Centers Urgent Care of Boro Park

I was so happy to know that this urgent care stays open to 12:00am. The wait time was great maybe because it was 9:30pm. But overall the staff was professional, the nurse practitioner was down to earth and welcoming. The facility was clean. My overall experience was great I’m just happy she was able to service me. Never had I ever had a Q tip swob stuck in my ear.

I visited this urgent care on Monday because I strongly suspected a UTI which the urinalysis confirmed. They dont tell you that the lab only picks up AT NIGHT, and gets to the lab the FOLLOWING MORNING. So you LOSE a valuable day before getting ANY results on the culture and sensitivity . It is now Friday morning and I still havent heard results. I am not responding to the medication prescribed and need the sensitivity to know which medicine I SHOULD be taking. Perhaps all urgent care works like this? I dont know. It would be great to have an urgent care with several lab pick ups during the course of the day. I dont know if that exists.

It was nice to be able to walk in and get an X-ray done within 15 minutes. The tests results came in a few hours later with the results. Thank you Centers Urgent Care for being courteous, attentive to my needs, and timely 😊

While this urgent care is further from me than others, I have gotten faster, better, more accurate and individual care than any other center. There is never anyone there so we are seen immediately. For both me and my children, we were listened to and any illness was caught in time. City MD often disregarded us and ignored our complaints of symptoms. Centers Urgent care was the one after three City MD visits to advise me to go to the hospital and sure enough the ER was shocked at the state I was in (City told me I had post nasal drip, it was pneumonia and sepsis). The doctors at Centers Urgent care even called me post visit to make sure I was being cared for. My son was ignored for strep and other infections, which were caught at Centers. If you can go here, do. They are kind, patient, and care about any and all symptoms, with detailed explanations and no rushing you in and out.

Omg! I had an emergency and I tried to contact my doctor but she had left! A good friend of mine found this urgent care that wasnt to far! I have to say the service they gave me was very quick I was pretty much in and out I didnt wait for hours. Great customer care fast service and very clean.

I took my granddaughter on her birthday because she was having a severe allergy attack. The nurse and doctor reacted immediately and they were so tender with her. They took care of her and calmed our fears. Because of their gentle care I would recommend this urgent care a million times over.

Took my daughter cause she had a bad skin infection . We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. This place is CLEAN !! Amazing staff - reached out to me about the results and test, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

A complete waste of time and money. Went there seeking help with ear infection. The PA had no idea what to do. Promised to send the prescription to my pharmacist but never did. Never again.

Such an amazing experience we’ve had! Took my daughter Skye last week and we’ve been back twice since. The staff is so friendly and efficient . Haven’t waited more than a couple minutes to be brought into a room. Every time we’ve been there I feel like all our questions and concerns were answered. Nechama the PA was so helpful and knowledgeable about my daughter’s symptoms and her condition. She really made us feel cared for.All the medical assistants and front desk are very sweet and kind as well. Would definitely recommend this place if you weren’t feeling your best.Thank you centers staff! ❤️

I work near by and had a sudden pain in my left ear and jaw. There was only a 5 minute wait and the staff was friendly. Its a nice place and very clean.

Stuffs are very supportive and gentle, and doctor also gentle and kind.It was my first experience with them! It’s taking no longer than 30 /35 minutes.

I was glad to find an urgent care center open later on the weekends. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Endless wait - appears to have only one pa/dr working this shift. Even though waiting room was empty, we had to wait in the exam room for over a hour for a doctor to see us and then there was no radiologist to interpret results until the next morning. Unacceptable.

The nurse was so rough to do my nose test. It caused me so painful. The doctor/PA came in without introduce herself. I don’t even know she is a doctor or PA. I don’t even know her name. The doctor/PA came in to take a look for 5 minutes. She didn’t tell me what going on. Not even offer suggests to relief my cold symptoms. I would not go back.

The Dr are the staff is really nice and helpful they always help me and my kids.

This is one of the best urgent cares Ive been to. From the front desk receptionist to the medical assistant to the Physicians Assistant. It was clean and very comfortable. I will be recommending anyone I know to come here

The P.A. Was very nice and kind. He was knowledgeable. The nurse however was not the nicest nurse. She was impatient and not compassionate. Maybe it was an off day for her but it was not a nice feeling.

