Midwest Express Clinic

Service is relatively good. Customer service at the counter is at best, okay.They REQUIRE a “card on file” we have been charged with a zero co-pay insurance plan and when you inquire/dispute no one has an answer. They do not even attempt to address the concern. I was talked right past the concern and told “if you don’t put a card on file you won’t be seen” I am sure I will be charged again.One other suggestion. Before you call a patient back. Know what they are in for (a follow up) the nurse had no clue what we were there for a which medication they prescribed 4 days earlier.It takes 5 minutes to review.Great to see they wanted to address my concern within 5 minutes. They tried to address but failed to listen. Alyssa tried but got a little “testy” when I asked her to listen to my concern. She then walked off and was less than professional.

Great care received by the staff here. I checked in online so I only had to wait a minute or 2 to be called back. Angela helped me fill out the paperwork, was so friendly. Lexi was great taking getting me started and taking my X-rays. Dr. Alyssa was great being careful with my other conditions. The staff was very thorough and I felt like they cared about me and my ailment. Would definitely recommend this place.

I registered on the phone, on the way there while my husband drove. I got there and didnt have to wait a minute. I was in right away, had my vitals taken right away, and saw the NP within 2 minutes. She listened to me intently, answer all of my questions, and gave me The medicines that helped me out so wonderfully, I could feel the difference within 24 hours. Very nice people, very cordial and professional! Five stars!!

I visited Midwest Express Crown Point. I was seen by Sheryl Weber. I’ve actually had her before and she was so pleasant. Well when I was there on Nov 17 I was seen by her again. She was very nice and quick. I had a form that needed to be filled out for my job because I missed work while I was sick. She filled the form out ( which she did for me last time). She took to the front desk to have the young lady scan into their database. After it was scanned I realized it was not filled out correctly. I informed the front desk that Sheryl filled it out incorrectly. She took to her and she refused to fix it. I asked to speak with her and she refused to come out and address me. She kept sending messages through the front desk worker. I felt disrespected and like my issue didn’t matter. She also said she would call me later that day which I did not receive a call. Because of this my job will not approve my sick time because she checked the incorrect box on the form. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Midwest Express. I will never visit this location again. It is 5 minutes from my home and I will drive 20 minutes to avoid that place. I filed a complaint and am waiting to receive a call back

Everyone is super friendly and kind. They listen when you speak and go above and beyond to provide quality patient care. I’ve gone here three times and I travel three towns over to be seen by this group of ladies over the ones close to my home. Also super clean.

My experience at Midwest clinic was better than I expected. I was greeted immediately upon walking in the door. With this being my first time at the clinic I had to complete a few forms. The medical assistant was very through capturing my medical history. The purpose of visiting the clinic is because of breathing issues. The nurse practitioner was outstanding. My meds were sent to my pharmacy prior to leaving the office. Selecting Midwest clinic was the best option because I received outstanding medical care within one hour. Great job everyone.

Was a walk in and within thirty minutes was able to get a doctor to help me. Being a holiday thought that was fantastic !

I wasn’t feeling good this whole weekend and I decided to Google urgent care and based on the reviews, I clicked on this Midwest clinic. They sure did live up to the reviews. They were kind, professional, and most of all they were quick. They were able to see me and my daughter at the same time Less than 20 minutes including Time to check in and walk out mind you it was a Monday around 1030am. I will be using them again. Hopefully not too soon ;). Trust the reviews!

Staff was very pleasant to work with. Very professional and helpful with any question I had. Waiting time was not long and could have been shorter if I was aware about the online preregistration…..my bad.

The front desk staff was overly nice to me and my three year old son. She was informative and professional. It was so nice to experience great customer service. Its hard to come by these days.The nurse practitioner examed my son so gently because his ears hurt so bad. She was thorough, nice, and my son liked her. The overall experience was great! I would come here again. Thank you!

The online check in was frustrating, didnt want to accept my uploaded documents. Finally worked, the staff was prompt and very friendly. Very short wait time and very good service. Will definitely return if I have other ailments.

I’ve never got in a an appoint so quickly. Literally went online, picked my time slot, filled out the info they needed (because I was a new patient) once I got there they got me in the back within 5 mins. My son is autistic non verbal and I let them know and they were so beyond patient with us. I highly recommend the Crown Point location: I was happy.

