So glad I was referred to this office! I was here a while ago and discussed permanent birth control options with Dr. Halstead. She showed a lot of understanding and there was no judgment. I felt comfortable talking about everything and I learned a lot before I made another appointment to get it done.

As a long-time patron of Professional Gynecological Services, I regret to say that the quality of service has significantly declined in recent years. Despite my loyalty and years of patronage, the waiting times have become increasingly unacceptable. Without fail, every appointment I schedule results in a minimum one-hour wait before seeing the doctor.While Ive been a patient for years, the deterioration in service has been disheartening. Despite the expertise of the medical staff, the prolonged wait times overshadow any positive aspects of the practice. As a customer who values efficiency and respect for my time, these recurring delays have left me frustrated and contemplating seeking alternative healthcare providers.In todays fast-paced world, its crucial for healthcare establishments to prioritize punctuality and respect for patients schedules. Unfortunately, Professional Gynecological Services seems to have overlooked this fundamental aspect of patient care. I hope that management takes heed of these concerns and implements measures to improve the overall experience for their loyal clientele.

Fake good reviews!! The security guard lady at the entrance was so incredibly rude and racist. I don’t know who can give this place 5 stars. She was intimidating me to take the stairs saying she is mopping the elevators when she clearly wasn’t and even if she was she could have waited for me and cleaned after. She had no manners. I have never seen anyone like her. I won’t be coming back to this place. They need to replace her with someone professional.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Not sure about the doctors but the staff and the clinic are disgustingly disorganized and unprofessional.I completed a 15 minute pre-check-in (uploaded my passport and all the details) to save time at this clinic, just to check in all over again there in person upon arrival.I traveled for a while, took time off on Thursday midday, and still had to complete the useless check in (again). I was told to go pee in a cup so I did (for what?) and then waited for 30 more minutes to be called in to pay.It was already 50 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and I hadn’t seen the doctor yet. When it came time to pay, I gave the credit card of my FAMILY member who was standing RIGHT NEXT to me. Staff annoyingly said this had to be my card or they won’t accept it. So we left.What a waste of our time. Won’t recommend this clinic.The staff said “listen, I don’t get why you have to become agitated?”. Perhaps don’t waste people’s time so they won’t be frustrated with you and provide decent customer service? Perhaps then there wouldn’t be any “agitation” in the first place.

Have a wonderful, wonderful experience at your location in Brooklyn on Dekalb Avenue.The team treated me with care and answers all my concerns and questions. I came here for a tubal ligation, the doctor did a fantastic job of explaining everything before and after. The procedure didnt take long at all either. Overall I am incredibly happy with my decision and how everything went

Ms. Vozny has been a lifesaver for managing my fibroids. She gave me enough time to ask all the questions and explained everything clearly. I felt at ease with the ultrasound and treatment itself. Incredible specialist, I am very happy I have her 🌟

Great place. i normally come in for routine checkups like pap smears and whatnot. irina vosny is usually the one i make an appointment with and she is great. she has lots of excperience and always makes sure i am doing well.

Nice people, flawed system.What’s the point of making an appointment if every walk-in gets in faster? I completed everything before the appointment and waited for over an hour to see the doc.not acceptable.

There is a good Russian speaking doctor. I spent a lot of time sitting in line. I took the tests, waited two weeks, but the results were given over the phone, which became a problem to get the results because if you can’t pick up the phone, you’ll have to make a new appointment and wait a couple of days

Creepy ad for “vaginal rejuvenation” on the wall. Was told it would be $70 more than my copay for no apparent reason, so left

You will wait an hour minimum to see a provider here. The provider I had was also very confusing about my diagnosis and told me it would take 10 days for my test results to come back.Additionally, I wanted to speak to my provider about my symptoms and so I called but was told I needed to come into the office if I wanted to speak to my provider, which is ridiculous, what’s the point of going to a doctors office if you can’t reach them, you’re better off going to an urgent care.And last but not least, I was told that they do not give test results over the phone and you have to come into the office which is again ridiculous, I don’t have 2 hours to come back into the office if you can just call me with my results and send a prescription to the pharmacy.This place is obviously trying to make money off of its patients and that is it’s first and only priority, not patient care.

The only gyn office i can trust with my needs. I dont stress here before the appointments and know that the staff will take the best care of me. Highly recommend

I’ve been going to the practice on Joralemon since I was 18-19 years old. I am now 40.My last pregnancy experience here deeply disappointed me.I made it clear my goal was to have a vbac. I was told all the steps needed to be considered for it and I was.Only for them to tell me in my 9th month that they DO NOT perform vbac.I obviously was not going to find a new doc at 39-40 weeks. I’ve since found a new doctor that I do enjoy.However in a desperate move I returned here in hopes to receive a medication I received in the past.I was told my insurance didn’t cover it and I instead needed to have a procedure. I think it’s evident this practice opts for surgery.In doing my research I thankfully found what I needed online.I would go into more detail but it’s personal. I didn’t want to write a review because I had so many good years here. After yesterday I realized I was just another number $$.P.SOh the sono tech with the glasses (Russian accent) and the lady that normally does the blood work…very sweet.

I was seen by Dr. Amy for an IUD insertion. I originally wanted paraguard and after some additional information I told the doctor before inserting that I would like to change it to merina due to paraguard having heavier periods. She said no it will probably not happen to you and it’s normally an extra day. She insisted on using the paraguard, after 4 days I bled non stop for 2 weeks.I scheduled a virtual visit with Dr. Oshka and told him my issue and need it removed he basically explained it wouldn’t be an issue we can just let the insurance know you need it removed due to excessive bleeding. The doctor said he will add it in my notes for my 5/2 visit.I confirmed with the reps angelic if I can get the IUD removed and she says we see it here so I asked if she can send a msg to Dr. Amy to confirm I will be getting the IUD removed on 5/2 she said they do not have a msg board and the doctor can’t answer them. Well which one is it? Fast forward I come in the day if my appointment and was told very quickly by Dr. Amy I cannot have the iud changed and I should keep it in due to billing. I told her the iud has me bleeding for 2 weeks this is too much and mentioned what Dr. oshka said. Dr.amy said that information is incorrect.Fast forward she says the insurance will send you a $1200 bill. I called my insurance they confirmed a prior authorization is correct which they will approve due to excessive bleeding. Dr. Oshka was correct.Dr. Amy says come see me this week and we can discuss your pap and see how the IUD SETTLS.Now the only reason I didn’t remove it was because Dr.Amy kept insisting a bill but when I spoke with my insurance they cannot send me a bill directly due to my coverageI end up leaving with no help and false information from the doctor. I called to speak to someone directly about removing the iud but was told they will send a message. Keep in mind when I reached out before I was told they have no message board. This whole experience is a disaster. Now the only reason I was able to get some of the girls name from the “contact center” was because I asked over the phone, they don’t introduce their first name, they don’t give accurate information if requires them to go above any beyond.In person they are a little better. I have no issues with my appointment. I find this to be the smoothest appointment I ever had. Staff were all so professional and kind to ones needs. They were ready to help you if you had a question on any topic. My exam was informative 👌 to my health and they took time to explain. I even found out things about me no other exam ever told me. Technically you you are in the right hands. My doctor reassured me of all my concerns. I was very pleased with my visit that I treated myself to a cheesecake at Juniors. 🤗

This is my first time here its really pretty and festive also the workers are really nice and helpful I really like and appreciate that because other places has nasty workers acting like they dont want to be at work unlike everyone here so sweet and welcoming.

I came here because of stellar reviews. Long story short, I was not able to see the doctor at all, because of the ridiculously long wait hours. Go here only if you have all day to wait. I went there during working hours and even after 2 hours of waiting they didnt call my name. Also some of the people who arrived later than me got their names called earlier, which I couldnt understand. I was unable to wait longer because of work meetings.

First I would like to say Dr. miller is a great doctor she made me feel very comfortable, talked me through everything made sure i was okay at every step and made sure every request was handled in the same appointment. The MA Asha was such a great person very sweet and thorough, the sonogram tech was the same.. very sweet people. The phlebotomist and the woman that checked me in as well. They have a great staff my appointment was smooth and quick. I would have gave 5 stars but one of the women sitting at the front had such a nasty attitude. Hispanic looking woman with highlights in her hair, it seemed like it pain her to be at her job. First encounter I had asked a quick question because I was called but had to go to the bathroom. Tone and facial expressions? Very nasty! Then the doctor told me to make a follow up appointment, the woman that checked me in was busy so unfortunately I had to go with her, she did not acknowledge me at all when I asked if I can make the appointment with her you cant imagine the aggravation she presented even turning her head so annoyed seeing what the other woman was doing. I would hope this is not her daily attitude because she definitely throws off the aura here as well as rating maybe a job in the back where she doesnt have to encounter patients would better suit her. Minus the very unpleasant woman this is a great place.

I saw Dr.Halstead for a pap smear and ultrasound. She was gentle, professional, and took the time to explain everything…really appreciate her thorough care :)

They handled my endometrial ablation and everyone I met there was amazing. doc was VERY gentle. Really thankful for the care and attention I received, as well as for follow ups.

