad and his staff are absolutely amazing. I drive all the way from Ohio just to come here. I started my weight loss journey in July. I am now down 54 pounds as of today if you’re looking to lose weight, you definitely need to try the weight loss clinic.

Dr Saad and his entire staff are very professional very personal and have been absolutely great. When you are a patient there you never experienced any poor spirited employees and you never feel unimportant or have to wait extra long amounts of time to be helped theyre very helpful with giving appointments that fit your schedule. Its definitely the best experience Ive ever had at a medical facility. The same thing can be said for the pharmacy in every detail. I have never regretted choosing Dr Saad and his staff and its not even close to my house but worth the drive every time.

One of the most enriching rotations I had till now. Mine was a telerotation with Dr Saad, the whole staff was very patient and helpful , even if sometimes you face technical problems. Thanks to Dr Zoha who helped in between her patients with the technical issues. The direct interaction with the patients, with lot of cases of OUD , which was completely different experience from other rotations. It’s admirable to see how Dr Saad interacted with his patients with patience, calmness and compassion. Thanks to Dr Saad and his whole team, for the amazing experience.

I worked with several other locations prior to Dr Saad’s clinic. This was the best I have worked with. The set up was first class. Trainee’s were allowed to see patients and charts using encrypted systems that were HIPAA compliant. We worked in teams with one in person and one online trainee. This allowed you to see different perspectives in how to interview patients. It was great to see the different ways of doing things from similar experiences. The staff then came into the clinic room to interview patients which offered similar expert comparisons. Despite working in teams the staff also gave us time to work independently to hone our skills.The staff were professional and took great care of trainees and patients.

This is one of the best clinics around which not only treats people through medicines but also heals them. Dr. Saad and his entire staff are extremely polite, professional, empathetic and kind who leave no stone unturned in order to help the patients. The clinic also fosters an ideal teaching environment for interns, who learn and sharpen their clinical skills. Overall, this place is highly recommended for anyone who is looking for medical care and/or to learn as an intern.

Do not recommend, not only have I been on hold for 20 mins, got transferred just for the phone to Hang up, they spelled my name wrong for my lab test, and refused to do what I originally went in for. Highly un recommended if you want quality health care. DO NOT GO HERE I PROMISE YOULL REGRET IT.

Dr. Saad and the staff at this clinic are the absolute best. Every time I come here I receive the best care and never feel rushed when it’s busy. They take their time with each patient to make sure they are receiving the best care. It’s clean and very professional. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Dr. Saad took very good care of my wife during her visit. He took his time and was able to listen to her attentively. His clinic was very accommodating and clean. His staff were very professional and expedient in getting us into see the doctor in a timely manner. Dr. Saad was on time and there was very little time in our wait. Dr Saad MD has always been more than professional. Has never been unjust or inconsiderate. When I go to his office which I have went to since 2018. I have been taken in by how friendly and caring that the whole office has been. Not just the front. Every person only shows their very best personality. They never have judged me or anyone I know that go there. I was & am very fortunate to find him before I got into any issues with taking morphine and Percocet’s. I was on 4 (30)mg morphine a day just to cope with back pain from the military and the war. I travel 2hrs each way just to see him. And I am happy too. And willing to. If that don’t show how devoted he is and I am to stay on the right path. Thanks again Dr Saad and his team. Only with the best for you all. Take care & see you next week.

The doctors behavior is impolite and unattentive. On several occasions, they prescribed the wrong medication, such as one for low blood pressure which was not supposed to be given, as it had a similar name to the correct medication, Librium. This happened while I was trying to taper off the medication Benzos, and I already had low blood pressure. It could have potentially caused a serious health issue, yet no apology was offered.

During my tele-rotation with Dr Saad and his team, I found the work environment warm, friendly and cordial. I was afforded valuable exposure to various aspects of the US healthcare system, including direct patient interactions and electronic medical records (EMR). All the providers actively involved me in discussions regarding clinical assessment and treatment plans. All in all, it was a highly beneficial and instructive experience for me and I believe it will contribute significantly towards my professional growth.I wholeheartedly recommend this rotation to medical students/graduates interested in Internal Medicine, primary care and addiction medicine.

