Place is horrendous rude front desk staff and all those nurses talk ab other patients info like they have nothing going on in there personal lives. I feel like I’m in a nurse Jackie series. All I can say if you want to lose more brain cells you already came In with you come to the right place.

The people are nice but clueless and a bit useless. if you want to wait for 3 hours for a stupid physical - this is the place for you!the operation at large is absolutelygarbage. constant waste of time and energy.

The absolute worst thing my Dr of 24yrs (Dr. Moise) did was go over to this place Sun River Health. He is the best Dr but this place is horrible. Calling for appointment takes about 1hr to get an appointment for 1 mth away. Then I arrived 15mins early for my appt., still had to wait 3hrs before I get called for vitals. Then another 1hr to see the Dr. This happens everytime, its not a one off, its every single appointment. I am tired and will be going elsewhere.

Just wanted to point out how one time Dr. Dahlia Raymond seemed so dismissive towards me for no reason whatsoever. I had a checkup with her and she said something-something this guy under her breath and then quickly had me leave her office with some sort of bad look on her face. Like my presence wasnt wanted that day. I purposefully had never seen her again after that.Also, Kami Arnold the therapist needs to have more understanding and patience for her clients.

It’s a terrible clinic with poor service. I spent over four hours there for a typical check up. When I asked for a referral they gave me the wrong one, as a clinic they should know which referrals should be given out.On top of that, when I was asked about personal health questions by two nurses they gave me SIDE EYES to my answer. I WAS A MINOR dealing with hormonal issues. I swear that clinic just hires anyone they can find to work there. No one is professional enough there.Don’t even get me started on the lab, I spent my whole day there just to be called. 3 hours. Some people left before they were called because of the waiting time. And some nurses even praised that because it meant less people to deal with. This place seriously needs to be shut down.

Take your insurance elsewhere!This office is unorganized, unprofessional and had absolutely ZERO respect for a patient time and need for timely communicationThe facilities are modern, medical staff interactions have been pleasant enough and I selected this location for the convenience of being in the neighborhood, however the extreme wait times and front desk customer service detract from the experience.Doesn’t matter that you arrive on time. You’ll be asked to wear your mask but will observe front desk staff with no masks eating, socializing on their phones, AirPods in and it’ll feel like being in line at Duane Reade. Still bring snacks, water and expect to just be shuffled to another waiting room to wait 3-4 hours to be seen for your scheduled appointment.My virtual follow up was scheduled. Day of appt, Never received the video link. No one at the office contacted to notify me that doctor running late for the scheduled virtual appointment. I was not even seen at all!

Where do I begin? First, the service here is horrible. Even if you check in for your appointment 15 mins before your time slot (as advised) you won’t be seen until 2-3 hours after. Then when you’re in the room guess what? You have wait another 20-30 mins. This will be the last time I’m coming .

Horrible experience ruined my morning. I had a appointment at 9:00 didn’t get seen until 11:00 . Apparently the clinic had a staff meeting at 10:00 . All of the patients that we’re supposed to be seen at 9:00 were not priority after the meeting was done. A huge line was formed by the time the meeting was done and they proceeded to take people who checked in first and not people who had early appointments. A routine check up that should take no more than 20 - 30 min. I have been at this stupid doctors office for 2 hours and I missed my class . Horrible experience don’t come here.

This facility does not even deserve the one star needed to even give a review. The wait was atrociously long when getting there for my child’s doctors appointment. Did not think much of it as to the fact that it seemed very busy. The horrendous care that providers and nurses try and give you is unacceptable and they should not have their licenses. From having privacy rights violated to being cornered and having to force my way out of the facility after stating that my child and I were leaving due to the providers and nurses not giving the care my child need and deserves. The recklessness alone the Dr. Marie showed my child and negligence for that matter is deeply concerning. I worry for the patients there who go religiously and are thinking they are getting top tier care when what they really are getting is trash service and care and as well as having multiple of their basic human rights violated.