Good place for women’s check up, doctor is friendly and knowledgable, I’m always in and out fast, never had a terrible experience will be going back…..

I was looking for an OB/GYN in my neighborhood,(Brighton Beach) and I found Dr.Favre on Zocdoc. I was hesitant because I had the same OB/GYN for 40 years and when he passed away I didnt think I could find another one like him but I was wrong. The staff at Professional Gynecological Services made me feel so comfortable on my first visit. I didnt have to wait long to be seen and Dr. Favre and she took her time with me and made me feel like I could ask her anything. A GYN doctor has to convince me that my health is a priority and the staff at Professional Gynecological Services has me convinced, so now I am a loyal customer.

The clinic turned out to be a very pleasant place. I have problems with the English language, and I speak only Russian. The clinic staff happily interviewed me in Russian (sometimes using a translator). Doctors Irina and Ultrasound Doctor Alena are very nice women, too. Many thanks to you and the clinic❤️

I came across this location on a whim as a panicked mother of a teenager who got herself in trouble. The office was closed at the time I called but still managed to get Angie B on the phone. She listened to my concerns and got me in right away. She explained the entire process and let me know what I should expect. She even met me upon my arrival and helped me get registered. She went above and beyond for me always making herself available if I had a question or any issues. This place needs to know what a dedicated, caring, compassionate person they have working for them. She is my gem and I hope that we never have to cross paths again as I hope to never be in this situation ever again but if I am, I know exactly where I belong. Someone should give this hard working woman a raise!! Thank you Angie B. I am forever grateful for everything.

I feel that I got adequate and qualified treatment. As a patient I was recommended some procedures before seeing the doctor and at the end was seen by an RN which was appropriate in my situation. It was explained in detail why these procedures/tests were needed and I had an option to refuse. The office is very busy and you shouldn’t count on just coming in by your appointment time and be immediately seen by the doctor. I now know that there are various procedures and situations that have to be accommodated and cause delays. For example, I had to drink extra water and wait until my bladder was producing enough contrast on the machine screen. That took about 30 minutes but I still was seen by a RN though it meant that someone else had to wait longer. Some things just can’t be planned ahead with patients and you should allow additional time in your schedule that day. Staff was quite busy but attentive and checking on me while I was waiting. I got follow-up calls later and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. It was my first visit but I was rescheduling it several times for months because of some circumstances and I never got any attitude about it. Also, I am uninsured and it was a big relief to find such reasonable pricing for procedures. When I finally met the doctor, Dimitri Youshko, I was very pleased with his professional demeanor and nice personality. I was put at ease and felt taken care of (also by other specialists that were there, they seemed to be very efficient and nice). I am still waiting for some test results but I find this facility trustworthy and affordable, so I intend to continue coming here as needed. If you just plan your day accordingly and be ready for some waiting, you will get a qualified and affordable treatment, judging by my experience. Just don’t expect to be pampered - it is a busy place - but you would get proper treatment. My overall experience is very positive and I would recommend this facility without any hesitation.

Been coming here for a few years now, and I love the service. Though the wait time is slightly longer than when I first starting coming, service still remains the same. Informative, friendly, and exceptional. Irina Vozny is one of the best. Would def recommend her or Yvonne Greenfield, if shes not available.

Very calm atmosphere, nobody was judgmental toward me or anything and they do quick std screenings.

1. Arrived on time for my visit but still had to wait almost 2 hours.2. I kept asking politely the receptionist how much longer would I need to wait just to discuss TEST RESULTS, just kept telling me soon.3. After waiting for so long and I asked to reschedule the receptionist told me to speak to another receptionist just to reschedule????4. Asked the rescheduling receptionist to reschedule and she got up walked away from me.... left waiting for 2-3 minutes?5. As I was waiting for the elevator to come up, she finally came back shouted my name in front of a room full of patients basically saying The doctor is ready for you!6. I said no thank you I will reschedule because now I have to go to work.Normally I always leave a good review but its sad that as a loyal patient this is what happened this morning? I asked to get a copy of my test results they said No, the doctor has to discuss and sign off on it. In other you as the patient would still have to wait just to have your medical records released to you? I am very disappointed!

They have the best staff ever. The nurses are always ready to help you with any questions. My experience with my Dr. Halstead was the best decision I could have had choosing them to take care of my baby boy and me. Dr.Halstead was always very supportive in everything I needed about the pregnancy and sometimes even my questions about a pregnant first baby woman. They work with love❤️, care, and responsibility, and you see that since the first time you go for your appointment. Grateful.

I don’t know how this place has gotten 4.2 stars. From coming here I somehow convinced myself that all doctors’ offices provided horrible service.I don’t leave comments and if that isn’t a testament to the validity of my statements then I’ll break it down:1) Expect to wait 2 or more hours here even if you have an appointment.2) Expect the aides to leave other women’s urine samples in the receptacle so you are awarded the pleasant view of someone else’s bloody urine while providing your own sample.3) Expect upon your arrival that no one will have any documentation of your appointment and you’ll be asked to leave because they are already overbooked.4) When receiving unfavorable test results, expect these aides to provide little to no bedside manner.While the providers here have been amazing, the clerical and administrative staff have really got to do better.2 stars for those few at this facility who have at least attempted to provide a good experience.

- Waited two hours, which is unacceptable.- Waiting room was unpleasant, loud, no windows, chaos.- At some point, they called me in only to re-ask the same questions I already answered through the form online (which they insisted I filled up before the appointment via multiple emails/texts).- The visit room (where I waited 15 minutes, bottom undressed) was freezing. The AC was blowing iced cold air on my neck the entire time. I felt I was getting sick and my nails turned purple. This visit was in August and it was 85F outside.- The doctor was pleasant and a nice person. However, she was pretty unknowledgeable of my issues and didnt give me much useful advices.I wont be back. This was a waste of time and an overall stress.

I went yesterday to remove my IUD. The staff was super friendly and clear about the procedure. Also, the nurse who removed my IUD was lovely. It didnt take her more than 1 minute to remove it, and I felt no pain (AT ALL). I exit the clinic feeling relief and happiness :)

I needed to have a medical procedure involving anesthesia so I was not allowed to eat or drink past midnight the night before. I was scheduled for 10am. I did not get in to see anyone until 1:30pm. At that point, I was taken in and the first nurse I saw thought I was having a completely different procedure. This was really scary because it seemed like she had maybe not read my chart or there was some mix up. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt because I could see it was busy, but then I was brought to 2 other nurses and a doctor who all seemed confused about what I was there for. I had to explain to multiple people what I was there for and I was scared they were going to do the wrong thing. They told me they had to call my insurance company to correct the wrong code that was put on my chart. Its scary and stressful enough to have to have surgery without experiences like this.I did get the right procedure in the end. The staff in the surgery room were excellent and very reassuring. I spoke to them a bunch before they started to make sure everything was good.My only other complaint is results for everything have to be given in person. I wish I could just get my results from the patient portal so I dont need to take further time off from work and physically be present there. As soon as I get my results I hope to switch doctors. My experience here was not great.

AMAZING! This was my first visit, and I am impressed with the level of service and care I got. The staff is really patient and kind, and they took the time to thoroughly explain everything. My initial visit was never hurried. Furthermore, the doctor was really personable, and I felt comfortable sharing my concerns. My second appointment is coming up soon, and my goal is that I will be able to repair menopausal pains and extra bleeding. Ive been living it for what feels like an eternity, and Im really excited!

Bad costumer service and bad communication skills with patients and the security lady by the elevator is rude and loud idk why people are given this place 5 stars they don’t deserve it

Dr. Yvonne Greenfield is a very kind person for sure.The office was clean.My appointment was at 9am but the staff arrived later than 9am so we have to wait in the corridor.It was a fast annual exam.But couple days later they started to call me that I am not there for my appointment and check in if I want to reschedule. First I ignored since it was a mistake clearly, but once I replied saying there must be a mistake I visited the doctor a week ago, I dont have any other appointment, person on the phone said sorry about the mistake and in the meantime I asked about my result, she checked and said it came normal. Up until last week I still get rescheduling appointment calls ( same mistake ). two months later than my appointment I received a letter from the office saying my test result is abnormal I need to call the office.I mean what kind of business ethic is that? I dont even know if I have to take it seriously now.

The office was clean. Rooms are small but that’s not a big deal. The exam was very thorough but my concern for pain in my breast wasn’t a concern. She didn’t take me seriously. My mom and aunts are all prone to cysts but that didn’t matter. There were things she found in my sonogram that my other doctor didn’t see. So there was a certain trade off. All I can say is that, everyone has different preferences when it comes to their doctor. This is just my personal experience.

First time I have ever went somewhere that was able to take care of everything in one visit. No insane wait times. The staff is incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommend my daughter and I both go here.

