I had a great experience with Dr. Bauer and Nurse Leslie A. at the Boca office. Dr. Bauer and Leslie A. are both very personal and cared a lot about our treatment and our journey. I am happy we were able to work with such a caring Dr and nurse and looking forward to doing it again in the future. They are both amazing and I could go on and on about how comfortable we felt in their care. Every check up and monitoring appointment I went to Leslie A would always put a smile on my face and make me feel at such ease and Dr. Bauer always helped us feel optimistic about the future but never gave us false hope.Negatives I have is it takes absolutely forever to get anybody on the phone no matter if you need to make an appointment or talk to someone in the billing department. I did have a several billing errors that were rectified but it did take months to do so and with me having to constantly call and follow up.

My experience at IVFMD has been amazing so far. From the receptionists, to the nurses, to the doctor, everyone has been so kind, patient, understanding, and supportive.I’ve worked with Dr. Bauer, Leslie, and Taylor so far. I would recommend any of my friends here based on the experience I’ve had so far!

I am a current and previous patient at IvfMD. I first had a successful cycle with an amazing doctor that had sense retired. I left good review then. This time is VERY different. Let me list the reasons I found it import to warn patients in this review1) Everything is “sent over the portal” in a message and it’s very unclear.2)I was told to figure out my own medication in a text as if I was my own nurse.3) I have asked to speak to myDoctor 3x to gain understanding regarding my treatment and I have been IGNORED. Mind you- I have been through this before so I’m not completely clueless. I can’t imagine being a first time patient.4) I had to resign VIRTUAL paper work 4 times that is uploaded to their portal because they “lost it”. TWO of those times resulted in a months delay of my treatment. And one time resulted in me having to wait an addition 2 painstaking weeks to find out if my embryo was viable.5) I am supposed to start a new cycle by the end of this month and I am yet to be contacted by finance to understand what I wil owe.6) I have had to redo active bloodwork unnecessarily- either they are incompetent or it’s a money grab. When reviewing my chart even the nurses seem confused as to why the blood was being drawn.7) I met an Ivf coordinator who I was told would “be with me through my whole cycle” and I never saw her again 😅8) last but not least- I was originally scheduled to go through a Ivf before even meeting my doctor! You are left feeling like a piece of paper. The entire process is completely impersonal

We worked with Dr. Bauer and she is a godsend! She has a unique ability to connect with her patients, great attention to detail, personalized patient care, she is one of the few doctors who didn’t make us feel like “just another patient.” The staff is also very friendly, attentive, and responsive. Definitely would recommend IVFMD and Dr. Bauer to anyone looking for support with growing their family.

This place is terrible.I can go on and on about the 2 years I wasted on believing Dr Roseff was the best doctor (he’s not)…but the most horrendous part was my IVF cycles were poorly managed and retrievals were painful, so much so, I almost went to the ER the first time and was in pain for a week after the second. The result both times? Zero blasts, zero embryos. Nothing, nadda. 30k flushed down the toliet.Dr Roseff called and all he said was “my condolences”, and hung up. I had a mental breakdown after this.I ended up going to another clinic, had my retrieval and had zero pain after. I didn’t even take a Tylenol and now have 3 frozen embryos, good quality.IVFMD is after your money, they can care less about your results, pain, or feelings. The lab is garbage, and they’re rough during retrievals, results are dismal. Please go anywhere else.

Please do not use this clinic, they ignore calls don’t follow up with you, once you’ve paid they take the money and run! Myself and my wife have been trying to contact the office for over a week because we need to know our next steps and we’re promised a response in 48 hours. They have their own app that they promise you they will communicate on but they also ignore you in that!

This office is the worst I’ve ever been to. They do not care and the staff is completely incompetent. I would seriously run. I went here because I had heard Roseff was the best. You barely see him and have to wait months and months for an appointment. They submitted all the wrong paperwork to insurance, I have a medical condition that would’ve got me approved. And at the last minute I had to pay out of pocket for everything. The worst part was, my results were terrible and I never even heard from Roseff after. My new clinic is amazing. They had insurance approved right away and my results are incredible. I thought I couldn’t have a child after IVFMD…I was giving up hope. They are so awful. Run as fast as you can like all the other reviews say.