My visit here was quick and very pleasant. I came here because they took my insurance but I knew nothing about them. I am very happy I came here. The place is clean and the staff was friendly. I will be more than happy to come here again…. But hopefully, it won’t have to be anytime soon ☺️

I took my niece there for puffy eye this evening. There was no waiting time, we were able to see a Dr in 5 minutes. The place is very clean and modern, and has toys for the kids! The staff and Dr are very nice and patient. We happily left in 10 mins. I highly recommend this place. If we went to the ER instead, we could be waiting for hours before we can get any care.

Great experience! Friendly and professional staff. Knowledgeable and quick. I was a new patient at reception, clinical intake done in patient room, went for X-rays, back to the room for results, fitted with a boot…. All this done in 15 min! Highly recommended!

Just left this urgent care with my children and I’m disgusted of their service and attitude, the receptionist and nurses were very nasty especially nurse Lizzeth Calixto she was as nasty as it can be to myself and children, I’m giving 2 starts just because the Dr was actually very nice. If you need to go with children to an urgent care make sure not to go to Centers.

Great experience. You never want to have strep throat, let alone on New Year’s Eve, but I was seen quickly and sent on my way with the scrip I needed. They were also very kind to my daughter, who was treated for a separate issue. If I have to go to urgent care again, I’ll definitely return here.

Great service, great and caring Doctor, X-Ray equipment is right onsite, X-Ray pictures were done right away at 10 PM on Saturday, how great is that !!! X-Ray result were furnished the next day, Sunday, after 6 PM, after the review by Radiologist. Thank You for great service !!!

I don’t usually write reviews but after leaving this Urgent Care, I felt like I had to. The quality and service in here was excellent. It was quick and the equipment they had appeared to be better than other Urgent Cares.I was a little anxious at first waiting for my results, but the Doctor, (unfortunately I forgot his name because I had other things on my mind at the time), was superb. He’s a good listener, communicates well, and he helped keep me calm and not stress out while I was waiting for the results.The nurse was helpful and the receptionist duo were great. They were kind and funny. Sometimes a little laughter can lighten the mood and help ease a patient. Hopefully, other places can learn from this Urgent Care, especially during these times. I want to thank the whole staff for all the hard work they do during these times, especially by exposing themselves to COVID. Stay safe and remember to wear a mask for the safety of the staff and the other patients.

I am not from New York and was visiting from out of state when I found myself needing urgent care at 11:00pm one night- this clinic was open until midnight. We made our way down there and the women at the front desk were so caring, friendly, and helpful. I knew I would need a prescription and they helped me find a pharmacy that was open 24 hours- they took the time to call the pharmacy to confirm they were open and wrote the pharmacy information down for me even before I even saw the Doctor. I wasn’t even waiting 5-10 minutes before I went back for evaluation. The rooms were very clean/comfortable and looked brand new or built/remodeled. My condition (results) was confirmed within 10 minutes and the Doctor (who was also so friendly), took her time to really explain my situation and answered all of my questions with patience and great detail. She sent my prescription off to the pharmacy they recommended and now, one day later, I am experiencing such relief which is night and day from when I walked into this urgent care. I initially felt somewhat nervous about having to visit an urgent care late at night in a state where I am not from but everyone here really cared about my situation- I could not be more satisfied and grateful for the expedient and friendly quality care that I received from this clinic. Thank you ladies!!!!

I had sprained my ankle and came to this amazing urgent care. From the staff to the doctor and the X-ray tech it was a flawless experience. Amazing I was in and out. I would recommend this urgent care if ever you need one.. I know there’s so many out there but this one has an X-ray machine on site! Highly recommend

Dr Schonfeld was one of the least helpful doctors Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The entire appointment lasted a minute and a half, and he clearly wasnt interested in actually helping me manage a severe flareup of my asthma and eczema. Completely disregarded some of my symptoms. Would not recommend.

This service somehow manages to be both thorough and quick. Very reliable and accurate urgent care. Reception is extremely pleasant. From start to finish this is a very efficient urgent care. Ground level entrance, no steps.

