AG Urgent Care Flatbush Junction

I visited AG Urgent care on Sunday Labor Day weekend. The medical assistant was so friendly, helpful and professional. Shes amazing. The doctor listened to me and tried to help in every way. She was professional, knowledgeable and wonderful. Thank you both, and thank you for this urgent care in the community.

I burst my lip open after a bike accident. Dr. Dollison was amazing. He was prompt and kind and kept me calm. Visit was quick and efficient and I’m on the road to recovery. Thank you!

I took my oldest daughter here because her asthma was acting up our experience was lovely The provider Kim Panik was amazing and sweet she answered all of my daughters questions and helped out so much she’s a sweetheart. The receptionist at the front Desk OJ and Ida were amazing as well, they were all so sweet answered all questions and helped out as much as possible I could go on and on about how much I love these 3 ladies

PLEASE BECAREFUL AND EDUCATE YOURSELF ON YOUR INSURANCE BEFORE COMING HERE. I came to do a Covid test and see a doctor today and receptionist tried to tell me my co pay will be 150 all together with my deductible. But I know that a high deductible just means I have to pay a copay Standard ($25-$45). I’ve obviously used my insurance to see a variety of doctors and specialists and not one had tried to add my deductible to a copay amount. He claims it’s because of it being an urgent care. I went to another urgent care down the road and paid my standard $35 copay. I will never be coming here again.

This is my third time coming here, and each time all the staff was so kind and helpful. Very fast service, you see a doctor very soon after signing in

Dr.Kimberly and Nurse Ida is absolutely amazing. Dr.Kimberly is very very informative and so kind. I would not be a continuous patient at AG URGENT CARE if there was no Ida or Dr.Kimberly. Great Combo !

Dr. Dollison was extremely detailed with my condition he was nice patient and informative. This entire office staff is very friendly and welcoming I was really comfortable because of the way they treated me. I strongly recommend this facility.

After being prescribed antibiotics, the doctor failed to give me medical advice after I asked what I should or shouldn’t be doing while on the prescription. Now my PH is thrown off from a yeast infection & they’re trying to charge me for another visit even though this was a result of poor professionals (and I came in only a week prior). Also the office is outdated….

Horrible office. Horrible nurses and other personnel. Nasty attitudes and bad at taking blood.They also force you to download an app in order to get test results or talk to the Dr. Whatever happened to TALKING OVER THE PHONE?!🤬The people on call couldnt even explain the test results!!!🤬

My visit was very quick, i was in and out in less than 20 minutes, docter Dollison was very professional warm and friendly, he made me feel very welcoming, the front desk MAs Megan and Elizabeth were great. I would give 10 stars.

I was just there with concerns of a minor concussion and had one of the most unprofessional and offensive experiences with a healthcare provider Ive ever had in my life. Instead of taking me to a room to be examined, the care provider came out into the waiting room and assessed me in front of the receptionist and in full view of the windows to the street. Neither of them took down any of my information. They didnt even ask for my name. When I explained what had happened—that I had slammed my head against a metal security door due to an accident yesterday—the care provider hit her head against the door and said see I can hit my head and Im just fine and then laughed at me. She dismissed all of my symptoms and called it resolved without any inspection of the bump on my head. On my way out I saw them laughing at me and joking about my injury. This was a humiliating and outrageous experience that does not line up with my previous experiences with this clinic. These people should be ashamed to call themselves healthcare professionals, as I experienced neither care nor professionalism. I will not be returning to or recommending this clinic any more.

Octavia was outstanding.She ran the show alone and got me the tests I needed urgently.No provider was available but she got the doctor from a different center and saved the day for me.Seven stars and thank you Octavia.

After dealing with rude, dismissive, and outright racist treatment at the nearby City MD I decided to give this place a shot. Now I don’t go anywhere else. The nurses are sweet and treat you like family and service is always near-immediate. I tell everyone I know in the area to go here. I’ve had quick and quality service every time which is extremely rare for urgent care in the city. Usually I would have gotten that one guy who has to ruin it for everyone at least once. But after multiple visits I’m convinced there’s no such person here. Just superlative care all around.

Wonderful staff. Although close to closing, the staff welcomed us. We were triaged and the Doctor assessed my son’s hand, thoroughly and in a short period of time. I appreciate them all and recommend this location. Thank you.

My experience at AG urgent care is the best , they doctors explained everything to me in detail , they are patient ,friendly ,they let me feel like I am at home ,I would encourage any and everyone to check it out .

Very kind staff. I fainted during a medical examination and one of the providers went next door to buy me something to eat to raise my blood sugar while the paramedics were on the way. Was shown genuine kindness and concern by the staff

Oh, where to begin...I called and specifically asked if someone was on site who could diagnose/treat stress fractures because I am recovering from knee surgery and was told by my physical therapist that a stress fracture was most likely what Id developed.I was told (without hesitation) to come in and that there indeed would be someone who could evaluate my condition.Not once did anyone actually look at the area I was concerned about. Didnt even ask to.Instead, because the doctor had to tend to a personal matter, I was written a prescription for 50 oxycodone with an option to renew.If I hadnt told the doctor that my therapist insisted on a x-ray, I would have just gone home without another word.I went to have the x-ray done in another room and was rushed by the technician despite being unable to walk.I was asked to wait outside (his words verbatim) so, I waited. About 40 minutes later, the doctor returns and asks why Im still waiting.I tell him that his guess is as good as mine and that I wasnt given any instruction on how to proceed.Making it seem like this information is something I should have come about on my own, I am told that he doesnt believe that I have any significant damage (despite the fact that he never examined me) because our bodies are designed to withstand impact and carry our weight.Furthermore, I am to wait 2 days before I can even learn the result of my x-ray because there was no one available to read them. Another 2 days from there I would be able to see a specialist.There was no urgent care provided whatsoever.Avoid this place, unless you need drugs thrown at you indiscriminately.

