CommuniCare Pediatrics - Boerne Clinic

Great doctors but the office staff, in particular the billing and insurance claims section, are the worst. Absolutely terrible. They submitted their claims to our insurance company incorrectly (wrong benefits number, etc.) so naturally payment was denied. Entirely due to their error. Rather than, oh I don’t know - picking up a phone and calling the insurance company, or us, they called no one. Unbeknownst to us, we had a $1300 bill that was unpaid, which we were never informed of, and which they tried to pass along to us to pay. All for services and tests that were 100% covered by insurance but which they were too lazy or too inept to follow up on. Then they all but refused to see our daughter in an emergent situation when she was dealing with a double ear infection, until the bill we didn’t know we had (and never should have had) was paid. When we asked the office staff what information they had used to submit the claim to our insurance, they read back the wrong information, despite us having corrected the issue with them previously. Apparently, every other time we have provided them the correct information and asked them to update it in their system, they did not. When we asked them when they planned to notify us of the denied insurance payment and outstanding bill, the response was that they don’t notify patients and the expectation is that we would call them to ensure they’re getting paid. Yes, you read that correctly - we were expected to call them to ensure they were paid. In what world is it our responsibility to ensure their business is getting paid? Especially when the reason they haven’t been paid is due entirely to their billing errors? That sounds to me like a problem between them and the insurance company. Just want anyone out there considering this practice to know what your patronage will include. It will include you doing the billing department’s job. Suffice it to say we will be moving our children to another practice with competent support staff.

We LOVE Communicare Boerne! The entire staff and Doctors are Amazing! Dr. Henderson has been our provider for a little over 8 years now and he always does a great job of making sure my children are well taken care of and we understand treatment. He leaves no questions unanswered. The office manager Mrs. Pantoja is very friendly and kind. She comes around the office to check in on patients and their families while waiting to see their physicians. The nurses are simply outstanding! They go above and beyond their duties to care for each person that walks into the office. It is so worth the 45 min drive we make to have great quality service and care. Thank you Communicare Boerne office for all you do for your people.

I’ve been to the Leon springs 2 years ago for my second pregnancy but now here for my third pregnancy for the first time at the boerne location. Kat & Brittany made me feel welcomed, everything was explained well, and very easygoing & friendly. I know I’ll be in good hands. Thank you!Added on: Susana and Abby are awesome! I have always had a good experience with the front desk with Abby and staff at Communicare when it comes to bringing in my son the staff is very nice and friendly. Dr, Henderson! is Awesome!!

I absolutely communicare. The nurses here go above and beyond to help you and answered every question I had. This is one of the best clinics I’ve been to and I plan to come back!

If you are pre menopausal and nothing shows on your scans or blood work, but you know something is wrong and you advocate for yourself because you know and feel something is very wrong you are in a significant amount of pain, feeling intense pressure with cramping that feels like contractions, and I wont say what other things were happening because as women Imsure you can guess, but I will say that Kat the NP and the nurse in the room with her made me feel dismissed as if I was crazy for feeling the way I felt because it wasnt showing on a scan. I did end up seeing a medical provider who listened to me acknowledged me and recommended an obgyn who they felt would understand me better and listen.That being said I still ended up in the emergency room because i came home and everything you said was in my head, and not on your scans came out of me and when i called the medical provider i went to after being dismissed by you all they insisted on me going back to the er. Maybe instead of looking at your scans and blood work you could of just listened to me and heard my fear and acknowledged it. We did call back and let yall know exactly what happened and the nurses reaction was like ok not our problem!! To the one nurse who took my bp and saw my face and fear just know I saw you acknowledging me and you sincerely showed concern for my feelings and well-being, and the one recopenist who kindly listened and kept apologizing as I was crying and so upset. Thank you, you both showed me that at least two people in your medical practice cared for my well being. I personally will never go back to this place and if you are pre menopausal and having issues but nothing shows on scans or blood work but you know with everything inside you something is not right with your body dont go to them they dont care, and they will not listen to how women over 40 feel because we are hormanal, and pre menopausel and that just makes us crazy . Listen to your body and advocate for your self!! To those of you who have had great care there i am truly grateful you were treated with kindness and understanding, I simply wish i could of had the same.