The staff was friendly, professional, and I waited less than 15 minutes before I was brought into the exam room. The waiting area, bathrooms, and exam rooms are very clean. The PA was quick, thorough, and attentive, asking questions for clarification. Definitely will go there again (just hopefully not soon and not often)

After deciding that I needed medical care for my persistent cough, I went in and got taken care of right away. The receptionist was very courteous and so was the intake person whos the x-ray technician. He took all my information courteously and promptly and checked in on me to make sure that everything was going well. The doctor also was very courteous and I appreciated the attention to detail and to my comfort. Everything was taken care of very quickly and efficiently. They are very professional.

My 4 year old daughter needed stitches we were treated so nicely from the minute we got there. Catherine was sweet and gentle and made us very comfortable!

Very fast intake but results took a long time and I got results via the phone form a different location and prescription from a doctor at another location who was not affiliated with my insurance. When I tried calling this location it led me straight to voicemail. I still didn’t get my results on paper and had to ask my pharmacist to give me a phone number of prescribing doctor to resolve this issue.

I went in there on Sunday evening and everyone was so nice and super attentive. I called before I came in and they reassured me there was no wait. They were 100 percent correct. I am a self pay patient and I was taken cared of right away! They called me in almost as soon as I walked in. The nurse that night was really good at trying to make me feel better, he was actually pretty funny. The doctor came in, did a quick physical and told told me I had the flu. She was very empathetic with my situation, hand wrote everything she recommended verbally. Wished me well and sent me on my way. The clinic offered a free driver for me to get my medicine and then he would also be able to drop me off home. Amazing! Thank you for everything!

I took my toddler there with a 101 fever and we waited for hours in room 2 for the doctor, and when the doctor came he only checked his ear and told us to wait 2 days for it to lower but didnt even give us any medication, I went directly to a hospital where we was treated there. The doctor at this place isnt even a doctor he had to check my babys ears for 20 minutes while he was crying hard. But they deducted costs from my insurance while doing nothing at all.

I was treated with courtesy and respect. Front desk staff was awesome. Great service. Nurse was very humble. Medical assistant was wonderful. Health care provider was very good in explaining what the problem was. If you looking to get faster and great service, this is the right place.

They were quick to take me in. The staff was very accommodating and respectful. This was better than a visit to my PCP. The doctor was understanding and worked with me to get to bottom of my problem and offered me some solid solutions and follow ups for my concerns. Great experience great staff I came stressed out and concerned and left confident with ease.

I brought my son for stitches in the middle of the night and was greeted by a clean, bright facility with a caring and professional staff. The MA was super nice, she showed me to my room with minimal wait time. The NP (also a doll) stitched up my son in no time, calming him (and me!) through the process. When I first walked in it looked like it was under construction. The ladies that checked me in were super nice & understanding. My mom didn’t have her insurance card & they did everything they could to find her in the system and did not turn her away, we appreciated that for sure. We sat down with Dr. Abraham and he was nothing short of excellent! He sat down with me & made sure he addressed every single concern that I have.

I was very satisfied with my experience. Gorgeous office, thoroughly professional, delightful staff and short wait time. Will go up to 5 stars when I notice improvements in attentiveness from management to the needs of staff.Apparently, management is refusing to supply nurses with medical face masks, and they sometimes catch contagious illnesses from patients while giving throat cultures.

Great experience at this urgent care! Check in was an easy and friendly process with the receptionist at the front. X-ray technician was really nice and professional and there was a manager on site that was caring and helpful. Really happy with the provider - PA Schonfeld was an exceptional professional and a great communicator - it was obvious from when he walked into the treatment room that he cares about patient comfort and experience. He did a great job sewing up my thumb and ensured I was ok every step of the way. The whole process from start to finish really turned around a challenging day, thanks to all. I’m really glad Centers Urgent Care was open late.

Phone is not responding, all extensions given, saying its wrong, after dial, when was calling back from pharmacy to transfer prescriptions...

Open really late. Had to go in almost before closing. Team treated me well, and was understanding even though I went in late. It was affordable even though I did not have insurance. Had to call to change my medication since I had side effects, and provider was very friendly and explained to me my options. Would recommend to friends and family!