I went there a few months ago. While they did perform the services that I needed, the staff was pretty nice nasty. They would pretend to be nice, but literally talk about me amongst themselves. I’m sure that they do this to other patients. I could hear them and their insulting remarks. There are other urgent care facilities in the area that I can take my business to. I won’t be patronizing them in the future.

Had an exceptionally smooth experience here. Needed a covid PCR test. Booked online, received a confirmation call a few minutes later. Walked in that afternoon, in-and-out within 15 minutes. Friendly staff. Received my results via email the next day, and a follow-up call the day after. Wow!

The urgent care visit was very quick and efficient. The offices were were very clean and the staff was pleasant. I was the most happy with the short wait time compared to neighboring urgent care clinics.

Terrible experience getting a rapid COVID test at this place. The line was about 40 people when we arrived at opening time, which on January 2nd with the holiday rush seemed not that bad. Wrong! It was the slowest moving line I ever experienced. We waited for FIVE HOURS. And then they somehow refused to take our insurance and charged us $89 per rapid test. And they refused to give us a PCR test at the same time because insurance only covers one test a day (thats made up and they refused to use our insurance anyway). This place is a racket and deserves to be reported to the AG for investigation. Wondering about the wait? They had one lone lady doing tests despite the line around the block. Go literally anywhere else.

Excellent place even my PCP was like wow your in good hands here Dr. Nigel is the best and all the staff there are great! Also to the people complaint about COVID test time y’all a mess 5 months ago everywhere was hour long lines what ya expect from people ghesssh

I went in with a pretty severe burn. My skin was peeling off and I was in excruciating pain. There was one patient ahead of me. And I still waited an hour to be seen. The man who came in behind me was seen before me. And the reason I was given for the delay was that the provider was taking a break. It was 30 minutes before closing! I couldn’t take the pain. I asked for ice and they said they didn’t have any. So I took the liberty of going into the refrigerator and taking a frozen bottle of water. The medical assistant could answer none of my questions. The doctor didn’t even speak to me. I didn’t know my visit was over until the receptionist came in and gave me discharge papers with no information.This is borderline malpractice, if it is not in fact malpractice.

Where are these positive reviews coming from. I’ve been waiting for my results 48hrs, and have not received an email or a call. I’ve been calling the 718 # and no one is picking up and the 1877 # and let several messages. After standing on line for 3hrs 20 mins to get a PCR Test, we witnessed people not getting there results on a timely manner. They had to come in person bc they haven’t received an email ,call or not picking up. Be prepared to stand on line for along period of time; with only one receptionist.. They only allow 4-5 people at a time, which could take 1hr before they signed you on. We got there at 9:40 am and took the PCR Test at 12:47pm . Be prepared to stand on line.

Today I went there to seek treatment for my daughters pink eye . A strang man kept hovering over my stroller. I moved the stroller away from him TWICE and he proceded to come to my stroller to hover and talk to my child. I asked to get out of my child’s face he told me he was gonna punch me in my face and knock me out next to my stroller. I was terrified I immediately asked the medical assistant to call the police and they just stared at me and said nothing. He continued to argue with me then he got in face and told me he was going to shoot me!! I pulled out my phone and called the police (I was scared to take it out at first in fear he might take it) when I Called the police I ask them for the address and the medical assistant was acting like she didn’t want to give it to me She finally gave me a business card with the address on it . Meanwhile I have been arguing with this man and he has been threatening me and my child for 10 minutes and they refused to call the police. He wound up leaving once the police came and the medical assistance had the nerve to tell me he wasn’t going to hit me he comes here all the time. I am reporting them to the state office Monday morning. If a woman is being threatened and intimidated in your office in front of her child and she ask is you to call the police I feel like they should be no hesitation. There are children To come to that office it is their job to create a safe environment for everybody. Also they Refuse to give me their names so I could report them to the supervisor and grew angry when I took pictures of them. Litterly the most ghetto doctors office I ever been to DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN THERE IT IS NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT!!!

The receptionist doesn’t know anything. Ask her questions about billing she gives you false answers makes you wait an hour to be seen and then the doctor tells you the bill will be 10x what she told you. Please learn your job.

Searched and searched for a good urgent care clinic near me and kept finding trashy joints. Finally I stumbled onto AG Urgent Care in Brooklyn and it was the bets resource Ive ever found.

Brooklyn community hospital centres are usually very gross, but not AG Urgent Care. I loved my experience there.

I go to a lot of redi clinics and urgent care facilities near me, and this one is my favorite 24 hour clinic in NYC. As a diabetic, I am always trying to stay on top of my health.
