I’ve visited this urgent care a couple of times, and each experience has been outstanding. The staff here is incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness and respect, which really makes a difference, especially when you’re not feeling your best.The medical team takes the time to thoroughly understand your concerns, and they patiently answer every question you have, no matter how small. Their dedication to making sure you’re comfortable and informed is truly commendable. I’ve always felt well cared for and confident in the treatment I’ve received.The facility is clean, well-organized, and efficiently run. Even during busy times, the wait times are reasonable, and they manage to maintain a high level of care. I am beyond satisfied with the service provided and feel fortunate to have such a reliable urgent care in our community.Highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt, professional, and compassionate care. I came in today (8/1/24) to get my knee checked because I was in excruciating pain. Oh, how it was so refreshing to go to a facility with the absolute sweetest doctor and nurses. They were extremely attentive, I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out or blow off. The doctor listened to every single concern that I had and made sure we addressed everything. He made sure I had everything I needed & was 100% comfortable before I walked out. I really really appreciate this experience. I surely wish we could have more like it. I would highly suggest stopping here!

Came in with a small puncture wound. Examined, x-ray, wound dressed within maybe a half hour at most. Doctor and their staff was great. Happy to have this urgent care near by.

They just wanted to charge my insurance.I had a dental emergency with my 4 year old I was calling around and (I thought this was a dentist, it was like the 7th place I called and wasn’t paying attention at that point, I just wanted to get seen) I explained the situation to the lady at front and she said they could help it’s when I get there that I realize it’s an urgent care so I double checked if they can actually help me maybe with XRays or something. The Dr didn’t do anything. Wiggled her tooth and said it wasn’t loose & it definitely was I called him out on it, he said it was nothing to worry about she should be fine, I just left. Went to her actual dentist the next day & it’s more serious than the Dr said it was. I know he isn’t a dentist and I didn’t realize until I got there but if I explained my situation through the phone & the lady at front should have said they can’t help me instead of charging my insurance for a 2 min visit where nobody helped in anything.

This is the best urgent care I’ve been to. The wait is really short and the doctors are very professional and efficient. The place is really clean and organized. Everything was explained to me perfectly and I got a call about my test results the same day. I definitely recommend this urgent care and I will be coming back.

Sure wish I could give ZERO STARS!!!So look, I’m NOT one of those people who scream racist and or about discrimination, in fact I try too be easy and simple in my daily life. When a company suck as this advertises they do DOT medical exams for CDL A drivers they should honor it! Especially when you call first and the lady says “ we’re open until 8pm and slow so anytime before 8pm you can come in and get that DOT EXAM.I arrived at 7pm and was kinda surprised that the clerk at the window had no clue what a DOT exam was, I had to tell him it’s a cash service as he is asking for my insurance card and the insurance doesn’t pay for these. So after they all walk behind the wall, I can hear a bunch of whispering a Dr wearing a white coat that said his name and MD you know? Medical doctor? Not pc said sorry sir I can’t do the DOT came?!?!?! But YOUR A MD YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN DO THE EXAM!! Nope wouldn’t do it and told me to try sometime tomorrow when different dr are there.. really?!?!?? So your website should take down dot exams, or list them as from 10am-2pm only because according too them that’s the times you have to come get it done.. unbelievable!!! Remember my first sentence? Where I said I’m not a person to scream discrimination?So yesterday was my 3rd attempt at using this place for my card!!!! It’s only 1 mile from my home. 3RD TIME!!! And all 3 times now they have said THAT EXACT SAME THING!!!!These people can’t be trusted in my opinion, I’m also reaching out too higher places as I’m just not okay with the same exact thing 3 different years!!!!!

I went here and got into a room in less than 10 minutes. They were prompt, nice, detailed, and considerate. Theyre a new location so please visit them if you need to visit an Urgent Care

I took my son who has Autism and had a meltdown on the way due to getting hyper fixated on something in to West Dearborn Urgent Care. There was no wait at all, and check-in for a new patient was very quick.My son was not in his most cooperative mood, making it difficult for the Doctor and staff. I was SO impressed with the patience Dr. Alkhoury and the staff had. The quality of care was amazing, and Dr. Alkhoury personally called me with one of the test results less than an hour after we left the office. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, the thorough examination and testing, patience, and kindness shown by everyone here has made this the go to Urgent Care Clinic for my family and I from now on.Thank you Dr. Alkhoury and staff! You all are truly amazing!

