The staff at Midwest Clinic were very kind and very professional. We went for my daughter’s school physical. It was simple to make an appointment online and there was no wait when we arrived. Easy in and out and only $30. Great experience. Thank you all!

Walked in very nice, tidy and clean. Receptionist was very friendly. Helped me with what I needed help with. Got in very quickly even being a walk in. The doctor was very nice and listened to my about my problems I was having. Very willing to find out what my diagnosis was. All around very friendly good atmosphere. Will definitely go back when needed to.

We had such a great experience at this location. We took our 22-month old in due to a suspicion of having an ear infection. Our son was obviously scared but everyone there was so patient and so great with him. From the front desk to the nurse/medical assistant taking his vitals down to the doctor. The woman at the front desk and what I’m assuming was the medical assistant went out of their way to make our son a little less scared which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this location!

X-ray text was very awesome Laura was an x-ray tech. She helped and explained every detail Jen the nurse practitioner explained everything about my x-ray made me feel good. They are also awesome.

Staff were friendly. And service was quick. I went in on a Saturday evening and was told there were 3 people ahead of me. I don’t even have time to finish filling out paperwork before they had called my name. Was still having difficulties two days later so I called and asked some questions. Staff member I talked to was kind and helpful.

I would give them 0 stars if I could! Starr is rude and doesnt know how to do her job properly she turned my son around because she said his insurance was inactive. I asked multiple times how when I knew he has insurance! turns out after visiting another location his insurance is mysteriously active. What a waste of time she put me through didnt even try to figure it out! When someone is trying to be seen denying someone shouldnt be so effortless

This clinic was great! Fast check-in and super fast exam at a reasonable price with knowledgeable and helpful staff.

They were so friendly and fast I was in and out… and received the medicine I needed.. the nurse was so pleasant and nice… my feed back is turn the air down a little I frozes

The doctor misdiagnosed me and did not perform a very thorough assessment at all. As a practicing nurse, I provided plenty of information and it seemed very rushed and without enough consideration. I was properly diagnosed & assessed at Franciscan urgent care in crown point very soon after due to my doubt in this facility.

Staff was all very pleasant and accommodating. Office was clean and well-organized. Nurse Practitioner was knowledgeable on what was going on with me, and chose the best course of treatment.

I always wondered why every time I came here there was never a consistent staff. I walk in to get seen I approached the medical assistant, Renee A., at the front desk. I provided my information and after providing she mentioned I had a bill. I asked what was the bill for and she mentioned for a visit in October. I mentioned how that bill was supposed to have been sent to the VA. The assistant replies back with an attitude stating that that I needed to call their billing department. I callled and after waiting over 30 minutes I was practically informed the VA was never billed! I go back in and talk to Renee and now who I take it is a nurse about the issue. The woman next to Renee states that they cant bill the VA only my auto insurance since the issue is related to an accident. That makes ZERO sense, if your claim is denied by your auto insurance your HEALTH insurance is billed next! So now Im told I cant be seen until I pay even though this issue was from Midwest Express! I can understand if the VA denied it but to just completely skip them is crazy. Hell, Methodist went to the VA after my auto. I even asked a claims adjustor whose being doing claims for over 20+ years, going to the health insurance is standard.To have a bad attitude with someone who has done NOTHING to you is crazy and unprofessional. If you do not like interacting with people or your job find something else to do!!

Went to Burr and Rte 30 location. Was seeing the Doc within 10 minutes after arrival. He was professional and very attentive. Had a very pleasant experience.

Love it here, Ive had nothing but great experiences with me and my daughters when coming here. I recommend them to anyone I know.

Took my son, with special needs, to this clinic, with allergy symptoms. Front Desk staff, Danielle, Medical Assistant and Jennifer, NP were patient, explained everything they were going to do to diagnose and help him to him. Visit went smoothly, no tantrum or resistance since they treated him like a person/patient with clear and concise detail. Warmed my heart, as his own pediatricians office does not do this. Great experience!

Got in very quickly the doctor was great. so was the receptionist.the care was excellent thank you for taking care of me!!

When the doctor numbed me with the lidocaine she used the same needle 6 times and even I know you dont do that. You use the screw on top ones so your getting killed with pain. I talked to a nurse practitioner and she told me that .

I had a great experience at Midwest Express Clinic in Crown Point. The front desk was extremely helpful. The staff was attentive and friendly.

So, Ive been to different Midwest Express Clinics in the past and feel that the customer service and friendliness from the employees are usually great, but it greatly lacked here. Not to mention waiting in the exam room for over 25 minutes waiting for the provider to come in for 2 minutes and there was maybe one other patient there. They were not busy at all. The medical assistant triaging me (doing my vitals, etc) completely lacked friendliness. The other Crown Point location is much better so I will definitely be going there instead.

