Shes amazing. Dr Ross made my husband and I feel very comfortable and very informed every step of the way. We were given all our options and reasons why wed choose 1 over another while leaving the decision completely to us. She was extremely patient answering all our many questions with every visit. Dr. Ross is a fantastic doctor who made us feel very comfortable throughout our entire fertility journey. She treated us with respect and was highly informative during every step. We appreciated her calm demeanor during what can be a difficult, frustrating and emotional process. We were fortunate enough to welcome our baby girl last month and we cant thank Dr. Ross and the entire Genesis nursing and admin staff for being incredibly helpful and supportive. For anyone out there who dealing with fertility issues I would highly recommend Dr. Ross and Genesis overall.

Dr. Ross is amazing at what she does!!! She gives you encouragement, hope and above all is honest. After one round of IVF we were successful in getting pregnant. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. She responds to emails no matter the time or day and guides you with any thoughts or feelings you have. Her entire staff is amazing. And genesis is by far the best fertility center. They make dreams come true.

Dr Ross treated me with compassion and care. She answered all my questions- understood my situation. Always available to answer my questions via Email. Staff is friendly- Nurses are amazing at answering questions as well. My journey was long as many whom go through with IVF. I was able to get pregnant from the first try and babygirl was born 11/2/2023.Thank you Dr Ross for your hardwork.

I am very pleased to share my experience with Dr Ross and all the staff, in very short period of time Dr Ross made my dream to be real. It only took 3 months after 1 year of infertility me to be a pregnant. She is very nice doctor, she did all the necessary exams and made decision to do IUI and on our first try it was successful. I really recommend to all infertile couples not to waste time and go to this clinic. Everybody , all the staff was very nice. There is no Waiting time. Everything is going on clock.

I feel very fortunate to have had Dr. Ross as my fertility specialist. She helped me to feel comfortable undergoing treatments, and her calm and confident manner put me at ease. She was open to hearing all my questions and concerns, and really listened and responded to me. I would recommend Dr. Ross to anyone who appreciates a doctor who is warm, intelligent, responsive, and generous.The nurses and staff at Genesis were very supportive and friendly. Upon hearing our good news that we were successful, I felt they were celebrating along with us.

Dr Ross was so patient and caring. She personalizes her visits and makes you feel like she cares about you her patient. Other places I went to felt like a baby factory but at Genesis after a few weeks of tests, everyone knew my name and was so encouraging. I loved it here. The office on Bay Pkwy is comfortable and has a free parking lot during the week which was great. The IVF class was very helpful and all of the nurses were wonderful and took the time to answer your questions. Dr. Ross reached out to me herself via email and at times phone call to explain test results or answer my questions which was a nice personal touch not many Drs do anymore.

As one can imagine the journey toward becoming parents has many twists and turns but it was through the guidance of Dr. Ross that my wife and I had an amazing experience and are so thankful to now have our son as a result of all the great work Dr. Ross did in our IVF process. Thank you Dr. Ross!

I have been with genesis for 5 years. It was the lowest I have ever felt in my life. I longed to be a mom since I was a little girl. When I met Dr. Ross she gave me hope, she was patient, kind, I never felt like just a number. I have two beautiful healthy children & one on the way all thanks to dr. Ross and the staff at Genesis. My wife and I have had experience with Genesis Fertility prior with a different doctor. We were familiar with the process but went with Dr. Ross this time around. We had a wonderful experience under Dr. Ross’s care. We are generally neurotic people but Dr. Ross handled our concerns with care and was quick to respond when needed. Dr. Katherine Melzer Ross was our doctor. She was very kind hearted and such a warm and caring person. She listened to all our concerns. We never felt we are just a number to her like in other clinic. She was very professional, explained to us every step on the journey and what it takes to help our fertility.Also I would like to say that all the stuff from receptionists and nurses were very nice and caring and helpful and informative. It is sometimes difficult to understand the process and follow it and we never felt like we are lost there.I got pregnant with second IUI. We are very thankful for them to help us start our little family and waiting for our baby girl.

Dr. Melzer Ross was wonderful. I had a great experience with her. She was patient, informative, and was ready to answer any and all of my questions. She provided handouts as well on topics she discussed so I could review them at home and make sure I had all of my information correct. Her staff was also very helpful and wonderful to interact with. I went to her Brooklyn and Staten Island office and both experiences were great. The office is timely with relaying results and information to you. My husband and I went to Dr. Ross after having trouble getting pregnant. Dr. Ross explained our options and helped us along every step of the way. We are now expecting our first child. I would highly recommend Dr. Melzer Ross and her practice!