My doctor had me waiting 45 minutes after my check in time. I was checked in, she forgot our appointment, and the clerical had to call her on her cell phone to remind her 45 minutes later.she forgot our appointment and then they had me seen televisit, at their location, with my doctor who was at home. . . The appt was requested I go in, how do you then televisit? I was seen almost 45 mins, to be told I should have made it a televisit appt. Simply aggravating.

Ive been visiting this place for several years now and most of my visits have been pleasant. However, today I waited on hour in the waiting room and another 20 minutes in another room. I only go to this place because of its close proximity to my home, but Im definitely going to find another doctor ASAP.

Staff NOT attentive...Sat in waiting are for 3HRS without notice. Called back to exam room to wait another 45mi. Nurses are taking their Lunch, no one around to ask questions. NEED BETTER Patient Care Practices.

Even with an appointment, it takes hours to be seen. The doctor is dismissive and doesnt take your issues seriously. There is NO DIRECT NUMBER to the office and the 855 number that is available is awful. They constantly direct you to the online portal which DOES NOT WORK! The entire experience is overwhelmingly stressful. The receptionists are okay, they are easily the best part of the primary care side of the facility. Id recommend looking for a different primary care physician. Lord knows I am.

My recent office visit was one of the worst experience I had at Brightpoint Heath. While not feeling well I was subjected to waiting in room for almost an hour, while the Dr. was sitting right outside the room with no sense of urgency. Dr. Vonetta Sylvesper failed to send my prescription to pharmacy after visit, Leaving me to be without needed medications. Another provider had to send prescription 24 hours later, after I made multiple phone calls making complaint.

Dont come here unless you want to wait for 2hrs or more to be taken care of. I walked in today, after having to leave work early. I was very sick with headache, body pain, a cold and chills running through my body. I waited almost 3hrs and they kept telling me that appointments come first. I understand, but its insane to have a sick person waiting for so long instead of taking care of them so they can go home and rest. I repeatedly told the front desk that Im not feeling well and would like to really see Dr.Jones. She kept telling me that I need to wait... after 2.5hrs of waiting! Needless to say, I left.I also agree that their staff is not efficient and there is a constant shortage of providers because they call out.

The level of unprofessionalism at this place is unreal. I cant believe this is a medical facility that can get away with their subpar practices. Got a routine check up with lab work and no one called to inform me about my results. I had to use Google search myself to look up what things meant after several attempts of trying to get in touch with the nurse and doctor to discuss my results. Obviously to no avail, they never called me back. I even asked to speak to a supervisor and no one called me. The operators that I spoke to on the phone sent several messages to the nurse and doctor, as well as, scheduled an appointment for the doctor to give me a call and no one ever contacted me. My only question is how would they feel if they received this type of treatment from a doctors office and how would they go about holding people accountable? They even got my information wrong- misspelled my name, address, used an incorrect ethnicity and gender. Was the person inputting my information drunk? I guess the qualifications are low to work in a doctors office. This is my medical record theyre butchering! Who holds these people accountable because I need to talk to them. Im completely shocked that a medical facility functions like this because Ive never experienced this type of treatment ever.

Whoever is in charge of ob gyn needs to come look around and see how the DISGUSTING front desk girl mo-isha deals with people. When you come in the office she has on HUGE HEADPHONES blasting music!? She is CLASSLESS and shouldn’t be the face of any clinic. She makes you forget about how good the midwife & nurses are because she’s SOUR.

You can never get anyone on the phone these days. I literally had the main headquarters try to connect me to a doctor at the facility, but they were not answering. They have my lab results for hours and has not called me to notify me of the results. The call center kept telling me they see my results are in but a doctor has to reach me. NO DOCTOR HAS CALLED ME BACK!!!! It is 3:56pm. They close at 5pm. I’ve been calling this place since 1:30pm. This place lacks coverage and professionalism. HORRIBLE MEDICAL OFFICE. Also, many staff members have horrible attitudes. The worst!