The Ob team is fantastic. First met Kat and Brittney today, I felt comfortable, unjudged, welcome and they made me laugh too. Would definitely recommend them, especially if you already take your kids to communicare10/10

We went in to see Kat NP for my daughter who is having a tough time and for two months we were dealing with a huge problem with no help from anyone and Kat was such a lifesaver offering us help in every way she could! She was honest with my daughter, she was kind to her and she was just overall amazing I would recommend seeing Brittany and Kat! I am so grateful for them and made my daughter feel safe during an uncomfortable time! We always come back to see them!

I requested Dr. Henderson to takes good care of himself to stay for us forever, because to be honest I don’t know if I can ever find any other Doctor like him. He’s seen my oldest since he was born, (8 yrs) and my youngest (2 yrs old) and I’m very very thankful I found him! He is just the BEST.Now let me tell you about The One And Only Favorite Nurse of ALL times, and that is Mr. Rhonda, trust me I owe her so much! She’s not only a nurse but she’s been like a mom to me and my kids! I truly don’t know what would have I done without Mr. Rhonda😭 She’s truly the BEST. So kind, nice, understandable, polite, welcoming, loving … there’s just not enough words I can describe this wonderful human.I never ever regret or get tired of traveling from San Antonio to Boerne going to this facility, I’ve done it for 8 yrs and will do as long as they don’t kick us out🤭

Thank you so much Angela for being so great to our 4yr old during her visit! She was so great to her and made her feel so comfortable during her shots. She didn’t even cry! Best clinic ever!

We had a great visit at this office! Karina was so sweet and good with our 2 year old son. And Dr. Henderson is AMAZING! Really took the time to look over our son and answer any and all of our questions. We highly recommend them!

I brought my 2year old son here to see Dr. Eck, had a wonderful experience. All the MA’s in the back were so helpful.

Dr. Gibbons, Brittany, and Cristina were a joy to be around. They were so warm and welcoming and answered all our questions. I went with my sister to her first appointment, they were very sweet and made Cindy feel comfortable. They really seem like they care. We are in good hands. Thanks ladies XOXO

Dr. Gibbons did an amazing job. I have gone to different OB/GYN before. When I originally got my implant done it was the most painful thing I have ever done (Done by another provider). Dr. Gibbons removed it and I had NO pain. Extremely impressed with her hand skills. She did my IUD. No pain at all. She very personal and informative in what she does. You can tell she loves what she does and treats patients as a person and not another number. Her medical knowledge exceeded other ob/gyn that I have spoke to. She explains the whole process while doing the procedure. She was able to give more knowledge than my google searches and from other medical profession.Cristina and Brittany were just as amazing. They kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable.Everyone very friendly and welcoming. It’s hard finding medical staff that aren’t jaded in what they do. HIGHLY recommend this place.

Dr. Henderson and Dr. Echt have always been wonderful with my children, but this review is for Rhonda and Abby! They are phenomenal- the most helpful doctors office nurse and office staff I have come across. Always patient, kind and welcoming. Their positive attitudes are what keeps me bringing my children back every time they need medical care.

I had a wonderful experience at the Boerne office seeing MA Brittany and Dr. Santovena. She was very kind, and provided thoughtful advice and care. She made me feel comfortable and accommodated my preferences.

We love the staff and doctors here! Dr. Henderson has been with us since my 15-year-old daughter was born and we really trust his judgment. In my experience CommuniCare is in network with almost every insurance. Scheduling appointments online is super easy and they have multiple doctors and locations as well as more flexible hours to help get sick kids seen quickly. Plus they are very responsive for questions, prescription refills etc. Highly recommend CommuniCare Boerne & Dr. Henderson!

My wife was very nervous about finding a new doctor, and Dr. Gibbons was the best thing we could have every imagined. Dr. Gibbons made her feel safe, comfortable, and prepared for anything, and was fantastic in every aspect. All the staff should be proud of the environment they have created here and I am so thankful that my wife can receive top level care whenever she needs!

I would not go to any other Pediatrician . Dr Henderson is the very best doctor I have ever taken all my foster and bio children too. Rhonda at the front desk and Dawn the nurse are my very very favorite .I also just love Ivory and Brittney. Everyone in the office are friendly and so knowledgeable. Rachel is so sweet . I love her too !! I can call and they know exactly who I am and personally know all my kiddos. I just love CommuniCare in Boerne. The kids always look forward to going !!!

My experience here was very easy going with zero hassles. I was worried at first given it was my first time there but the nurses were so nice and Dr. Gibbons was amazing. She listened to my concerns and gave back helpful information. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a OB-GYN in the Boerne area!!

