Amazing staff from MAs to Doctors. Akeem and Allison were very nice and professional. They both made my FIRST experience of care excellent. All are kind, professional and knowledgeable. Entire office is clean and well sanitized. Amazing service options. They offer X-rays on premises, diabetic care, provide medical supplies if necessary & etc.

The service is nice, but I wish they were more organized.I went in one day and they told me to come back the next day. When I showed up the next day, they acted like I had never been there before, and I had to redo everything.Person in front made an appointment for me for the next day.The next day and another person called me to tell me the results werent ready and suggest I cancel the appointment and they will call me back when its ready.Three days later, I got a call asking how I liked my appointment, the one they supposedly canceled.Only to be told that my results did come in....Keep in mind, I called about it midday, and they got my results early that morning.None of the services show up in my insurance, despite it being in-network and paid out of pocket, despite giving them my insurance.

My experience was fine from check in to check out. I did not have to wait long to be seen the medical assistant was professional and pleasant. She was able to draw blood from my difficult veins on the first try. The doctor was attentive and provided the care I needed. Even when I had an additional concern, he addressed it.

They refused to take my active insurance ( that they do accept) and then Kimberly suggested that I can JUST pay the $150, instead of using my ACTIVE insurance. After being on the phone with my insurance for hours, trying to update something that didn’t need to be updated.I walked next-door to a different urgent care and they simply picked up the phone and called the back of my insurance card. I was serviced and in and out of the other facility within less than 30 minutes.

Wait is sometimes longer here, but the staff and team are super nice and take care of you. Very happy with the service and they kindly followed up afterwards as well. Came in with a severe allergic reaction this time around and they addressed all my questions and were able to give me medicine on the spot as well as prescribing continued medication afterwards.

Hello, my first visit to this establishment was a great experience. Quick sign in. Everyone was very polite, welcoming & caring. The triage nurse Maria, the student and doctor were amazing as well. Grateful to have found a great medical spot not too far from home. Thanks🙏

I had a great experience, I ran to this location because it was the near my home. I was having a asthma attack, heavy breathing, wheezing and it felt like stomach was pressing down on my chest. I walked in was greeted and I asked if they care for asthma she told me yes coming straight around without hesitation. I was in the door and on the machine in less than 2 minutes. The staff was very nice, kept checking on me & the doctor even made me laugh during my visit. I’m just thankful they were still open to care for me because I felt like i was a goner lol but thanks everyone for the care!

This was my first visit, and the service was excellent. The nurses and doctor were very attentive and answered all my questions. The general waiting time was only about 15-20 minutes. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you so much for everything.

Not the place for X-rays!! I went to the urgent care about an hour before they closed last night. I saw Dr. Dollison, who was truly wonderful, but the X-ray tech had left for the day, so I was told to come back in the morning. Saw the tech, who was efficient, and everything went smoothly at first, but I was told after all of this that they would have my results in 3-5 days. It is Wednesday as I write this, and I work with my hands and need to know if I should call out. Not having results until potentially next week, assuming business days, is not helpful. I asked to cancel sending the images out so that I could go somewhere with faster results, but the woman at the front desk told me this is how it is everywhere. It absolutely is not. When I went for an X-ray at ModernMD a couple years ago, they reviewed it, showed me the images, and sent me access to them all within minutes. I called to confirm that they can still do this before pleading with the woman at the desk once again not to send the images to offsite radiology so I could go somewhere else (Im sure insurance wouldnt cover duplicate visits), at which point they told me a doctor could look at the images and speak to me today, so I waited a little longer only for her to tell me she couldnt tell me anything and to call back in a few days. When I asked if they could share the images with me, they acted like this was a bizarre request but had the tech bring them up so I could take pictures of them with my phone, which are obviously not good quality. I understand that not everywhere has a radiologist onsite, but 3-5 days is not what I would expect from URGENT care, and patients should definitely be informed before taking X-rays that this is their turnaround time. 5 stars for Dr. Dollisons bedside manner and being open until 10. 1 star for my experience today.

Listen this might be my best and fast urgent care experience ever!!! Shout out to Grisell for getting my blood work done she found my messy and usually difficult vein with one painless try. Everyone from the front desk staff to the radiologist and Np who I think was Elina are worthy of the rating. I think I’ll be coming here for primary care now too.

