I scheduled an appointment to talk about birth control after my primary care has failed in assisting me. I was given the most comprehensive care I’ve had almost all my life. I felt super respected by my doctor (Danielle!) and every member of staff. They were very kind and I was able to get a same-day implant after discussing how I did not like my current birth control and my options. I hadn’t originally scheduled to have a procedure done and they were very quick to accommodate and told me I could always schedule in the future but we could also do it today! My partner and I were there for a few hours, were treated with a great deal of respect and honestly I couldn’t have felt more listened to. Also super accessible if you have a disability or are LGBTQ+!!

Website says that they’ll work with pay if you don’t have insurance.I showed up & they said I would have to pay bare minimum half the visit to be seen. The best estimate was $250, so I would have had to pay $125. I’m sure isn’t a big deal for most of us, but if you’re needing to be seen bc you’ve had substantial changes in insurance & income, like me, then this review is for you.

I was recommended a dose of HRT that would cause me to detransition and kicked out of services when I refused to follow it. And no, I dont want to talk to your healthcare manager about it. The damage is done and the time to care about what I think about my treatment has passed.

I can confirm, after driving nearly two hours on a Saturday to see if i could get/acquire info about HRT (hormone replacement therapy), that the posted hours are a lie.

Super nice and accommodating considering it was my first time getting any sort of wellness check. 10/10 everyone was great and nice!

Cannot stress enough that these are some of the nicest, most caring and compassionate people you will ever come across in health care. They are extremely non-judgmental, and very comforting. It is shameful what this country has painted these people to be and treated them, when 95% of what happens at these clinics are routine checkups and and treatments for uti’s, std’s etc.

My experience with the doctors has always been great. But I think they should put up privacy fence to muffle the protesters. No woman who has had a miscarriage or lost a child should have to endure those protesters screaming, Your baby has a heartbeat when theyre going in for an annual exam. Its just cruel and abusive. Thats not free speech. The escorts are always sweet and protective. But I always end up crying when Im there and after I leave because of the protesters. And just for annual care, because my male doctor doesnt do womens health.

They cancelled my appointment twice the day before or the day of my appointments and then couldnt get me in for another week and a half, even though I made it clear both times it was time sensitive. They also didnt officially cancel my first appointment so I kept getting messages about missing my appointment. Their website didnt work for online appointments for 3 days and my phone calls have been dropped three times when trying to make an appointment over the phone. I dont know whats going on with this office but Ive never had this much difficulty or stress when making a doctors appointment. Unacceptable level of care even before I got to the clinic.

Please change your hours to the accurate times. I came to get my meds refilled because the site and note on door says youre open on Saturdays until 4:30pm, and youre closed. This isnt the first time either. Cant imagine how problematic its been for others.

The only womens health clinic in Bloomington in which you can be seen in 1-2 weeks (versus months at IU Health womens offices). They have always been kind, competent, and taken great care of me. Their website is also very informative and they have a great live chat feature where a health professional can answer individual questions you may have about any type of problem or symptom you may be experiencing. Thank you PP for all that you do for women in our community!

I’ve been to this location a few times and have had some good experiences as well as one very annoying one. For the most part they have been respectful, kind, and understanding. I got prescribed birth control through them and when I needed to request a refill from the doctor the pharmacy placed this request. When the prescriber at PP didn’t respond for two business days I decided to give them a call to see if I needed personally call. When I finally got ahold of the prescriber I was placed on the phone with her assistant, I could hear her asking her assistant to ask me certain questions and I could hear the attitude in her voice. The assistant also seemed very confused and it seems she was awkwardly put in the situation. I just feel like it would have been more professional of the doctor to speak to me personally. They did end up saying they would approve me to get one months supply of BC but it still hasn’t been done, it’s now been 2 more business days. I honestly cannot say that this has been my experience every time I’ve gone which is why I gave it three stars. Most of the staff is truly lovely, I won’t however be back because I don’t feel comfortable when health care providers have a bad attitude.

Worst place to go they are rude they dont help you. I went there today to get my birth control implant taking out. Started given me the run around. Thats where I got it put in. Worst service. They wouldnt check she my insurance pay for. Kept saying probably got find a place thats takes your insurance. Lol.

Needed some healthcare that I could afford without insurance. I am a student, I am broke, this clinic allowed me to get tests and medication. Great option for anyone. Great asset to our community.

After a rape. Had a urinary infection. They tested me, gave me the medication I needed, and tested me for stds. I didnt have much money and they only charged me $20 because thats all I had. Thank you for caring and helping me.

Incredible staff, every single one answered any questions I had even if they had to go ask someone else. Thank you for a great experience!

The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Assistant and nurse practitioner were wonderful!

I tried making an appointment and they hung up on me in the middle of scheduling and declined my call when I tried to call back.