This is absolutely the worst gyno office I’ve ever been to in my 12 years of going to the gyno, them being able to get me in almost immediately should’ve been my first red flag . They scheduled me for a birth control removal for Friday morning . Thursday morning I get a call that my doctor has an emergency surgery scheduled for Friday and they have to cancel my appointment - they asked if I could come in today (Thursday) so I call my boss telling them it’s an emergency they can only get me in today and took a few hours for lunch to go to the doctor . I arrive to the doctors office 20 minutes early. I know that it’s common practice to be waiting in the office for a while . Ten minutes after my appointment time I started asking the receptionist if I’m going to be able to be seen soon. The receptionist was getting visibly annoyed with me even tho I wasn’t being aggressive I was just asking because I explained I do have to go to work soon and I budgeted time for this. She kept saying they would see me soon they already set up my room basically saying I can’t leave because they did all the labor of setting up for me . So finally I’m seen 40 minutes AFTER my appointment time. I go to the room my nurse asks me if I’m okay because at this point I was visibly agitated , my face was red and I was stressed. I explained to her my frustrations and she told me it was her birthday and she wasn’t expecting any surgery today. She told me the doctor doesn’t even work tomorrow so not sure why I was scheduled tomorrow and everyone wants to see the doctor today as he’s a busy man . I said okay happy birthday and shut my mouth. At this point I started crying because I’m not only so stressed about being late for work but also being at the doctor stressed me out and I’m frankly mind blown by their incompetence. I’m not someone who yells at service workers and this is a customer service job but I was so frustrated I just started crying . FINALLY the doctor comes in he says he has to dumb my arm and he’ll come back to remove it. I asked why I couldn’t get my blood work done in the mean time as I’m on a very tight schedule ( even tho I budgeted 2 and a half hours for a doctors appointment 10 minute walk away) I thought I was getting a pap a birth control removal and testing done because that’s what I asked for on the phone. He removes my birth control out of my arm and then I have to wait over 15 minutes in the hallway to get my blood work done . finally I’m able to leave and they tell me to make another appointment to get my results - I didn’t have time for that as I was already running late for work . I’m a hairstylist and I also run on a schedule and I was actually late for my next client already. So I leave without making an appointment . I call back a few days later asking when I can get my results as I had a new partner recently that I was concerned about . They told me I have to make an appointment to get my results in two weeks …. I’ve been testing for stds probably 80 times and I’ve always gotten my results back within 10 days . Also it’s so socially irresponsible to make someone make an appointment just to get my results , what if something is actually wrong ? That’s clearly something I need to know. So I call back to make an appointment because I felt that I needed to but I canceled it because I honestly don’t even feel comfortable or want them to touch me at all. They told me they might call me today with my results but who knows because the doctor is busy. All and all this was the worst place I’ve ever been to. And according to other reviews sometimes the test results aren’t even accurate .

I dont recommend to go to this clinic.Their employees are terrible and treat patients unprofessionally. For a month I could not get the results of my tests. I dont recommend anyone to go there

My first time visiting professional gynecological centre. I can say that staff are friendly and professional. I did not have a long waiting time . And I was prep talked about every thing that was going to take place before it was done .

The results are in! Professional Gynecological Services deserves 5 stars. The clinic is well maintained, the staff is professional, and the wait time 30-45 minutes tops. Having spent the past 25+ years with my GYN Ive seem to found a place I can settle in finally. I am well pleased! I will also recommend them to family and friends...

I hate to do this because I really enjoyed the staff and people at the front desk; But Dr.Kelly switched their care over from NYP Brooklyn to Brooklyn Hospital Center (a terrible hospital!) and they didn’t alert me until my 20 week appointment. I had to call and beg to be switched; as most places do not accept new patients after 14 weeks. I absolutely hated my experience with my midwife Erica who seemed very nonchalant about my concerns. I waited 3 hours today for a 5 min appointment with my midwife 🙄They do not update their patient portal without requesting it be done so it’s completely blank when you go to check your own records. I was told I needed to get further genetic testing done and was told to wait “3 weeks” and it’s now a month with no results. Maybe my experience would be better if I was there to terminate my pregnancy; but if you intend on having a good birthing experience; GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The Brooklyn Hospital is nowhere to be delivering a baby!

Dont even bother going here rude staff will be on hold for hours and longest wait to see a doctor. They also love to charge you extra money for your medical records and print out of your visits. Then also dont miss an appointment they will hold it against you.

It was time to do a colposcopy and I was a bit nervous at first. The staff was very supportive and they made sure to answer all of my questions prior to the beginning so I felt more calm and more comfortable. I appreciate their personable service. It is very rare nowadays!

All doctors take very good care of their patients. The girls who work as doctors assistants are very polite and do their jobs flawlessly. The girls at the front desk always understand and help.

It was an amazing experience as I was very well taken of. The staff made the appointment very comfortable and caring.

Not great. The first nurse who saw me didn’t allow my partner to go in the back with me and didn’t even know why I was there so she asked me some triggering questions about my pregnancy. Their surgical area is also still following COVID protocols so no one is allowed in with you, I ended up having a natural miscarriage however if not I would’ve had my first surgery ever alone without my partner. I can’t even imagine how awful that would’ve been.

I schedule for a doctor and mostly physicians get to see you, you have to be specific.Ive been going here for a whole year already, and the last time a realized that the way they treated me shouldnt be the way they should treat any patient.Irene Vozna was the physician seeing me, and last time she was very rude because i couldnt understand what she was saying at first because of her accent, she barely looked or examined me. The lady that did the screening was also super rude to her own staff, when the girl from the desk just wanted to help.They have many people that work there and i dont want to generalize, As a place that is supposed to be meant for women, there was 0 kindness and femininity from these two ladies that helped me.

I have gone here 3 times and the experience is not good. The TV is blasting in the living room and posters about “vaginal rejuvenation surgery” are everywhere. They never reminded my my birth control prescription was expiring so I had to rush in for a same day appointment the day before my vacation, I came in same day, spent $100 for a 3 minute appointment, and then they never sent the prescription in!! Tried to call the next day and the phones weren’t working. Would not recommend

Kind, gentle, understanding, and excellent staff and docs - I’ve been going here for more than five years and have never had any cause for concern. On the contrary, they’ve treated me exceedingly well, from an emergency hysterectomy to regular checkups. These folks have been right on the ball!

Loved it here! Hadn’t been to a GYN since before COVID (and I’m an RN 🤦🏻‍♀️) and I was super nervous and anxious the longer I waited since I’ve had abnormal paps before and recently had two acquaintances diagnosed with cervical cancer at age 30. The PA, Irina, was very sweet calming me down, the MA/assistant was also very sweet. I loved that everything got done in one appt. My pap was done, then my labs were drawn, and then I had both a trans vaginal and abdominal sonogram since I have PCOS & endometriosis. I also expressed my fear regarding my mirena IUD which was placed 5 years ago this month. I was super anxious because it’s painful to place and remove. Irina looked up the new guidelines and as long as my endo symptoms are being controlled, the IUD is now good for 8 years and there was no need to put me through the removal and new placement at this point. My pap was abnormal as well as my labs. I did a colposcopy & repeat labs within the following week, and was called within a few days to let me know everything was thankfully okay. Loved them and their convenience. Thank you! ALSO would like to publicly mention the phlebotomist and sonogram tech for their kindness and professionalism during my visit!

The Dekalb location is fantastic! Everyone is the very kind and most compassionate medical team Ive ever met. They are really intelligent and answered any of my questions. I was nervous going in for my first appointment, but Irina Vozny I met there made it extremely simple and pleasant. She even offered free pregnancy testing. I wholeheartedly suggest this clinic, and will be back there!

I was anxious at first but Dr. Vozny was very understanding and compassionate. She went over everything with me before my cryo therapy and answered all of my questions, putting me at ease. Thank you very much for your extensive care!

After going here for TEN years. They have failed to give me accurate results. Did not disclose my own health status to me. And the front desk attendant Christina threw my forms on the floor after stating she was not helping me any longer when she failed to do her job and secure authorization from my insurance company for and appointment she booked me for, spoke with me about and confirmed!

Dr. Yvonne Greenfield and her staff are highly professional. She was took her time to explain ALL of my result. She demonstrated empathy and genuine concern with me. She was a direct referral from my sister and I’m very thankful for it.

Everyone at this clinic was super friendly, patient, and informative. Wait time wasnt too long, and even when they were understaffed one day, they were super kind and did their best to get me seen on time.

This is the worst practice that I pregnant woman could hope for. The midwife was rude and unavailable to answer any questions, I came in with a bleeding threat and got discharged without proper examination. After transferring to a different OBGYN, I found discrepancies in my previous care at Professional Gynecological Service. Additionally theyre extremely slow with blood work results and release of information beyond any medical standard. The wait to be seen (even under an emergency) is unacceptable. I transfer elsewhere and I would not recommend this practice to anyone pregnant who’s hoping to find CARE in their provider.

I have to wait over an hour each time I come here to get seen. I had an appointment for 10:00am, then they switched it to 10:15 in the confirmation email which I didn’t realize at first. Then when I arrived at my appointment and questioned that is 10:45 and I had an appointment for 10:00am , they stated that I came early and I was set for 10:45am. I told them that’s incorrect because I set it for 10:00am with proof of email and they said it’s because they didn’t have a slot for 10:00am ……. as if I didn’t click 10:00am on the website. Everything else is fine , there’s just always a problem with scheduling/over booking patients & wait times

Both the sonogram and the actual visit was seamless. I would advise trying to get an earlier appointment in order to get in and out. You have to take a pregnancy test before anything is started (event the sonograms). I like this place because they do two sonograms to really see whats going on inside. The nurse wasnt going to put me through because my insurance didnt cover it, but I told her to try anyways because I had an HSA. The sonograms are $250 out of pocket. Dr Kelley isnt seeing patience that arent pregnant. I was really sad to hear that as Ive been seeing her for years. They new person I saw (I cant remember her name) was just as good though.