I have really found the clinic for me. Everyone is so caring and concerned with your wellbeing. The Provider is amazing at diagnosing. One time I had been to three clinics with everyone giving me a bland answer. Dr Cheryl hit is right on the head and took care of it. I feel better knowing they are close to my home and knowledgeable. I highly recommend

My visit to Midwest Express was a breath of fresh air. They got me in right away and had a through check up. Gave me an x-ray and meds. In and out within an hour. Thank You to the very courteous staff. I definitely recommend this site.

My husband went to the clinic with a fever and they provided him with promethazine. They stated since he does not have covid or flu (negative tests) that he doesnt have anything. It is now a few days later and his fever is even higher than what it has been plus he has been taking Tylenol to keep it down but it comes right back. I am not sure why they didnt prescribe an antibiotic. I called back and told them what they prescribed is not working at all as his fever is getting higher and symptoms are getting worse. They stated he would have to pay and have the dr reevaluate him not guaranteeing that he would get an antibiotic. Keep in mind his insurance is not great so we had to pay over 100 just to see the Dr and the prescription was 25 yet they cant just send an antibiotic in. Ridiculous.

Personnel were professional and welcoming. The NP Jasmine was great! She explained everything; she was caring and concerned, and took her time with my husband. I had great confidence in her. The only drawback was the fact that the entrance was perhaps 40 feet away from a ramp so it was eventually wheelchair accessible.

I always choose this location because Angela at the front desk is the friendliest person! I normally get a Vitamin B12 shot and Morgan is the best at those. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The location never has a long wait time either.

This was my first visit to the clinic and it couldnt have gone better. Registration was quick and easy. The staff was concerned and caring and very efficient. And the treatment I received was effective. Cant ask for more!

My wait time was minimal. Everyone was so nice. The doctor explained everything to me in Laymans terms and spent the time with me that I needed did not rush me at all.

My son is 5 and autistic/ nonverbal. The doctor on staff, Michele Keller, was too scared to even look at him. She was an absolutely horrible. She was outwardly angry and flustered that my son couldn’t lay still, couldn’t open his mouth, that he wanted to touch her stethoscope. She just sent us on our way and said it is viral and gave us a broad spectrum antibiotic in case it isn’t. Micro plasma pneumonia is going around his school. She refused to listen to his chest, look at his ears or in his mouth. Didn’t even try to get creative to do so. She just gave up on him. I’m sick of my son being treated this way and dismissed as deserving little to no care because he is special needs. I am heart broken and outraged.

Midwest Express has always provided great service when I needed medical assistance, especially over the weekends when the doctor is not available. The entire staff at the Crown Point, In. location are friendly and professional. In and out a lot faster than I expected. Highly recommended.

Every time I have come, the care my family and I have been given here has been beyond exemplary. I cant show my appreciation enough for the individuals who work in this establishment, especially NP Miss Sheryl. Thank you so so much for being exceptionally welcoming and nonjudgmental!

Midwest clinic came to my rescue this past holiday weekend! Terrible swelling from a root canal had me in extreme pain and panic that I would be in pain all weekend until the dentist office opened. Nope! NP Sheryl helped me get the swelling and pain under control quickly. This clinic is always welcoming, comforting and knowledgeable in those urgent but not emergent medical times. Thanks for always being there to help!

Great job on taking care of me. Only problem was the walking boot they issued me was according to the podiatrist to short for the location on my break on my ankle and had to get a taller working boot. Besides that every thing was great

Always a professional atmosphere and welcomed. Although during this visit I was not sick or ill, I was able to retrieve some free Railcat baseball tickets from the front desk. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Thank yall!

Have used their services a few times now. Being an urgent care facility, you can walk in without an appointment. Process is easy, people are friendly, they do a thorough job, and I would recommend them over some other facilities Ive used in the past.

I was greeted when I walked in the door, gave my information, then waited my turn. It took maybe five minutes to be called back and then another five minutes before I was taken care of. The physician explained to me everything that I needed to know, asked if I had any questions, and was very patient. This was my second visit, and I will come back here again, if needed. I highly recommend Midwest Express in Crown Point.