I recently visited IVFMD’s Boca Raton Office for second time and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. I found the staff’s demeanor to be less than professional, which was surprising and quite disappointing. The choice of music in the clinic was not what I expected in a medical environment, and I felt it contributed to an atmosphere that wasn’t conducive to the nature of services provided.Additionally, the lack of warmth or welcoming attitude from the staff was starkly noticeable. In fact, I’ve felt more comfortable and received better customer service in settings as solemn as funeral homes, which is a stark contrast to what one would expect in a healthcare facility. It felt almost as if my presence was a bother to the staff. In my opinion, the level of customer service and the overall patient care environment did not align with the professional standards I anticipated for such a reputable institution. I genuinely hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as a supportive and understanding environment is crucial for patients visiting this type of facility.

While Dr Jessica Bauer was very detailed and thorough with her assessment on a telehealth visit. The office staff/care team has dropped the ball numerous times from the starting gate. An email needed to be sent to me to fill out paperwork for the initial visit, but it took 4 phone calls prior to actually receiving it, then an email was supposed to be sent out so I could join the telehealth visit, that was never sent making me 20 min late for my visit. Once a plan was established it took a whole day of messaging back and forth to schedule one visit for a test and missing a window on one months cycle to do another test. One of the first pieces of advice doctors give when trying to get pregnant is not to stress out, but the office staff/care team make it very hard not to.

I went here last week with my daughter for an appointment I must say the office was number one hot number two the south is extremely unprofessional they were in the office, listening to loud music, showing each other pictures on the phone slanging the N-word around. Yes, the N-word talking about how the new girl had to now go to the Jupiter location and how it was too far all the workplace drama it was absolutely ridiculous for the money that you have to pay to get treatment at this facility You would think this would be five star. We have gone to the Jupiter location in the past although it looks like they’re doing renovation it seems to at least be three star and a little more professional, I have worked in the medical field for numerous years, and I have never seen an office be conducted In a manner such as this, They really need to hire an office manager there. This is ridiculous.

Update: I have gone from 2 stars to 1 star due to the fact that when I was going through all the baseline tests, she noticed a polyp in my uterus and said “that shouldn’t cause any issues since it’s further down”. After EIGHT months of treatments and follow ups, I finally switched clinics and went to see Dr. Moshe Peres in Boca and he saw the same polyp and said “that needs to come out - I don’t want to start without a clean canvas”. It was removed in December 2021 and I got pregnant IMMEDIATELY in January and finally gave birth to my beautiful son in September of 2022. I’m so upset with the months of time I wasted and emotional trauma from going through those treatments while she knowingly left the polyp in there.Dr. Gerkowitz was very nice however shes almost impossible to get a hold of. You dont get a direct email or phone number to discuss your concerns and when the treatment youre going through is timebound, a multi-day delay in response (or in my case, sometimes a lack of response period) isnt ok.The nurses were always fantastic though. I had a great experience with them. Several of the women at the front desk though dont seem to have any idea about what IUI/IVF processes entail at all which made it frustrating trying to schedule appointments. My husbands experience however, was not good at all. The room where he had to leave his sample in a bright lit room with a leather recliner and torn up leather on the arms with a pee pad over it. Its hard enough just having to go in there for MF issues let alone having to give a sample in a room like that. He couldnt even sit down on it, it grossed him out so much. We will be starting new treatment at Boca Fertility Clinic for this month.

I am very disappointed with this office. I feel they understand the emotional commitment from families and the take advantage of it.We felt really good about Dr. Gerkowicz. She is the reason why we continued to work with this office. We felt she had a genuine good interest in her patients. However, the office is very disorganized and sloppy. This is a terrible quality for a Doctors office. Unfortunately, it is in every direction. The office Instructed us to take the wrong drugs, provided wrong feedback, made billing mistakes, instructed us to visit the office but never added our appointment... etc..They never own their mistakes. It is a very hard decision, because this a hard on families. But, we completely lost trust and respect of this organization.