Beyond words. I sincerely do not believe anything I write will do justice to describe how amazing each staff member is at Centers Urgent Care. From the call prior to coming in, until the end of my visit, I was treated with care, patience and warmth. I am so appreciative to the amazing provider, MA, manager, receptionist and x-ray tech for all going above and beyond for me. You are all truly amazing and I am so appreciative for all that you did for me.

Im not satisfied, they did the tests I asked for, and they said everything was OK, but the values ​​also increased for my blood test results. It is clear that there is a problem with my lungs and that there is inflammation in my body, I was not given any medicine. They told me to go to the hospital for further tests.....thank you very much, I paid somuch money and I will because the check will be sent....but they left me alone.. I am very disappointed.I only give 2 stars because the nurses and the x-ray worker were normal with me.

Excellence service!I had great experience in this medical facility! It was a nice & clean facility. Staffs were very friendly & it was very quick service with no waiting. The medical center is the best present that boro park got! No waiting in emergency room is a blessing, and on top fast service! I would definitely recommend to others.

None of the urgent cares were open and this was the first time that I used this center. Everyone was so kind. As a healthcare worker, I was very impressed with the NP. She was very thorough as well as kind. Highly recommend this facility and would use them again

Hello all. I have visited this urgent care twice now, and so far have been quite impressed with their efficiency. Both times I was seen in less than 15 minutes, and the staff were very courteous, respectful, and knowledgable. Also their COVID PCR tests are processed in about 14 hours from swab to final report.

Before you read this, please know that my review is very specific to this location during the Covid-19 pandemic, and may not be relevant once this event has concluded.I had a truly shocking experience at this location. During the pandemic, I have been very hesitant to leave my home except for absolutely essential reasons. However, after putting off seeking medical treatment for an issue for several months, I decided that I had to be looked at. I assumed that a medical facility would be adhering to strict observance of mask usage and social distancing guidelines. In the case of Centers Urgent Care, that assumption was 100% wrong.When I walked in the door, I was floored to see that the lobby was PACKED full of people, and nearly all of them were maskless. I would estimate that there were about three dozen people in their lobby area, and only three (including myself) were properly wearing masks. Due to the volume of people, it was also impossible to maintain any sort of distance (especially when so many of the people were children that were completely unattended). Now, I recognize that Centers shares this facility with PerfectHealth Medical Center and that most (if not all) of the people in this lobby were there for PerfectHealth, but youd think in both cases theyd be enforcing even the smallest amount of health standards in the middle of a pandemic.That was my main issue with this location, but there was another strange occurrence. Before going, I made a reservation on their website. This wasnt a feature that is hidden deep on their site; at the very top of the landing page it says Reservations in a big orange box. When I got there, I was told that nobody from Centers was there yet but they dont take reservations. I assumed that the PerfectHealth employee was just unaware of their system, but when the Centers employee arrived she also informed me that they dont take reservations. I told her I had made it on their website and showed her the confirmation email, and she was completely flummoxed. Has nobody ever used this reservation system before? Is that possible? Im the first human to ever click that button on their website? Where did that reservation go if not to the location? I would imagine when they created the reservation system, they must have told someone at the location to be on the lookout for an influx of reservations theyd surely be getting. At least I had the opportunity to be treated like I was an idiot for assuming a feature on their website was a feature that actually worked.If all that wasnt enough, the medical team that saw me seemed disinterested in my issue and quickly rushed me out after misdiagnosing me and giving me a course of treatment that made my condition worse. (Misdiagnosis confirmed when I had to go to a different urgent care five days later and they actually performed tests to see what was wrong with me rather than just hurrying me out the door).This was a terrible experience, and I will never return to this urgent care. Perhaps my experience is an outlier, but the positive reviews on here truly baffle me. I would say, at least until the Covid crisis is over, this is a location that should be avoided at all costs.

Every time I come, the staff greet me so nicely. Theres always a calm, positive vibe even if you have your own stresses of being sick.The nurses and doctors are always so helpful, give you the time of day, and explain everything to you patiently, calmly, and with such a friendly and warm attitude.I hope to never need to go back, but if I ever do, I look forward to the experience.

