This doctors office is the truth. Everyone that I came in contact with especially Calvin the guy that takes your blood. He wears yellow and purple he was a sweetheart. I barely felt him put the needle in. and I don’t do needles I strongly suggest you guys come visit this place. They are very respectful and they are clean. I’m not gonna tell you a lie sit down long, but it was worth it too, but it shall get better time you sit and wait if your time to be there is 9 o’clock you’re not seen until 1030. The sit time is just a little bit long. Other than that I give this a five stars. The doctor was awesome a lot of smiles and he’s very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable, the nurses are wonderful as well strongly suggest you go visit this place. They have everything on site that I ran into. We’re very nice and respectful. Out of all my 49 years this is the best doctors office yet no exaggeration whoever the owner is he should be proud of his workers, especially Calvin and the doctor deckie The girls at the front desk could be a little bit more respectful and not so negative but other than that, I had an awesome experience the girls at the Front Desk attitude check

Lucky to get to this clinic! incredibly friendly staff, I dont know the name of the nurse who helped me today, and she is beautiful, thank you! a special thank you for the fact that you can schedule an appointment via text messages (for me it was important, since I do not speak English well!) the entire appointment was easy, the doctor explained everything very clearly in a rather restrained mannerthank you for being you❤️

Kate is the sweetest kindest lady there. She made me feel so comfortable. I recommend her.. she actually listens and talks. And gives great advice.

This was my first time going to this doctors office and I must say out of all of the doctors offices that I have been to this one gets 100 real talk. The doctor was a sweetheart Calvin the guy that draws the blood oh my God if you do not like needles, this guy is the one I swear on my child I did not even know he stuck me. That’s how light handed he is Here please ask for Calvin only to draw blood. This guy is amazing and he’s a sweetheart just so you don’t make a mistake. He likes purple and yellow. He stands out. He has a Global charm on his chain this is awesome young man. He is the main reason besides the doctor that I will be coming back to this place. like I didn’t even feel it anytime there’s another young lady Light Skin with glasses her name is Sharon such a sweetheart. She scheduled all my appointments for me and was so kind and respectful thank you Sharon. Thank you Calvin. I appreciate you and Dr. Dekyi he was my physician. He’s such a sweetheart very kind, young man all smiles. The entire staff made me feel comfortable. I simply must say you all must try this doctors office. They have everything on site and it’s very clean and smells good on down to the staff is downstairs on the first floor that greets you, thank you so much for making me feel comfortable guys. You’re awesome Calvin thank you.

I would say the *only* problem i had was the wait time but when don’t you ever wait in a medical office. everyone was very nice to me from the front desk to the actual doctor. the doctor was so helpful and informative about what i need for my health issue. i have a dermatology appointment there as well and im pretty confident im going to get the same thorough help i got for my ophthalmology appointment.

Going to doctor appointments are never fun, but today’s appointment was amazing. I had an appointment today and I was seen by one of the MA’s (Kate) I haven’t seen her in a while due to her being on maternity leave. She greeted me with such a big smile and we had an amazing conversation, I almost forgot I was at the doctors. We need more people with big smiles like her in the medical field.

No one in this practice seems to have ever met one another before. I made an appointment via phone to have my IUD removed and a new one inserted. I received about 100 texts and phone calls leading up to my appointment reminding me of the appointment. I arrive at the facility and was told the provider doesnt do IUD removal in the afternoon. Receptionist told me he wouldnt see me at all, although he was present, even to prescribe the new IUD so I could have it for a future visit. She scheduled me for a future visit (which I had to take time off work for, because it had to be in the morning for a reason never explained to me). I also scheduled the insertion appointment then and there (which had to be on a separate day at least a week later, for a reason never explained). Upon arriving for my removal appointment, the provider let me know that the office doesnt do IUD insertion at all -- they could, however, prescribe me one that I would have to pick up and bring elsewhere. I was also told over the phone and at my first appointment (that I was turned away from) that my copay was $0, when it was actually $30. Why didnt the front desk say I couldnt get an IUD inserted when I made my appointment? Why didnt the scheduling service I called to make the appointment know about the time restrictions or the fact that they dont insert IUDs? Why does no one actually know which services are available (and when theyre available)?The PA I saw was lovely, however, and made me feel very comfortable. Its unfortunate when caring and competent providers are trapped in clerical nightmares of an office.