Been coming here since they move from the other location down in Broadway. I like it , you just have to go when it’s slow and not a lot of people waiting since it can get packed.The Sonogram Tech blonde lady is rude and indifferent. Made me feel uncomfortable during my time with her on 3/26 other than that the place is clean, big and gets the work done for what it’s needed

I had a very uncomfortable and unfortunate experience with Dr. Cecil Dollison that has left me in an extremely vulnerable state. My consent and comfortability was not upheld, and I firmly believe his actions were predatory. I have reported him to the appropriate parties in hopes that this will never happen to another woman again and that there will be appropriate changes to how they run their daily operations. I urge women to speak up when something doesnt feel right. Do not let anyone make you feel like your feelings arent valid.

Love the Doctor , when it comes to referrals they give you on paper but u never get the appointment or the place said to be sent never heard of you . very bad especially when its a child

I came to the urgent care for a Bad cough. Dr Dollison Saw that my blood pressure was extremely elevated and jumped right into lowering it. He prioritize what was needed and I left here feeling very taken care of. I’m extremely happy I chose to come here tonight otherwise who knows what could’ve been the outcome. This place was really great! Once you’re in you immediately are treated kindly and with the utmost professional care. I would point out Anai, Geisell, Trishana, Noor, and Dr.Dallison specifically. Dr. Dollison was so polight and caring. You dont find Drs like him anymore. He actually gave me a real physical check-up. Most time in Urgent Care you are in and out and the Doctor hardly speaks to you. Not this Dr. He actually had a conversation about what was happening.

The stuff here are very nice, respectful and hospitable. I feel very heard, understood and taken care of. Overall service is 10/10z I’d definitely recommend.

I came in with my daughter today and it was an amazing experience. Wait time was super short and the medical assistant Allison did a phenomenal job. She is super kid friendly and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Doctor Nigel was excellent as well, he was very quick, thorough and efficient. My daughter didn’t even want to leave because she was playing around with Allison and talking to her about all her favorite toys. If the rest of the staff is as good as these two then I see no reason why you shouldn’t come to this urgent care. I will definitely be coming back. It really felt like a small family. Lovely local and black-owned healthcare facility! Attendants and doctor asked lots of good questions and made me feel humanized (which can be rare in the medical world!).My only issue was that the X-Ray machine wasn’t working when I went. They gave me a referral which I appreciate, but hopefully it works again soon!

I absolutely loved my visit at Ag urgent care Bushwick. Ive been coming here for so long. Monica is always a pleasure and although ive just met Allison and Christian and they were wonderful too. Im for sure coming back whenever Im in need. Youd staff is very friendly and welcome, the office us always clean . Good service is always guaranteed. I walked in right before closing on a Tuesday and was treated as if I were the first patient of the day. Everyone was so kind! The front desk was quick. Christian the medical assistant made me laugh and was so kind. Kim the P.A. was so gentle and lovely. I will only go to this urgent care from now on.

NEGLIGENT AND DISORGANIZED (AVOID!)Was supposed to receive a PCP visit with medication refills and was told to come on a specific date to do so. I was told that the doctor should be able to fill the script the same day. 3 days later of them dodging calls, hanging up while I’m on hold, I decide to go into the clinic and see the room totally empty with the two front desk people watching TV. They tell me with absolute boredom that the doctor is on vacation and can’t review my medication for another 18 days. When I asked why no one called me to tell me they said “I don’t know”.

I went a week ago to do studies there for my residency (immigration procedures) and they wanted me to repeat the studies and pay back because I had weed in my blood. The doctor refused to sign me and they wanted to scam me. because you dont have to say that you have weed in your blood, it is not legal. This place scammed me out 250dlrs, dont go. It is a health company that doesnt have safe and valid nurses either

I’m always treated really well when I go here to get care, better even than my previous primary care doctor, who didn’t treat me with the empathy that I receive at this urgent care. Shoutout especially to the PA, Kim, who really took my condition seriously and warned me that I was on my way to hospitalization if I didn’t get better. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I didn’t love the experience I had with a certain doctor. I was extremely unwell still from being malnourished and he told me I should be going to a primary care doctor instead, and didn’t take my condition seriously. This happens a lot when I see male doctors. I felt like he was treating me like I just wanted to get out of going to work when really all I wanted was to get well again. All the female doctors there have been lovely to me though, and in the future I will probably request to see a woman. Male doctors really need to work on their misogyny and classism and take women’s pain more seriously. Other than that, going to this urgent care has been a great experience, and the wait usually isn’t long. The MAs there are talented, efficient, and friendly too.