Came in with my daughters and we all kind of had a cold. Staff was fast. Amazing sweet and definitely understanding. Everybody was very fast and efficient now normally I dont leave any type of reviews but when you get exceptional care, its definitely worth a few minutes to fill out a review for it. Hi there!! Each time I have to be seen as I enter the office is very clean and the front desk staff greets me which is warm welcoming. The provider has seen me a few times but my favorite one is Nikki I think and she seems to genuinely care and listen to me which is rare and I didn’t feel rushed.

I accidentally scheduled my appt for wrong location and they figured it out and got me in anyways. Doctor was very informative.

Clean waiting area, has a small area for kids to play at a table. Front desk staff was organized and friendly at check in. Wait time was expected 10 minutes. Visit with MD went well, addressed concerns and best resolution. Only negative to say is the pharmacy location I gave at check in, was not the same as the location the office sent my script to. Other than that, the office and staff I would recommend to family and friends.

This was my first time at this location. Carly the Nurse Practitioner was thorough and very knowledgeable. She was attentive and listened to all of my concerns. She provided me the correct treatment until I could follow up with my dentist. She was awesome. The office staff and Medical Assistant were all nice. I did not have to wait long as well as others before me. I will definitely be back to this location if the need arises again.

I have used this Midwest Express numerous times over the years, and my experiences just keep getting better and better.A recent Covid exposure brought me and my Larry here today - Ariel handled our triage, and she is an absolute gem! All the right things - professional, efficient, friendly - but more importantly, shes a real person.Wanted to share the attached picture too - My Larry wouldnt pose with Larry the Snowman, but I couldnt resist spreading a little extra joy & cheer to the wonderful staff & Ariel especially - keep on keeping on girl, youre doing just fine!!!Love & peace to the entire staff!!!

Don’t come to this location if they’re about to close. They’re more concerned about getting you out of the clinic as quickly as possible rather than making sure you’re treated. I had to go about an hour and a half before they closed because I work. I was having an allergic reaction on my hand, I addressed my issues and paid a co-pay only for the NP to tell me to buy an over the counter medication that brought absolutely no relief. I called again the next morning to let them know, they told me to come in and when I got there they said I had to pay another copay. Had the NP listened to her patients after I explained what worked for me, I wouldn’t have had to return to the clinic a second time. I did not get seen a second time because I refused to pay a copay. Extremely disappointed.

Staff was patient, caring and had outstanding customer service skills. All were very knowledgeable.

I have always had great service with this office. With the shortest wait time! The follow up appointment that is scheduled every time needs to make sense. Mine was scheduled for 4 days after my initial visit, and the prescription given wasn’t even half completed.

Went to the one off 30 and Burr, there was no wait time and was called back almost immediately. They were super quick, very efficient, and figured out what was wrong within a few minutes. It was taken care of in office and I was in and out with a prescription as well as a return time if there are any other issues, all within 30 minutes. The staff were all friendly and caring, I definitely recommend this location.

Every time I go there (which has been frequently due to my sick toddlers) everyone there has been wonderful. Jenna always knows on the spot what Im talking about and she remembers me and my children very well. I cant remember all the nurse assistants names but Jenna, NP Kirk, NP Weber, and NP Turich are always welcoming and listens to my familys issues and needs. I appreciate everyone and love that location. Thank you everyone!

I went in and was immediately greeted by a very nice receptionist and it didnt take long for them to get me back into a room. They were extremely professional and quick. The doctor was sympathetic and knew exactly what she was doing. I had 100 percent trust in her abilities and I got the care I needed to feel better sooner rather than later. Doctor Rebekah was a blessing. The whole team there is amazing and I will definitely go back.

Visited Midwest Express Urgent Care yesterday late afternoon. Had ear ache. Was seen and treated within 25 minutes then picked up a script for the ear ache. Back home to begin using the script within an hour. Receptionist was very pleasant and very professional. NP Diana was pleasant, professional and to the point. Extremely satisfied with my Midwest Express experience.. as usual.

Place very clean, staff was great. Dr.is great as well

I was seen promptly. Everyone was nice and I would use this clinic again.

When I walked I was greeted by the receptionist, she is super sweet and patient. She got me registered pretty quick. Afterwards I was taken into triag, the girl in there was also sweet, my bp was high (it always is) she was concerned and rechecked it. I went across the hall to see the Dr. when she came she says to me you dont remember me? Then it clicked. (We both had masks on) I knew her voice it was Diana, an old friend that I havent seen in over 10 years. She is an amazing doctor. Great bedside manner and truly cares about her patients and helping people. I would highly recommend going to Midwest Express Clinic. All around great experience.

This facility is my go to in time of need, excellent care and the most awesome service, wait time never more that 2 mins, highly recommend!!!

I visited Midwest Express Clinic on Labor Day when I broke my left elbow in a bicycle crash. I came in bleeding. It was obvious when I got there that they were more interested in closing the facility for the Holiday than they were in caring for me. They did the minimum cleaning and bandaging the wound and sent me on my way. I came home to take a nap and noticed that I was still bleeding, despite the bandages. I went to Community Hospital where they did the proper care. I am very disappointed in this place.