I visit the podiatrist Dr.Mandil (hopefully I spelled it right) who was so helpful and knew what he is doing. Sharon who always helps me with scheduling who so polite and just full of energy. I would recommend anyone to go here and check all services they provide and they take insurances.

I love this place! Today I took my mom to Dr Serge Balmir. He such a great doctor. I met Crystal, Shay, Dionsha, Sharon very nice people, they make you feel comfortable there. These people deserve a bonus and raise. Its hard to find good people, theyre good assets to your company. This place smells so good and its clean. I will be looking into changing my doctors to come over here.

My experience with Kate has been great this facility has saved my life and grateful for Doral. They saved my foot from getting amputated and the medical assistant Kate just makes it even better with her pure kindness and care for me

Very pleased with the front office staff here very professional. Also the new dermatologist is very hands on, polite & knowledgeable. There was not a long wait to see the doctor and I was in and out within an hour. The staff also follows up with you the next day. Great experience.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I WOULD!!!!!! The first time there, I went 1hour before my appointment. I got there at 3 and my appointment was for 4:30pm. I signed in, when I checked my portfolio, it says my appointment was canceled. I went to the front desk and they said the doctor came to work 2 hours late. I waited, waited... I got to see the doctor. I called to schedule an appointment to speak with my doctor. I got the appointment and the date, the date of my appointment, I realize nobody called! My appointment was for 2pm. I was waiting by my phone by 1:30pm.. I waited!! I called at 2:30pm, I was told my appointment was canceled because the doctor called at 12pm and nobody answered. Safe to say, ABSOLUTELY NOBODY called my phone!... I was later told that the system is having problem. Ok, fear enough, I was booked for the next day at 3pm. I was sent a link, I signed on to that link at 2:30pm, and it said your appointment is canceled I called yet again and giving the run around. I wouldnt recommend to not even a dog to step foot in this facility! They dont care about your health! When you do call to speak to someone, theyll give you the run around until they cut the phone off. Take your chances else where, i would never recommend this place! Neber !!

I was able to secure an appointment with the dermatologist. She was professional and knowledgeable. Diagnosed my skin condition immediately and provide a prescription that I was always to pick up at the facility pharmacy before leaving. I would highly recommend this facility to friends and family. Facility is beautiful and clean. Staff are friendly and professional. All that you need under one roof.

I so want to give them 0 stars and a funky review! Reason being I feel like I wasted my time! I was told to follow-up with the original surgeon who treated me. I understand, however, still didnt want to hear that! The facility was clean. There was literally NO WAIT TIME, the doctor and his assistant were warm, friendly and thorough professionals and the rest of the staff were friendly (except 1 receptionist, who acted as though her speaking to you was a privilege... theres always that 1 b@#$&.) Aside from her, it was an overall good experience. Yes, I will surely go back AND recommend this clinic to others!

Ive been coming here for almost 2 years and never had a negative experience. If your going a tough time come here and ask for Mrs.Esther, Ms. Davis and Ms. Sharon. They treat you like royalty. 👍

Staff was really friendly and nice place was clean and beautiful. I came early and was in and out pretty quickly. The doctor I saw rushed during my appointment but that’s really the only thing.