Dr. Dollison is a gift to this community. Would each and every visit I always receive the top care. Not only that, but it is so reassuring to have a provider that will literally sit and listen to you at not make you feel rushed through the process. This is also an office. Where are you get in and out and you don’t spend hours on ours just sitting.I would say that my experience is always top-tier, and I would highly recommend if you’re considering this office for a visit

Phenomenal bedside manner from the front desk to the doctors. This is a hybrid clinic, meaning they are urgent care as well as primary care givers, pediatricians, radiology, etc. This team was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of getting my insurance to approve them so I could be seen asap for panic and anxiety disorder. Other practitioners elsewhere were not available until the end of the next month. Due to the nature of this business model you walk in and wait to be seen. Other reviews have spoken about extremely long wait times, etc. Be wise and go in the morning before anyone is waiting. Obviously if you come in mid day, etc. you will have a queue of people ahead of you. I was able to be seen and completely taken care of within two hours. Highly recommend Dr. Ozuzu to anyone seeking immediate or long term care. He was kind, patient and took his time with me.

Thanks to the doctors and staff, as well as the manager Inna, for warmly welcoming me and my son, explaining everything and translating it, because I don’t speak English well. They spare no time and take care of their patients. I will definitely come here again if the need arises.

Unsafe. I live next to this place. I’ve come here about 3 or 4 times for convenience. The same thing happened each time. I arrive early, 1st to be in line. The doctor shows up about an hour and half later with a tired and bored expression, he takes his time without any sense of urgency slowly shuffling around and chatting with all the staff “how was your weekend etc.”. When I am finally seen several hours later the diagnosis is rushed and I am left with more questions than what I came in with. The prescriptions are illegible and the nurses guess what is written or dictated by the doctor before he runs off. They always refuse to ask for more clarification, probably out of embarrassment or apathy. My last visit was worse than the previous ones. I never received my lab results 5 days later. Worst of all I was placed on antibiotics without proper consultation. I am a runner and I am on heavy doses of various vitamins such as zinc and magnesium to stay replenished, I didn’t realize that there are dangers with my vitamins and the antibiotics. How could I have known? A good doctor would have asked the right questions and explained to me the potential risks. After three visits…. I do not recommend. I believe that this place is not safely or efficiently operated. The visit made me feel unsafe because all of the clerical errors and now knowing that I had been taking potentially risky combos of meds for an entire week makes me extremely cautious about visiting here again. (I noticed a reply from AG Urgent care stating that they “tried” to contact me— they did not — nor have they tried since this message was posted. To date I have received no messages from them either). I stand by my original post.

They try their best with the limited staff. Doctor does really care about patients, some of the nursing staff needs work but other than that an overall better urgent care in the neighborhood.

I brought my 6 yr old daughter to the doctor July 2. The black nurse that called us in, my twin daughters ran to the back they are hyperactive and mean no harm. So, the nurse said in a nasty tone to one of my daughters no running. Keep in mind I have brought them here many times neither a nurse or doctor have said anything to them about it, it wasnt that serious. In the room, the nurse tone was just nasty asking me the reason for us coming in, you wouldve thought I did something to this woman the way she was speaking. She then ask me what pharmacy I go to, I told her then she asks me is it open if not where Im going to go, no one has ever ask me that, I responded she can wait until tomorrow, if it were serious I wouldnt be at urgent care. So, she asks my daughter on a scale of 1-10 how is her throat pain, with a nasty rude attitude at that, shes 6 she doesnt understand what that means, My daughter says she dont know, so the nurse asked again same tone. So I just explained to my daughter what the nurse meant. My daughters have a hard time keeping still especially when theyre together like, the nurse spoke to them so rudely to calm down, I had it under control there was no need for her to talk to them that way and it took everything in me to not curse her out, because why would you talk to children that way it hurts me, however I know I was there to get things done and theres other ways to handle the situation. Lastly, the nurse said in the same tone for my daughter to keep her mask on as if she had some contiguous disease kids dont always keep there mask on, and I couldve just reminded my daughter to keep it on, I was so confused at the nurses tone and acting like she had something against my daughters. Then, I thought about when we were in the waiting room and my daughter coughed loud, it was because she was drinking a berry smoothy and the seeds were stuck in her throat, I guess the nurse assumed she had some kind of disease. The doctor was great he was the total opposite of the nurse, handled them well told them its okay to be themselves, worked with my daughter when she didnt want to co-operate with the strept testing. I was satisfied with the doctor services. That nurse needs to be fired for the way she spoke to my daughters it was disgusting, and shes lucky Im not one of those people that dont mind using their hands to handle a situation.