Walked in for a few stitches and I was seen right away. The office was beautiful and everyone was so nice and caring, the whole experience was pleasant and Stitches were done very well. I felt so calm the entire time and left with no pain.

Clean and organized office . Caring and knowledgeable doctors and staff . The doctors were so kind and gentle wen my 4 year old broke her leg , made the whole experience quick and easy. I followed up with orthopedic and COMPLETELY agreed with diagnosis and treatment the doctors at urgent care gave me . Amazing doctors beautiful and clean office . Very impressed with this place . Thank you for this after hours gem in our area . I would hav spent HOURS in the hospital but here I I was home in 1 hour .Shoutout to dr Sharabany and the wonderful X-ray dr who saw my terrified 4 year old , and made sure she was comfortable and even sang nursery rhymes to keep her calm . It was actually great to be at the B.P. Urgent Health Care location.What I liked the most were the efficient staff members, especially the feelings of concern and care I felt from the testers!Even though I tested positive for Covid, I felt calm and at ease, because there was no tension orpressure.Thanks for a really nice experience!I would recommend this place to all my family and friends!Thank you!Abraham Stubenhaus

Bad stuff yall... I called at 11:20 pm and asked if i can come for an x-ray and they said yes and when I showed up ten minutes later they werent letting me in the door (official closing time 12:00) so I called again and they just put me on hold for 20 min. Then when I came back the next day (although i shouldve known better),I was told the wait was 10 minutes buuuuttttttt..... I was in the waiting room for 2 FULL HOURS!!!!! and when I was finally called into a room, I was questioned by snappy nurse as to the reason for my visit and then went on to wait for another 1.5 HOURS before being seen!!! I almost forgot why I was there!!!!!.....ridiculous!Rather go before 6 pm to be served by Perfect Health....

Everytime I come here I always get the same experience which is professional and kindness. Front desk does easy and pleasant registrations and the doctors and nurses are always kind no matter the situation I highly recommend this place !!!

Coming in to the center for a Covid diagnostic there is always a degree of trepidation about the possibility of a positive finding But the friendly disposition of the receptionists and the calm reassurance by technician that test would be gentle immediately put me at ease The accommodation to expedite the report was appreciated , and the results were graciously provided to meet my time constraints. The reception area was also tastefully designed and the short waiting period actually allowed me time to relax

I didn’t think to read reviews before going to this location. I have no complaints at all. They were quick, hassle free and put in extra work to help my son! I’m so thankful for all of you at this location from the reception to the nurse to the PA, to the X-ray tech. Thank you all!

Went in for to this urgent care for something small, Aliza the MA and the provider Shany ( PA?) were exceptional. My discomfort and issue was their priority the whole time I was there. It was so comforting and reassuring . While there , we also met with Albert and Avrohom the provider who were awesome too! Excellent service and care , would recommend to anyone who needs ! Plus , they also do Covid testing!Was so pleased with the experience , thank you!

This place is amazing. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, but more importantly was the care of the doctors and staff. I cant say enough about how good I was treated. A definite must if you cant get to your own doctor and need treatment. Highly recommend.

I got seen quickly. Everyone was pleasant, attentive, and experienced. My one disappointment with this facility was the neglect of mask wearing. I observed a customer and several people in the back office without masks and staff didn’t say anything. It’s disappointing to me that a medical practice would not follow the guidelines set by the medical society and local law.

