Every time it is a great experience at this medical office. I did a 3D ultrasound here, and the staff was lovely! They took such good care of me and made it a seamless process. I recommend them without a doubt!

This place functions at a snails pace. Don’t even know why they make appointments. My wife had to wait 3 hours for a simple ultrasound. The staff also never told her that they are CASH ONLY, and so I had to come to their office with cash to pay for co-pay. Unless this is literally your only option, I’d recommend you find another practice.

I love them for offering comprehensive STD screening, including rapid HIV testing with results in just 15 minutes. Knowing you can get tested quickly and discreetly is a huge relief. Plus the staff is very discreet, knowledgeable and comforting. All the appointments are also on time .

I have been going here for almost a year now and they are amazing. They service is wonderful. They are very kind and they work with you. The front desk lady (the one with the shoulder length blonde hair) is very sweet and nice, she makes sure to call at least 1-2 days before your appointment and even call on the day off your appointment, and an hour before your appointment. They entire staff is very sweet and their service is outstanding. I moved to PA and I still come back here for my GYN services due to it feeling like home. I’m comfortable with coming here and have a pretty good relationship with everyone here. If you’re not using professional gynecological services in Brooklyn for your OB/GYN appointments then you’re missing out !

Horrible place! Seems very racist! They only treat their own people good which are Russians or Uzbeks. The OBGYN women are very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. They’ll make you feel uncomfortable instead of making you feel comfortable. They left me in a room undressed and I had to wait for a long time until this doctor comes and checks me. The two Uzbek women were gossiping and were barely any help. Came on time for my appointment and still had to wait a long time and mind you the place was fully empty! The receptionist were nice but they don’t matter. What matters is the OBGYN women and how they treat their patients!! The place needs to be closed down or renewed with better and more professional staff!! Horrible experience! No professionalism at all!! The first question this Uzbek woman asked me was if I’m married which I don’t understand why that matters but that made me feel very uncomfortable! The Russian woman who checked my stomach for pregnancy had the worst customer service. Overall the whole staff needs to be fired. I kept my cool because I did not trust them and needed help and didn’t want to risk my health because of them. Very lazy, rude and horrible HORRIBLE staff. Will be calling corporate.

I saw Dr Ericka. I do not reccomend. I was in the office for two hours before being seen by the doctor. I have two children and I have never waited so long to be seen by my other obgyn. I unfortunatly had to switch because i moved out of state.When I told Dr Ericka my concern about future wait times. She shrugged it off unprofessionally saying well the office overbooks me. Her demeanor wasnt friendly or kind. She was listening to music from her computer. She didnt get up from her desk once to greet me. I dont know I just didnt have a very good impression. She didnt seem very doctorly.The office was okay. The staff by the front desk were nice but unfortunately thats not enough. The wait time was way too long. And the hallway where they seat you in between going into rooms is super narrow with one chair.UPDATED REVIEW: (2months later) ADDED 2 STARS As there is room for improvement. Its just interesting how they do things here. I just found out that the doctor who will be delivering my baby is NOT Dr Ericka. That they have another doctor who I never met! Interesting. Mind you Im 5 months pregnant.In regards to wait time-I schedule myself to be the first patient to see Dr Erika in the morning. Even with that the wait time to see doctor is now 1 hour and 20 minutes on average. So its better. (Still not thrilled about waiting this long when my last obgyn I was in and out within 45 min most days tops 1 hour) nomatter which slot i took. I would be happy if the appointment was under an hour. Just because so far after every visit I had to take extra time to get blood drawn ( next door) which take about 30-40 min conservatively. So in total its just so much time when I have so much to juggle. This is only reason two stars were deducted. Staff are nothing but kind and friendly.If somehow the office can figure out a way to schedule visits closer to real time when doctor is available think this would be courteous to the patient. As I think this is where there is the largest wait time gap. DR erika might need more time in between patients which is fine. But there is no reason for the patient to wait so long and waste her time in the office.