Pros:The rating is mainly for Yvonne Greenfield. The Gyn Ive been seeing over 3 years. She is attententative and listens to my questions and concerns. If anyone is looking, I would recommend her. The front desk staff has been efficient and helpful each time I went.Con:The facility itself seems to be really old and outdated. Also, not consistent in honoring scheduled appointment time.

Do not go here. They traumatized me. They told me I needed to get a procedure done when I did not. It doesn’t matter is it’s a complex procedure or just a Pap smear. You have the right to decline services/ treatment/procedure as a patient. They refused to see me for the rest of the appointment unless I gave in and agreed to a procedure. Completely unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with authorities.To the people who run this office: is it really worth it to make a few dollars by treating your patients with 0 respect and dignity?

This place is the worst idk where 4 stars came from . This place will have your waiting 3 or more hours and sometimes it’s 2-3 people waiting . They have your urain out in the open for anyone to see it. The girls in the front especially Shakira are on their phone and very rude.expect When you get to the office they never have your documents or something wrong that they could of told you over the phone .

I called to leave a message for my midwife to give me a call back concerning my medication and Angelica was VERY NASTY. She kept talking over me as I’m talking; I literally could not get a full sentence out and because I asked for her name she hung up on me AGAIN WHILE I WAS TALKING. Yes I called back for her name again and she lied saying it was not her whom answered the phone. Unacceptable Customer service.

Dr. Kelley Halstead is phenomenal—my colposcopy went smoothly, and she was very gentle and reassuring. I honestly was very nervous, but didnt have to - their team is superb.

I went to this office for the first time on 12/9/22. The check in process was fast and the facility appeared clean with friendly staff. However, my appointment was scheduled for 9:30am, I waited 40mins for vitals and a sonogram, and the remaining time which was a hour and half to speak with the NP. My second my second visit on 12/28/22 I spent three hours and was told not to worry because the medical providers are good. When I finally seen the midwife she spoke to me for 5mins and was obviously in a rush to get to the next patient. Nope unacceptable! The facility should Refrain from overbooking patients so each person could get the appropriate care needed. I would not recommend, especially for prenatal care.

For the 1st time I came here when I required emergency surgery for an ectopic pregnancy; this was also when quarantine began. What a way to start a relationship! The staff here is like a family! Doctors are usually fast to answer, booking is flexible and they care to fit me in quickly. My surgery went off without a hitch, and Ive since had my annual physical, which was also a breeze. Surprisingly, I now look forward to seeing the gynecologist because I love our chats. Thank you, guys!

This is my 2nd pregnancy, so I have been coming here for prenatal care for sometime now. Although there can be a bit of a wait the staff here are pretty nice. I have the pleasure of seeing the same ppl for my prenatal care every appointment so it’s nice to see familiar faces every time. The office is also really good at answering your calls & emails. Special thanks and shout out to Tashi for always being so responsive, communicative and helpful! Maddy, My OB & sonographer are also Amazing, thank you all!

Let me first say that the staff there is amazing every single person!!!! I had a schedule surgery at 9:00 I arrived there 10 minutes before. I sat in the main lobby until 10:30 and once I got in the back I didn’t go inside to have be surgery until 1:30. I understand things happen but the wait time is ridiculous.

They don’t see new patients pass the 12 weeks mark.

Aimee Goldman is without a doubt one of the greatest specialists Ive ever seen. She has consistently offered wonderful treatment and help in managing my endo discomfort. The entire team is welcoming and professional. I strongly advise you to visit them in Dekalb.

I’m 32. Been going here since I was 14. The lack of communication and professionalism is ridiculous. I was told I needed to have a surgical procedure done and that I needed to meet the provider. On 3 different occasions I was scheduled at the office and each time I got there, staff notified me that the doctor left for a delivery. And I understand that deliveries are priority over regular appointments, but these people never called me ahead of time and told me that I wasn’t gonna be able to see the doctor. After the last time, I explained to them that I was coming from New Jersey and that they should notify me prior to my arrival so I’m not wasting time and money. For two months I’ve visited that office every other week. That’s 4 appointments, on which the last appointment they also gave me paperwork. I got a call about a week and a half afterwards and the receptionist asked me when I was going to make an appointment because I missed the last appointment I had. Which was dated about 3 weeks prior to this call. I flat out told her that they needed to get their stuff together because there’s no reason why I’ve been in that office every other week for the past two months and they have no record of me being in that office for a month, and then I also told her that they even gave me paperwork the last time I was there. How did John not have a record of me being there and you’re literally gave me paperwork to take home?? Like what?

I have been going here for years, the first couple visits were pretty okay! After that their service declined drastically, they would rush you, they won’t ask you if you have any issues or concerns, they’re rude, especially the person that does the sonography, some of the receptionist, and 1 of the gyn. I referred two people to this facility and they both told me they would not be returning, I gave them chances after chances, today as I type this review will be my very last day. The majority of women attending this office are minorities, that receives Medicaid, so they believe we can all be treated like nobodies, we’re all human beings, and you treat others like you would like to be treated. I will definitely not be returning, good luck to others.

My Pap Smear and pelvic examination were done with utmost care and attention to every detail. The staff was caring and accommodating and I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. Thank you

Terrible experience. The front desk staff lost my information, so I had to spend 30 minutes filling out forms. I then had a different doctor than who I’d booked my appointment with, and she rendered zero services. They charged me the full price regardless. This place does not care about patients, it’s a money-making racket. Avoid at all costs.

EDIT: having been here recently and updating my review, after seeing the staff professionally handle people who don’t comply with the mask policy, I’d like to add my admiration for the kind ladies at the front desk as well as the medical staff. They are doing their best in these times. Be nice to them and they will be nice back! They deal with a lot on a day-to-day basis. 5/5NOTE, the wait time often exceeds 30-60 min so keep that in mind when scheduling.

NEVER COME HERE. Everyone, EVERYONE, except for two people, were so rude and dismissive, if you didn’t know you were at an abortion clinic you’d think you were at a MacDonalds. It was shocking and demoralizing. One nurse even handled me so roughly I started weeping in front of her, she scoffed and walked away. Just FYI, if you have to get a D&C (surgical abortion/miscarriage extraction) here, after doing the final sonogram you will be forced to walk down a public hallway with gel dripping down your leg. They refuse to even let you wipe down in the room. It’s disgusting. The security guard downstairs should have been the tip-off, as she grabbed my arm and pulled me toward her like I was her toddler, just to hand me a mask (which I already had), all whilst yelling on speaker phone with someone. Were she not literally speaking into a phonecall while at work, she could have just used her words, but apparently this is the culture at this clinic. It’s very difficult to understand why a mostly female staff would have what comes off as ZERO EMPATHY for people going in for heart-wrenching surgeries. This place is an abortion factory that almost made me understand how people could be against abortion if this is what it is. You will not be treated well here. If I ever come into a lot of money, I’m going to buy this clinic and train the staff to treat their patients with tenderness and compassion, you know… the way you’d treat someone who was going to get a traumatic surgery done. One nurse was nice - Nurse Z (she is the reason for the one star I did give) -she even brought me a warm blanket. She needs to be paid double and promoted to some kind of management/training position so she can teach her jaded colleagues how to treat human beings. She was the ONLY one who even asked me how I was doing. This place is third-world, and the staff is predominantly dismissive and should just work in a restaurant, because at least there they’d be forced to treat their clients with some shred of decency. Even MacDonalds will fire you for being rude to customers.

I had a very good experience the last time I was there. 4 stars and not 5 only for the fact that I had to wait to see a doctor for over an hour.Dr. Natalie is absolutely amazing, she answered all of my questions, she took her time explaining everything, which I really liked. Sometimes you feel rushed because the doctors are always busy, but not this time. She has the softest hands, I barely felt anything. Worth the wait!

I got a Depo-Provera injection here and the process was painless. Very quick. I actually enjoyed working with their staff. They are friendly and accommodating. Can’t complain!

When I first went here I thought the doctors was nice and felt comfortable, but now after being back a couple of times, it’s really a rushed process. I feel like they try to get patients in out the door without really hearing their concerns and giving them a proper check up. That’s why I have to keep coming back. One nurse had me waiting in the back for 30 minutes for no reason.

Very professional, very thorough and the gynecologist that I saw didnt just stop at an examination like some providers would but recommend other treatments including a sonogram and blood tests when I told her a symptom I was having. The best part was that I did the procedures right there and with very little waiting time. When I asked my provider if she was a doctor she said yes, come to find out later that shes not, shes a nurse practioner which is fine with me because she was nice and a great provider, but why mislead me? The front desk is very busy but the ladies there made an attempt to be positive and professional. I appreciated that. It was a very good experience and Ill be back. But the bathrooms are filthy. They really need to do better by cleaning it constantly since thats where the women go to collect their urine samples. The facilities need a makeover tho. Pretty old looking.