Unprofessional doctors, was unable to detect the fishbone and gave incorrect suggestions. I had to go to another Emergency Room at 4:30 AM to remove the bone stuck in my throat, ON A HOLIDAY.Full:I got a fishbone stuck in my throat at 8:30 ish. Arrived at THIS UC around 9, seen at 9:20. The doctor said she could not see the fishbone, went did a X-Ray check. The doctor triple checked with the staff, came up with the conclusion: Fishbone is gone, it left a few sratches in the throat, I will be fine after waking up next morning, then gave me 2 tylenols and let me loose. THE DOCTOR WAS 300% CONFIDENT THAT THE FISHBONE IS NO LONGER IN MY THROAT. Then I went home, realize tylenols didnt have any effect for 4 hours, then I tried squeeze my throat, realizing, I can feel the fishbone. Went to ER at 4:30 AM in the morning, did a CT scan, showing the fishbone clearly stuck inside my throat, and spend 9 hours to remove it, and waited 4 hours waiting for full body anaesthetizations effect to fade away because by the time I reached emergency, THE FISHBONE IS SO DOWN IN THE THROAT THAT THE SPECIALIST CANNOT TAKE IT OUT JUST WITH LOCAL ANETHESIA, I HAD TO TAKE 60ml of anethesia, BECAUSE THE DOCTOR OVER HERE MADE IT SO DEFINITE THAT THTE FISHBONE IS GONE, if she suggested me to the hospital right away, the process of removing the fishbone will be WAY LESS PAINFUL AND TIME CONSUMING. (Picture attached is the fishbone removed in emergency room)I GOT MY CONDITION WORSEN, AND LOSE A HOLIDAY BREAK BECAUSE OF THE UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTORS HERE! I would think twice before coming here for urgent care, because the result and suggestion provided to me left me no room to discuss possible althernative options: the fishbone might still be there, and it was a conclusion brought to me after TRIPLE CONFIRMATION.

The best urgent care I ever been to!! I kid you not! Im happy that its not so far from me, but wish it was walking distance. However, they provide amazing services to their patients. Like Im still in awe. I wish I found them long ago, anyways I will be sticking with them from now on. I wish my neighborhood had these exceptional resources.

Wish I could give zero stars because that’s what this center deserves. I didn’t actually visit this specific location, but I visited another one and simply wanted someone to explain my Covid antibody lab results to me. I called at 11:15PM(that’s when I received the results via email) because that’s the only Centers for Urgent Care that was open and I was told by the receptionist at the front desk if I could wait for the location that I went to, to call me in the morning. I told her that I would appreciate if I could speak with a PA or doctor there tonight because I was nervous and wouldn’t be able to sleep. She kept putting me on hold back and forth and then said ok someone would call me. She assured me that I would receive a call yesterday(which was when I called). Needless to say, I NEVER did! This place is the worst!!! How could you just leave a patient wondering about their results?! It would have taken someone less than 2 minutes to go over my results with me. How could anyone (especially in the medical field)be so cold? You could hear the concern in my voice and if you couldn’t, I EXPRESSED it OVER AND OVER. And the lady who answered the phone was quite rude and unprofessional (I wish I could remember her name; I know she had a Filipino accent)WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!

Im not sure how much one can trust the covid testing here. First day, the NP doing the test barely tickled the entrance of my nose and then 5 minutes later told me I was negative :/ so I went out and about to hang out with my friends until I tested at home to see the test line turn blazing red instantly. Decided maybe it was too early yesterday and got a false negative so I tested again here the next day only to receive the same experience (slight tickle to the nose and then negative report 3 minutes later). Right after, I decided to get tested at other pharmacies, where they actually swabbed my nose and reported back to me in around 15 minutes and they were ultimately positive results. Its unfortunate but false negatives are dangerous considering I was in close contact with many people thinking I did not have covid and I dont feel that they seriously or correctly administered the testing here at all.

Fast and friendly. The doctor and nurse took the time to make sure I was comfortable during and after the fast procedure they did. They were also both funny and relatable

I have written a review for this clinic for a different location and I just feel like I owe it another positive review it deserves!!I got my test results back with a determination for inconclusive which of course, it does happen for no apparent reason but I did not realize that until I got to the airport and was denied my flight to board. When I called Centers Urgent Care, they honestly went above and beyond to try to help me resolve me issues in order for me to board for next rescheduled flight.Out of all the urgent centers Ive been to, I feel like Centers Urgent Care is the only one that genuine cares about their patients and their needs especially during times of Covid. This is now the only place I go for my covid test and I live in Lower Manhattan. I have also referred so many people to this clinic and they too said, this is the only center they will go to as well!Thank you to all the amazing staff!

Warning! Not all the staff who work here wear masks and they dont enforce mask-wearing by patients. My husband and I went to get a Covid test two days ago, and while we were waiting in the exam room, we noticed one of the clinicians walk by without a mask. When I asked him why he wasnt wearing one, he said, Because I dont feel like it! before he entered another exam room to see patients. Thats totally unacceptable in a medical facility. Its their job to keep people healthy and safe, so Im not sure why this person is allowed to endanger patients. Patients were also allowed to sit in the waiting room without masks. This clinic should be following CDC best-practices for preventing the spread of Covid-19, which includes mask wearing. We left immediately and will not return.