Not Professional as titled!First of all, they only take cash. They don’t even accept HSA or FSA.Second, Doctors and Nurses like to chit chat a lot. I was in the paper rope and waiting for the doctor in the room for about 40mins. When I come out and ask if they have forgotten about me, they gave me attitude.Third, they forgot to take my urine sample and called me back to take sample right before I leave from the front door 🤦🏻‍♀️Only front desk ladies are nice and polite.

Ive been a patient here for several years now, and I am super happy with them. I’ve been here for routine exams with Pap smears to more complex procedures - had a robotic laparoscopic surgery. They all are very personable, sweet and caring. Nargiza Gapparova has been fantastic on every visit, and this is a huge thank you to her too.

Dr. Nargiza is the best. She has been my doctor for 7 years and delivered my youngest daughter. Nargiza is thorough and compassionate and provides an excellent experience for patients. The practice is very well run, and all of the staff is friendly and helpful.

Nargiza and the rest of the staff are very warm and caring. They gathered all the information needed to fix my urinary issues. I WOULD RECOMMEND them 1,000%. The staff is excellent and makes me feel comfortable in a not-so-comfortable situation. Do yourself a favor and give his office a call!!

Choosing GYN is a very intimate thing, and I think we need to listen to the gut, but I anyway would like to recommend NP Gapparova, as my experience with her has been amazing. She is very warm and personable, and I feel really safe with her. Even PAP smears are not that bad with her. A very professional and knowledgeable doctor I’d recommend sincerely. NP Gapparova and the rest of the team here are all very skilled, knowledgeable, and so wonderfully caring, and friendly. I had to have pelvic reconstruction surgery, and I couldnt have been in better hands than here. Everyone was very caring and good to me, the surgery went great and the treatment was effective too.

Ericka Quezada York is a horrible, unethical person, she doesnt pick up the phone when her patients are going into labor, how horrible of a person can you be to let a pregnant woman go into labor and you are her doctor that she put the trust into to make sure her and her baby are safe. Please be advised, York is a horrible doctor, honestly she should lose her license, so another pregnant woman doesnt have to go through what my wife has went through.

Dear Woman, please be aware of Dr York, she is a horrible and unethical doc. When my wife went into labor she avoided her phone calls and never showed up to the hospital. What kind of doctor are you?, didnt you study medical ethics and values when you become a doc? Because of this my wife and my baby suffered injuries and did not receive ideal care. I will be reporting Doctor York to the NYS dept of health.

I could not have asked for a more caring office to listen to me and help fix the very serious issues I had with my reproductive tract. After being brushed off by my many previous doctors, it was amazing to be listened to and treated with care and respect. Special thanks to NP Gapparova for her endless kindness, patience, and warmth. 2-3 hours every time takes I don’t understand why they are need appointments if you come and wait

I got thorough answers to all of my questions in regard to the colposcopy procedure prior to my appointment. On the day of the procedure, the doctor went over everything with me one more time so I felt comfortable and had no worries. Very personable service.

When I called, the woman was really nice and made an appointment according to my schedule! Good start. Come in, get situated, they were really nice and helpful. The wait wasn’t long at all (I came in the morning in the middle of the week).Get shown the my room, everything is explained to me. I wait for about 10 minutes but they have screens on the walls with all kinds of useful information about everything! Which answered most of my questions before a person came in.Bridgette comes in! She’s great. I’m 23 so doing this on my own is fairly new. She answers all questions, does the examination quickly, relates to the patient on a human level, and tells you everything straight! I feel great now, I got what I needed, and learned some stuff. This is the kind of experience I want and NEED from a gynocolgist office because it’s nerve wrecking and stress is not good for the vagina! They made everything pleasant, comfortable, and convenient.