This practice has 4 locations. The medical receptionist who answer the phones at DEKALB are beyond unhelpful. I called for biopsy results & asked to speak w/ the provider. The response was “We don’t do Telehealth visits” I asked if I could just leave a message for MD this was also an issue. Despite, her own self praise (she actually spoke of how great she was) I didn’t get any help at all. She claimed her name was Tashi, & that she didn’t know her colleagues name.I will definitely not be returning to Dekalb. I have had it with the front desk staff who lack empathy & therapeutic communication.I hung up & called another office, and the receptionist Shakira was immediately helpful & kind. Amazing customer service and bedside manner. The women who work here made me feel so comfortable and good. The out of pocket expense is reasonable without insurance. They even got me in quickly without an appt. You can tell they care about women. It felt good to be there.

SAAM MILLER THE SCAM DOCTOR---RUN! DONT GO HERE! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Horrible experience-- the doctor Saam Miller runs a scam here basically-- i came in for my annual OBGYN exam, and she kept pushing for me to do extra tests-- i politely told her, no extra tests, because my insurance covers my annual exam 100% so i am not looking to spend any extra money. Oh sure, no extra tests she said. And what do you know... i kept getting bills from a lab because she ran EXTRA tests my insurance doesnt cover. which i was like ok things happen... you know? ill just file an appeal with my insurance. and what do you know... THERE IS MORE! 2 weeks later i got a call from SAAM MILLER THE SCAM DOCTOR, she said everything looks normal, thank you, goodbye guess what? THAT 10 second phone call costed me 400 dollars. THIS IS RIDICULOUS... She never told me about this call, never told me i had to pay for this call, but she had the audacity to submit this as a office visit to my insurance so she can pocket 400 dollars for 10 seconds of her time. So.... AVOID THIS PLACE BY ANY COST! their goal is not to help you but to empty your pockets... SAAM MILLER I HOPE YOU CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE LIKE THIS AS A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. Honestly, one of the few places that have top notch customer service, quality of care & professionalism! Making an appointment was easy, lots of room with scheduling. Being there was nice not a long wait at all was in & out within an hour. The medical assistant I think her name was Jasmine was super friendly & personable! The doctor was nice as well! Overall a great experience!

I used to come here before it became extremely popular. The front desk staff are very nice. Wait time is ATROCIOUS. I stopped coming because the DOCTOR made me very uncomfortable with their unfriendly attitude and the time I finally decide to give the place a chance again they take YEARSSS to actually even call me into the back. You could be there before everyone and they’ll still call everyone before you. I do not recommend this doctors office AT ALL!!

The doctor offered a treatment for my abnormal menstrual bleeding through endometrial ablations and I decided to give it a go. It was the best decision I could have made. It turned out to be super effective for me and I am glad I found this place!!

Ericka Quezada York is a disgusting person who verbally assaulted my mother by yelling to the point where an administrator had to intervene. She truly made me feel scared to be under her care. She apologized yet had a very nasty attitude the entire appointment and even slammed the door to her office so hard that objects on her desk were shaking. I have never felt so afraid for my safety with any doctor before. I would rather deliver my own baby at home than to ever be under her care again. For weeks I was told by her that my hyperemesis was normal. I didn’t get prescribed the proper medication until I was 17 weeks after months of weight loss and hospital visits. If you are a young, black woman please do not go to her. She does not care about black patients and is verbally abusive.

The front desk ladies are really nice and professional. Your wait time is not long. If you live in the Brooklyn area, definitely come by and make a appointment. They text you your appointment, the gyn doctor is very lovely. She makes you feel comfortable and attends to your concerns.

This place is decent. I’ve been coming here for the past several years and The biggest downfall I have is that I don’t think they are efficient. I come in for an appointment and constantly leave three hours later. The wait time is seriously outrageous. Either you’re waiting in the waiting area for hours and you’ll easily wait in the private room awaiting for a doctor to come in 30 min.. seriously can’t schedule anything in your day if your coming here lol… other than that everyone is friendly and the place is clean.

The office was okay. The front desk woman was very nice. The doctor was quick and to the point. Understood the cost of my services and we worked out a plan to replace my iud. Wish the office was more inviting. The chairs sit in front of the tv like it was the babysitter for us women.

First time I went it was okay. Wait time was terrifying but I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the sensitivity of my situation. Second time it was a bit better but when given results, I felt like I was lied to. I left and got a second opinion immediately because it felt like they were just money hungry at that point. My advice for women coming here but just in general is, listen to your body. You know yourself best so if a medical opinion doesn’t make sense, you have the right to get another opinion elsewhere.In addition, they had a nervous intern take my blood and even though I tried to reassure her it was okay, she only made me nervous and light headed by watching her. My arm hurts a lot because of all the poking and probing.I will say they do have a really friendly nurse named Susan she was very helpful.Overall, this place is just mentally draining and because of the special nature of the situations women come in for, I feel like they should strive to do the opposite.

Seems like a high volume place that does not really care about their patients?Anytime I had any questions I was met with hostility and frustration, and everyone seemed very annoyed that I had questions at all. I had to be very proactive about the services I wanted or otherwise, they pushed me to have additional services that I was not sure I even needed. Would not choose to come here again were not for the proximity to my current home.

I had my annual examination at this clinic last week, and the experience was seamless. I very much enjoyed my visit and would give my best recommendations to this office and Dr. Vozny!

This place is not it. They cram in appointment times in 15 minute intervals with the different staff. It wouldn’t be bad if appointments actually took 15 minutes they don’t. So a 9am appointment does not even see the doctor until 11 or so. Make it make sense if that’s one of the first appointments available. They do not value your time. I understand waiting at the doctors office but over 2 hours every single time doesn’t make sense. I liked the convenience of the location but I’m going to have to switch just because of that. I can’t just wait around excessively all because they want to make some money.

I love Nurse Mattie! SHE IS THE SWEETEST STAFF MEMBER HERE! If you go please make sure you ask for her. She’s gentle, caring and most of all genuine. Even when I’mHaving the worst day she always has the words to turn my frown upside down. My mother isn’t with me and she is such a loving mother figure to me. I thank God for her. If you’re looking for an obgyn come here and ask for nurse Mattie, very nice sweet Indian lady.

Very friendly and clean! Was in a lot of pain due to ovarian cysts in both ovaries and they literally took me the same day!! Staff was so accommodating and sweet! I would recommend them definitely!!

I have been a patient here for 2 years now. When I need to make an appointment, I never have to wait to weeks or more for an appointment date like other places. I love that about this place. If I call on a Monday and say that I need an appointment, I’m getting seen 2 days later by Wednesday or sometimes even sooner and can be seen the next day. They never make you wait long for an appointment a lot and that’s important because if you have an emergency, you don’t have to wait long for care. Dr Sheelon and Dr. Vozny are top notch some of thee best doctors in New York for women care. If you want quality care for female needs, come here and ask for them. When I come here, I never have to wait long. The nurses and staff are nice and friendly. When I get into the room, I am met with friendly nurses. Their bed side manner is the best. They are gentle. When I am explaining my needs, I feel heard. They have a caring approach and I always feel comfortable here. I leave out feeling taken care of and feeling happy. These are some of the best providers that you will ever meet. Take my advice, and go here. You won’t regret coming here. They are the best!!

I was looking for a new place to do my annual gyn examination and decided to make an appointment. I was not disappointed. The quality of care was exceptional. I now recommend this office to all of my friends and family.

I have mixed emotions about this place. My first visit was the only visit that was pretty decent. I understand the restrictions and limitations that Covid has imposed all around but as a whole a-lot of things can go better. Communication with patients. More Staff in the right places so that people like myself arent waiting 3+ hours per visit way after the set appointment, because theres one doctor.. etc. The techs do not speak, they dont smile. Front desk full of life and smiles with each other but when it comes to guests.. attitudes and they rush you like you havent been waiting. Makes the visit uncomfortable. The saving grace is the one doctor that they do have( I really wished I remember her name It might be Natalie; ) is very kind and reassuring.P.s. Had a 12:00 appointment and literally went in at 2:45 to still wait in the back to be seen which was a next 20 minutes.

Costumer services were absolutely ok. However, the doctor that saw me was the absolutely worst. Not gentle at all while inserting the speculum even when I was almost screaming of pain while telling her to stop. I am 34 so I have been through this test several times in my life. It has been the worst gynecologist experience for me so far. First and last time here…

Got 0 info about the birth control pills I got prescribed, my gynecologist was pretty dismissive. I didn’t even know if I should stop taking the pills for 4 days or 7 days once I use the 3 week dosage.Front desk and nurse who took my vitals was very cordial and helpful and I didn’t have to wait more than 20 mins to be seen.

Receptionist who answered the phone had a very nasty attitude it felt like if I was bothering her by asking a question. She didnt even ask for my name so that I can cancel my appointment. The gynecologist that did my procedure was in a rush to get to other patients. She didnt even ask if i have any questions she just stormed out of the room. This place dont make you feel welcome at all, some of the Receptionists in the front looks bothered from doing their job. I will be finding another gyn clinic to go to dont want to come here anymore 😒 and it was my first time to this one.