Front desk staff was very kind. My son came in for stitches for a cut on his hand. I HAVE NEVER had anyone be so cold and speak to my 1O YEAR OLD son the way DR KELLER spoke to him. My son was terrified he has never had stitches before. He asked to sit up to breath. This doctor shook her head and said if your going to sit up then Im going to see other patients I have other patients to see I said excuse me he is your patient right now and he is important! My son continued to say while crying how many more do you have to put in (with the stitches) she said until Im done these are only some of the rude unprofessional remarks she made I will never bring my child here again the nurse with short blonde hair and tattoos who was assisting this rude doctor was very kind and gentle with my son so thank you to her for trying to make up for this doctors terrible uncompassionate attitude towards my child. Dr Keller you should be ashamed of yourself!

Weve been coming here for years! Everyone who works there are very polite, professional, and quick to get you into a room to take your vitals, then to your exam room. The Drs or NPs are very thorough, caring, and willing to take their time with you so you can ask your questions. Unlike some Drs that come in, take 1 glance at you and say See ya in 6mths! That doesnt happen there. Please consider trying out Midwest Express in Beacon Hill Plaza located on Broadway in the plaza with Elis Golden Apple.

I scheduled a time online, and was in triage within 5 minutes of it. X-rays were quick and the doctor was in quick to give give the results. Total time was less than 45 minutes.

This was my first time at this clinic. Everyone was very nice and informative made you feel at ease. The doctor there, her name was Olga was very nice and Genuinely concerned what was going on with me.

Great experience- had no wait, was taken right back, personable nurses and front staff. When I had issues with filling my prescription, I was able to call back and they handled it over the phone. Our go-to place for when we need immediate medical attention.

Great urgent care. I’ve been here severaltimes and they’ve always been quick and efficient. They are also actually helpful and the receptionists are kind.

Called before I showed up and filled out my registration form online like I was asked to do. Drove out there for them to turn me away hours before closing because they werent taking anymore patients that day. Unprofessional and super inconvenient because I would have just took that time to go somewhere else if they wouldnt have gave me the okay to come.

I was visiting out of town and broke into a rash and came to this urgent care. The front staff was very friendly and they worked me in really fast. I was seen by doctor Selena she was amazing. I was there for about 25 minutes and my prescription was called in super fast. I totally recommend this urgent care. The service was amazing, fast and very friendly and helpful staff.

Midwest Express in Crown Point - I had a bug bite that was not getting better - from the very personable manager at the front desk to all of the nurses I saw, everyone was very knowledgeable and caring - they suggested a mild antibiotic and I’m happy to report that only 2 days in the rash was subsiding ! I will never come back here again. I was going to go to the er because I feel like Im dying Im so sick. And because I came in 30 mins before they closed they wont see me. I am a newly retired RN. I was very impressed to be able to schedule an appointment with an urgent care, Midwest Express Care in Crown Point on a Sunday when I needed to go early morning for urgent care. The follow up care to schedule an Ultrasound was immediate and accommodating. Kudos to everyone at Midwest Express Clinic who were involved with my treatment. They were very friendly and very caring.

My experience was so great! I hardly waited to be seen, the nurse practitioner was very friendly and knowledgeable and fully explained things to me. She did not rush me out the door she took the time to fully answer all of my questions.

This Urgent Care in Crown Point is understanding, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond for patients. I have had issues at other locations but never the CP location. Recommend and will come back if needed.

It was the first time I went to the Midwest clinic and it was a wonderful experience. 1st I was seen immediately and the NP Michelle was thorough, listened and determined I needed a ultrasound to see what’s causing my problem, then she called another Midwest location to see if the person who does the ultrasound was available. I was sent to the other location for the ultrasound & results were sent back to Michelle and she followed up with prescriptions. I was feeling much better the following morning. Great job 👏

Went at 640 pm yesterday and Im impressed how quick I was in and out and and the staff was super friendly. From the front desk girl who was awesome to the Medical assistants who were thorough and then thr Dr who actually cared. Not one to usually go to Dr. or Urgent care but this one made me feel like they cared and that I was not bothering them. Best Urgent Care I have been to and if I need to ever go again I will go there. Also the Dr. thanked me for coming in and to make sure if I dont get better to come back in a few days

I’ve, unfortunately, had to go in several times in the last month but each time was as pleasant as it could be. Easy forms to fill out, low wait time in the waiting room, staff is nice and helpful.