I visited yesterday to ask about multiple issues. They had no problem with that. My PCP has told me I’m only allowed to talk about one issue per appointment... The office is very modern and clean. There was barely any wait time. The doctor was super nice. She caught something that my PCP may have misdiagnosed. I am now going to go there for a follow up at their primary care clinic during the day and for my regular medical needs.

I am specifically writing this review to thank Albert for going the extra mile to assist me yesterday evening. He was kind, caring, and went out of his way to thoroughly address my concerns. I would recommend this urgent care for anyone needing COVID 19 testing. Thank you Albert!

Centers Urgent Care treated me like the only patient on the planet. From the front desk to the Nurse and then Doctor. Real good service and they took care of me well. I was happy to find an office like this exists in Brooklyn - Heaven Bless

I had to take my daughters here for covid testing. Very efficient, clean however for myself not so much as of recent . Ive left messages to inquire about follow up care noone had responded to text messages or email. Other than that not being able to communicate with anyone is a downside.its kool they have a chat feature text message noone has respond to me at all.

They refused to offer covid testing. Ive done it there before but now they said its only for surgeries. When she clearly let in a man in front of me in for rapid testing but he was an Orthodox Jew as was she. No one paid any attention to me to check in I guess because I didnt look like them.

I just left so I don’t know if the prescription would be good or not. But they have nice staff and you don’t need to wait much.Everything in 10 mins.

They saved my job , I was needed emergency covid 19 rapid test report for my new job, its was around 4:30 pm on Friday and no one allowed me to take the test, finally I went to centers , they gave me result in 15 minutes. They are the best. Thank you centers urgent care.

Horrible experience!! Came in with a child who recently turned 2. Doctors had no clue what they were doing and nurses are so not experience! Instead of helping me(thats what I came for) I felt like they just wanted to get rid off me, because they needed to go home! Even though they are open till 12 and I came 11:30... Was really horrible!!!! Not suggesting this place to anyone!

I WANT TO GIVE 0 STARS FOR ABSOLUTELY TRASH SERVICE. There are no children to be seen and I have a newborn to visit a pediatrician. I have been here for over an hour with a newborn and there are no signs to be seen. The receptionist Has a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.IT IS NOT URGENT CARE ITS TAKING AGES CARE!!

What an amazing facility! I was there at 11:30pm and I was in and out in 20 minutes despite the fact that the place was swamped with patients. Employees were pleasant and professional and eager to help! My new go to spot if i Need urgent care.

Their overall service were SUPERB!!! Their clinic were clean, receptionist & workers were courteous, and their doctor knowledgeable! I highly recommend this facility for an Urgent Care instead of LONG Wait time else where!Thank you Centers Urgent Care!

I came here Saturday night October 26 2020 for a COVID test I called before going to see if they are giving COVID tests that evening and they told me to come right over. When I arrived they told me I have to pay with cash; they wouldn’t let me use my insurance. I left and used another urgent care. I thought this was a one time incident until this weekend, when I took my grandson there for a simple strep culture which they completely bungled. You simply can’t rely on this place even for a straightforward strep culture. From the swabbing to diagnosis to sending the medicine to the pharmacy they didn’t get one step right. After 72 hrs dealing with this place I went elsewhere and within 60 minutes we were on the right medication. (As an aside, Perfect Health, who occupies the building during the day is an excellent healthcare provider.)

The doctors and staff are very friendly and professional the office is very nice and very clean nice atmosphere I would refer anyone who needs urgent care to go there

My suggestion is you call before going and ask if there is a doctor working. Sometimes you might get a nurse practitioner or physician assistant so if you want to see an actual doctor I suggest you call ahead and find out especially on Saturdays and holidays.

I went here (finally) for the first time last week.The place was being renovated (should’ve never had patients in there) and crowded.Went there because I hurt my leg.The doctor didn’t order xrays.Tells me to put a cold pack and ace bandage on it.Here it is a week later,the leg is still hurting and I’m having trouble getting up, walking.Now my doctor tells me I need to go to an orthopedic for the leg.Why couldn’t the order xrays??I came all the way to the office for an ace bandage??