Dr. Henderson is absolutely amazing! Very grateful to have found a pediatrician that is very knowledgeable and is able to answer all of my questions and even questions I didn’t know I had. My kids have seen Dr Henderson for years. He is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! His nurses Brittany, Laura and Hailey are the GREATEST!!! Always so Professional, caring and patient (what kids need sometimes in pediatrics) Not only will my kids be sad to move on to Adult Doctor but I will miss them as well!!

I dont think I have ever had a bad experience here. Sometimes wait times are a little long in rooms, but I understand because you have 1-2 doctors trying to finish their appointments while giving patients their full attention. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Henderson, Dr. Coleman, Veronica, has always thoroughly listened to my concerns as a mom. Dr. Henderson is exceptionally great with children. Both Dr.s were my primary as well when I was a child. Also, Rhonda is the sweetest nurse. She remembered my baby even though we hadnt been in in months. Thank you everyone so much for your patience and love!

I actually live about an hour away from this clinic, but needed to be seen more immediately for abdominal pain and this location had appointments. I had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Gibbons took my concerns seriously and was attentive and knowledgeable. She also worked closely with the nurses to help me find just as good quality care closer to my place of residence. I would highly recommend and wish she worked closer to where I live.

They were all very sweet and extremely helpful! They gave me great information on different birth controls and why my body may be feeling the way it is right now. They took out my nexplanon very smoothly and took care of the wound very nicely. I would 100% recommend this place for womanly care :) I had Sandra, Karina, and Dr. Gibbons help me out today. They are all very amazing

I think we all know how unpleasant some healthcare facilities and the employees within can be. It can be discouraging for the patients who receive care during these experiences. Well, my experience here at Communicare (first time) was completely opposite of the usual “unpleasant” experience. It was a really good experience start to finish. When I called to make an appointment for my daughter, the front desk lady was SO warm, welcoming, and just all around friendly and personable. Great first impression. (Didn’t catch her name). When we arrived here, I believe it was the same lady at the front desk that I spoke with on the phone. Either way, very friendly and kind greeting when we walked in. She even would say a kind goodbye to all the patients walking out. It’s the little things that count. Once we went back to the doctors area, Brittany was the one who took my daughters vitals, etc. She was so nice, helpful, and made the experience an all around great one. I didn’t feel like “just a number” like many healthcare professionals will treat you as. She was patient, friendly, and she definitely was right where she needed to be in her profession. Healthcare needs WAY more of people like her and the front desk lady! The doctor that I saw was very thorough. She too took her time to hear my concerns regarding my daughter. What I appreciated highly was that although I had my specific healthcare “boundaries” of what I didn’t care for regarding certain solutions to resolve my daughters healthcare issue, she was still very respectful to that, while also recommending other practical, alternative solutions for my daughter’s case. She (doctor) provided great healthcare as an obgyn, while trying to make it specific to our needs and what we were comfortable with. To me, that’s a great doctor. Overall, my experience was very pleasant and SUCH a relief from the other bad experiences we received at the many healthcare facilities. Great place here.

This was the first time my daughter actually loved her doctor and nurse. Dr. Eck and the nurse whos birthday was today were amazing! It was nice to come in and not feel rushed. Definitely glad I made the choice and change to this establishment!

One of the most disappointing experiences with a physicians office I have ever experienced. I scheduled an appointment with an OB-GYN here for a first visit and the doctor I was scheduled to see was out of town that day at a conference. I took off work to attend this appointment and the office staff called me less than one hour before my appointment to let me know that my appointment would be canceled and the doctor would not be there today. I have to schedule to take off work over a month in a half in advance and I wasted PTO for this terrible experience. All of this could have been avoided if the office staff had the courtesy to notify me a day before or even the morning of the appointment. Terrible experience with the office staff and the woman who called me was unable to help me schedule an appointment with another physician. Will not be returning. Super unprofessional. While I’m just another patient, I urge the office staff to be more considerate of the patients and their time because people take time out of their days to attend these appointments.

Me and my 3 children absolutely love every time we go into CommuniCare in Boerne.We are always welcomed with the biggest smile and hellos by Mrs Rhonda and Abby at the front desk.Mrs Rhonda is such an amazing soul and I know she truly loves her job and helping others. She is always there whenever me or my 3 children need anything.

Short wait time, easy paper work for a first time patient. Dr. Gibbons was very patient with me and her MA & all the gals in the back were super friendly and helpful. My questions and concerns were addressed. I can’t remember everyone’s names which makes me feel terrible but the entire staff was great.