The doctors are amazing but the front desk staff is poorly trained to do their job. Imagine waiting a whole month to make an app, just to find out when you arrive that they didnt even verify your insurance. Then, they wanted me to do the blood work another day, when they know those tests can only be done during a small time window. Not to mention that my first app was cancelled without a single notice from them. Horrible experience for someone already frustrated trying to conceive for a long time without results.

I wish I read the reviews before scheduling my appointment. This office and operation should be shut down. Just to speak with the doctor for a 20 minutes consultation is $415!! When my husband and I filled out our new patient forms the receptionist told us at most, if insurance doesn’t cover this, it’ll be $275. If I knew a conversation with a doctor for 20 minutes would cost me $415 I would walk out immediately!!! Then the billing department went on to tell me you also get billed for how long the appointment lasts. I think it’s absolutely disgusting for a doctor to take advantage of anyone coming in for medical advice or direction on where to go in fertility options. This office should be ashamed of themselves.

I live and work in different counties, so Ive had appointments at both the Cooper City and the Boca offices with several different doctors. I appreciate the ability to schedule at different offices depending on where Ill be on a certain day. Staff at both locations are quick and attentive. Ive never waited more than 15 minutes for an appointment. While everyone is wonderful, Dr. Jessica Bauer is an absolute standout rock star. We came to her seeking a second opinion after a horrible experience with our last fertility provider. Our first consult lasted nearly an hour. She explained all of our results from the prior provider in detail and recommended the same tests they did, but she took the time to explain the need and procedure for each. I ended up needing surgery, which she performed with no complications. She also put me on medication to address a slightly elevated TSH, which my previous provider never addressed. Thanks to Dr. Bauers intervention, my husband and I conceived naturally within four months of surgery after having tried for over a year. Ive recommended IVFMD and Dr. Bauer to friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

I couldn’t agree more with some of the comments. The front desk is poorly trained and unwilling to help giving you attitude. I’ve been coming here for over a year. Since the beginning of this year, nothing has changed. UT on day 3 with bloodwork. Follow up UT on day 10-14. Every. Single. Month. I got my period on Saturday, their numbers over the weekend DO NOT work. I’ve called. I showed up first thing in the morning to see if they can fit me in. Not a patient in sight but they are soooooo busy. They don’t offer you to give you the correct number to call over the weekend or accommodate you in any way. She quickly wanted to dismiss me and not even listen. For obvious reasons it is painful enough to come here every SINGLE month after zero success every SINGLE month, throw in a couple miscarriages in the mix, only to come here and get treated like you don’t even matter. People either have a choice to help you or not, to be kind or not. And dealing with such a sensitive matter, it’s disgusting how little you actually matter to this office. You are in fact, just a number.

Dr Roseff and the whole team at the Boca office are phenomenal. Thank you for making our dreams come true and for sharing your gift and having faith in us 🙏🏼