The staff there is always so friendly. And the doctors or nurse practitioners I’ve had take care of me always do a great job. The only problem I have is the never seem to send my prescriptions to the right pharmacy, but I don’t blame them I know they aren’t employed at that specific unit everyday. It can just be frustrating at time. But overall great service everytime!

Omg!! This place was so amazing. Mercedes was so professional and caring and had a great sense of humor which I rather enjoyed to help take my mind off how bad I was feeling. Nurse Practitioner Rebekah was so knowledgeable and thorough with getting me assessed and on the mend and also very kind and a good sense of humor, I appreciated that. I would recommend this place for everything from daily care to emergency issues, they have a wide range of services and are sure to get you fixed up and feeling better!!! Thank you to all the amazing staff! You made visit an experience I will not forget. Also everything was done in a very timely manner, the wait was perfect. Quick in and out. Did not use my co-pay for insurance and charged me way too much for an office visit. I received a bill 3 weeks after my visit. Very shady the way they do billing. I will not go back.

They also have it decorated so cute which feels so welcoming and cozy. This time they even had music in the hallway of rooms. They are great! NP I had really cared. They are all caring from front desk to all medical staff.

Jazmine is an excellent practitioner. She assisted myself as well as my 14 year old daughter, and made us both feel completely comfortable and at ease. She was very informative and took her time with us, not rushing us through even though she was extremely busy. We will definitely be making this our home facility when our doctor isn’t available.

I went to Midwest Express after having difficulty getting in to see my PCP. I went first thing in the morning and got in and out quickly. I really liked all the staff and the NP who treated me. Very pleasant experience. I would definitely use this facility again whenever needed. Thank you too all the lovely staff.

First time at midwest clinic. Walked in got paperwork and gave ID and insurance info. Before I could even finish I was called back by nurse. She checked BP and asked afew questions. Then brought me to a different room . Two minutes later later I was speaking to Diane a PA. Told her my symptoms and she came up with treatment plan . Got a shot and a prescription. I was extremely impressed by how nice everyone was and how fast and efficient the whole experience was. I was literally in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied with treatment plan and care I received. Would totally recommend this midwest express clinic. 👌

I’ve never met another doctor so determined to help me, she listened, genuinely cared and went above and beyond to comfort my son and i. The entire staff was amazing. Wish they could be our primary office 💖

I have *never* had such fast service at an urgent care! Amy (nurse) was incredibly friendly, as was Carly (nurse practitioner). I am very impressed! I had already heard great reviews, and now Im adding mine!

I am not seeing it here and shall make sure everyone reading this thread will in fact see our concerns as well as make sure this situation DOES NOT happen to ANYONE else. MAKE SURE YOU SCROLL DOWN AND READ ALL REVIEWS HERE not simply those that may have had a “wonderful” experience for whatever reason. I can guarantee that would be a FALSE overall assessment. My husband is a physician and we are very concerned about this clinic. My mother was rejected after a fall last week because we didn’t have a picture ID for her when we just moved here and I just moved her from a nursing home in Illinois to our home. It was a Sunday, we live very close to this clinic and my mother has dementia, cancer and several other co-morbidities which make it difficult to transport her and the ER can be traumatic for her if not absolutely necessary. I was referred to as “hon” by the front desk consistently, and was told their policy was to not accept any patient without a picture ID. I had initially called rather than simply show up to explain our situation and inquire as to the wait time. My mother is a Medicare recipient and has Blue Cross Blue Shield secondary and was rejected simply because I don’t have a picture ID for her, although I am her power of attorney. This is a blatant Medicare infringement. It is against federal law to refuse and/or discriminate (against) any patient yet alone one with Medicare. When policy trumps law buyer beware. This issue was reported to Medicare for review and my previous review of this clinic has somehow mysteriously disappeared.

Excellent care center. I was in and out. The staff went above and beyond for my children. My kids loved it so much they cant wait to go back 😂😂

I go to this clinic every 2 weeks to get a asthma injection, which is somewhat painful, and due to Carpal Tunnel, I am unable to treat myself as you must inject the medication for 2 clicks. Well, Brittany and Shanika are wonderful! I must say that they are masterful because everyone cant give that injection properly. The receptionist is a sweetheart. She is so professional, efficient , and kind, and she gives me a variety of lollipops. It takes about 10 minutes in and out. I ❤️ those girls. In the past, Ive visited the clinic for respiratory problems, and I must say the staff, Nurse Practioners are great. They listen and treat your condition professionally with empathy. The is my go to neighhood clinic.