I recently visited West Dearborn urgent care for severe rib pain, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff was incredibly attentive and caring, and they wasted no time in getting me an x-ray to determine the cause of my pain. My mother was seen by a male doctor today and said he was so wonderful and thorough. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my mom. She gets nervous going to doctors and everyone treated her with kindness and I appreciate it very much. We will be going here from now on.**To give an update: I took my child here today and I am so thankful that I did. The doctor was so kind and answered all of my questions. Dr. Soha is amazing! She was so kind and respectful, I was always insecure about going to the doctor but she was very patient and it felt great to open up to her and receive the care I needed. First time I visited this urgent care and I was really impressed by how thorough they were with asking me questions about my symptoms. I was greeted and assisted by the nursing staff in the beginning, and then Dr Soha came in and diagnosed me. She seemed very friendly, caring and was exceptional at her job. It’s very rare to actually get treated by a doctor who actually cares and listens to your concerns and that is the reason I recommend this urgent care. Staff and Dr Soha did an excellent job! I’m definitely going back in case I need to.

The doctors are so helpful and kind. Dr. Alkhoury is great he will most definitely take care of you! The receptionists are wonderful, they always answer even after hours sometimes! Definitely would recommend this urgent care! For most all needs!

Excellent Urgent care. Recently went because of a sore throat. The doctor was very thorough, did a strep test, check for any breathing issues before prescribing an antibiotic, started feeling better within hours. All the staff were very pleasant, check in process was simple and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

This is the best urgent care in town! Sadly Ive been to many urgent cares, but none are this organized, welcoming, friendly and no wait time today. The staff was very courteous and provided excellent care. The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. Medication was called in to my pharmacy immediately. I would highly recommend West Dearborn Urgent Care.

My mother was not feeling well so I came here with her to translate. The doctor and staff spoke Arabic really well and she was able to tell them everything wrong with her without my help. They also explained everything to her and made her feel more comfortable with what was going on. They were friendly and professional and wait time was very good as well. Overall, a very nice experience.

This clinic was so amazing! Their hospitality was over the top. I felt very comfortable with doctors Alfares and Alkhoury. I came to them and they felt the need to always put every patient first and try their best to make everyone feel as welcome and comfortable as possible. This clinic also didn’t make me feel out of place and they answered all my questions with great honesty and treated me with great care. Definitely recommend and coming here was the best decision. .

I took my grandmother here and she felt so good and the doctors made sure to make her feel as comfortable and chill. The clinic really made my day because my grandma doesn’t like hospitals or going for check ups and seeing her feel so much better about going to the doctors for her condition really makes someone feel safe. 10/10

Only urgent care i will go to. I have gone here several times and its always quick. But not only that. They care. Listen and take their time. They ask if you are ok while they are taking blood or anything they are doing for you. The staff/ladies are all very sweet. Dr has personally spoken to me as well as called to check in on me. I have gone to alot of urgent cares. This is the best place to go to. They care, now a days thats hard to find from doctors and nurses.

Excellent experience at West Dearborn urgent care. They are very professional. I immediately felt welcomed. Doctor AL Khoury was very nice and knowledgeable. We took our baby to get tested for RSV. The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Even though urgent cares can’t do much for babies, Dr. Alfares went above and beyond to explain things and ease our concerns. Highly recommend this urgent care!

Our family has been here many times. We have always gotten great, personal and very thorough care here. They are good with kids and have always gone the extra mile to care for us. The wait is always short as well.

I had a great visit today and i highly recommend this urgent care. i had a very minimal wait time as a walk in and was seen soon after. the staff and MD were patient, kind and prompt with seeing me and delivering care. they also sent my rx to a pharmacy so i didn’t have to waste a trip dropping it off. my concerns were addressed and i would return here if i had further issues. thank you!*edit: just wanted to add that the doctor called me himself 2 days after my visit for a follow up…just to see how i was doing and if i had any questions or concerns. i have never had anyone do that and i am so grateful for that call. it took 2 minutes out of his day but it meant so much to me. i can’t recommend this urgent care enough!

Was able to get in early on a Sunday. The staff was very nice and the doctor was extremely thorough, patient and kind. Went above and beyond to help me even though my issue was a bit outside the norm. Did everything he could think of via x-rays and tests to get me some information that should help significantly when I see my specialist.