IVFMD is not a doctor’s office- it is a business. Steer clear. If you are seeking fertility treatment, you are vulnerable, emotional, and desperate for help to have a baby. Emotionally and financially, it is draining. Save yourself any superfluous stress and find a different fertility clinic. As explained in detail below, besides waiting months for an initial consultation and a follow up consultation, an IVFMD employee stole my credit card from my purse before a procedure while I was in the bathroom and used it to order lunch delivered to the office (as well as hundreds of dollars to online retailers). Not once did Scott Roseff apologize to me or my husband for what had happened to us. Scott did not call us to explain our thousands of dollars worth of test results. In fact, we were told we owed the business $25.00 after all was said and done.We waited months for an appointment with Scott Roseff. We finally got in for a consultation in October 2022. Roseff’s desk and office is littered with paraphernalia graffitied with titles such as “#1 Baby Maker”. Scott Roseff told us he would get us pregnant. He went on about Board Certification… and quizzed us to see if we knew what that meant, which was a bit off-putting. He asked for a hug after the consultation because he “is a hugger”. He pretended he cared about our journey to becoming parents. We made follow up appointments for two procedures (HSG and SIS). Roseff was booked so I had to make these appointments with Dr. Gerkowicz (a very kind doctor). We were told Roseff was not available until January 2023 to go over the HSG, SIS, as well as the blood work. This was concerning but I figured this was normal in the fertility treatment world (it turns out this is not normal). The waiting was, sadly, not the worst part about IVFMD. After the HSG and SIS (both invasive procedures), I was notified by my credit card company that the credit card I used at IVFMD Boca was compromised. I saw a $50 and change charge for a local restaurant amongst the charges for hundreds of dollars to online retailers. I called the local restaurant and asked who ordered this large lunch on my credit card. The man told me, “This is strange… it was delivered to a doctor’s office… address 9960 N Central Park Blvd.” The address of IVFMD Boca. I contacted IVFMD Boca immediately and notified them of this. My main concern was that other patients’ identities and credit cards were in danger of being compromised. I was contacted by the COO. Ultimately, the COO concluded that the medical assistant, who was in the exam room during the HSG and SIS, also had her credit card stolen and that we had the same exact credit card number, but for one digit. This was obviously implausible. This is what really happened: the medical assistant went into the exam room while I emptied my bladder before the SIS, went into my purse, went through my wallet, took a photo of my credit card (and who knows what else), and then used my credit card to order lunch (delivered to IVFMD Boca office) as well as hundreds of dollars to online retailers, Starbucks, and McDonalds. It’s important to note: One thief does not make a whole business bad. I made it clear to IVFMD that I initially wanted to continue with Scott Roseff but that I wanted to put their business on notice that they had a thief in their office. However, Scott Roseff never called me or my husband to check in on us, to apologize, to say he hoped we could trust him, or to assure us that this was one bad apple in his office. No one called us to get us in earlier. In fact, no one, including Board Certified Roseff, ever called us to discuss ANY results from our thousands of dollars’ worth of tests. To this date, more than three months later, Scott Roseff has yet to apologize to us or to check in. In fact, the only person who ever apologized to us and seemed sincere was Gelyssa, the nurse.

I’m actually shocked by the negative reviews. We see Dr. Gerkowicz and I cannot express how much I love the entire team! They are so sweet, answer all of my annoying questions, and really educate throughout the process. I see negative reviews complaining about the testing, but that’s what I LOVE about them! A true physician would never suggest fertility treatment unless they know the root cause. Why would you want to move forward with ovulation meds if you have a blocked tube? How would they know the appropriate treatment? You’d be wasting your time and money. When we were feeling discouraged, I was able to schedule a mid-treatment check in with Dr. G THE NEXT DAY and she really calmed me down, reviewed all of my labs one by one, and helped us develop a plan moving forward. I love her because she isn’t one of those “just be patient” doctors. She always has advice and something to change things up to make you feel like we’re always optimizing for the outcome.A special shout out to Dr. Gerkowicz, Nicole, Dylin, Ashley B., and Elena from Jupiter. I can’t tell you how much you all have become like family and how I felt like you were cheering us on!

I am a monitoring patient and I had a bad experience with a new tech there. She was had the wand inside of me for 45 mins trying to find my eggs and later had to have the doctor come in and do it. I later tried to let the head nurse know and she blocked me instead of listening to me. I always had a great experience with her but now unfortunately wont be returning. Also the Dr. isnt friendly at all. the nurse that took my blood wasnt either. The receptionist/manager was though :) Which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

DON’T go here for infertility- they make you have multiple extremely expensive procedures ahead of any fertility treatments, make you pay at the office visit (as opposed to getting billed after insurance like normal), don’t provide you with accurate cost estimates, and provide zero emotional support or bedside manner. It’s all about the money for them unfortunately and they seem to forget that patients are here for help when they have lost hope at a family. I have been to other fertility clinics and this one is the worst yet.

Would not recommend this place. For one thing overpriced. For another they appear to prize success ratings above all which is better for the business than the individual eg if youre not even 40 they will still push donor eggs.