Not everyone working at the clinic wore masks and they charged me for additional tests that were not preformed. Also, the cost of the Covid test is more than twice the amount than it should be, according to my insurance provider. Sounds like insurance fraud.

High Risk of Covid exposure because Mask mandate IS NOT enforced. Medical Staff DOES NOT wear mask! Medical Staff DOES NOT tell people coughing to wear mask.Update: Four days after my visit here I got sick and when back for a retest. At that point, I was CoVid-19 positive. I will say that during the retest the staff and patients were wearing their mask.I went again a month after this post and saw Staff and Patients walking around WITHOUT a mask. The clinic casual attitude toward the pandemic is evident that they do not put their patients first. I come to this clinic because it is the only one open after work. Show the community that you care about their health and well-being by masking up because CoVid-19 is real and should be taken seriously.When I questioned one staff member about why some staff members are not wearing a mask in the waiting area? I was told that the urgent care is shared by Perfect Health and Perfect Health does not require their staff to wear a mask. In addition, I was told the culture of the neighborhood is not enforce a mask mandate and all the medical staff working in the clinic already had COVID-19 so it’s okay. This means that the Jewish population is exempt for a mask mandate and you wonder why the entire facility had COVID-19. That was suppose to make me feel better about my visit. I also overheard one staff member who was not wearing a mask reenforcing the statement that the culture doesn’t require it.Kensington has one of the highest transmission and death rate in Brooklyn. So for the love of god, MASK UP!WHY HAVE SIGNS REQUIRING MASK WHEN YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ENFORCE IT? WHY BE A MEDICAL INSTITUTION WHEN YOU ARE NOT FOLLOWING/BELIEVING/ENFORCING THE SCIENCE!?

Fastest service I experienced in any urgent care; I was called in to see the Dr while I was still registering with the front desk! The nurse and Dr were super nice and knowledgeable.

Centers Urgent Care has the best customer service in Brooklyn. After spraining my ankle in Brooklyn Bridge Park, I took an Uber to a nearby urgent care that was, contrary to their listed hours, closed. After getting some help from a woman at the front desk of a radiology center next door, Centers sent a van to pick me up. They saw me almost immediately and I was back on the street, strapped with an orthopedic boot, within an hour. Then their van driver Dexter brought me home to Flatbush! The whole experience was amazingly quick, easy, and affirming of the fact that there are still people in the healthcare industry who genuinely care about patient wellbeing. Thank you, Centers!

Worst experience ever.DO NOT GO THERE FOR NOTHING.i went with my son on DEC 30 to tale a covid test.we waited for three hours to get taken.Today is JAN 7 i still have no results.i could of infected many people not knowing.IT is over a week with no results.so u professional.if you want to get results and service right away go to dr bassul or dr fariwa.very professional doctors and you will get your results with in 24 hours.no hassle no excises everyday.in my life i never heard of anything like this.

I had virtually no wait time. And the doc was really knowledgeable and not rushed. Yidi the manager was on top of things and even followed up and rushed my tests.

The Staff is friendly, clean environment. The only reason I didnt give a 5 is because the staffs not wearing mass, were in a Tridemic. Yes I kept my mass on throughout the visit.

I Would Never Think Someone To Go Out Of There Way Like This;the past Friday when my daughter got a cut and my neighbor a hatzalah guy told me that she needs stitches and i should go to Centers Urgent Care.i arrived at Centers Urgent Care 2 in half hours before shabas and right away the manager came to help out after a few min the manager told me that it would need a specialist to do it and now they have someone that does it but it needs someone more professional,so the manager got us in to his private car to drive us to one of Centers Urgent Cares doctors home who specializes for this case a 25 min way and waited for us until finished and drove us homei got home 15 min before the zman i dont know when he got homeTHANKS MANAGER FOR GOING OUT OF YOUR WAY I WILL REMEMBER IT

I went there for a covid-19 test, and was told they dont do it. There website says they offer covid-19 testing, and I know someone who took it there the other day. I dont know what stick theyre doing, or if I am being discriminated.