They are very very unprofessional dont do they job right disrespectful they need to shut this place down

My posts dont get posted.Only the the professionals are good and caring.I only see Matthew Hect for therapy and Nicole Moseley for psychology.Everyone except Jung I have issues with.I get all other services elsewhere.Even the case workers and supervisors dont help you.They act like they are.In 5 years I couldnt get help with anything but a cell phone from them.They keep dropping the ball(not doing their jobs) with helping me with all hra,hsg,fare fares,legal needs,domestic abuse from roommates, and more they keep me from getting them and other services.Thats why staff keep leaving.But it is clean.But even with an appointment you have to wait for hours literally.And they run out of metro cards all the time.And if you need something like a copy or an answer forget about it.They send multiple notices when they send them and dont monitor your responses.Leave this place while you can.Case workers dont follow up or do as they say they will.Not even emergency services do they help with.Their is more bad issues with this place so unless you like problems leave now.While you can.Later you wont want to because of all the time and energy you put into taking care of yourself.Good luck you will need it.RUN

Just awful...I dont know where to start...1. The check in process is atrocious. Needless pieces of paper to sign. 100 signs on the walls that contradict each other about directions and instructions.2. Front desk reception struggles with computers and simple information. They spending more time being unprofessional and watching the TV.3. I was informed that I had an appointment for 11:00 PM when I clearly scheduled the appointment for 10:00 AM. I was not seen until 12:50.4. The medical technicians are woefully incompetent. I didnt feel comfortable sharing sensitive medical history with them. The examination rooms were dirty and filthy. The technicians and doctors leave their spare shoes in plain view (my room had 4 pair on the floor).5. Out of the 2 times that I visited this place, I never met my actual assigned doctor.6. The security guard was in an out of sleep everytime the door would open.7. The clinic was unbearably hot. Medical facilities should be kept cool for hygiene and sanitary reasons. Everytime I went there, I immediately started to feel bad. The air flow and ventilation doesnt work.8. They made me change my primary care doctor to the doctor that I never met.This clinic suffers from poor clinical management, incompetent staff and no accountability. You are better off going to an emergency room for primary care than to go here. Dont waste your time. I regret giving them my information...PLEASE STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

This clinic performs MEDICAL MALPRACTICE. They are refusing to load my bloodwork into my portal and I have emailed the Executive offices particularly Anna Nolon the CEO who hasnt responded to my email. Marie who works at the front desk is in her 80s and has hearing problems. Moise Wesner is also in his 80s. This place is the most clueless, unprofessional practice and refuses to provide a patients labs which is now being reported to the Medical board.

Very unprofessional facility. As other reviews have stated, the wait time with an actual appointment is a minimum of 2 hours. Patients are not seen by order of appointment, and doctors seem to be constantly double or triple booked. Several times I have seen appointments that were scheduled for when the doctor is not even in. There is no customer service apologizing for making customers wait or for problems that the facility has caused. Nothing seems to be cleaned very thoroughly or often either. I would suggest finding a different provider if at all possible.

I am still having problems with place. I had an appointment at 9 am tele health.... By 915 I called to ask whats going on since I didnt get a link. The first person I spoke to said the dr was running late. I said ok but can you rely a message to the psychiatrist that I really need the hour long appointment. She said yes. Then I called at 945 to see whats going on. The man on the phone said that the mental health clinic will be calling in a second. Well a second went by and then it was 10. I called again and then this new guys I was talking to said starting from the appointment time the Dr has THREE HOURS to contact you.... WHAT THE HELL! Ive never heard of anything like that! Ludicrous!

Raquel is the BEST GYN EVER!!! She truly is a gem and loves what she does and values her patients! She made me feel comfortable about giving birth! Dr Coste is also amazing , she was supposed to deliver me but by the time she reached I already pushed my princess out!! She then came & finished me up and she did ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !! The ladies at the front desk knew me because I had been going there my whole pregnancy and everyone was amazing even the nurses. I’m not sure about everyone else but that was great experience for me

Staff is friendly & helpfull. Atmosphere clean & bright.Everything else is terrible. An archaic system that has you waiting long after your scheduled appointment time. Literally hours after you arrive. Computers seem to go down or slow down regularly.Nurse Practitioner Irene Jung is an excellent provider. Im just sorry she moved to this location.