Dont go here unless you know exactly what is wrong with you and are sure they can treat you for it!I went to this clinic after a slip and fall rib injury. They took a unilateral chest xray, told me I did not have fractures, prescribed me muscle relaxers, and told me to come in the following week for a follow up visit. I went the following week, still in immense pain, and was initially brushed off with the NP shrugging and saying, Well you dont have fractures. I was concerned about dislocation or displacement and was told in a short tone, They check for everything. I asked, Did they? Because your paper here says they only scanned the one side, and if they dont have anything to compare it to, how will they know? The NP huffed and walked out of the room saying, Let me go check. She came back completely apologetic and said she had never seen them take only a unilateral chest xray before and that we could do more xrays here, but we really cant treat you here for additional issues and recommended a chiropractor. My chiropractor has been great, and yes, I did have 2 dislocated ribs! So not only were my concerns dismissed and I felt I was not treated with care or really even as a person, but I have now received a bill (after insurance) for almost $75 just for the follow up visit! I called and asked what the charges are for since they did not do anything for me that day except tell me to go somewhere else, and I was told, They took your vitals that day. WOW. I cannot wait to see what the xray charges are! I will never go back to this place ever again.

Staff has been nice to me the four times I’ve been there. Just recently they helped me fill a prescription I couldn’t get filled due to my original doctor resigning and being in between appointments to meet their replacement. Additionally, they are very empathetic to the concerns of their customers and respectfully answering questions.

Always the best experience with the staff. The teamwork from begging to end is so apparent and they love their job. I recommend to everyone!

Loved the service I received. I was able to set appointment on line and that they were open on a Sunday. They were caring and concerned of my situation and they consulted with me on my next steps.

Worst service ever! I went in for an upper respiratory infection and then it turned into a 1/2 hour lecture about gut health all because she was giving me an antibiotic! I didn’t ask her opinion about my gut health. She acted more like a drill sergeant then a dr. Her bed side manner was horrible. Her name is Olga!

I truly appreciated the speedy service. The wait was literally 3 minutes to be called to the back and 5 minutes before the doctor came in. I appreciate the doctor’s bedside manner and willing to listen. She was very professional but at the same time, I felt like she was family. She truly cared about my health and explained everything to me. She explained why she prescribed the medicine. The front desk was also very courteous and caring. I would definitely recommend this clinic and return if I have any problems. I also appreciated that it was literally 4 minutes from my house. The facility was clean and kid friendly.

Every time I come here its a great experience.. and it hasnt been just a couple visits. I bring my 2 boys for anything and everything that comes up, even the smallest things, and the staff is always so caring. I cant think of one negative. Thank you Midwest Express 💜💜💜

I am beyond impressed by this office every time we have to go there. They are so cheerful and helpful (everyone from the front desk to the nurses). We never have to wait to get in and they are so sweet to my toddler as well as my husband and I every single time. Which says a lot considering what healthcare workers have been through these last few years. I really do appreciate this place. Don’t change a thing and thank you!

I had the best NP ever! I have had a bad back for years due to an accident that I had to have bilateral hip replacements. I usual can keep my pain tolerable with exercises and message. My pain just got bad from a slip. She never once treated me like a drug seeker. Discussed new treatments out now. Even when I told her I couldn’t take flexral we found one that would not knock me out for 3 days! Oh and gave me a shot of anti-inflammatory. Before when I have flare ups I just always got steroids. Yes they work great but take a day to really give me relief. I was better in 20 minutes. She was wonderful. Sorry I can’t remember her name. I was hurting and my brain was not working properly!🤦🏼‍♀️ Thank you so much.

I came to the Center due to a chronic cough due to my allergies. From the moment l walked in the people where very nice to me. When called to the back I received the same treatment. Dr. Vega was very caring, and concerned about my health. She checked to make sure there were other issues developing, like bronchitis or pneumonia.She explained what was happening with my sinsus and prescribed me what l needed and if l had any concerns to come back to see her. I appreciate being treated like her patient and not a stranger randomly coming through the door for help. The atmosphere is welcoming.I recommend coming here for your needs.

On 8/9/22, I had to get some blood tests done, it was my second time ever going to MEC. The wait wasnt bad only ended up being there for an hour or so. The doctor that saw me was beyond amazing and kind. She explained everything I needed to know and more. Very clean space as well. My results came back in only 2 days. I felt safe and cared for and will be going back if I ever need anything else. 💯

I not only felt like a real person but the nurse practitioner Danielle took her time with me and was very thorough and I look forward to seeing her again for my follow up! Everyone there has always been very thorough and very friendly to I really appreciate that in these times

I brought in my very sick, very cranky 2 year old and was so impressed. Wait time was minimal for a Sunday afternoon, and everyone from the front desk to the nurse practiconer were absolutely wonderful. I was hesitant to bring my toddler to urgent care considering everything that’s happening, but they really do their best to get you to a room as quickly as possible. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone! They also have an online check in, which really helps speed things up.

Staff is incredibly friendly, DRs and Nurses very helpful and kind. They Dr listened and took my concerns seriously and helped to solve my problem. They’re very efficient, I had no wait time and was in and out in a much quicker than I expected!

The staff was very kind. The Nurse Practitioner Carla was wonderful. It was my and my son 1st time there, and they made us feel so welcomed. I’ll definitely be returning.