Went in to get checked out cause my body was numb and failing. All he did was take blood and didn’t even touch me or examine me. All about ripping off insurance. Also he has 5-7 interns and other docs here so they mix up who writes what scripts to stay low key. Pushing suboxone on someone who wanted help.. so I ended up in the hospital same day with a nerve disease.. ohh and he refers u to all of his friends. It’s a scam

Very accomodating and friendly staff. I learned a lot during my 4 week telemedicine tenure, had daily direct patient interactions and also had direct access to the clinics EMR system for data entry. Overall Id recommend the rotation to anyone interested in internal medicine.

Hi everyone i am Dr Yugam.I recently completed my one month rotation under Dr Saad. From the very first day they welcomed me like a family member.All the interns, physician assistant, nurses and Dr saad helped me at every point of the rotation.I would like to thank Dr Saad, Dr michael, Dr NNN, Dr cayln, Dr christina because i learned so many things from you guys. As a tele rotation intern i was worried about the time difference, because their work hours were my sleeping time but they adjusted my duty hours according to my time zone. They would provide one intern to work with you in the starting days until you feel ready and confident to work on your own.

I trusted this man with my healthcare for 2 years. For 2 years, I never missed an appointment. For 2 years, he complimented me during every visit on how well I was doing, and how I was a model patient in his practice. Then, this August, my car stopped working, and I had trouble getting back and forth to my appointments. I explained to Abdulhassan what was going on, and asked that he show leniency to me, since I had never missed an appointment in the past, and I expressed that I would be back on schedule as I once were (before the transportation issues), once I could secure another vehicle, which I did last week. He pretended that he would work with me, but he only worked against me. Because of this, Abdulhassan abruptly dismissed me from the practice, (with him knowing fully that a patient cannot just stop taking certain medications abruptly without being tapered down first) and now I am without the medication I was taking consistently for 2 years, all because of his greed of money and unwillingness to work with me during my recovery process. I recognize how important it is to attend appointments. However, even though I was open and honest with him, he STILL treated me like I was “just another patient” and “just another number”. He does not care about his patients. He only cares about the money he receives from the insurance companies for each patients he sees. If he did care, he would not have treated me with such disrespect and with such a lack of compassion. The first clause in the Hippocrates Oath which new doctors take is: #1. Do NO harm, and Abdulhassan has done me MUCH harm! I would never want anyone, anywhere, to experience the pain and agony I am now experiencing without my necessary medication. To the public, please be careful who you entrust your healthcare to. Not every doctor cares about your health and recovery. Some doctors, like Abdulhassan, only care about ONE thing, and that’s MONEY, MONEY, MONEY!!! Please, DO NOT GO TO ABDULHASSAN SAAD! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I want to thank the whole team who helped me throughout this month. I will honestly admit that during the first 2 days of virtual externship i was really confused with the whole EMR system and really anxious about talking to the patients from a foreign land. But the whole team was so considerate about the challenges i was facing as a newbie and so patiently explained me the whole EMR system, to which i got accustomed by the end of 2nd day. They even allowed me to use the system remotely throughout my externship period. The doctors and PAs allowed me to communicate with the patients directly, then patiently listened to me while i presented the case to them and finally discussed with me, the appropriate diagnosis and treatment the patient should get. This was altogether an amazing experience. I never thought virtual externship could give me such an immersive experience. I always felt that i was right there with the amazing Dr Saad, knowledgable and experienced PAs and with such helpful and polite staff. Finally i would like to wish Dr Saad and his whole team, a great year ahead.

I had a strong primary care immersion during my externship at Dr. Saads clinic and US Med Interns, in Dearborn, MI. Dr. Michael Hermenegildo and Dr. Saad are preceptors highly committed to medical teaching and present in the students training. The clinic has an excellent structure for primary care practice with a high number of patients, a friendly and competent staff, and many opportunities for evidence-based hands-on medical training, with a humanized approach. The preceptors guide and teach the students accordingly to the most updated guidelines and ethics. Indeed, my rotation with US Med Interns strengthened my medical resume.

The receptionist dest and nurses are all very nice. The doctors are Excellent and caring. They take their time with you, and get you in-and-out in good timing.