The location was nice, nurses and front desk were very pleasant. I saw Dr. Keller and she was awful. I tried to explain my concerns and she pretty much had no interest and asked if I wanted medicine or not. I asked her if that’s what she thought was best and she’s the dr, and she said I can’t do anything without consent and I said so I should treat myself? I’m asking your medical opinion and she said you can take the medicine or not. She then walked out and just left me there with none of my questions answered. I did ask a few of the assistants and they asked her and came back. Overall, just not a caring physician. I work in healthcare, you shouldn’t if questions bother you. Will not be coming back

Selena was great. Even though we couldn’t get the service done, she was kind and friendly and helpful for how to schedule if we need one in the future.

My first time (Crown Point) here and last. I was escorted to a nasty room. The chair had sweat juice in it and the examination table was not clean either. The paper was wrinkled a good indication someone had just left out. Ummm NOPE IM DONE WITH IT ALL! HORRIBLE!

From the first step in the door I felt a welcoming atmosphere. When we don’t feel well we are at times crabby or irritable. I think even if you felt that way, these ladies would make you feel differently. I filled out the paperwork, was called back within 10 minutes, saw the NP and was back in my truck with in 20 minutes. Granted, my issue was sinuses and I assume easily diagnosed. All my symptoms were addressed, questions answered and felt confident with her diagnosis. I will most definitely go back should I need their services again. Thank you for a positive experience.

Booking my appointment was so easy I was able to do everything online even the pre-appointment paperwork. Everyone in the office was so nice, it was clean, the dr was very friendly, quick, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend.

The day I came in with my 3 year old daughter she had a fever and everyone was very thorough and extremely sweet. My daughter even received a gift bag after her appointment will definitely return!

I was in from out of town and got an ear infection while in town. I made an appointment for this clinic through their online site, got in quickly and the NP gave me antibiotic drops to help. Everyone was very nice and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

The lady that swabbed my daughter I believe her name was Jenna was so patient and gentle with her and even after gave her a popsicle as well as the other lady who was training with Jenna was very kind and interactive with my daughter making it super easy on me. The doctor was great as well and gave me all the answers I needed . I will forsure be coming back .

Would give 0 stars if it was available. Decided to go here after work because I have Been suffering with continuous ear infections. The med assistance got my vitals, wanted to get a weight on the scale in which I declined. She was determined to get my weight on the scale in which I continued to decline. And educated her I know I can refuse due to working in healthcare. She had a snide remark saying “well I need to talk to the nurse practitioner”The female nurse practitioner poked her head in the room speaking demeaning to me “CAN we plleeease we get a weight!” I stated “I Do Not want a weight today”She was adamant on getting a weight. I explained to her “I know I do have rights and do not want to get my weight taken. I am here for an ear issue.”I walked out not being seen, feeling disrespected, bullied, and in pain not only physically but now emotionally! I will NEVER go back there!!! This did happen in February. I have been reluctant to leave a review but a kind medical assistant who used to work for a different Midwest clinic encouraged me to review.

Staff is kind, courteous, efficient and top of things. Never more than 5 minute wait. Will go back again.

I have never been treated as horribly as I was today by the older women that is on staff today 02/27/2024 around 5:30pm. She cut me off and was nasty, told me they don’t treat my issues that I have been having when I have been here twice this month for treatment by another professional. One who told me to come back if I was still having issues… When I tried to explain she got mad at me and told me I need to leave, didn’t want to listen to me and yelled at me. I’ve never seen this doctor prior to today. She got up and walked out of the room, then wouldn’t listen so I had a break down and started sobbing because I was having such a bad panic attack from how she was treating me. I’ve never been treated so horrible by any doctors here ever before and it was so horrible it makes me never want to come back to any of the locations again because they move the doctors around so much. They refused to give me her name so I could make a report and told me someone would contact me to talk about what happened, but I doubt that will happen. She was an older white poorly dyed blonde hair women and she’s short. Her attitude was very nasty and claims she read my charts but if she did then she’d have seen why I was there and not argue with me and tell me they don’t treat the exact thing that they had been treating me for. She says they don’t treat it unless you’re pregnant, I was being treated because I’m severely immune system compromised. And it’s all in my chart if she actually read it, I even have all the test results. The whole thing has me shaken up and very upset, I don’t think I’m ever going to return and I go there often when I can’t get into my primary doctor due to the health issues that I do have.

