Original review 07/19/19Overall experience was just O.K. I am a medical provider and have been recommending my patients without insurance to come here. So I decided to try out the services myself.1. Check in process is HORRIBLE. There needs to be a sign explaining what to do and how to check in. I walked over to the window that said triage not realizing patient intake was being done at that very moment. Not a good look in terms of the confidentiality of that patient because I could see straight into the room.2. After stumbling through registration, I waited a bit. As it is a walk in, I was ok with the 1hr + wait. What I didnt like was how many times a patient is brought to the back office and then told to go back to the waiting room. I think I went from the back office to the waiting room like 3-4x. That was weird and uncomfortable.3. Lab results take 10 days, as stated by the facility. Rather long wait.I do have insurance and again, was trying this out to review to my patients. If I had no choice or insurance, I would come back here. But since I do, I likely will not return.UPDATE 7/25/19- reduced review from 3 to 1 Star.I waited a week for my results to be ready. Turns out the info provided to me was incorrect. The client ID number written in my card is wrong. So now I can’t access it. This entire experience was a hassle, I have never gone through a more tedious process. I cannot recommend this clinic to my patients or friends. Very disappointed.

The workers were very attentive, however I didnt like the fact that they had a stranger in the room when I went to get my HIV results. I didnt understand why they didnt explain to me who she was. She was just sitting in the room listing to my business. I would have been embarrassed to the max if my HIV results were positive and I felt a stranger heard them. Secondly, the clinic gives you info on how to get your results online or by calling over the phone. Both options were giving me errors to this day. Whoever assigned me the yellow card must of been incompetent and either didnt give me the correct info or didnt log her matching info for my case. The fact that they have no direct contact number is abysmal! How is anyone supposed to clear their problems with this clinic? Not happy at all.

Do I dare say this clinic is an enjoyable experience?Yes!It’s a well-oiled machine filled with kind, informative, funny people. They arrive, they work and they get it done.Shout out to the counselor working today who had me laughing during his introduction speech. Give everyone here a raise and give that guy a reality show.

Crown Heights clinic is a super clean place. Christopher Lewis was my nurse when i was there. He is also the collection specialist, the way he handled me and my children was amazing. He is professional, and really informative

The clinic is good but they’re a few issues .1 - very time consuming2- no parking3- get prepared to spend 2-3 hrs here it should not take a clinic more than a hr for someone to get checked .Overall the clinic is good but try to process people faster , to much checking in.Limit the time to one person processing people checking in instead of having one person creating a password for accounts . The same person checking in people should be the same person processing the passwords . That way time can be saved

My experience here was terrible. Everything was okay until I went into the doctors office. He was short and rude and made me feel like he had decided I was a stupid person. When I asked questions about what he was testing for, rather than giving me specifics he reaponded STDs! This is an STD clinic! And scurried out of the room with my samples. When my results came, I did noy receive a break down of what I was tested for. So later when I called to ask what would have been included, I was also treated like I was stupid. You are given a blue card to use to get your results. Normally, someone marks on that card what you were tested for. That did not happen in my case because my HIV results were posted when I was in with the doctor and he just told me. So begrudgingly quickly listed off what the tests were for, but when I asked to make sure I heard her say a specific one she got short with me, almost yelled at me, and then when I was still talking she hung up on me. It really feels like their patients/clients are just nuisances to me and they forget that we go to them to be knowledgeable about our health, not to remain in the dark. Ive never received such an uncomfortable experience anywhere. Just go to Planned Parenthood where they are knowledgeable and caring and actually answer your questions.

I was here to see a social worker by the name of Ms. Burstein. I have been having self esteem and depression issues because I suffer from jaw bone shrinkage due to wisdom tooth extractions. It has seriously affected my appearance..it makes me look like I am unhealthy. Imagine looking like that and going into the health department? Immediately everyone assumes you must be sick. The social worker was very nice, but there was this woman by the name of Cheryl that was very rude and immature. She is supposed to be a supervisor or director of some sort, yet she is very unprofessional. As soon as she saw me, she immediately started going in the back calling people out of their offices to come look at what she was laughing at. I was outside near the bathroom by the elevator. I started to curse her out but instead I asked her what her name was. She got nervous when I asked her, her name but still told me anyway. I kept trying to hold my composure but I began crying. Another woman in the back..a Latina woman whose name I do not know, called me into the very last room in the back and asked me why I was crying. I explained to her why but I never mentioned Cheryl. But because Cheryl was so busy calling people out of the office to come make fun of how I looked, the woman already knew that it was Cheryl. After I walked out of the office, the woman called Cheryl into the office..5 minutes later Cheryl comes out walks by me rolls her eyes then walks into her office and slams the door and I can hear her yelling and cursing in her office. Then a tall fair skinned woman that always wears plaid shirts walked out of the office just staring at me as if I did something wrong. Because of how I was treated by Cheryl and a few other people there I have stopped going to see Ms. Burnstein for counseling. I have no idea who I could complain to about this so I am writing it here..If you are at the health department try to steer clear of Cheryl, she is very rude!

The workers was really cool from when I walked in everyone was nice cool and very funny nice experience except for the cop that was there that lady bro did not offer a welcome experience when I was talking to the people at the desk she rudly interrupt them and tell me o I need to speak to her and why am I here excuse me Im here for a covid test as a black man I didnt come here to be harassed by no man looking officer name rabb or rabbit yall need to fire her or found another cop who aint a hole looking to bother every single person who walks in that door mad rude ugly EVERYONE ESLE IS WILD COOL THO

Dr ldubinsky one of my favorite doctor at the clinic very professional very caring and make it very easy to talk to. I am very comfortable when Im sitting in his chair thank you for always being kind hearted and one of the best doctor I have ever come into contact with.

Workers are very attentive. Gave me alot of info I needed. Although the wait was long I got tested in a giffy. Called 3 days later and got my results.

🗣I DID NOT WANT TO GET IT. BUT IM GLAD THAT I CAME HERE! THEY WERE SUPER FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I WAS ABLE TO VENT BEFORE I WAS JABBED. MY NURSES AND STAFF WERE EXTREMELY KIND AND CONSIDERATE. Thank you! Stay safe!

Honestly , I HATE going to places like this ... I thought the worst of the worst . However , this place IS NOT BAD AT ALL! A bit of a wait ,but it’s clean and some of the staff are nice . I will definitely come here again . (Still surprised everything went so easy )

At times you might have to wait but when its your turn they get you done and out their friendly helpful clean the best Ive seen in crown heights and their bathroom is kept clean around the clocx

Doctor shes so good when they come for her patients I dont got any complain. They ppl in there is too attended

There might be a bit of a wait, but the service is great! Id recommend it to anyone.