I received horrible service at every visit. The staff and the physicians at this office are rude and very unprofessional. The staff at the front desk are rude and dismissive. The staff ignored my questions while pretending to be busy. The physicians were passive aggressive and did not take the time to listen to me or address any of my concerns. It took for me to come of character to be heard and get what I needed. I don’t know how they received a 4.2.If negative zero was an option that’s how I would rate them. Everyone here needs to be trained on how to deal with the public. No human being should be treated this way. Many women have made complaints and still no change or anyone being held accountable for such poor behavior. This entire experience took a toll on me mentally and physically.

I love coming here. The ladies in the front are very nice and professional. Angie is one of my favorites. She is always smiling and very friendly . The doctor are my favorite as well. After Natalie left who was my favorite provider, I have connected with Yvonne Greenfield. She always makes me feel at peace and comfortable.

My experience with you guys was awesome ! Office is really clean and workers are very friendly and welcoming. Doctors are very friendly and make you feel at home and I love that I can be open and ask questions about anything going on with my pregnancy. Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for prenatal care they’re the best !

2 stars because the front dest staff is sweet and know you by name. Doctor Halstead is rude and careless. Experience with her was absolutely disgusting. Nurse practitioner at the Brighton office neglected to collect the proper paperwork for a medical procedure which resulted in the life effecting procedure not taking place.

I went there today. I couldnt get anything done because I have a deductible to pay. I wished I wouldve known ahead of time. Other than that I love it there. Its nice and clean. I finally met Stacey a very nice patience person. I got to know of Stacey because the first time I called I spoken to a very nasty person there. I had some more questions so I called back and the lovely Stacey picked up the phone. I also spoken to another very nice person but didnt get a chance to meet her today. I think her name is Tish or Trish something like that. This two are very nice individuals that knows how to speak to people and make them feel comfortable. Today I also met the manager which I didnt get her name but she was also nice and friendly. Overall its a very nice place and when I get my money situation correct. I will definitely go back. The atmosphere make me feel safe there and also I see they move fast, they get things going quick. I love that, because I hate sitting around for hours waiting for my appointment. One minute it looks like it was getting crowded. Next thing you see the crowd was gone. Keep up the good work guys. I will also tell my friends and family about this place.

First of all the staff is extremely friendly and professional. My appointment was 9am and I was seen at 10am which was an hour later than my appointment but not that bad in the grand scheme of things. The nurse I dealt with was patient and exceptional. My doctor was also very very gentle, knowledgeable, patient, caring and kind! They are my new OBGYN! Thank you!

I underwent a colposcopy procedure here and everything went well. I was truly impressed by the quality of care I received and Dr. Aghili answered all of my questions before and after the procedure. I appreciate her services very much.

Made me wait 45 min just to run my insurance record even though I already filled in everything before the visit. And then telling me the shot is not covered and I have to pay out of pocket. Worst business ever.

I’ve been going to this office for 5 years now. The Gynecologist are usually pretty nice and sweet.But the staff at front desk lord!To take an appointment on the phone or when you walk in don’t expect no politeness from them. On the phone they hang up on you without a “have a good day or bye” and in real life they don’t make eye contact and same thing won’t say the simple medical secretary things should do.Reading the others reviews I see it’s not only me feeling this way.Who raised them? But most importantly who trained them? If you don’t want to be here at 8:30 am on a Friday to take a phone appointment, woman QUIT your job. Stop being miserable.

The front desk person was amazing, if it was just for her I would give 5 stars. The PA did not give me a detailed exam for my physical, she completely left out the breast exam. Her bedside manner was overall pleasant though. The sonographer was very rough, utilizing the sonogram without any warning and was relatively rough while using it. She also told me callously about a medical issue I was unaware of. From bedside manner to technique she was the worst part of this visit by far and deserves one star on her own.

This place is breaking hippa violations and scamming their patients. They are withholding my results until I make another appointment (which I will be charged for) just to go in person to receive my results from an annual Pap smear so that they can charge my insurance company for another visit and make me pay another copay. I am never coming back

I have gone to this clinic on multiple occasions to address various issues. The 1st time I had an afternoon appointment and waited nearly 3 hours! Front desk staff was very apologetic and insisted it was a mistake. I understand s**t happens. My second visit was a morning walk in and I only waited 30 min. 3rd visit I waited a bit over an hour (with appointment). Every time I was seen by Dr. Irina (?). She is pleasant to work with and provides good care.My biggest concern about this facility is the older white man (possibly named Gary) who works out of a back office, presumably in an admin position. You see him in and out, he always looks disgruntled. He is very loud and often can be heard speaking/yelling (as I sit in the waiting room) in a very condescending and disrespectful way to other staff. Today, I overheard him condemning chemotherapy and insisting that cancer patients should be happy with what god gave you. Eeeeek!!! I admit I do not know the context of this conversation but it was horrifying to me that anyone working in the medical field could hold such a view point.Take away:Good care, kind front desk and medical staff, understaffed, expect a wait, what the f**k GaryOh and heads up, currently only patients are accepted into the waiting room as it is usually VERY busy.

This place is very good they check u perfectly when doing their examination the gynecologist she very nice the nurses are nice the place is spacious and clean great ambiance I find no fault with the place at all or the nurses front desk persons was nice too I went for one thing they checked for everything I’m grateful and all my results came back perfectly fine the wait is not long I recommend anyone to go here this is now my new place whenever I want to see a gynecologist

The doctors and staff are friendly and nice. However, your appointment is never your appointment. For instance, if you’re scheduled for 2 pm you will not be seen for at least 2 hours. And sometimes once you get in the room the doctor won’t be available for another 30 mins to and hour. They’re always over booked and under staffed. But once you see the doctors they’re pretty good, attentive and never rushed.

Knowledgeable team. I was in need of cyst treatment and they did a wonderful job, making me comfortable throughout the entire process. Best place to go to. Highly recommend them to all!

I watched people come and go as I waited for a simple pregnancy test. What really did it for me was the nasty receptionist, and when They called me to tell me my results, the young lady was rude. Much better than the last place I went to. The energy I receive is nice. Will definitely be going back for my prenatal services. They’re not pushy at all, always answer the phone, and work with you. Don’t seem like they hate their jobs or that they’re always in a rush or trying to get to the next patient in a hurry. Keep in mind this is in New York. They are competent in my book, even tho much medical services in New York establishments are not that competent or friendly and nice.

First time coming here and my experience was great. The staff made me feel very comfortable and addressed all of my questions and concerns. The doctor (forgot) her name was very knowledgeable and honest about her advice and I respect her for that. Will be my permanent place to come for GYN services.

Called for results for an exam. Told I had to make an appointment to see the Dr. Lost 2 hours of work. Waited two hours in a small waiting room where tempers were high. Witnessed a combative argument with a very pregnant Mom and Dr. Who waited hours to be seen. Saw Dr. Greenfield for 2 minutes tops and told me she could have given me the results over the phone. I asked if my insurance was billed for this visit- probably was. Not so professional, Professional GYN. Heading to the 12 floor.

WARNING this is a LONG review!Ive been here quite a few times. While the office is well litt and very clean, the staff is honestly what makes this place unbearable. The staff at the front desk are very rude and have seriously bad attitudes. They dont even acknowledge you when you walk in. Some of them will just look down at papers or at the computer while youre waiting to be called. So youre literally standing in front of them being ignored. Not even a hello or gimme one second. They just heads down or theyre staring at their computer screen. It takes almost 5 minutes for them to acknowledge you. It honestly feels like its purposefully done. Because I watched them, and I noticed that certain women who look or who are dressed a certain way are greeted differently. They also stare a lot. Theres so much awkward yet hostile tension in the room.I have also read on here that they feel that the non African American staff are not as welcoming to African American women and I couldnt agree more. Especially the Hispanic women. Theyre not very friendly, they stare at you and just make you feel unwelcomed, irrelevant and ignored. Their tone of voice towards you is hostile sometimes sarcastic. Its just filled with attitude. Its a very catty environment. It feels very cliquey. The doctors are fine but the meetings are very quick. It feels very rushed. Not good if you want to sit and actually ask a lot of questions. Idk it just seems like they have perhaps too many patients and not enough staff or not enough time.Honestly, the only reason why Im not scheduling another appointment is due to the staff and their catty hostile nonverbal communication and their poor customer service. The tension in there is crazy. Energy doesnt lie. They need customer service etiquette training.

It was my first time at this practice.. I felt completely comfortable with everyone who works here. The front desk woman was very polite & made sure I was seen right away. Asya Portnaya was the best provider I’ve seen in a very long time. She made sure all my questions were answered and really cared about what I was in for. The sonographer Toni was also very nice & gentle. I would definitely continue my care here!

I have to say I’m always treated well and it is easy to get information ahead of time. To me it honestly makes going to gyn which is uncomfortable feel like a light hearted conversation. Reception, tech, and doctors all happy and energetic people despite the times. I appreciate how quick yet thorough it was. And I appreciate the protocol. Amazing staff.