The doctors here are good but the front desk staff needs to be replaced. Their attitudes and demeanor is disgusting and will have you considering to change your doctor. Where did they find them?

(Id write ZERO stars but its not an option) This is without a doubt one of the WORST clinics I have ever been to. I have received medical treatment in third world countries superior to the way I am treated here. EVERY time I come here its something. The staff is so incompetent they cant even make an appointment correctly. If I didnt need this signature to travel abroad I would have left an hour ago. This will be my LAST time visiting this hell hole. Id get better service at a Walgreens counter than this place. Be advised: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This place is horrible, my mom had a 3 PM appointment, she was never seen until 4 hours later. The doctor appeared very continuously complained it was only her and the security guard there. The service is horrible, the staff are very unprofessional. This place should closed down.

Worst facility ever , they ran Dr Osei/Kwakye out of here and the service sucks!! Place has definitely gone to s**t. No reason i came here at 12 p for a 12:15 and i still have not been seen by the doctor( it is now 1:53p) .0 stars . Would not recommend. This location is public and ghetto . I only ended up here when Dr Osei/kwakye moved here . I need to find a new GYNand fast !!!

The wait time is insane. The doctor, Ayesha Mujtaba, is terrible and doesnt know how to not only treat her patients, but follow-up. I went there two weeks ago and Im still waiting for her to call in a prescription. TERRIBLE DOCTOR - DO NOT GO TO HER.

This place had definitely changed in my opinion. The staff has gotten a whole lot better. They take of my son and have been so accommodating. Dr. Levera is an awesome pediatrician and her nurses are great

I had to wait hours even with an appointment. It takes weeks to get an appointment even though lab work showed i have an infection and need antiniotics immediately. The employees arent very helpful. They are probably overworked. Its a shame that this is what we get for healthcare. This is why mortality rates are so low for the poor, its sad.

At first I was disappointed by the Receptionists demeanor but when I met other staff, I felt better. My GYN, Dr. Coste was very pleasant and explained in details of my up coming possible procedure. I asked her questions in different ways and she was patient with me and thorough. Ill definitely have her as my GYN. I even told my mom, 73 years old to go and see her; thats how delicate Dr. Coste was. I gave 4 stars only because of the receptionists attitude. Keep up the great work Dr. Coste!!!

Extremely unprofessional. I had to do a procedure with one of the doctors and updates were being made without even notifying me. I had to request the doctor herself to get the correct information.

Worst clinic ever!!! Last time I was here I discovered their phone system does not work, which is why the call center is never able to reach them, but when you have an emergency do you want to talk to a call center, or your doctors office... As I type this review, Ive been sitting in this location for an hour; I have never had a wait time less than 2hours... Dr. Jones is a phenomenal doctor, but BRIGHTPOINT IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT GO TO BIGHTPOINT HEALTH!!!!!!

I love it at brightpoint Dr. Jones is an a amazing primary care doctor and I also see the doctors on the mental health side. Dr. Reed is an amazing psychatrist and I love my therapist Kali. I would reccomend this place to anyone. Yes sometimes it takes a couple hours on the medical side especially morning appointments. But they really care about their patients and try to do whats best for them.

The wait times are horrible.It seems they have issues prioritizing walk ins over appointments.With an appt I waited over 2 hours. As a walk in over 5 hours! Its not crowded enough to justify the wait. They desperately need more sence of urgency in the back and better organization.Dr. Jones is great so I kept comming back but today is my last visit.

Im going to need a doctors note to prove to my boss that Ive been sitting in this office since 11 (with an appointment). Its 1pm..... Ive never been to a doctors office where the entire staff is on break all day..Im glad they all enjoy being here, but I too would love to be at my job instead of getting fired for being hours late...*I just had to give my urine sample to the janitor to put inside the testing door inside the bathroom because he wouldnt let me go in to do it on my own...