The two young lady’s Grisell & Allison was an are very helpful. The wait was very fast under 5 minutes. Also the place is very clean I will definitely come back again.

Very long wait times (2 hours for a simple visit). Friendly staff.I was there to have my ears irrigated as I lost half my hearing. After the doctor treated it, I lost full hearing in one ear, so he made it significantly worse and painful. I went to the clinic two blocks down(Urban Wellness Physicians). They were surprised at the treatment path chosen and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Cannot recommend this clinic.

On a 9pm walk-in the doctor was able to treat me with a lot of flem in my chest. He and the staff stayed passed the closing time to make sure I get the treatment I need. Very thoughtful

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!!!!Terrible service with low motivation to get people in and out as fast as possible. Been here for almost 3 hours with no results. Being told that we will have them in 10-15 minutes 4 times.Update. Waited an hour and a half for the prescription to be filled to be told the doctor never sent them. They never told me the medicine I was being sent with as well. A TOTAL OF 6 AND A HALF HOURS OF WAITING FOR COMPLETE AMATEUR SERVICE.

Great Service, we are here on vacation and Nigel had us in and out. Even called us personally to change a medication after looking into what would work best. Clean, quick, and knowledgeable.

I have been a patient with Dr. Dolisson and Dr.Adams for years. They are great doctors they take good care of the patients heath. Plus they treat you like family.

The worst service how do you go for an emergency visit pay a co payment and get tests done. In order for the doctor to discuss your results you need to provide your medical insurance again so they can bill you again. Terrible 😞

My visit was quick and pleasurable! Staff was friendly and efficient, the Doctors are down to earth and business! The best spent copayment ever and much cheaper than the ER! X-rays we’re done on site had results within minutes and my mind was put at ease with no broken bones or torn ligaments just swollen soft tissue. In and out with complete diagnostics in half an hour.

The facility is clean and nice, the staff Grisell, Allison, and Doctor Anne were very courteous and professional. Definitely Recommend for next visit.

My visit at AG Bushwick was excellent. I came for a quick Covid PCR test and was out in less than 15 min. Anai and Megan were great, both very warm and welcoming.

Allison, Anai, Monica and Dr.Elina are very nice, respectful and have such positive energy they treat their patients with kindness and they’re compassionate about their work i recommend anyone to visit if you want proper and timely treatment

This is the most nonurgent, urgent care I’ve been to. I have been here on a few different occasions, and it’s always the same thing. Most recently I went in with my 9 month old, waited three hours, only to be seen by a MA in that time for triage. I ended up leaving without being seen by the doctor. When I informed them that I was leaving, they just looked at the list and said “oh, there’s still a few patients before you.” We took my baby to a different urgent care the next morning who told us that we needed to immediately take him to the ER because of his wheezing. Turns out, he had RSV. With the rise in flu, rsv and COVID cases, you would think they would have more than one doctor on staff.P.S. 12/07/2022 (8:36pm)Since you took the time to respond to this review so fast, it’s funny how my insights weren’t so important to your staff when I was actually at your facility. Posturing underneath my reviews doesn’t make things better. The culture at your facility is clearly not geared towards your patients. If your staff felt that comfortable to disregard a patient leaving right to their face, then you sadly have a profound problem going on at your facility, and unfortunately you may not be in business there long. Funny how you did not reach out to me privately to attempt to make it right, but came on here to provide a hollow apology. You have an even greater day, whoever is hiding behind that computer screen!😇

Dr. Panik is amazing! I was in and out with efficiency, and recieved top of the line care!

The office is clean and pleasant ( and the cleaning ladies cleaned from time to time while I was there) , workers were nice as well. My only complaint is the waiting time, I spent 3h there. They definitely need more doctors, but overall good.

Visit was average wait time - 15 mins and then everything else was smooth and quick

This is my second time at this Urgent Care. The first time I waited on line for 2 hours (there wasnt even that many people!!!) only to finally be seen play half-present, lethargic doctor who said I was fine and that I should go home. He barely even looked at me!! (I wasnt fine.. and had to try again at a different urgent care where I was helped).Yesterday.. I came in almost crying because several fingers in my hand had gone numb. I couldnt even sign my name on the sign in chart. After waiting 1 hour and 45 min, & the doctor decided to make me wait for and EKG (why? im clearly not having chest pain, my hand is numb!).After the EKG came back fine, he squeezed my hand to make sure my fingers werent cold.. and then told me I was overreacting!!! Could I move them? No... but at least he ruled out frost bite?? So confusing...I was told to go home and keep doing hand exercises. I almost started crying and said what if its nerve damage, what do i do, where to I go?He said that unless I had severe trauma (then launched into a story about one of his own injuries) then it couldnt be nerve damage.. then proceeded to say no one can know why you cant feel or use these fingers, but they are warm, so youll be okay.The nurses seem to have very little organizational control, and this sleepy doctor needs to be replaced ASAP (and they need more than one doctor...) This was a MISERABLE experience that was a waste of my time and left me crying. Never thought I would be told to stop overreacting about actual, visible nerve damage...Just do not go here.