Today Im seeing dr for urology my visit was quick and pleasant not much of a long wait, Kate her medical assistant was very professional understanding and easy to talk to

As someone who has been in the healthcare industry for 27 years, Ive visited this location multiple times and I must say, it stands out as one of the best medical facilities Ive had the pleasure to experience. The ambiance is inviting, warm, and impeccably clean, with tasteful decor that adds to the overall comfort. The staff exudes professionalism and care, taking the time to explain procedures throughout the visit. Its truly a pleasure to go there , which is especially remarkable considering ones typical apprehension when not feeling well. Its a testament to the exceptional quality of care provided here.

I had an appointment for 11am and arrived at 1030am. The facility overall is very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was seen at around 1:30-2:00pm. Although the wait is long my new primary care doctor Mr. Dekyi was very thorough about every concern I brought up and made the proper referrals. He overall has more interest in his patients health wise than my last pcp and is taking the proper channels to ensure I receive the best health care. I have no plans on changing my PCP anytime soon. I’m satisfied with the services rendered and all the specialties they have.

First thing im a new pacientes here and have to say there arent so many ppl Who are genuine and so caring but overol here i met Kate one of the mefical assistants and i felt like i mattered , urology here is also veru nice, i like hiw he tries everything natural

I had an appointment at 8 and the place opened at 8. Only one employee was there and no reception but that’s not the worse part. I was discharged at the hospital 8/3 and I was supposed to do a follow up one week later with my primary care doctor. I called but there was no appointment available until September. Idk how that makes sense but I went September 11th and the doctor wasn’t there and no one called me to cancel my appointment, one staff was there in morning and she rescheduled my appointment for the 9/16, so I was okay and I went there at 8am and there’s no doctor and only one person. She told me I can leave and reschedule because I gotta go to work and she doesn’t know what time the doctor is coming so I did. I call immediately to make an appointment and they don’t want to squeeze me in. I even ask to be sent at any other location. They really don’t care about my well being. I feel like I’m begging to see a doctor. He has been 6 weeks since I left the hospital and I still haven’t see the doctor. Please do not go this place!!!! It’s not worth it, you can’t say i didn’t warn you

I actually found this Urgent Care, on my way to another one. The other one was closed. I remembered seeing this one on Flatlands. I arrived the service was professional and friendly. I did not set in their waiting room all day, they respected my time. I realized that they have a GYN Dr. on site as well as a Medical Doctor. This is an all in one, these busy days this work for me.Glad the other urgent care was closed. This is my new health spot. They treat people like people. My daughter and I were impressed.Thank you,Karen

Had an excellent visit sept 5. Two things stood out. Didn’t have no previous record of my visit back in 2022. Also I wasn’t informed Dr Walcott was on a video call with other doctors/ nurses while speaking to me about my personal information. Sharon was great. She gave me a lot of feedback for my upcoming visits. Thank you

I came to see Pain Management and I saw a new Medical assistant named Kate and she was excellent. Very professional and proficient. I highly recommend Doral Health for all your health care needs.

The front desk and the nurse were welcoming for my first time and they explained things well to me for me to understand. Also they made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. The waiting area was nice and chill like they kept things in order for the waiting area stay clean. lastly it was a one, two, three process meaning the wait wasn’t long and the check up wasn’t which it was an in and out process . Overall the experience was 5 stars .

It was my first time visiting this center for a check up after having a terrible experience at a different doctor’s office.Solange was so nice when taking my vitals especially since I have anxiety and get white coat syndrome at the doctor’s and she was kind and patient enough to retake them after I calmed down.Dr. Walcott was patient, thorough, and I felt well examined and listened to. I’m excited to come back and go over my results.Sharon helped me get discharged and set up all my follow up appointments. My mom and I even got welcome gifts.I have nothing but good things to say. I was left with a very great first impression and I feel like my health is in good hands with this medical office.

Absolutely loved this place the office is sleek, clean, and smells good. My appointment was at the flatlands location. I was greeted by Christelle and Aveian at the front desk and they made sure everything was straight so that I can have smooth appointment. Nurse Ufeta never cease to fail me. All three ladies were so sweet and helpful.