Staff was super nice. I booked an appointment online at the wrong location and they still saw me at my schedule appointment time with no hassle! Some practices will send you away immediately and tell you to go to the location you booked at. Not Midwest in Crown Point! Brittany was so nice and caring. This was my first time visiting this clinic. I didnt wait long to be seen. Went in with common cold symptoms and they still tested me for everything. I was seen by Rebekah and she was nice and thorough and explained everything in detail. Probably my first choice for urgent care in the future

The receptionist/triage nurse was extremely kind and compassionate. The doctor sent me to the ER for stat CT and labs. I’m glad she didn’t send me home because it was a serious issue. She even called me personally a couple days later to check in on my situation!!! (I came here because it was the urgent care with the best reviews and now I can see why.)

I went to get tested for COVID-19. While there they informed me that strep throat was going around and my symptoms could also be that and asked would I mind being tested for that. Well - COVID-19 Negative, Strep Throat Positive. I am so glad I went in. The facility and the people working there are very good quality. You will feeling very comfortable and well looked after.

My experience was quick staff was knowledgeable about the diagnosis and gave me a quick fix. Thanks thank you all Jason Howard.

I was able to get in, fill out the paperwork and a couple minutes later, I was seen by the medical assistant. Two minutes after she was done, doctor came in and checked me. She was very thorough and very detailed in her explanations and was not rushing to get me out the door. Very professional and caring.

Second time in this clinic and another great experience. Staff was friendly and very calm walking me step by step through entire process. My daughter and I were seen by FNP and we could not stop talking about how incredibly nice and comforting she was. While I hope that I won’t be back any time soon, I’ll definitely be back if I have to.

Overall experience was wonderful My son had to go for an x-ray. The paperwork was fast and I was surprised how fast we were seen, we didnt wait long. I just want to say thanks to all the staff, they were very very nice, friendly and professional. I would recommend them and I will definitely go back.

The people there were courteous and professional. I got in right away and the doctor and nurse answered all my questions. I left feeling satisfied and happy. I would recommend and go back there again, if I needed urgent care.

Had a great experience here. The waiting area was clean and kid friendly, which is always a huge plus when you have little ones. The staff was kind. Their Nurse Practitioner Brittany was very knowledgeable and compassionate. I was able to be seen quickly, and I didnt feel rushed while I was in the room. Im thrilled I was able to find somewhere open on a Sunday.

They were great! Everyone I encountered was very nice and welcoming. The wait time wasnt long at all. I didnt feel rushed out of the room either which is really nice for a walk-in clinic. The only thing, I was prescribed medication that I wasnt given the instructions or details. I misread them at first so some instructions beforehand would have been good. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Midwest Express Clinic is my go to urgent care. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always nice and kind. I never felt like they were rushing through my visit. Its very clean they are well organized.

The ultrasound tech did a great job and spent time trying to make sure she got the gender right even though baby wasn’t cooperating very well. :) Staff was nice and facility seemed well-maintained.

The staff was very nice and greeted us upon arriving. The nurse made my daughter feel comfortable before taking her COVID test and the doctor was back with the negative results in very little time. Thanks to you all for your help during this time of a pandemic while staying safe as well.

I was able to choose a time to come in online and did not have to wait at all (even though the time wasnt guaranteed). All the staffs bedside manner was awesome. I was in and out so quickly as well. The NP said she would try to push my test through quicker since Im a front-line worker and because my employee health isnt open on the weekends. Definitely would recommend!

Quick every time we go there. Staff is pleasant when you register. MA is thorough at intake and NPs are wonderful. Answer questions and never being rushed out. Our families go to for sport’s physicals and urgent needs.

Booked a gender reveal sonogram with this clinic. I saw a fb ad and was drawn in by how cheap it was. The scheduling process was a little frustrating which is why I have 4 stars. But the actual apt was great! The tech was SUPER friendly and really took time to walk us through what to look for on the sonogram. We got a flash drive with pictures. I was very pleased with the price, time we were able to view the baby and friendly staff. Great experience.

This is my second time coming here and the staff, service and professionalism has been second to none. Emily (my nurse practitioner) was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She prescribed appropriate treatment and provided followup to ensure I was on the right track. Midweek Express Care on 30 is wonderful! Everytime I have been there all the staff are friendly and we usually dont have to wait long. Last week I took my son there. NP Kerry was instantly concerned with his illness and immediately recognized a very uncommon disease. She was so wonderful and sent us to the ER since it was serious . She explained what she thought it was, gave me paper work and even called the ER and told them we were coming and what her diagnosis was. When we got to the ER shortly after they were ready for him cause she had taken the time to call. We were then transferred to a childrens hospital it Chicago. I am so thankful that she took it serious and truly cared. She even called me a few days later to see what ended up happening with him and ask how he was doing. She was such a blessing to us. I am very thankful. I highly recommend midwest clinic!