It may be an odd thing to say, but Dr. Ross is one of those doctors whose appointments you look forward to. No matter what the outcome of each treatment was, I knew that I would go back to her and everything would be fine. I always left the office with a positive vibe. Dr. Ross listened and took time to explain things, I never felt rushed.I can’t say enough good things about the blood techs, nurses, lab and admin staff at Genesis Fertility! We were trying since 5 years , I found genesis online and decided to do a consultation.Everything looked so clear after first consultation,They made sure we were clear about our options, treatment protocol step by step, insurance and out of pocket copays.All the tests required and how to proceed with treatment. No hidden charges or hidden procedures and surprises.Dr.Ross is very polite and kind and her main concern is to listen to the patient and answer all the concerns.She always replied to my emails. The staff was very helping and polite. Billing process was easy, I made my co-pays online most of the time.I have PCOS so doctor wanted to start with IUI.We did 3 cycles, and 3rd one was successful. I am very grateful for the wonderful support and service provided by Dr.Ross and her staff. And I definitely recommend her to anyone trying to have a baby 👶.

Dr. Ross is very knowledgeable and kindhearted. She explains everything to you, step by step, and makes sure you have a full understanding of all of the procedures and medications you may need. She encourages questions and always has an answer. My husband I are so very thankful for having found Genesis Fertility!

My experience with Dr. Ross and Genesis in its entirety was amazing. Dr. Ross always listened and answered all of my questions. She was sensitive to my needs and never made me feel uncomfortable. She helped me cope with my miscarriage and helped me gain the strength to move on to IVF and I am now pregnant with a baby boy! She made my dreams of being a mother come true! I kinda wish I didnt have to see a reg OBGYN and I could just stay with her! She is the best along with Dr.Kulak who did my embryo transfer and my egg retrieval. Kathy at the front desk, all the IUI nurses and IVF nurses were all so nice and attentive at all times. Genesis is like a big family and I was at home when I was there. Dr. Ross always remembered all of the little details about my life and that made all of the difference. She made me feel like an important person and not another number. Dr. Ross was amazing to work with. From start to finish, she gave us hope and answered our questions with the kindness and compassion you can only hope for when you are trying to conceive without any success. Answering my emails the same day, having lengthly phone calls with us in the middle of her busy work day and just generally being the doctor we could hope for during such a difficult and scary time. She never made us feel like she was too busy for us, no matter how hectic her day was going, and she cared. She cared about the outcome of our treatments and was very involved from start to finish. She truly is a star in our eyes and we could not have done this without her!

She is the magnificent doctor and the angel who is sent by God to us. We really appreciate her efforts to help us to start our journey in parenthood. I highly recommend this doctor to everyone. We could not have asked for a more professional and empathetic doctor! Dr Melzer Ross helped us feel safe, optimistic, and grounded throughout the IVF process, and now, 10 months later, we have a healthy, beautiful baby girl.

Well, what can I say, this has been an extremely hard and long process for us but, I’m so happy that we chose to come to this clinic. Dr. Ross, as well as all the doctors (Dr. Grazi, Dr. Kulak, Dr. Foyouzi and Dr. Khurgin), nurses and all the staff at Genesis were always extremely helpful, available and always willing to take the time to explain every little detail. They have multiple offices that are open at different times throughout the day so, they try to accommodate all schedules during the monitoring process. It’s been a long road for us since, we’ve been through several cycles of IVF but, at long last, we can finally say that we’re expecting our first child and we could not have done it without Dr. Ross. We’re due in December and can’t wait to meet our little bundle of joy!!! I was referred to Genesis after going through a painful experience with another Institute. Dr. Melzer-Ross was straight and to the point with us. We went over a few options and immediately got started. I’m currently laying with my now 11 week old son! This staff is amazing. They are passionate and sensitive to your needs. There is no way I could ever repay these angels.

PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!! I dont know who wrote all those 5 stars reviews here. But when doctor ask you if you will do IVF without even trying less serious procedures like IUI it is already the red flag, which unfortunately I ignored. And had to pay for this both mentally and financially.Be ready that doctor even wont perform the procedure it will the be nurse.They NEVER EVER answer their phones!!! and charge you for everything!!!!

The staff are professional, but more importantly, they are so caring. Everything was very efficient and well organized. I could say a million wonderful things about Dr. Melzer- Ross. I’ve recommended this facility to friends, and would recommend to anyone looking for assistance.

I have had a long journey with Dr Ross and staff.. God bless them its been a long wrong but i never lost my faith and always believed in a positive outcome and it came just when it was meant to come....Ilanit the ultrasound technician is the best...