There’s one receptionist who has a very nasty attitude & quick to rush, she put me on hold & never came back.I hung up & spoke to someone else who has manners & was a way better person overall she’s the reason I won’t give this place just one star. My 1st appointment at this office was pleasant. The frt desk employees are nice, easy to talk with and happy to serve you. Appointment wait time was good and place very clean. The doctors take there time with you, you dont feel rushed and they listen. This place is equipped with all technology to do all types of testing if needed. I was originally concern about seeing a new gynecologist but now I feel Im in good hands.

The doctors there are ok. Pretty decent. However the the front desk is one of the reasons I’m changing where I get my prenatal care at. They’re always a bit rude and they ignore you or don’t acknowledge you when you walk in. There’s one person in the front that’s nice but the rest of them I would like to avoid if possible. I don’t know I feel like your experience at a clinic should be more welcoming and warm. I should feel like I matter and that I’m not a nuisance.

My appointment was at 10 AM and wasn’t seen by the PA until 12 PM. And I waited 2 hours for the PA to speak to me for 30 seconds. It only took 30 seconds because she was not thorough and did not explain anything. She just wanted me in and out of the office. This place is very disorganized and I would not come back here.Although I must say, the front desk/receptionists were all very nice and helpful.

The staff is very nice and the office is clean and professional. The only down fall is how packed the office gets. I was there for about 2hrs and it looked like 50 people showed up. Also the delay on getting labs back. Had to wait 2 weeks to get results on STD testing. Plus come in to review the results. Usually labs take less than a week. But other than that it was fine.

My experience here has been very pleasant. All of the staff are phenomenal besides the Sono Tech who is there on Tuesdays. She is not personable at all. During my last visit I asked her for pictures of my sonogram and she placed one picture on the exam table instead of handing it directly to me. When I asked her “Do you only give one? She replied “Yes”. I even mentioned to her that the other tech gave multiple pictures and she seemed to not care at all. As a woman herself I think she should be more personable in the environment that she’s working in and especially since she is doing sonograms for mostly pregnant women. We are excited to see sonograms of our growing babies and should not have to meet with such a rude person.

Very average service. I didn’t get to see doctor , they gave me sort of assistant. She was ok , however , my issues was not resolved or helped , Keep in mind, all, even minor procedures or interventions- you will be send to their center in brooklyn which is inconvenient to say the least . I had to go back to my previous doctor next day and he really helped me a lot . That says to me - I just wasted my time a money at Professional gynecologist services .

My recent visit wasn’t pleasant at all. I have been coming to this place since I was 16 and this has been the worst service I have ever had. I arrived at 9:37am and handed in my paperwork around 10am. I show the nurse at approximately 10:45am or 11am and I didn’t see a doctor until 1:15pm on Christmas Eve. No one could explain to me what happen. Although, the doctor was very apologetic. I strongly believe they need to come up with a better method in seeing if the patient has been taken care of, if they notice that the file has been place on the door file for a long period of time.

The staff, RN, front desk, they are all amazing and kind. But the wait is horrible. And the lazy who does the sonogram she could be a little more gentle because she was on the rough side and cold to me but. To each his own she wasnt rude just a little cold. But over all . Im very happy going there and would recommend them to someone else

First & ONLY time going there the computers were down, I waited approximately 2 hours before being seen. And that was after complaining. Not sure who helped me but I think it was the director, she was cool! The prescription that was sent to the pharmacy they did not have it was a prenatal dha kit. I contacted them to ask to send a new prescription (as suggested by the pharmacist, they actually spoke with the pharmacist) that did not include whatever kit they were referring to & they never sent it. Despite telling me they would. I called the next day to follow up on the prescription and they still never sent it!! They never scheduled my follow up appointment either. To say this was a horrible experience is an understatement.I went to my scheduled appt at brookdale 3 days later which was obviously not my first choice, and had all of my initial testing done that they were supposed to do and failed to do. They drew no blood what so ever. Just a sono, a new appt, & a prescription. Which I didn’t receive the new appt or prescriptionMY INITIAL APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR SEPTEMBER 12,2022. THEY JUST NOW CALLED ME SEPTEMBER 22, 2022, TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE ISSUE I HAD REGARDING MY PRENATAL PRESCRIPTION. NOT INTENDING TO BE RUDE, I DISCONNECTED THE CALL AFTER SAYING HAVE A GREAT DAY BYYYEEEEE!

Lack of basic communication skills, unnecessarily Petty, and full of attitudes. I had an appointment for 2:00 for a covid test I arrived there early then scheduled I waited past 2:30 I waited past 2:30 when I questioned why I was waiting so long for just a covid test I was told that nothing happens overnight by the receptionist when I presented a covid test that I had prior I was told it was acceptable then I got to call later on that same day telling me that it wasnt. So when I went back for the second time I was a bit better because I had to leave work for the second time only for the receptionist to scold me ask to the fact that they were short-staffed and that they were waiting all day for Federal Express to bring them the covid test because they had none in the facility which was not my fault at all and had I been told that earlier in the day I would have saved myself the trip and possibly rescheduled. Sometimes when I go there I feel as if the patients they are being penalized for lack of staff and being confronted with attitudes and people who are short-tempered no one wants to be treated that way while were waiting for help that is why we are there. I have been going there for a few years now and I see the change in staff and with each change the service becomes worse

Everyone who works here is so incredibly kind. I have had nothing but beautiful experiences. Every time I go in, I feel so safe. Destiny was particularly so helpful and patient! I highly recommend coming here for all of your reproductive system health needs. Its also fairly easy to get to by train, bus, or car.

Very clean and the staff members are really nice. Although the wait can be pretty long on some days, for the most part they take care of you pretty quickly. The best part is, they always have a great show or movie playing on the television !

I had a great experience here. The wait wasnt long and the nurses and doctors were nice and made you feel right at home. They made sure I was comfortable and okay with everything from the beginning till the end. I definitely would come back if I have to.

I had 2 visits in last 30 days. Both times waiting time was long. Last time over an hour. Way too many people in their very small waiting area- clearly they dont care about social distancing. I suspect I had a procedure not needed and may have gotten sick because of it. And to add insult to injury I think my primary doctor there, who I had for years- is no longer there and I was not informed. Probably because had I been told I would have followed her- as I suspect a number of her patients had. And every time I ever call i am put on hold and often hung up on. I called today around 1040am I have yet to get a return call yet. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My experience at this clinic two years ago was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. I strongly discourage anyone from considering it as a healthcare option.Upon entering the clinic, I was immediately struck by the less than clean appearance, which raised concerns about hygiene and overall professionalism.The staffs behavior and professionalism also left much to be desired. Their insistence on me being 12 weeks pregnant before utilizing my insurance for prenatal services seemed arbitrary and financially motivated. Attempting to charge me $200 for a sonogram, despite having insurance that should cover prenatal services fully, was a concerning tactic.The requirement of being 12 weeks pregnant for prenatal services seemed unnecessary and inflexible, contributing to a deeply unsatisfactory experience.In summary, my visit to this clinic was marked by unprofessionalism, questionable financial practices, and a general lack of trustworthiness. I would strongly recommend seeking healthcare services elsewhere to ensure a more positive and reliable experience.

Today was my first visit to this clinic. As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean everything was. Cleanliness is very important for me to see in a clinic. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. The assistant at the back office are very pleasant. The doctor I saw was so amazing she made I felt so comfortable as she read my results clearly explained everything and making sure I understood before leaving the office. Pretty good. Dr. Rainers assistant Priti is very nice and good at explaining everything I need to know about my condition. Dr. Rainer did my D&C procedure and it wasnt painful at all. The entire procedure only took about 45 seconds.

Going to a doctor’s appointment after work can always tend to be somewhat annoying. However, I’m glad to say that I had an awesome experience. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I received timely service and great patient care.

The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The waiting room, pre-op and post-op was very clean and I felt very comfortable. The staff was sure to follow health guidelines by checking my arm band each time I was spoken to. In tough situations it is hard to be comfortable and the staff put me at ease.

Extremely rude receptionist. I was trying to understand my copay prior to my visit. She said would put me on hold - but the phone line got cut. When I tried to call again and give background as to who I was so she could connect the dots. She was so rude, saying nobody hung up on you. I knew right off the bat, I would not want to go to such an establishment.

I would not recommend going here unless you absolutely have to. The doctor and staff were technically very nice, but both times I visited this office I had to wait close to two hours to see the doctor, and they were unclear about what I would be charged at the appointment and after. I received tests that werent really necessary and ended up spending $180 really for no reason.They then refused to give test results over the phone, and had me come in and wait 1.5hrs just to tell me everything is fine, even though they had claimed I would only need to come in if something was wrong. It is also not a very clean office, a lot of dust everywhere.

Normally when I go to this business the wait isnt too long. The staff is always friendly and accomadating. Last time I went (Friday Jan 25)the older white woman who checked me had me wait almost 2 hours just to get results and told me everyone was there to get results. When I spoke with the doctor she told me that I should have never waited that long, especially since everyone else that was called in front of me were new patients. The checkin nurse was mad because I asked to be billed my co-pay but didnt have an issue with someone prior to me who didnt even have to pay their copay.