We had EXCELLENT care from the minute we walked in to when we left. The front desk, nurse, and nurse practitioner were very caring and wonderful with my 3-year-old. Five stars all around. Thank you again for the pleasant visit.

I visited Crown Point’s Midwest Express Clinic and was very pleased with the nurse practitioner and staff…… they were all so very polite , courteous and attentive to my concerns …… I highly recommend Midwest Express Clinic in Crown Point in the Beacon Hill mall on Broadway.Allysa, has a sparkle in her eye that is contagious. Her compassion and genuine concern is very comforting. While all of the Drs / NP’s are good I’m sure ….. Alyssa is my favorite . Please don’t ever replace her .Thank you,Carole Walczak

I’ve been here 3 times in the past 2 months for all different things and each time was great. Everyone is kind and friendly. The medical assistant was really down to earth each time and I really really liked Shelby W (the nurse) who just saw my son. She was super gentle and soft with him, he has ASD so I was very happy with that. My go to urgent care now.

Very poorly ran, came in for what I thought would be a full general workup of physical and blood work, used their website to verify they offered these services as my PCP passed away and I am without one.General wellness, hormone screening, cardiac health is what I thought I could check…..after a quick scripted speech from the NP that I say she was quick to wonder why I wanted any of these tests in the first place and didn’t feel very welcome there. Lab results cannot be accessed on my own like I was told (they blame the lab, the lab blames them) they don’t draw one of the tests had to have multiple blood draws and take multiple days off work costing hundreds and hundreds of dollars plus whatever they are going to charge me. Finally get to a follow up appt and they don’t have all of my results. They didn’t even know more blood was drawn. So unprofessional and I feel like I’m bothering them by even using their services.

Sheryl and Jenna did an amazing job finally figuring out why I have been trouble breathing and feeling a crackling sensation when I inhale. everyone there is so nice and it was so quick and efficient and I was in and out in no time!

Check in and registration was super easy and efficient. The staff was so welcoming and understanding, especially with young active children. The physician Jazmine Quintero was very thorough, took her time with assessing and making sure we were taken care of. She was more informative than other physicians we’ve been with. Will continue to return with the family as illnesses arise.

This is honestly one of the best urgent cares Ive been too. All the team there is always nice and welcoming and they are very patient with my toddlers. NP Kirk and Weber and Amanda are super awesome and listens and understand me well. Thank you Jenna for al you do! Best location ever!

From the front desk all the way through the followup after my visit the entire staff was helpful and efficient.

Brought my son in 45 minutes before they closed. They were so attentive and tried to make him feel calm and comfortable. We were in and out in 30 minutes with 4 staples to the head. They whole crew was amazing!

A quick in and out visit. When you’re not feeling well and just want to work on getting better, I needed to know what I was fighting with so that I could address it properly. Quick check up, answered some questions, couple of swabs and then a visit from the doc in house. It was smooth and effortless which I needed.

Was seen by the physician and she was very rude. Did not enjoy the way she was speaking to me as she was short, curt, and seemed to be more in a rush rather than taking the time to see me, especially for how much I had to pay out of pocket for all of the services I received despite having insurance. This was a huge waste of my time. I had to come to the clinic because my doctor is currently on vacation. Didn’t think this was the care I was going to receive. Would not recommend coming here again.

Since we are in the age of no primary care physicians available when you’re sick, This is even Better. They are here when you’re sick or injured.Midwest express on Broadway in Crownpoint is truly the Most Caring Professional Medical Facility. You don’t feel like you are in urgent care. From the Front Staff, nurses to the NP’s they care and listen. I come here instead of calling my Primary Doctor and being told my appointment is in 2-3 weeks. No one plans ahead To get sick.