I have been there several times due to work schedule etc. The staff have been competent and helpful until today. The NP and nurse were great; however, the receptionist was most certainly not. It was as if she didnt want to do her job. She was extremely rude to callers. She was also rude with me. For example she would ask me a question and then cut me off before I could answer. Her overall attitude was irritated. She was extremely unprofessional an is a very poor way to start a visit to the clinic. She definitely reflects negatively on the overall experience.

I have always been treated so well coming to this clinic. That goes for all of the Midwest express clinics. Everyone has always been so kind and courteous to me each and every time I go. I’m such a weird world filled with so much hate, the staff at all of their locations are always so good to me. I thank you all for everything you are doing for everyone!

Went in for a covid test, I was sure I had it. Got a nasal swab and the results took about 10-15 minutes. I was negative and the nurse practitioner came straight into the room and thats the first thing she said! Said it was probably just a cold since its that time of year.I was seriously happy! All staff had a very good bedside manner! Definitely would recommend.

This place deserves a ZERO! Im really upset! It was either May 24th or 25th. My husband was there at the Crown Point location. He felt weak and his foot and toe were bothering him. So, you folks did a Covid test and I dont have a medical background. My background is computers, technology, software etc. I dont know how accurate those Covid tests are. First, you folks did a Covid test and according to you he tested positive. Second, you tell him to go back in 5 days if his foot doesnt get better. Furthermore, you had him down for a follow up on May 31st. I guess to Re Do the Covid test. HOW DARE YOU TELL A DIABETIC TO COME BACK IN 5 DAYS IF HIS FOOT ISNT BETTER! HE WOULD HAVE BEEN DEAD IN 5 DAYS! Anyway, my husband went to the ER 24 hours later because he felt worse. At the hospital they did a Covid test and HE DOES NOT HAVE COVID! The doctors say that he probably feels weak because of the foot infection. If the doctor or NP would have really took the time to examine him, He or she would have realized that or better yet a responsible doctor would have told a diabetic patient. You need to go to the ER! No, you didnt say that! On top of that you give him a bill of DOS that we dont recall and I will be contacting my previous health insurance provider to see if they can shed of light about those DOS and etc. We also had a bankruptcy it is possible if this is a legitimate debt then it could have been added to that bankruptcy but I dont know. However, what I do know is that due to how you treated my husband that day . You lost your credibility with me. Also, I will be filing a compliant because you have a irresponsible doctor or NP over there who gave my husband wrong advise. Thank God my husband went to the ER and was admitted and receiving proper medical care by responsible, compassionate doctors who know what theyre doing. We never will go back!

Was very happy. Minimal waiting for my place in line for the rapid covid test-also tested for the flu. 2 years since Ive been here. Remodel is very nice, some new faces too. Kind and professional. As crummy as I felt 2 weeks ago coming in, it sure was a lift to me with kindness and the professionalism here!

A convenient location, safe environment, and very friendly staff. Easy registration online. While the guidance from my provider was excellent. Short wait times are the added bonus, great job to the team at MEC. Going to the clinic is never fun but this was a stress free experience.

This was my first time stopping here after spending the weekend with ear pain and difficulty hearing caused my impacted wax buildup. I went at 9 when doors opened and was greeted by friendly staff.. she took my insurance info and had me fill out some paperwork.. I was soon taken in and seen by doctor who confirmed I had a problem with the impacted wax.. she was able to clear the wax and I felt better immediately! I was so very thankful! I would definitely stop here again if I had another medical emergency. Staff was so friendly and accommodating.. thanks again!😊

Have never been to urgent Care before. Registration was quick and easy I did not have to wait very long to see the doctor. My exam seemed very thorough and now today it seems like she was spot on as I am already starting to feel better from the medications she prescribed. Thank you so very much for helping get rid of my pain.

I live out of town and visited here because I travel for work and ended up with a sinus infection.My fear, which seems to be associated with “walk-in clinics,” was that I would be waiting for hours and it would take up a lot of my day. However, it couldn’t be further from that usual experience! I was in and out in a VERY short time! EVERYONE there was very friendly and seemed to love their job! GREAT experience!!Thank you!!

Yesterday was my first experience at Midwest Express Clinic and it was a great one. First, they accept my insurance and most places dont .Then, the staff made sure my 4 children and I felt welcomed which was greatly appreciated. I mean from the receptionist up to the doctor. Even the lady cleaning the bathroom in the hallway gave good vibes which is important.I love a great positive atmosphere! Lastly, I was satisfied with the outcome and of my sons result and how its being handled .I believe that this single, working mom of 5 children has found a new go to urgent care facility!!!

The staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Great prices for back to school vaccines! They provide care 7 days a week which really helped with my schedule. Each visit was quick and easy!

Quick and easy procedure. Picked my appt time online and uploaded my ID and Insurance card. Waited in my car until they called me inside. Brittany was very professional and caring. The nasal swab was nothing! Waiting up to 18 days for results sucks, but that isn’t your fault—it’s just the way things are right now. Overall an excellent experience.