Communicare Staff and Doctors are always very attentative and professional. We always get seen quickly. We appreciate Dr. Eck she is caring with our family and listens to our health concerns during our visits patiently. She has great bedside manners and takes her time during consultation.

We are always welcomed with friendly faces and compassion. All of the nurses are super sweet to both of my kids. We love Dr. Henderson. He is very informative and caring to my kids. Anytime I tell them that we are going to the doctor, they always look forward to it and are always very excited. I definitely recommend Communicare to everyone.

We have been trusting Communicare in Boerne for five years since our oldest was one and we love it. Dr.Henderson is very knowledgeable and great with the kids. There hasn’t been one instance that they haven’t been able to assist us and get us all fixed up. The office staff is very good and pleasant to work with. Rachel Roth was very personable, knowledgeable, and patient when assisting us with our insurance and payments. Ronda is super sweet and Leslie is very kind (loving and remembering my children every time we come in or even over the phone). The nurses always do a smooth job with the kids vaccinations. I have no complaints. Thank you Communicare Boerne! There is nothing more important than the care and health of my children and you exceed expectations.

This office is exceptional. Front desk staff actually answers the phone and are courteous, personable and helpful. The staff is professional and friendly. The wait time to get an appointment is more than reasonable and the wait time once in the office is minimal. Having the telehealth option for a newborn is incredible. Dr Eck is fabulous at what she does. She is respectful and listens to the mommy concerns without patronizing or dismissing. She is a great doc. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this option for my sweet little foster babies. I give them a 20 out of 5 stars..

My experience was amazing. I came in today 07/11/2022 because of some nexplanon symptoms I was having and the staff here were super kind and friendly! I specifically had experience with Ivory, Karina, Sandra and Dr Gibbons. I was greeted by Ivory at the desk and she was so helpful when trying to deal with some of the paperwork aspects. Then Karina and Sandra are the two who took me back. I have some anxiety but these two did great with calming my nerves during the process. And finally Dr.Gibbons heard my concerns and was able to remove and replace my nexplanon that same day! Amazing practice, even though it’s far from where I live- I will be making this my primary Womens care practice.

Laura and Brittany were the best nurses they checked me in and did everything very fast. Dr.Henderson did my check up very fast as well. I got three shots and didn’t feel any pain. Highly recommend this doctors office.

Very happy with these doctors , facility is clean , tidy and professional. Staff is very prompt, no waiting time practically on e you check in and once in exam room , minimal wait time. Dr Eck is very hood with my kids and solves their issue promptly. They took me today without an appointment and my son was seen almost immediately.5 stars , very satisfied and happy that with such a caring and professional health team.Recommendation high.

Communicare has been our pediatric choice for over ten years for a reason! As a pediatric health practice, they are second to none. Dr. Henderson is an AMAZING health care provider. His knowledge and patience (with both parents and children!) is seemingly boundless, and he has a true gift for treatment. He has an amazing ability to explain his diagnoses and recommended treatments, and his professional manner cannot be praised enough. His time is undoubtedly limited, but never have we felt that his time was more valuable than ours.But just as remarkable as Dr Henderson is, the Communicare Staff is just as impressive. They are supremely professional and courteous, but at the same time friendly and kind. Every time we visit, we feel like we are seeing friends. Today we got flu shots, and Dawn was infinitely patient with us. Shots can be scary, and Dawn NEVER ONCE was anything but polite, kind, supportive, and professional. We all came out happy, and Dawn made that possible.If you are looking for a pediatric practice, look no further than Dr Henderson and the Communicare team. They are, without a doubt, the gold standard.

We love CommuniCare! My kids have been going there since they were newborns. Rhonda is always so sweet. She always helps me with any form I need from there and always tries to get us in as soon as possible when my children are sick. Dr. Henderson is great and always takes the time to explain everything very well and I love that when he explains things he writes on the paper on the patient chair. (It’s the little things, lol) Lali was very sweet and patient with my kids!

We’ve had issues with other peds, very expensive. Communicare got us in quick for my sons 2 month visit/shots. The receptionist, nurse and Jennifer were all amazing! We were initially going here just for the shots this one time but plan to come permanently.

The staff are great. Very caring folk who show a real interest in the people who come to their clinic. Dr. Henderson was phenomenal. He gave me great advice for my daughter and the visit was quick and easy.

