The doctor and staff are super patient and super nice. I’ve been going to there for quite awhile and always had a comfortable experience. Definitely recommend

I was initially happy when I found this office with apparently friendly staff (I still dont have anything against them) and a doctor whom I thought was caring and professional. It turned out to be all about business. There was no care, no individual approach, or concern for the patients condition. During my first office procedure (biopsy), I was very irritated by the attitude. I was left to wait for hours, being put behind everyone else coming to the office, even after I was all set for the procedure. The doctor left for more than 30 minutes and attended to someone else or whatever. I recently had a truly emergency situation where the attention of my OBGYN was urgently needed (I was in a critical condition after visiting the emergency room and was sent to see my OBGYN as soon as possible). When I came to the office, even the assistant girl who takes your vitals and does the blood work urged that the doctor must see me, even for 5 minutes. The doctor was present in the office; however, I was denied the opportunity to be seen by her. Another specialist saw me instead, who was sweet but absolutely clueless. I was sent for a surgical procedure without any assistance in getting a sooner appointment or any sort of involvement or understanding of my situation. All appointments were a month away, and it was evident that they couldve been moved closer if the businesswoman-doctor would show a little care. I was left with heavy bleeding for over a month, all to myself to figure out and look for a doctor who would take me and perform a surgery. Why would anyone need such a doctor who doesnt care about you in moments like this? Never again! I do not recommend this doctor if you really care about tomorrow because you never know what might happen. Its not always routine visits that you may need. Beware that you will be thrown off to the pavement when you need urgent attention from the doctor. You dont want to try it, believe me!

Impossible to reach out just to make an appointment, I’ve been trying for a while now.I’ve been dr Tsyba’s patient and I think she’s an amazing doctor, but now I have to find another one just because I’m not able to reach her receptionist to make an appointment 🙄

Was today for the first time at an appointment with Dr. Tsyba, I really liked her attitude to patients, and the medical staff is very nice and helpful, I felt very comfortable.I was forced to change my review because I wanted to reschedule the visit, however..... I called in the morning, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. So that you understand, I called more than once.... During the whole day I got through at 4.03pm, that whoever answered the phone said to wait and that’s it, or they forgot, in general, I waited on the line for more than 7 minutes and there was silence in response. I totally get it, were all busy, we all have work, and I just cant believe their phone line is busy all day. Im very disappointed.

Had an amazing experience with Dr.Tsyba, I was very scared since that was my first pregnancy but she calmed me and helped me with my delivery in such a way that I gave birth in less than 2 hours. She is an incredible doctor, knowledgeable, experienced and cares about her patients. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family!!!

If you want spend more time and money, and getting treated poorly, feel free to come here.I was told they did not cover the ultrasound so I said i would to it at another place.After waited for at least one hour to get arranged, the nurse left me a gown. I changed to the gown and wore only a paper thin gown then stayed in a freezing AC room for at least 15 mins, I was freezing, and my teeth clinched and I almost fainted. Then I knocked on the door next door, turned out Dr Yelena was sitting at her desk alone! No one explained nor kept me posted.Eventual I was seen by the her and had a quick check for 5 mins, then I was sent to another room to check, by the time I realized it was ultrasound, it was too late(it was my first time to do an OB annual check, and I was not sure whats that), they charged me $70 on top of the copay...It was a mistake and I wouldnt come back again. They do not care about you. On the contrary, I like my current dr, and everyone is so sweet and warm.

Fantastic doctor, very very knowledgeable, constantly goes to conference to update herself on new medical advances. Also very kind and has a calming presence. An obvious choice for my prenatal care

I can say one thing! What a doctor, what an assistant, and what a front desk! Not attentive! And the office is dirty, especially the toilet! The attitude towards patients is terrible! The doctor doesnt care about your problems! I went to her with problems! And she behaved incorrectly with the patient! Never set foot in that office again!!!!!