Terrible experience. The triage nurses and front desk are nice and all, but irritated me when they were checking my blood sugar and had to stick me 3 times because they didnt know what they were doing. As a diabetic blood sugar levels rises as soon as we are finish eating. My sugar was at the mid 200s and the doctor said it was high and I told him that I just finish eating and he responded saying what were you eating a whole bunch of sugar? This really hurt my feelings because he doesnt know or understand how much I have to go through with this disease and I try my best to stay in range. It was the podiatry doctor btw. He needs to learn how to talk to patients and not say anything out of the blue.

I legitimately have nooooo complaints! This is my favorite urgent care location. I was dealing with a cough for 8 days. And I knew I could get fast and sufficient service here. Thank you for patiently helping me figure out my health insurance . And making sure I got the care I needed. God bless!

Showed up with Allergy issues...They helped me from the minute I stepped in...Wonderful Location...Doctor was very knowledgeable and prescribed me all that I needed to get well...His Assistants were also very helpful...I recommend you stop by here if your not feeling well

I went to this location on 11/2/22 around noon to see a doctor appointment pain in my left ear . The place was crowded expected I waited an hour I go in back to see the doctor he comes in the nurse tell him the reason why Im there . He pick up the thing to look in your ear he stated its missing a peace then he pull out his phone turn on his camera and look down my ear give me prescription for ear drops. I saw a gentleman or a woman commenting about a doctor using a phone during there visit I thought they was lying I do apologize.

I picked a really busy day to go, so the wait time was a little long; however, the staff is amazing and compassionate. I would definitely go there again if I cant get in to see my regular doctor.

Waste of time. Had to follow up so many times for results and wait unnecessarily during each one of my 3 visits.The staff is kind, but room for improvement in service. They dont know the price of some basic services. Still unsure how much this blood work will cost... this on top of the exam fee I already paid.Find an alternative if you can

My asthma got really bad as a result of the Flu B I tested positive with a few days ago. I came in immediately for a nebulizer treatment when I noticed my inhaler lost effectiveness and the wheezing persisted. They had already signed me in from my information over the phone to make things quicker for me, and I was allowed to complete my intake form while being hooked up to treatment as soon as I walked in. I started to breath easier and was checked by the doctor afterwards to make sure I was well enough to go back home and continue rest. I was told that if the wheezing returned and persisted, Id have to go to the e.r. I am so appreciative of their collaborative and attentive care that they gave me.

I am a patient at the urgent care and really am happy I chose this place to deal with personal health related issues because I really feel taken care of . A special thanks to Julianna and Dollison.

This place is diabolical. Its a disorganised mess. The nurses deserve to be paid more because all but two are really lovely. One of the two who is not lovely gave my driver license to a different patient in the waiting room and I think that is beyond irresponsible because what is stopping her confusing patient charts? She exposed my PII to a stranger.The other poor one needs sleep because she should not have a patient chart in front of her and have to ask the patient 3 different times in 10 minutes why theyre visiting. The doctor is horrible and needs to be replaced by someone competent who has the bandwidth and time to, I dunno, fill urgent prescriptions.

They only have ONE doctor working and there are over 12 people waiting to be treated. The waiting time was 2 hours!! You can’t even be sure the doctor is treating you with genuine care. They need to hire more staff and be more prepared. They have way too many people working up front and not enough in the back, it’s actually ridiculous. Don’t even bother checking in online bc it wont make a difference. It is nice and clean but terrible management.

I went in for a dot physical they charge twice the price from the other places i called up i went by because it was convenient location for me an I was very clear about I needed my paperwork back the same day. She said that would not be a problem after getting tested she told me I have to wait till the next day after 5pm. I had already paid balance in full so I had no choice then she calls me back the next day and tells me I have to wait 3-5 days for my paperwork..who does business like that I told her in The beginning I needed my paperwork back the same day now your telling to wait week.. when asked for a refund she told me no..this place is a rip off be careful and one more thing theres only one doctor working there so the wait time is like 3hrs..