The entire staff at Communicare are always so friendly and helpful. I have been taking both of my children to see Dr. Henderson since they were born and I won’t take them anywhere else! He is very thorough, kind, and always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have. I recommend him to all my friends!

Dr. Henderson is a first rate Pediatrician. He is great with kids. He has diagnosed a rare condition in one of my kids. This appointment was for my teenage son and he was so personable with him. He obviously cares about his patients. Highly recommend Dr. Henderson.

Thursday, Sept. 22, was the very first time that I took my girls to this clinic. We recently moved to Boerne, so I had to find a new doctor for my kiddos. Unfortunately, this was a sick visit, so we had to do a curbside visit, but everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Eck was so sweet with my girls.

I absolutely love it here, best pediatricians office I’ve ever been to. As a mom of 3, I dread doctors appointments but Communicare is so quick and all of the staff are so kind.. big plus! Super clean office. Occasionally we’ve had to wait past our appointment time but that’s to be expected anywhere you go, things happen, but it rarely happens here. We usually check in and within a few minutes we’re being called back. Rhonda is the sweetest nurse and we love all the doctors but Veronica Cisneros is my favorite. She’s so thorough and genuinely cares about her patients. For those with older kids.. she treats my son almost like an adult, which I feel preps them for their future appointments, and tells him everything he needs to hear. I’m always thinking in my head “yea, you tell him!” because let’s be honest.. kids don’t always listen to their moms. She puts a mom/doctor twist on things and I appreciate her so much for it. I can’t say enough good things about this place. They are always able to get me in the same or next day. 5 stars for sure!

Boerne office has always been amazing! We moved 45 minutes away and I still drive to see them. Miss.Rhonda up front and all the other ladies in the back are nothing but helpful. Dr.Eck has kinda taken over seeing our kids and she is very patient and willing to work with us to get our babies better!

Everyone I met from entering the building was nice and professional. I will definitely be going back. Thank you all for your professionalism. Dr. Gibbons was patient to hear everything I had to say/ask. Loved it.

Both doctors are awesome! They are both very kind to my kids and listen to everything my kids tell them about themselves as well. The rest of the staff is equally as helpful and kind and we would never go any place else. They are super quick to accommodate us whether my kids are sick, need a prescription refilled, or even for an important well checkup. #1 choice of doctors office for sure!

They are always so attentive and sweet. I have confidence in their care and appreciate they dont push vaccines and allow us to decide. Dr. Eck was very informative and helpful and Dawn was so friendly. Im so glad we found a great clinic.

The pediatrician we see for my kids is great. Unfortunately, the staff lacks any kind of professionalism. On every visit weve had they are unfriendly. The last straw was when they rescheduled an appointment that was scheduled 6 MONTHS ago the day before. Unfortunately, we missed the call and by the time we saw it, it was too late. However, we still received text notifications that evening and in the morning confirming his appointment for his original day. The morning notification for his appointment came in a few hours before his actual appointment time, so I proceeded like normal.After driving an hour, we get there to find out the appointment was changed. The staff could not give me a straight answer as to why. First, it was because of COVID, but couldnt tell me why they were rescheduling the day before when COVID has been going on for months (theyve done this with others I know who also go here). Then, it was because the provider had an emergency call, but I called them on it when they stated the provider was a female and my childrens provider is a male. Then, it was because my son’s provider took over the other providers patients, but again, they couldn’t tell me why they decided to cancel my providers appointments instead of the other providers patients who had to leave. The last excuse they could give me was that the appointment was scheduled during lunch… an appointment that was scheduled months ago by their own staff.During this entire exchange the lady at the front desk wasn’t even looking at me. She was just typing away at the computer giving me the bare minimum attention. Her demeanor seemed like she could care less.This is not the first time this has happened either. We have friends who also go here who have had the same exact experiences. The worst experience someone has had at this location is where after they rescheduled their appointment (again, the day before), they had to wait 3 hours until the doctor saw them.It may not seem like a big deal to them to change appointments last minute and don’t care weather we get informed or not, but it is. My husband had to take time off from work to be at home with our other children, I had to disturb my newborn and my toddlers nap schedule, feed and pump extra breast-milk in preparation of being away from my newborn, waste time and money getting to and from the appointment, and then come home with mastitis from missing a breastfeeding session. All of that for them to tell me to come back another day.