My husband and I have suddenly become regulars at the West Dearborn Urgent Care this month., as we both had Covid, and back in today for returning symptoms. Dr Alfares treated our Covid and Dr Alkhoury treated our returning symptoms. They are absolutely wonderful! They are kind, compassionate, will go the extra mile for you. They do not rush you or treat you like a fast food urgent care patient. They have a great caring welcoming staff. We are very fortunate they moved into our neighborhood!

I recently got covid after the New Years party and was treated with the utmost care by Dr. Ghattas at the west Dearborn urgent care clinic. He was knowledgeable, sympathetic, and made sure to fully address all of my concerns. This is my first time at this Urgent Care and and i couldnt be more happy with the staff at this clinic, they were very kind and efficient. I am so grateful for the excellent care I received and highly recommend Dr. Ghattas and this urgent care. Five stars!

I don’t know how this urgent care has good ratings. I really have no clue. They’re absolutely TERRIBLE at what they do. The worker didn’t even know how to use the blood pressure right. They cant even put a patient into a wheel chair, my friend had to use the wheel chair herself. They let a patient SIEZE on their table and they stood there and did nothing, they didn’t even put her on her side. Never go here for emergencies.

Thank you Doctor Soha for really trying to help. Ive only been here once because I was near by and it was convenient. They were very friendly and quick and now I dont want to go to any other urgent care. I am going to force all my friends and family to come here now.

The front desk staff didn’t ask for my insurance my first visit so I had to pay out of pocket. The second visit they asked for it and I tried to correct the first one, but dismissed me saying they didn’t bill insurance. After my visit I’m waiting to pay and they ask me why I’m waiting because they were going to bill the insurance company.I go to the pharmacy an hour later and come to find out they never ordered the prescription I needed for my baby. Now we are stuck wondering if we need to go to the ER now.

My 1st time there, Friday, Oct., 28th. Wait time not too long, staff was very pleasant, my nurse was very friendly & Dr. Alkhoury was OUTSTANDING! He was so friendly & funny, & made sure I was given all the necessary tests to rule out Covid, flu, pnumonia (chest x-ray) & was ultimately treated for an upper respiratory (?) bug. Would highly recommend West Dearborn Urgent Care. Thank you, Dina

10/10. Dr Alkhoury, Iman and his entire team, are unlike any urgent care we have ever been to. There was caring and friendly service but most importantly, we were accurately assessed and adequately prescribed and healed! The doctor cared to scheduled a follow up a week later, which is rare for an urgent care! Healthy and happy :)

I visited the urgent care site on 7/25/22 for a PCR test. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable and efficient. The Physician was very kind and performed a brief exam.Waiting time was brief. Very kind and efficient staff. Highly recommend.

I decided to go to this urgent care and wow do I not regret it! Amazing service and it is a clean and beautiful clinic. I was in and out and the doctors were very polite, sweet, and professional. I would highly recommend going here.

How can I be positive for herpes but my husband was diagnosed with HIV and neither of us have the same diagnoses? I was getting tested every week during my pregnancy and everything came back negative....so how can you tell me I had something but didnt notice....MISDIAGNOSED and your receptionist should NOT be performing things that your nurse should!!! Where are yall nurses ?

They did a great job with my little guys first experience with stitches. He was not a happy camper and it wasnt easy but we got it done relatively quick and at closing time. And he still walked out with a smile. Thanks yall

Went to this urgent care because of the high rating but was highly disappointed with the care I received. I had a kidney stone and was misdiagnosed with a UTI. They didnt follow the procedure to properly take a UTI test and I heard the doctor and the nurse talking about the machine not working. The doctor told the nurse to just do a strip test before the doctor came to my room to tell me I had a UTI... I didnt trust the results so I took two tests at home immediately after, both of which came back negative. I then went to another urgent care that confirmed there was no UTI but rather, a kidney stone. The staff was nice which is why I gave them 2 stars, but I wouldnt recommend this urgent care.

I wish I knew about them before, very nice staff and doctors they are the sweetest and they take good care of their patients! They also do labs and x-ray in office which will save a trip to the lab. I totally recommend them!!!

Dr. Alfares is awesome!! She was super patient and willing to work with me despite not having insurance. The MAs are super sweet, too. I appreciate how seriously they take Covid here, as well. Totally recommend :)