Seen the podiatrist on September 17, 2024 , the service was great & my foot been feeling a lot better. Also MA Sharon & Kate were very attentive and made me feel comfortable.

Omg i did not really have much information about this place.My mom is wheelchair bound and she went with her Home aidAnd the feedback I received clean, pleasant, attentiveness all around.Thank you for your service and accommodation of my mother needs .🙏 for her cardiologist appointment yesterday. Today I went to see a health provider at this location I had a great visit everyone was very friendly and helpful including Talia she assisted me to the best of her ability.

The wait time and unprofessionalism from some of the staff has always been an issue, BUT my doctor was amazing, so I continued to go there.My doctor recently retired, and I was transferred to another physician.. my experience was horrible!!While in the waiting room, this physician regular patents were very upset and complained of him always being late in which delays all of his appointments.After waiting 3 1/2 hours in the waiting room, then another 40 minutes in the exam room for a visit that was 5mins. he finally came strolling in the room very nonchalant and failed to address the reason I was there.That was my first time with him and my last time at Doral!

This place is one of the best place I know. Anytime I go there to see my Primary doctor they make me feel like home. I have seen a lot of change in my health since I start coming there. I will recommend the place for any one who need a good health care to come there.

Medical Assistant Kate Abreu was very helpful and pleasant. She got us back and answered all questions we had. Dr. Mandil was very knowledgeable and handled my brother n laws feet with care.

Yesterday was my first time meeting Dekyi and I got nothing but a very bad impression of him . I usually don’t do bad reviews or review period . But this time I really have to Dekyi was very unprofessional, and rude careless. It was my first time meeting him and he didn’t even greet himself. He didn’t even say hello. He came in he was speaking with someone on the phone for like five minutes. He was not paying attention at all. He was just rushing because he was leaving. He even took Lab Coat in front of me.

This is the worst place I have ever been to in my entire life of checking for my eyes. I set an appointment a week before for Dr. William Buttler and I confirmed everything with my job and got my days off which aligned with my appointment. I received a text confirming the appointment and that my copay was $0 but on the day before the appointment I wS told $10 even though I have proof of the copay i was quoted. I received about 3 dozen text message reminders and calls about the appointment which I repeatedly confirmed?On the day of the appointment at around 12, I got a call asking me if I would like to reschedule because the doctor is behind by 2 hours. I told the girl I cannot because while he has stuff to do that made him behind. I have a life that I planned according to the things I have to do and I cannot reschedule because I lost my glasses and quite frankly him being late has nothing to do with my schedule. She said ok. I gave them enough time and I called again and I advised someone that I would go at 2/2:20 pm and they confirmed that it was ok. I drove all the way from New Jersey and came here to be told that my appointment was cancelled because the dr is behind and I did not show. Yet I already called and told them that I will give them some time rather than to sit in a waiting for 2 hours which was no fault of mine. They ended up checking me in and told me again that there was a 2 hour wait and I said ok, I am going to go and come back, how will I know that the dr is ready for me? The receptionist explicitly told me that there is a 2 hour wait time because at 2:30 the dr is still on his 11:00 appointment. I said fine, i left because I had another appointment that I was going to miss because I set them far apart but due to the dr being late it messed my entire day up. I called back about 30 minutes after and was told that the dr is leaving at 4 and that they went outside to look for me. The same thing you are thinking would be the same thing that I am thinking. Why would they be looking for me 30 minutes in when I already told them that i am leaving because I cannot stick around for 2 hours. I wasted my entire day because of a dr that was late which had nothing to do with me or is a fault of mine. Even if the dr is going to be late you dont know what people’s commute for an appointment is going to be. Why not call in advance? The day starts at 8am and you choose to call me an hour before my appointment to cancel?? I will never book with you guys ever again. I prefer to do without Glasses if this is my last resort.