Rhonda, Abi and all the staff are phenomenal! Dr. Henderson is very patient and thorough when explaining the illness and treatment options. I would definitely recommend this office and staff to family and friends.

From Leslie at the front to all the nurses and MRS. VERONICA we can’t say enough good things about that woman she treats my children like her own takes her time to answer any and all questions , we will never see anyone else. Everyone there is the sweetest , office manager Rachel does a great job running the place . If you need a good pediatrician this is the place to go. We searched over 2 years for a place to call home for all our children’s medical needs and we have FINALLY found it !!!

Dr Henderson is an amazing Doctor that is committed to my children’s best interest. He speaks directly to them about any concerns or questions they have. He is very patient and kind!

Creating an appointment was a bit of a challenge but happy I persevered and made it to the office. Karina, Sandra were wonderful! Front desk.....not so much. She seemed a bit unhappy being there.Dr. Gibbons was pleasant and very helpful! Thank you!!!

Dr Henderson takes the time with his patients and really cares for them. I love the way he addresses the kids and doesn’t just talk to the adult. The office staff is also super friendly and helpful. My kids and I both really love this office.

Dr. Eck and Dr. Henderson are amazing and always take the time to explain things. The office MAs (Rhonda, Dawn, Sandra, Haley, Karina, Lali, and Brittany) are always super nice to my girls. Rachel in the back office always helps when I have insurance questions or questions about my bill. You cant go wrong with the service here :)

Staff is very friendly. Nurses are great with kids. Dr. Henderson also has a great rapport with kids and gives both child and parent opportunities to ask questions. He explains things very well. I recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

This is the best doctors office!! Doctor Henderson is amazing. He’s always so helpful and makes sure I’m comfortable when my son is sick or hurt. My son gets excited when I tell him he has to go to the doctor, so that says a lot about what kind of place this is!

Love the Boerne Communicare office! The staff is friendly and efficient. They are always willing to help in any way they can, not to mention the doctors (especially Henderson) are the best! Rhonda and Rachel specifically are amazing!

Both Brittany and Dr. Gibbons were extremely attentive, encouraging and genuine with me. The office was very peaceful, organized and clean as well.

Everyone is always friendly from the front desk, to the medical assistants, and the nurses. They are always accommodating and respond to a request quickly. Dr. Coleman has been our pediatrician for 10 years now and we will truly miss him not practicing in Boerne. We will make the drive to see him when possible, but we know that his partners are just as kind and knowledgeable to take care of us if we need. So glad he will continue to be a part of the Commuincare system.

My wife and I used this place with our daughter. Every visit we would bring up a cough that she has had since she was born. I was diagnosed with asthma at 3 months. These people just shrugged it off and said its normal. We just had her first appointment with another pediatrician and she is on a nebulizer now and already getting better. We have also mentioned that we think she had an ear infection and they never even checked. She is also now on antibiotics now that we are using someone else. In 4 months, she has seen 3 different people. They ask the exact same questions ever visit that has nothing to do with her or her health. None of your business and do you not keep records? This isnt a place I would recommend if you care about your child.

We’ve seen Dr. Coleman for the last 17 years and love him and the staff. They’re very accommodating to our schedule. Our children love seeing everyone at the office, they’re like family to us. We would recommend CommuniCare to anyone looking for Pediatrician.

I cant believe the bad reviews on here! Ive taken 3 foster kids here, and Ive had excellent experiences! They take care of insurance seemlessly, front office staff are kind, Both Dr. Jeffrey and Dr. Coleman really take the time to listen to kids and encourage them to talk. They look at the whole patient, not just reason for being in the office. Thorough, professional, kind. Highly recommend!

Sandra is the sweetest nurse and very attentive for all of my concerns big or small. Dr.Gibbons has listened to all my concerns and seeked out results for me!By far the best OBGYN I’ve been to.

Dr. Gibbons is an angel on Earth. If you feel has a women that you are ignored by other Drs or Obgyns please go to her. I had hyperemesis gravidarum my whole pregnancy and she was god sent.

We started seeing Doctor Henderson when my son was born 5 years ago when he was at A Plus Pediatrics. Being a new mom was hard. I had so many questions and uncertainties, but I felt very confident in Dr. Henderson. He always answered my questions with a down to earth attitude. He was always very real with us. We had to move to Oklahoma in April of 2014 and I was so disheartened thinking I would never find a pediatrician like him there. (It took me a few years but I did find another GREAT pediatrician). Anyway, we have now moved back to the North San Antonio area, and I knew exactly where I was going to take my kids. You dont meet many doctors like Dr. Henderson. As for his staff, I dont have any complaints. Its a doctors office, and theyre human. No one is perfect all the time.