I waited for maybe 10 minutes max and was treated very well. Both the PA and the doctor treated me very well. No complaints!

Horrible experience. My partner went to this urgent care on two separate occasions for different things and the first time they kept stringing her along for weeks and after countless calls finally admitted that they lost her ultrasound (meanwhile she is in pain waiting for treatment) and the second time didn’t send the medication to the pharmacy for a very urgent issue! Complete negligence, very disappointing. Not sure how this place can operate as an urgent care at all, they aren’t doing their jobs, both times my partner suffered and just had to go and seek help elsewhere. Don’t know what the problem is, if they are understaffed or it’s something else, but the result is not providing medical care to the patient.

The wait is a little long, but worth the wait, staffs are very professional and kind especially Allison, Grisell and Anai. Very special hardworking ladies.

Anais was extremely rude. I called to speak with the doctor in regards to side effects from the medications he prescribed and she was very dismissive and rude to me. Both times I called she had a terrible attitude and it was almost as if she didn’t even want to answer the phone. Terrible experience, especially since this was the first time I’d been given this medicine.

I would actually give this place zero stars if I could and am actually highly considering suing them. I had covid symptoms and was in the waiting room for an hour and a half waiting to be seen but I was experiencing awful symptoms so I was curled up with my eyes closed. After finally seeing the doctor, I tested positive for covid. I immediately call my family and the doctor comes barging into the room telling me not to use my cell phone and then proceeds to sarcastically say so im guessing you didnt see all of the signs posted everywhere about not using your cell phone. I apologize to him and he didnt even aknowledge me and immediately brings me to the front telling me I can pick up my prescription. Dosnt tell me anything about the medication... not the name, not the dosage, not the instructions. NOTHING. i pick up the medication and immediately started having awful side effects. I look up the medication online and it specifically states that the medication should not be taken in conjunction with epileptic medications and antidepressants (i have epilepsy and im also on antidepressants). The doctor NEVER asked me about other medications Im on and seemed to have dismissed me after he was upset that I used my cell phone. Again, highly considering suing as this is extreme malpractice and not acceptable. And after reading reviews, this seems to be common for this doctor.Update: 10/23I was told by the company that someone would look into this and that someone would be in contact within two days. No one has contacted me and acknowledging that this is severe malpractice. Talk to my attorney yesterday and we will go forward with suing

I came here for severe stomach pains, fatigue, and nausea. Not only did it take 4 hours to finally get seen by a doctor. But the doctor kept INSISTING I was pregnant. After telling him about my birth control and I have already tested. They took a urine sample and it came back negative. I ask the doctor if I can be taken seriously now but even with a negative urine test he still insisted I was pregnant and even took a blood test and sent me home with meds for my nausea. After being sick for 3 days days I went to the ER and they realized I went into DKA from a urine sample. Why couldnt the doctor here do this? Take women seriously, not every nausea complaint equals pregnancy

Nailed it again!! Every time I come here it is a lovely experience and I feel cared for in every aspect. Today, Allison, Monica, Anai, and Dollison were particularly helpful!

Very slow, even when the waiting room was empty. They tried to overcharge me and I had to catch the mistake and get a refund. They also misplaced my sample and emailed (NOT CALLED) me to come back and retest! As though I’m going to check my email right after I leave and haven’t already taken off work to be there. Terrible experience! Go anywhere else!

I went to this urgent care yesterday Aug 9th for covid testing on my children prior to me going I called to find out if they accepted my insurance and if there was a copay for testing? The women I spoke with did not know if my insurance was accepted and stated someone from the actual clinic would call me shortly. I did receive a call and at that time I asked if there would be a copay? The women stated No which I already figured considering I was there just a few days prior with children for testing and sid not pay a copay. When I arrived I was immediately informed that there was a copay in additionto them billing my insurancefor a covid test?. I asked to speak with their supervisor because I was informed otherwise the women pointed to the Doctor and stated that was their supervisor... there is only one Doctor available and the wait time is extremely long. What a waste of my time!

Wait time was over 2 hours. Fortunately I live nearby and could leave. Other patients not so lucky. The person who drew my blood seemed like it was their first time and they got confused about the equipment and it really hurt. Avoid this place if you can.

There is one doctor in this huge center and a billion nurses , every time I come jst walking around like little ants killing time . Why didn’t they jst stay at the other location if you were only going to hire one Doctor 👨‍⚕️ he doesn’t need all this space or maybe we can look for more staff ( doctors ) cuz it’s clearly enough nurses