Please don’t call to make an appointment, you might get a very rude man . I will not add his name but if you got him or experienced him you know who I’m talking about , the call center is not connected to the office . The people in the office are polite and very helpful and attentive.

I called you after I left my office my guardian angel because what I was telling you and what you advised me to do was to pray about it and believe by the time I step outside a miracle happen that I have been waiting on for eight years and nobody can tell me you are not an angel in my way sweet and kind and professional she is and I wanted to say 10 out of 10 and she would be my primary care doctor forever. Best service 10 out of 10.

My experience with Doral medical has been really Great from the other medical facility Naming BMS I just wasn’t satisfied with trusting them with my health problems any more so when I switch to Doral I found it to be so surprising that the Doctors spent time talking to me and listening to what I had to say I am so Glade that there are people who do care about others who have a chance in life to live a better quality of life Thank God for Doral Medical now I must say that the Doral that I go to is at 1797 Pitkin Ave has gave me the upmost respect and I Never had any problems with appointments or if I had a problem it was surely taken care of I appreciate and so glade that my choice to switch over was a true blessing and I thank you so much.

The building and facilities were great. But the area its located in makes me nervous to send a loved one there. Even just the walk from the spot I parked my car to the building scared my mother.

My visit at Doral Pitkin ave. Was very pleasant, staff, nurse and Doctor were very friendly and professional. No long waiting. From the lobby to the 2nd floor I felt welcomed.. I really recommend this place!

My appointment was for 12:45 pm to see the optomologist. The wait at the front desk sign in was quick considering I was a new patient. The staff to include the front desk, technicians and doctor were very professional. I was finish with my visit around 1:45 pm and on my way home.

Plan for an extra two hours for wait time! So far my experience with Doral has been pretty good - I would give five stars but both times I had to wait over an hour from my appointment time.I would only recommend Doral to people if they could clear their entire schedule for an appointment. If you want a faster experience, you should look elsewhere. I will update this review if/when things change for me.

Dr Crèvecoeur , Nicolette, Marilyn has provider the best service ever at Eastern Parkway.Its was a smooth transaction with knowledge, professionalsm and warm welcome even Dr speak French and has great knowledge of infection disease and support to treat.

My visit on 8/21/24 was amazing. The assistants that I received from the staff overall was fast and compassionate towards my health.

Kate is one of my favorite workers there; very fast and efficient and most importantly, very polite. Love you Kate :)

My wait time was long even I made an appointment. Once I was called the medical assistant and the NP were very pleasant and nice. No rushing they took their time and spoke to me about my concerns.

Previously gave them a 4-star review but over time I am finding that they are just like most other health care institutions: understaffed and underwhelming. Just had my appointment rescheduled for a month out after the appointment had already been 5 weeks out.I would avoid Doral at all costs unless you have no other choice.

Kate is a star and knows exactly what shes doing and also was very gentle with eye doctor and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family

I have a very good day when I go for my Dr appointment. Wait time is no longer than 15-20 minutes. Everyone greet you with a smile and a warm hello. My favorite is talking to the appointment clerk and her name is Sharon

First time at doral health and I’ve never felt more safe and taken care of. I met with NP walcott and she was very receptive to my concerns. NP Walcott’s medical assistant was super friendly and efficient. The discharge admin, sharon, was also very friendly and respectful.

Great clinic. Never a line, everyone is always nice, it’s really clean and comfortable. I’ll always go here now.