Great place to go for whatever ails you, convenient, fast, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, staff. I highly recommend visiting if youre sick, injured, or just need a physical. They also do school physicals if your kids need one. I had absolutely no issues and was in and out very quickly. Once again I highly recommend this facility!

Coming from somebody who doesnt have any health insurance and has to pay out of pocket, everything done was really affordable. The staff was very caring and reassuring, and kept me informed about every step throughout the entire procedure. Overall I would highly recommend going here, it also beats the line at the hospital.

The nurse that took all of my information was so friendly and made me laugh even though I felt terrible. I got a rapid Covid test and it really only took about 30 minutes in and out. The doctor that spoke with me after the results was so sweet and made me feel so much better. I wish she was my regular doctor!

I went in on a Tuesday morning because my wife tested positive for Strep Throat the previous day. During my intake, I notice the nurse/assistant place the swab on the table prior to swabbing me. Then, when she swabbed me, she lightly tapped the back of my tongue and my rapid test showed up negative. I’m sure I had something and the nurse practitioner agreed so she sent my “throat swab” to quest and also wrote a prescription for antibiotics. I got the results back on Friday Morning and it showed up negative and during this time, my throat was on fire and eating was difficult. Thankfully I had the antibiotics but I couldn’t take them until I have the results back. Long story short I don’t think the intake person followed the correct steps to swabbing and I don’t know how long throat culture usually take but I would have re-swabbed my actual throat.

The staff was very nice and honest. They werent uptight like most and funny which made it easier to get stitches and them removed. I cant remember all the staff names but the nurse Danielle and Dr. Anderson were great! Thank you all again 😁

This was a first time visit to any Midwest Exp. Clinic. The place was clean, people friend and thorough. The only thing I wished Id gotten while there were the results of the tests they ran and had results for. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

It was fast and they had all the services I needed in one place. The staff was courteous, happy, and friendly. The dr. was very knowledgeable about my illness and ordered the proper tests right away.

Absolutely great service! They truly care and are fantastic with babies and kids! Only place I go especially for peace of mind being a first time mom! They found that my son had Pyloric stenosis. Great friendly and clean atmosphere!!! Highly recommend

I went to this clinic last night to get a Covid test, and was seriously BLOWN AWAY with how amazing and efficient that staff was! Amy, Dana & Alex were AMAZING through the entire process, and made sure that I not only felt comfortable, but informed about symptoms, the spread, sanitary precautions and information I would’ve never thought to have asked! I have never had exceptional service through an express clinic, so I’m thrilled to be writing a 5 star review for them!

Lenell took a great approach in finding and treating my back pain. He explained everything thoroughly with patience and let me know I can come back any time if I’m not feeling better post treatment.

I was really impressed during our last visit. Typically this clinic is only somewhere to turn to when we cant get into our primary and need to be seen. We dont expect much, and usually service is adequate but nothing much to report. The nurse practitioner we saw yesterday, though, was REALLY good. Attentive and pleasant.

I would give 10 stars. My first visit there. I booked the appt. time online, and showed up then.I wanted a covid test bc my home test showed positive. Makes you realize and appreciate, kindness, efficiency and organization. Plus, I liked waiting in my car until I was needed inside. The ladies were so very nice. (So was the rapid negative result!) Have been using this facility for years. Always have been satisfied until recently.Staff and NP are always great. Our problem is a billing issue. We are fortunate to have excellent health insurance through my husband’s Health and Welfare. We had a visit and a COVID test that was covered 100%. The problem is that they charged $89 for a phone call to give results. Insurance declined the charge. Fast forward....now in collection due to non payment. Called collection agency, they replied, “that’s what they do.” Collection agent continued to repeat that statement. I’m supposed to accept that answer? Has anyone else had this issue?

Absolutely done. Was told the night before I had to pay $100. Was told the following day if I had an order from my doctor for tests, it would be ran through my insurance. Went back, was told again nope, my copay is suddenly $100, when the other three times Ive gone, its been $25. Theyre claiming its my insurance, which is possible, but I havent changed my insurance and nothing will be altered to it until January. And now Ive been outside twice while sick, trying to get an affordable flu test done.

This is our second time returning to this urgent care. Everyone is so kind here and they do have a sense of urgency which is great because you aren’t waiting long . Our nurse practitioner was so nice. She gave us our COVID results and despite them not being ideal she assured us that we could return to this location to be treated or retested after the five days. She gave us a sheet with suggestions on vitamins/medications to take and also what symptoms we should look out for. Although I hope to not have to return to an urgent care, if I do then I will come back here.-Sam DeMaso

Made the anxious chaos of getting COVID tested a breeze. Great/Friendly staff. Appreciated the calls throughout my initial arrival to let me know when it would be my turn to come in. Communication is key! They surprised me & I’m very happy with my first visit!