Super friendly staff. Dr.Eck took time to talk to my teenage children and teach them. I was impressed as a parent of time and care given. Best service and doctor we ever had.

Dr. Henderson is the best pediatrician!!! We have been seeing him for 10+ years and couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else!! He has a great bedside manner with the kids and takes the time to make sure to answer all your questions without feeling like he’s rushing you out the door. We ❤️ you Dr. Henderson!!

Rhonda has been very helpful for our family. We’ve had some referrals to specialists that are not common and everyone has been supportive. It can be hard to navigate healthcare, and I am extremely thankful for their support! Rhonda is a gem for sure.

Dr. Henderson was wonderful and very thorough about what was going on with my child. We got in and out in a timely fashion, not rushed at all he answered all my questions and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

The service I received from Dr Gibbons and Laura and Brittany was excellent. They were professional and kind, I am very happy with choice I have made with Dr Gibbons and her staff.

Called in with questions about switching my girls over and got Ivory at the front desk. She gave me tons of information on the 3 drs and let me know about which insurances were accepted. I love that I wasnt rushed and she was able to answer all my questions.

We’ve taken our daughter here since she was born, always easy to get an appointment! I’ve had good experiences with Dr. Henderson and Dr.Eck. They don’t try and rush you out the door and always listen and seem to genuinely care about any of my concerns.

I wanted to find a dotor office in Boerne because it more convenient that driving into San Antonio with all the IH 10 construction. I love the doctor I chose for my children, but the office staff is so bad. They have some serious communication issues going in there that need to be addressed IMMEDIATELY. My most recent incident, I was told that the Dr could call in a perscription for my child after 12 noon and then called back right at closing of their office at 5, saying that the Dr could not call it in afterall and I would need to schedule an appointment! I was told all providers were gone for the day and I would have to wait until the next day. Why, WHY, could they not have called me back in a decent time frame? Absolutely unacceptable. I will be switching providers back to our San Antonio doctor where the drive is worth the great doctors AND great office staff. Too bad this Dr office has to loose patients because of the way the staff communicate, or dont communicate...DO NOT recommend this place!

Dr Henderson has been our pediatrician since we moved to boerne 7 yrs ago. We can’t sing his praises loud enough. I recommend him to anyone who asks for referral.

Today we went in to have an injury looked at and ended up opting to have the flu shot administered to our daughter. Dawn was her nurse and did awesome! Our daughter didn’t even realize she’d been given the shot when the bandaid was put on.

Kyla at the front desk was so friendly and bubbly and very helpful (even though she is new there) she eased my mind during a stressful time when my child was sick. Staff and dr is great!

We been going here for a long time now and the only Bad About This place that my son is sick and they were going send him home like that and just keep on giving him Meds Thats it . So I told him for them to just Test Him to make sure that what he said was Right He said it was just a Cold and cough when I told him to test him he Looks at me Like I dont Know anything He My son as Moms we know when something is wrong so they Did test him and He has the Flu Im So Mad Because he was just going send him Home Like that .. So I called Walgreens to see if his Meds are Ready he Never Called them so i Called the Office and she said he has to call them so I was like OK I Look Online to see if Walgreens was done with my Son Meds and The DR. Coleman Never Did Call Walgreens so My so is still sick No Meds to take Tonight its 9:07 at Night Very Mad Because You know A lot kids are getting this Flu and there so very sick and we get these Doctors that we trust them to go see them and they miss these . Not Calling In For the Meds Was wrong And was going Send My Son Home Because He Say Its Only A Cold That Was Wrong all Have to Say Dont Be Scared to Tell Your Doctor What YOU WANT to BE DONE On YOUR KIDS ONLY YOU KNOW HOW YOUR KIDS FEEL NOT THEM they dont ..Maybe if I put this Up They Will Call Walgreens !!

I find staff extremely unfriendly. Front desk is a very important part of the visit and they lack professionalism. Extremely unfriendly. Doctor was not bad but unfortunately every time we visited I was already disappointed after dealing with front desk.

I have kids with special needs and these doctors refuse to help us in the way that is needed...The Doctor that sees my kids has on several occasions said things and then turned around and says the opposite. As far as support for the parents of the sick kids i would rate them at zero.