Upon the first appointment with Ufeta, my experience at the knickerbocker location was amazing. I guess that was for a good Zocdoc review because everything after that has been a run around. Initially, I was supposed to be referred to a surgeon for my fibroid removal. Another medical assistant from Doral reached out to me after my ultrasound to refer me to a vein clinic for embolization instead. I had to pay a $25 co payment upon arrival at the vein clinic for a 7 minute conversation which resulted in the vein clinic turning me away because the doctor also suggested the surgery I was discussing with Ufeta to begin with was a better choice if I wanted to have a higher chance at a successful pregnancy. Let’s be clear, I’ve made it known that I want to preserve my uterus to begin with. The knickerbocker location doesn’t answer the phone now, and the call center scheduled me for an over the phone referral for the surgeon Ufeta was referring me to from the very beginning of all of this. They wanted to charge my insurance for a phone conversation about a referral ($25 dollars after sending me to the vein clinic in which I also had to pay for nothing) My phone referral was scheduled for 8am. When I called at 8am I was told the provider doesn’t do telephone appointments in the morning... -_-. I then receive a voicemail right before 6pm from the provider. But when I returned the call, I was told she left for the day. I opted for phone calls because I constantly have to call out of work to go to appointments and there is no progress. I’m about to lose my job over this. And they’re still dragging their feet. They’ve emailed referrals to me before but they can’t do it now? This place just milks your insurance and it’s all for nothing. I do not recommend if it’s not urgent care related.

First time. I went to see a dermatologist. DR. Helen Chernovets is amazing.Everything about this place is great .Doctors, nurses, staff.Definitely coming back.

Zero stars … I visited this place about 2 weeks ago to visit the dermatologist Yolanda and I’m still waiting for a prescription to be filled. I contacted them several times about this matter at least 5 times and yet I’m still waiting for shampoo and cream for my scalp. Had I known this is the type of service I would receive I would have never given them my business needless to say I will not be going back ever again. I had to give a star to post this 😡

My visit to Doral was one of the best. The place is clean and the staff were welcoming. Ill recommend Doral Health&Wellness to family and friends.

Had a tug of war with giving this location either a 2 or 3 stars. I settled on 3 mostly because the location was clean and well kept and also the manager of this location was very professional and considerate about the unusual wait time. She made it her duty to keep us up to date and consistently apologizing for the wait. I really appreciated that kindness. BUT nonetheless a wait time of 2 hours just to be seen is a bit much especially when theres only 2 patients in the waiting room and 2 patients in the back. I realized they only had 1 doctor and 1 nurse. The nurse played the part of secretary and nurse. Dont get me wrong she did her thing but time wise it was not working out. Once placed in an exam room the room wasnt ready. Exam bed wasnt reset and supplies from the last patient were still out and about. Soooo, more waiting before I could set myself up on the exam chair. I went in with severe throat pain, body aches tonsil stones and fatigue. Sounds like Id need at cocktail of test for covid, flu, and strep testing riiiiiiight? No! It was only decided that I do a strep test. Ooook, youre the doctor! So here we go me and the nurse do the strep test. Long q-tip down the throat scrapping my swollen sore throat. When I say rough I mean ROUGH! I paused because 1 I was in real pain. And 2 that thing down ur throat makes u gag really, really bad. I get it! She needed the swab but damnit, the nurse couldve had better bedside etiquette. She said come on its easy! Just hold ya breath, bro! Easy for who? After 4 tries and plenty of gags later a red faced and teary eyed patient pulled it together to get it over with. Smfh torture. Funny because she was a lovely women and had a sense of humor in the end but when you sick Im not really looking for a laugh. Nurse comfort and consideration is Gods first gift to a patient. I blame it on her having to do so much with the little time we have. If there was at least 1 front desk staff and 2 nurses the load wouldnt feel so rushed and she wouldve taken more time with me. And not for nothing the doctor was ok, but I left with only a prescription for Tylenol pain meds and lidocaine lozenges. I needed antibiotics for whatever viral infection I was fighting with but I didnt get that. And thanks to me going somewhere else for a second opinion, i got just that. And within 1 whole day of being on antibodies my throat soreness went down and the bacterial and stones I had went away. But unfortunately it wasnt thanks to Health & Wellness. Im sorry but this is my truth. The Place has the potential and Im pretty sure they do a wonderful job with other situations but that day I went they dropped the ball. Maybe next time. If there is one.