I went into the clinic expecting to to be heard when I spoke about my concerns. When I first arrived I had a Covid test, then my blood pressure was taken. It was high and the young lady said that’s to be expected especially since I was a little anxious about my test. When I went into the exam room the nurse practitioner, Rebekah Vega, came in with a predetermined mindset of what she was going to say to me. She did not listen to my concerns or ask me questions. She made assumptions and didn’t care to hear all the facts. She took my blood pressure again after speaking down to me and dismissing what I had to say. When I told her the blood pressure cuff was pinching me she said it was supposed to. No, my skin was pinched between the Velcro on the cuff. After realizing that she took it again and by this time my pressure had shot up o er 20 points! I told her to I wanted to end the exam and she stated “you seem upset cause you’re not getting what you want”. She tried to continue the exam and I told her no just give me my Covid results. I left the office and returned for the notes from the visit which she tried to deny me by saying she had 48 hours to complete them. The office WAS NOT AT ALL BUSY! She tried to deny what she had said ending by saying it came out wrong. She was very dismissive, condescending, disrespectful and unprofessional! I hope this isn’t how she is allowed to treat all patients when they come in. I will never return back to that office as long as she is there. I’m giving one star for this visit and Rebekah Vega! The rest of the staff was very nice during my visit. It’s sad that one person can cause an experience to be so awful that a person wouldn’t want to return. DO NOT ALLOW HER TO TREAT YOU!!!

I made an appointment online for covid testing, I had a bit of trouble scheduling because there website kicking me out 3 times when trying upload the information required. I called to explain and instead of the receptionist taking the info over the phone she told me to keep trying. Thats why Im rating 4 stars, I dont know about you but it drives me crazy when technology fails and add being sick on top of it...well that doesnt make things any better. Overall the experience went smoothly, and the NP was very nice and took all safety precautions.

Walked in with severe allergies...basically no wait time...saw Brittany and she was very knowledgeable....got 2 shots and a script was called in, and on my way out the door....exactly the type of service I was looking for. I don’t want to spend all day in a doctors office. I was in and out...speedy service and everyone was nice there. Customer service was great. I would definitely recommend them. I will be going back there. A+

Midwest Express Clinic has always been my go-to clinic for health issues. Last year they caught a blood clot in my leg by doing an ultrasound and sent me to the ER to get treatment. I had a painful swollen leg and they realized it might be something serious. They are always friendly and genuinely seem to care.

The staff @ Midwest Care are great.. professional & patient. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Keller— she was wonderful; patient & well informed. She prescribed the correct Rx, starting to feel so much better. thank you Dr. Keller…

I had a positive experience. The nursing team showed care and empathy. The doctor was a bit cold, but still listened to my problems and provided appropriate medications and follow up. Everyone seemed to be happy and enjoying their work. While I always try to see my family doctor, this facility is a nice alternative for an immediate need when I cant get in.

The whole staff was pleasant and professional. It was very busy inside but I was still in and out in a timely manner.

I have had my fair share of unpleasant experiences at urgent care. I was referred to Midwest Express Clinic by my sister and I am so relieved that I was! I was able to check-in online and essentially walk right in to my appointment. The staff was super friendly and I was in and out within twenty minutes. An overall easy experience when you aren’t feeling well. I would highly recommend them!

I have gone here twice and they were very helpful. My last recent visit was due to stomach issues and severe pain. I have been going though these issues for years and this was by far the worse flare up. They ran a test I never have gotten after tons of hospital visits. I now know why I always feel the way I do and cannot wait for this issue to be resolved. Thank you!!!Edited add: I have now gone multiple times and Im currently sick with covid. They have been simply amazing

Very nice staff. I called ahead and I didn’t have to wait! This was my 3rd time going there and I will continue to go as it’s cheaper than my doctor and honestly I get better care here. Give them a shot it beats an ER visit as well!

This place is the best to go. They will corporate with your schedule. They said about 15 minutes but if you have 4 people in front of you, I would expect to wait a little longer and it was a little longer. They apologized 100 times sorry for the wait, why you sorry? You had 4 people in front of me and I don’t know what their situations were. If no one is in the office, I expect the 15 min wait, if there are 4 others in front of me, I expect a 30-45 min wait. They get you in and out in the fastest way possible while they take care of what you need done. They go the extra step to make sure that you are in good health and in good care. I will never stop going to the place and the staff there is one of the best staffs in a doctors office I have ever met and dealt with. The only thing is they did not tell me if I was in network or out of network and I would think that the system would say that. Not too sure I don’t work there. Was a little confused at first because I didn’t know there was new ownership, but I had that one problem with knowing if I was in network or not. Other than that, perfect experience and we all have our phones to keep us occupied. This is frank by the way. Not too sure why it says google user. You guys don’t deserve a bad review at all!

Lisa McKinney is fabulous! So very kind and gentle. Had really fast service but she explained things well and answered all my questions. The receptionist was pretty rude when I initially called but I’m sure she’s tired of telling people they have to sign up online for testing. She practically spat out instructions then hung up.

I went in for a Covid test and Ariel was honestly the absolute sweetest! I was so stressed about taking it and she helped to calm me down. The staff was very nice and very professional. I was in and out of the office in a timely manner.