To go for the first time, it was wonderful. A friendly face when you walk in and it gets better when you get to the back. The nurse was awesome and the doctor put the icing on it all. She was easy to talk to and made your time just for you. Looking forward to seeing everyone again in the near future 😀

I was in and out so quickly for a rapid strep test, and was treated so well by the staff. From stepping through the door to the doctor herself walking me out and wishing me well, the kindness of the staff is unmatched. The facility was also exceptionally clean. Watching a family with several children walk in and be greeted the same, and the kids invited in, with prizes waiting for after their visit, I love that this is a place you can go when getting into your primary physician isn’t an option and care is needed. Sheryl is the nicest! She is calm, quiet and gets you in and out quickly. My prescriptions were phoned in before I left so I was able to pick them up on the way home. Highly recommend this place when you’re sick!

So grateful for this place! I’ve needed to go and I’ve also brought my 2 sons, ages 1 and 6. The wait time varies a bit of course, but everyone in the office is amazing from the desk to triage process to the providers. I’ve left each time being grateful for Midwest Express.

The staff was very nice and the appointment went quickly. The doctor I saw listened to my needs and asked my opinion and made sure the medication she wanted to give me would work. I will continue to go here.

So happy I chose to take my daughter here when she was sick. All the employees from the receptionist to the triage nurse to the doctor was so friendly and nice to us both. I was able to easily register from home giving my insurance information and background and was in the waiting room for less than a minute. The entire team was friendly, warm, and caring. The practitioner provided full and complete information on my condition and recommendations for the next few days until I can reach follow-up care with my provider. The prescription was received immediately by the pharmacy. The visit was exceptionally efficient and left me feeling I received quality and competent care by a service-driven team.

Midwest Express on Broadway in Crown Point is amazing. Staff is professional and friendly and able to answer all of your questions. From the waiting room to being seen i felt comfortable and the place was very clean. My entire family had been in there in one day and they remembered which i thought was pretty sweet. They are my #1 go to for services.

Very short wait time at 5:00pm. I had a ruptured ear drum, and they were able to show me with a camera on the scope they used. They sent the meds over quick. Had a great experience!

Receptionist & medical assistant were absolutely wonderful and polite. The service was very fast. The fastest care I received with efficiency. Dr. Jennifer Kirk is absolutely one of the best doctors Ive had. Excellent patient care and bedside manner. Answered all my questions and provided all the information I need. She called and checked on me as well as immediately resolved an issue with the pharmacy about one of my prescriptions. I will definitely be back for any health care needs and ask for Dr. Jennifer. Shes a Rockstar!

The ladies that helped me out were so patient with me and very thoughtful. Emily is a very gracious greeter. Pam is very personable as she got my vitals. And Jessica was very professional and nice as she got my bloodwork drawn. Love Midwest Express. Especially this location.

This place almost killed me. Went in with severe abdominal pain and requested a UTI urine test they said it came back clean. Only for me to be in the hospital not even two days later yellow in color and close to kidney failure from a severe kidney infection. Had to be on a antibiotic IV drip and prescribed many medications. Do not recommend!

I was so sick that I couldnt even get there for 2 days. Once I did, they were so efficient and professional while assessing my condition. I have a lot of confidence in them and will go back when needed. I feel so fortunate with them being just a 3 minute drive from home. My family doctor is in Valpo which is too far to drive when Im really ill. If I had gone to the ER, I would have probably been there for hours. It was so wonderful to get there and back home in a short amount of time. I highly recommend.

Staff is very courteous. As soon as I was done with the paperwork, I was taken back to the room. Vitals were taken, and the NP was knowledgeable about tick bites. I was there for 30 minutes! If I am back in NWI and in need of urgent care again, this clinic will be my go to for care.

Easy and quick in and out. Even though rapid test was negative they treated and 2 days later lab results showed positive. Was ahead of the treatment because of their proactive approach.

We have gone to a couple in the northwest Indiana area and by far this has the friendliest staff they are quick and efficient and super kind. The ladies here are top notch! From the minute you walk into the door until you leave. There was a little issue on Sunday with the computer not working and everyone came all at once. These ladies stayed calm even through a couple unhappy/impatient people. Highly recommend this place!!

Very efficient, organized, super clean and knowledgeable. Easy check in - short wait time despite it being the day after Christmas. My provider kept me informed throughout the exam and was great. Highly recommend for when a visit to your PCP isn’t practical.