This location is nice and clean the staff are friendly but they need to work on their time management if you are coming for a follow up you should not be waiting for two hours to be seen for ten to twenty minutes.

Saw dr Dessner today and every time I come here it’s always quick and of course Kate is back so I’ll be here more often lol thanks Doral for taking care of me

I always have a good experience at this Doral medical office. The staff are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I especially appreciate that they have a big TV in their waiting toom as well as a big glass enclosure with beautiful birds in it, but I do wish they would give the birds a bird bath, or fountain, or a large size elevated dish of water to splash around in and bathe themselves, and open the shades around their enclosure so they can see outside.

It was my first time seeing Dr Dave he was gentle he explained everything to me I didnt wait long to see the doctor he was gentle and experienced was wonderful doctor dave and the whole staff was wonderful Im happy I chose to go to Doral health and wellness clinic.

My experience here is been great the staff are wonderful especially the Doctors they take care of their patience I highly recommend this place everyone is very friendly I leave from there with a big smile on my face as soon as you come in they take care of you very quickly the waiting is not even that long,anything you need they tried the very best to help you and theyre very patient which is awesome as soon as you walk inside the building is very welcoming. I feel very comfortable coming to this place.

I waited over 2 hours to see the doctoor. They over book with no consideration to the patient. If you have no choice and must use this location do not see the dermatologist. You will get no resolution to your issue.

Unfortunately i have to edit my experience after leaving a good review for Doral 3 weeks ago-- i got a routine tetanus shot and had a positive experience, but since then have been suffering with a lot of pain and inflammation in the shoulder where the vaccine was administered over 3 weeks ago now and i have to now seek another doctors help to get an MRI. i hope nobody has also had this experience after receiving any kind of vaccine-- my shoulder has very restricted range if motion and hurts constantly now.

Horrible. Their word is NOT bond. They say theyre gonna call within 24 hours; yeah, ok, Im still waiting. NOT. They dont even give you a courtesy call to let you know they didnt receive your medical records; I had to call them. BAD BUSINESS 👎 Youve been warned. There are PLENTY of clinics here in NYC, thanks be to God. Good luck & good riddance. SMH

Pleasantly surprised, beautiful, clean building with courteous staff. If they had dental and physical therapy, I would have been able to take care of ALL my medical needs in one place. They do ask A LOT of questions, but it’s to help with all kinds of Social Services. Miss Davis was a joy with a pleasant attitude and very helpful like the other staff who treated me and my family with care. Who knew Brownsville could have class. Go Brooklyn!!!

Update: went back for my yearly physical, and it was another amazing experience. Got blood drawn again, and the nurse was really quick and efficient. I’m also really impressed with the care person assigned to me, as they called me before my appointment and asked if I needed to update the doctor with any questions or concerns. I felt thoroughly taken care of.Doctors and nurses were extremely friendly and attentive. I usually have a hard time getting blood drawn, but the nurse was really efficient and she asked how I was doing throughout the entire process. I felt like I was in very good and knowledgeable hands.

They have gotten better with timing and Kate worked very fast when come to my visit for my eyes

I’ve been going to This facility for over a year now and I must say that every time I go, I have a great experience the doctors are really nice there and all the staff. I just had a visit Tuesday August 27 and it was so quick and fast. I really love this place they’re so nice and respectful and the manager is really awesome. She’s always been so helpful to me the Spanish lady.

At Doral heath and wellness I was treated with the up most care, and tge staff is very curteous and treated my issues as priority. Going there is where I recieve tge most neede care.

Quick and easy service. They don’t beat you over the head with visit pricing if you do not have insurance. It’s also very helpful the nearest pharmacy to pick up prescriptions is one block away. Staff was kind and the office was nice and sterile. I hope to not be sick again anytime soon but if something happens and they’re open i will go there. They are open from 8-8pm / not 24 hours.