Dr. Otis Jones is the best! He listens to all your concerns and gives you the best care for your health concerns. I love him! I havent felt this way about a Doctor in a long time. I would recommend him to anyone!

I got there at 1 pm with my daughter had appointment , the place was empty we wait for 2 hours when I asked them they just forgot we was there. Still had to wait more . It’s not the first time . Unacceptable the place was empty!!!!

This is the worst place ever. I suggest you clear your schedule because you are going to spend your whole day here. From the first day I came here I hated it. The only reason I tolerate this place is because of Dr. Jones. He has been my primary care Dr for over 15 years and he’s just amazing. He actually listens to your concerns. After today I will not be stepping foot in this place.

The old miserable women at the front desk is giving this clinic a bad reputation. They think they can speak to people anyway! Just the worst , would not recommend this place at all.

I hate it here. The non medical degree employees are dizzy air heads. No direction given in a large facility. All employees are on their phones all day. They should be checked on.

Terrible place. A friend of mine went here for a therapist.... And got an acs case..??? Meanwhile she stated there were multiple drug addicts itching and scratching.... How do you let this pass. So if you go for therapy and its a short white guy with glasses DO NOT TALK TO HIM THEY ACT LIKE THEY KEEP YOU BUSINESS TO THEIR COMPANY BUT THEY DONT.

Not surprised at at all that this place is so negatively rated. Nothing but trash running this place and I’m glad I wasn’t able to be seen today. Haven’t been here in over a year and I see it’s gotten even worse. I’ll be taking my high premium insurance somewhere else.

Very Hostile mean health care workers. They attitude & level if professional gestures is a low 1 in a scale of 1-10 like they are just all so unhappy with their job life.

Dr juang is unprofessional and will waste your time. A nurse escorted me into her room and she looked at me and said “ok see you later” like what?! I came in because I needed a refill and blood work. I will be changing my primary doctor.

I reluctantly choose 1 star, being theres no option for 0..I received a call from Bright point on August 28th, 2019. They said your appointment for tomorrow (Aug 29th) was canceled. Your Doctor has resigned. We will reschedule you to see a new Doctor on September 7th.. Meanwhile, we will send you enough meds to last you, until your next appointment..Today is Aug 30th... The Office re-opens on Tuesday September 3rd...I have to wait 6 days for a medication I take every day, I called about 8-10 times, over the past 2 days and was told, The provider left early, theyre working on it, youll definitely have it tomorrow (30th).. etc..I never write reviews. I must be crazy or something. How can you stop a patients medication and not accommodate them, when its the Clinics fault? They have the most unprofessional medical staff Ive EVER seen..I usually go to Manhattan Doctors, due to this reason. I would not recommend this Clinic to anyone. Lets hope I dont have withdrawal symptoms or end up in the ER...

Horrible, they treated me badly, I told myself. That I was not in my country and that I had to adapt, that is not the way to treat a patient.

Absolutely all the staff are very attentive and friendly... The bathrooms are very clean, there is a room equipped for children with TV and tablets on the wall and books... I really liked that there was a tall security guy oh maintenance Im not sure , he was so sweet in getting snacks for my two daughters, I forgot to ask him his name but very attentive with the children, the girl at the reception, the one at the entrance to the door, very efficient named Altia, very nice, helped me fill out my forms for the first Everyone entered and he patiently explained the procedure to me (which requires all day if you go with children). I explained that I did not have insurance and he told me that if I liked, at the end of the checkup they could see if I was eligible with the insurance company they have, the ladies At the reception desk that admitted me to the system, I was a little tired and in need of rest, but however, they admitted me with my two girls. The nurses and the pediatrician asked me about everything I needed, even if I needed forms to fill out for school, oh vaccines, etc., all the time. The staff was efficient, friendly and very good collaborator and I hope they can continue like this.