Currently sitting in the exam room at 10:55 on December 2nd. I just got moved to the exam room from the triage room after almost an hour of waiting in the lobby, which is whatever. I get in the triage room and tell the medical assistant that my blood pressure needs to be read lower on my arm because it always reads high up top. This is literally what my primary care doctor tells me. Instead of listening to me she just says “well we’re trying anyways” it reads high so she goes give me your other arm we’re gonna do that one too. Ummm??? Why is it that a patient is telling you what they need and you’re not listening? And giving them an attitude as well? Do you think that with all the medical information you have on file as well as numerous visits with the same issue that you’d just listen? Absurd. I have never had a doctor or medical assistant / nurse have an issue with doing my blood pressure on the lower arm. Overall the entire visit was just not great.

Went in recently for skin tag removal, the front end staff Kelly was great and checked me in quickly and made sure I was promptly taken care of. Amy brought me to my exam room and made sure I was comfortable and addressed the issues I came in for and set me up for the nurses Diana and Carly to check me over and inspect the skin tags and get them removed quick and painlessly. A+ recommend very nice staff all around

Very friendly staff, but awfully expensive. I have cheaper visits to the ER for a standard I am sick visit. I have some of the best insurance available and I was still on the hook for $200 for a flu diagnostic. Never will go here again.

Dr was pleasant and very thorough. Ran a couple of tests in line with my symptoms, then examined by the doctor and given understandable directions by the doctor for Covid. I would return there for care.

We went into Midwest for our 2 year old daughter for ear pain and congestion. We checked in and were seen within 10 minutes or less. They were accommodating and patient with our daughter and made sure they did everything they could for her pain before we left the office. Our daughter walked out of the office with a smile and a popsicle.

I went there as a walk-in and had a very short wait time to see the doctor. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and the Doctor we saw was also great. I will recommend this place to friends and family.

Visited Midwest Express clinic several times at several different Midwest Clinics(6) over last 2 years. Ive left nothing but exceptional service reviews. Nothing has changed including my visit yesterday. Still exceptional service! Wonderful staff at every clinic.

Friendly staff, no waiting time and an easy way to get answers to questions of your health and possibly a prescription to get you better quick without a doctors visit or god forbid ER. . I would give it 5 stars except I do not like having to leave an authorized credit card with them and have no idea of how much a visit is or how much I may be charged or when. That should be clearly explained when going there. I will definitely make sure that is clear if and when I need to go back.

I went there today to get an xray on my knee. The receptionist Tatyana was not helpful about my insurance and could care less about getting my help and understanding. I am 60 years old, I needed help understanding and she completely turned me away. So I left. Never will return and will advise people away from here.

I’ve been going to this location once a week for a b12/lipo shot. The normal front desk person and MA have been pretty spectacular, always remember me and in and out. I wish I could say the same today. I go to pay and the person sitting the front desk who claimed to be the office manager told me she could not make change (I gave her two twenty dollar bills for the $25 total). I told her no problem just take all $40 and credit my account for the remaining $15 (which they have done before). And she said no. When I told her they did that before she just said, “well they weren’t supposed to.” With the snottiest attitude. I won’t be going back to this location.

Everybody was nice very professional. They asked all their questions that I ask and visit the time was perfect and the clinic nice and clean.

While in from out of town, my wife experienced a medical issue that needed to be addressed quickly. Midwest Clinic agreed to treat her as a walk-in and promptly saw her. What a Wonderful experience was our visit. BTW, she began improving within a few hours. Hat tip to everyone there.

I have had to go to Midwest Express Clinic and have always had a good experience for a not so serious health need.. had to have a Covid-19 test, had a call off but needed a medical check up, or just something simple. Have never waited long. Wasnt there long amd everyone was always friendly amd the place was always clean amd welcoming..

First timer at this location and the entire experience was amazing. My daughter was running a 103.8 temp and I couldnt wait to get her into her doctor the next day. I was able to get in and out in 40 minutes. Didnt feel rushed and they were all so kind!

Dont go if its close to their closing hours. They will rush you out. Had to get xrays done for chest pain and they didnt call the next day to let me know what the results were. Even if you found nothing, im still in pain and need to figure out why. If you guys found nothing wrong then let me know so i can get help elsewhere
