The staff makes the whole experience for needing surgeries done worth it! Jackie and Cynthia have always been so kind and patient whenever I call with questions. Jessica responding to my emails with different surgery options on hospitals and dates was great. Having two different locations was nice, being able to experience both but mainly awesome to have a location in Boerne.*Highly recommend Urogynecology*

Finally got tired of not being able to cough, sneeze, run and basically breathe without peeing myself. I was a little nervous about having surgery for it but at this point was willing to try anything. From the very beginning, I felt a little nervous but the urogynecology team of Lindsey Jackson and the Boerne office was very professional. I appreciated that they educated me on all of my options, and did actual testing to verify the cause. On the day of the surgery, I loved that the whole care team were females. The surgery apparently went really well, and I woke up with no pain and I had no complications. What surprised me the most was that I literally had no pain after the surgery. There was no incision pain or surgery pain. And I was immediately able to sneeze without peeing my pants, which was the ultimate test! I have been recommending the surgery and this team to anyone and everyone that will listen.

Dr. Jackson in very knowledgeable in her field. She is a straight shooter. I highly recommend her.

I love the entire team in the Boerne office. Jackie at the front desk is friendly and efficient and Cynthia the nurse always is friendly and great to be around also. Dr Jackson is fantastic! She did my surgery with great success and is always energetic and happy and easy to talk to.

This office is just amazing with their customer service. Since the moment you walk in, the girl at the register being so welcoming, on to your exams and the moment you leave. I have never felt so understood and welcome at a doctors office. Gillian was amazing during my exam and Cinthia was the sweetest while asking me all kinds of medical history questions and keeping track of every single detail. I just loved this place, definitely my new Drs office for when I’m in town. Recommend 100%!

Dr. Jackson, Jackie, Cynthia and all of the staff at Urogynecology of Boerne are my heroes! I’ve had a recurring UTI for about a year. A doctor (in another town) kept testing me and putting me on one antibiotic after another with no results and with terrible GI problems. It was suggested that I go to the hospital for a pic-line and/or an IV with an antibiotic known to cause irreversible neurotoxicity side effects. Fortunately, I found Dr. Jackson. She put me on an antibiotic which I had not previously taken. It didn’t cause any GI issues, and best of all, my UTI is finally gone!This doctor and her office are a pleasure to work with. They’re very professional, knowledgeable and supportive. They helped me when I had just about given up hope. So glad I found Dr. Jackson!!!

A big thank you to Dr Lindsey Jackson, Dr Ash Dabbous, and Gabriel Alvarado, CSA (Surgical First Assistant) repairing my bladder prolapse and Hysterectomy. This was indeed a journey for me. Your office staff was kind, professional, and very knowledgable in every step of my treatment. Im now at home recovering nicely. Thank you all for a job well done.

Dr. Jackson helped my handicapped mother. The facility is handicapped accessible, all the employees are helpful and friendly. Dr. Jackson explained everything in terms we could understand. Very good experience at Urogynecology of San Antonio