Professional GYNs staff and doctors are absolutely wonderful. Their level of experience, knowledge, and professionalism makes their patients feel comfortable and secure, which is especially necessary when it comes to womens health. Im so glad I found their office and will surely recommend them to all of my friends!

I really liked my visit. The office is nice. The staff is nice the doctor is nice. They did a great job with my needle because I didn’t feel any pain at all afterwards and barely anything during. They also look into allergies and I like that it helps with rooted issues. That office section is good too. The only thing is make sure you do research on birth control pills because they often suggest it and i know it’s not for me. Good general experience.

Second time coming and it will be my last but that place is just unorganized. I’ve called on two separate occasions to my appointment for them to tell me that I never made an appointment. The staff in the front always looks like they don’t want to be there and have this nonchalant attitude. I remember on one of my appointments I made a certain appointment for a doctor and they set me up with the wrong doctor and when I was with this doctor her attitude was terrible. She has blonde hair blue eyes and her name is either Goldstein or Goldman but I sensed her frustrations and seen that she was taking it out on others to but felt like it was completely unprofessional to show that type of behavior, ESPECIALLY TO SOMEONE WHO JUST WANTED HELP WITH HER HEALTH. Something is telling me if I was a white patient that would of never happened. But I’m okay now no thanks to this place

I waited over an hour for my first visit, and when I was called in a tech told me to strip for an internal ultrasound that wouldnt be covered by insurance so Id have to pay ($150). I hadnt even talked to a doctor and described my symptoms yet. I asked the tech what the procedure was and why I needed it, and she described symptoms I didnt even have? She went out to the front to clarify and came back to tell me that I could stay and talk to the doctor but it would still be $150 for the visit. This felt odd to me because my insurance covers OBGYN visits with a copay. Insurance issues aside, I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable with this practice. They were about to perform an invasive procedure on me that I didnt need. I left without staying for care and would recommend anyone looking for a new OBGYN to find somewhere else. This practice seems chaotic, overloaded, and unconcerned with proper patient care.

Fast and Md was very pleasant including the front desk staff always welcome. The Supervisor was very accommodating since I had a long wait prior I really appreciate it. Ive been coming here for over 8yrs now so great service and care is definitely appreciated.

I normally don’t write reviews but it’s imperative that i do today! Today was the first time I came to this office and I was having an amazing experience until I met with Dr Halstead!! I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but her attitude was extremely nasty towards me! Especially since it was our first encounter. She berated me and said it was insulting to her and my regular Gynecologist that I visited with her today! Instead of consulting or advising me, she made me feel attacked and undervalued. I left the office with my stomach in knots. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. The experience meeting her prior was phenomenal, but she left a lasting impression. I can’t believe a medical professional would behave so callously.

I found the whole experience to be deeply sad. Sitting alone with blankets tied around us waiting for our procedures. It was a lonely feeling, almost dehumanizing (but I respond much more viscerally to situations than others, perhaps). I’d never been to a clinic that mainly does abortion procedures. I was getting a D&C for endometrial thickening.The staff was nice (but the woman who instructed us to undress and put our things in lockers was impatient with me, as if I should know the drill (perhaps like the others?) but I’d never gone through this before.Sitting in a rather cold setting with a thin robe and a blanket was pretty awful (but I realize this is the protocol). I didn’t know the whole protocol and I felt anxious and afraid.The procedure went smoothly and the operation staff was professional (I liked my nurse a lot-she was gentle and caring). The gynecologist performing the surgery also had a gentle demeanor, so I felt reassured.The post-procedure was not very comforting. I had terrible cramps and I wish the recovery staff had been more attentive and caring. Again I felt as if I were on my own and clueless as to what I was supposed to do. My recovery nurse did explain what I could and couldn’t do for the month but still I felt very alone and when I was dismissed, I took myself down to the elevator, as my family could not come up to get me. I cried a lot. The extreme bloating and swelling I felt for a week after was not explained post- or pre-procedure. It was alarming. But I’m much better now.I felt in good hands with the gynecologist. I had no problems post-procedure with any bleeding, etc.I truly hope I never have to go through this experience again. It was traumatic for me because I’d never gone through it and had no idea what to expect. I do wish all the other women well.

Staff is kind. Nurse Practitioner is great and friendly. The 3 stars is for the wait time. Extremely excessive doesnt even describe how bad the wait time is.. I was in there for a 5pm appointment, got there on time, 4 women ahead of me. They began calling in the women, as more women walked in I see no one coming back out. I wondered what they were doing to these women back there. A lady that came in after me got called ahead of me which really annoyed me. Here is the real kicker... a woman walked in and I hear the women at the desk say she is an hour late for her appointment. Ummmm well what nerve to even say that since the office and doctor were running an hour late as I didnt get called back until 6 pm! All in all I didnt leave until 715. 2 hours and 15 minutes for a doctors appointment is unacceptable. Maybe 1.5 hours but come on... over 2 hours? RIDICULOUS.

DO NOT GO HERE. I repeat, avoid this place at all costs. I made a 9am appointment and did not even get seen until 10:30am. They are so very informal and standoff that they treated their guests like they could care less about them. The staff at the front desk are completely rude and when you call them on the phone they argue with you over anything you ask. I got my pregnancy confirmed here by urine then had a sonogram. They did not explain anything to me about my sonogram, did not show me my sonogram nor will they let me keep its. They said if and only if the doctor decides to make more than 2 copy is when you can have it. If they did not then you can not keep it. It must stay in your file. Like stay in my file for what? It is MY sonogram.Anyways, if you like waiting 1 1/2 after your appointment time in a crowded noisy waiting room, where you get called back 6 different times, then this is the place for you.I was called back for urine test, made to sit back down, called for weight & blood pressure test, made to sit back down, called for sonogram, made to sit back down, then finally called in to speak to the nurse practitioner.

Nice and clean place . Dr.Erica is so nice she is so humble and listen all my concerns. Front desk is also so nice easy to schedule appointment. Boold works at the same place . All in one place good services 100% recommended

I been coming here for years and I see different doctors very time I come for my appointments. Which I really dislike because you can’t build a relationship. Some of the physicians are very informative and caring and some are not. My recent experience was not great. The PA that saw me was not informative and barely explain anything to me and said to come back in 3 months. I will be looking for a different Gyn to continue my care.

Dr. Halstead is an amazing doctor, rather excellent. She listens to her patients and actually engages with them, well at least me. I appreciate her frankness. I’m not going to lie.. the wait time is a bit long but I understand why, it’s because she takes her time with the patients. I no longer mind the wait.. I just make sure my battery is charged and I have a good magazine to read.

My appointment was at 3:15pm on 10/8/2020. I made this appointment because I had severe Abdominal pain and was trying to avoid going to the hospital. I arrived at my appointment on time and waited in the waiting room for an hour and 20 minutes. While I was waiting they were taking people who came in after me in to see the doctor. These individuals had appointment times after mine. These individuals were being registered after me and no one even had the common courtesy to say we’re backed up. As an African-American female, I felt as if my healthcare needs were put on the back burner for other patients that were not the same race as myself. This isn’t the first time I experienced this type of behavior from this clinic. In May 2020 I came to the clinic with the same issues and problems. At this time they were saying that only the patient was allowed in the back to speak with the doctor. While my spouse was sitting in the waiting room respecting the rules and regulations he noticed that a Caucasian couple came in and was able to go in the back with each other. It wasn’t until he pointed this out and got into a little debate with the receptionist that they allowed him to come in the back with me to be my moral support. I find is very disheartening and unfortunate because the doctor that was recommended to me was highly recommend. I am currently now on my way to the ER so I can get some help with an issue that could have definitely been taken care of in the doctors office

Overall, my experience was not so bad I feel that the wait time was a bit long I had a 9am appointment didn’t get seen till about 10. They were very thorough in preparing you for your visit. I just felt that the doctors and technicians seem to be unease and lack of communication and social experience to the general community seem like they’re uncomfortable to me.

I was waiting for an hour before someone called me in. Then she told me to get ready for a Pap test, but that wasn’t why I was there. Then she all confused did an ultrasound instead. And made me pay the copay (even though, I didn’t ask for the ultrasound) Then they made me wait for another 20 min.The doctor only spend 2 minutes on me, even though I was a new patient. She was professional and nice, but she didn’t introduced herself or made me feel welcome. She seemed a bit rushed. Before I left I had a lot of blood work done and was told to come back in a week.When I showed up the following week- same thing happened.Almost an hour of waiting, then a new ultrasound, copay and then finally called to the doctors office, and then she tells me that I didn’t have to be there, they had no results to share with me. She then called in one of the nurses in and criticised her in front of me. And asked me to return a week later. Now I have found a new obgyn.

My doctor is Asya P. Honestly love her , my favorite Obgny so far . She listen of any concerns . In a calm way will explain if you exaggerate or worry for absolutely no reason . And she is very knowledgeable !!! I’m sure other dr in their office too. But I just kept going to her . and also Dr. Asya has sense of humor !In the office staff is nice and waiting line is not long it’s pretty on point their appointments.

Thank you to the staff for making my last few months of pregnancy a wonderful experience, especially Mattie who can remember a face even behind the mask. She always made sure I was comfortable during my prenatal visits.