The doctors are good. However, they need new front desk staff. They did not notify me last week that my doctor was not coming. They have only done so after I walked in the clinic.Worst front desk service. Horrible appointment times. They will provide you an appointment time and date but you will be waiting for hours. Not unless you are white and speak Russian - then you can bypass everybody.

The doctor takes time to explain the procedure to you from start to finish and guides you through the process step by step. My LEEP procedure was a great success and I am very thankful for the care I received.

Horrible place. They have the policy to collect co-pays upfront and only in cash, therefore I paid it. Three months later I received a bill for the amount of my co-pay. Of course, I dont have any proof that I paid, however, if you will go to that place they wont let you see a provider without first collecting the co-pay. Now, I have no choice but to pay it again.

3047 brighton center. That receptionist at the front desk . Short old lady with red or orange looking hair is not a nice person at all. Ill mannered and bad trained. Not fit to be working there at all. The young phillipines or Chinese looking girl is very very nice to all.

The doctor was excellent.She was my GYN for many years but I had to tolerate the shortcomings of her staff. They did not call you back with your results, and parking was difficult.

DONT EVER COME HERE!If I could give a negative rating, I would. Dr. Erica knowingly gives false information to patients. Let me start by saying that this was my first pregnancy and I knew nothing about how everything should go. The only thing I knew was that most doctors need to have a contract in order for them to be present at births, and only some doctors come to births without a contract. When I came to this clinic for the first time, my main question was who would deliver the baby. Dr. Erica, with a sweet smile on her face, replied that either she or Dr. Halstead would do it. There was no talk that it would be the doctor on duty from the hospital. 9 months went well (only I had to wait 2, and sometimes 3 hours for EACH appointment) and then the time came for the birth. I was overdue by a week and on my last visit Dr. Erica again with a sweet smile on her face told me to go to the hospital the next day and not to worry about anything. I asked who would deliver the baby and she said Dr. Halstead. And then the fun began. No Doctor Halstead appeared, although she was in the hospital that day. We called the clinic several times and only heard promises that she would come soon. During this time, the doctor on duty examined me and said that the placenta was already dying and I couldn’t wait, I needed to start labor. As a result, we called the clinic again, and they told us that if we don’t like something, then we can go home! And they tell me this in my position, when it is no longer possible to wait! By the way, Dr. Erica also didn’t say anything about the placenta and that the birth would be difficult at the last visit. I generally doubt her professional activities. The birth was difficult and long, and I spent 4 days in the hospital! Thank God everything ended well, thanks to the doctor on duty, because during these 4 days Dr. Halstead never came to see me, and Dr. Erica did not even think to call and find out about my condition. Of course, why, because insurance doesn’t pay her for it. Later I found out that Dr. Erica does not deliver babies at all, but for some reason she herself kept silent about it.But thats not the icing on the cake for my story. During pregnancy, I tested positive for quantiferon. Dr. Erica told me to get an x-ray or the hospital wouldnt give me the baby. I doubted it for a very long time, I didn’t want to, I was afraid, I was even dissuaded in radiology. But in the end I did it. Dr. Erica told me not to worry about anything and now they will give me the baby. And what do you think? As a result, they FORGOT to send this result to the hospital and I was deprived of the golden hour with my child!!!! After 2 days of labor, instead of resting, I had to urgently look for ways to get this result or do a new x-ray!!!! Can you imagine the level of this disregard for your patients??? They are not interested in anything other than money from our insurance policies! This is simply the worst doctor and clinic Ive ever been to. Dr. Erica should lose her job altogether for providing false information to her patients!

Kristina Arytyunova is an absolute non-professional. An ultrasound is prescribed, although for all complaints and medical history a mamogram should be prescribed for those over 35 years of age. I also personally asked for a mamogram, and I already had one done, but she refused and sent me for an ultrasound.As a result, I waited 3 weeks for my appointment at Lenox hill radiology with complaints only to find out that I needed another procedure.Thanks Christina for the disgusting service
